But I need you guys to just relax for a second. And you just said that you suck somebody's dick. What are you talking about? >> What did I just say? Relax. Don't >> you want to do that to get >> Yeah, of course. And yeah, okay. You got what you deserve. >> Take your hands out of your pockets for me, please. That's insane. >> Didn't have to spazz on me like that. For what? >> Yes, you did, bro. You broke all my [ __ ] >> All right. Yo, in a second, both of you guys are going to go in handcuffs because you're not listening. >> I just said stop talking >> until my partners get here cuz I'm not going to talk to you guys talking back and forth about sucking dick and [ __ ] bitches.22 >> for the Shakiro Companies. We're going to be coming from the southwest motion 64 responder 127 west. There's only a few in the west. You should mark it on 7698 and around 651 North. [Applause] >> All right. I I I don't know what we got going on here. I got them both out of the car. There's a zero inside. So, I just wanted to separate them. If you want to talk to her, I'll talk to him and we'll go from there. All right. Come over here. All right. So, what's good? What happened? So, she was going through my phone. She found some stuff with other girls. >> Okay. >> Just just micro texting. Never nothing physical with anybody. And um she just flipped out and um she's saying I wasn't telling her the whole truth and I gave her my phone thinking that you know what I'm saying. Hey listen like you can go through my phone do what you got to do so we can get back on track with things cuz we've been up and down >> and yeah so she checked my phone >> and um she saw what she needed to saw see and um what's it called? uh she just, you know, was going through my phone, whatever, whatever, and I wanted my phone back. And so I tried to grab my phone, she wanted to hold it, and she wanted to restrict my phone. So I'm trying to grab my phone and I'm struggling to get my phone and, you know, I'm trying to restrain her, get my phone or whatever, and then she rips my shirt and then starts ruining my car. >> Hands off, please. >> Sorry. And uh >> the thing I have the thing I have a pocket. >> Yeah. So yeah, I'm not saying what I did was right um to her. >> Okay. What did you do though? >> Um so I was just micro texting other girls. >> Okay. So you're saying that what what's up with the physical [ __ ] that we're getting calls about? >> So yeah, so I was trying to get my phone back and again she was restraining my phone. I'm trying to get my phone from her or whatever. Um you know I I uh I wasn't physically like punching her or anything like that. It's not No, she don't have any scars or her. I'm just trying to get my phone back. That's it. And obviously we're shoving and we're you know what I'm saying? So um and that's it. And you know she came back in the car and she started messing up my stuff. I just >> What's up with this right here? >> Huh? >> What's up with the marks on your chest? >> Oh that must that that must have been from um the little altercation. But I'm not worried about it. I'm not trying to press charges on or anything like that. I just want her. >> Are you guys in a relationship? >> We are. >> How long you guys been together? >> For like 8 n months. Okay. >> Almost a year. Okay. >> All right. You got ID on you? >> In the car. >> Where's it at? In the car. >> Inside the console. >> Sorry. So, what's the deal? What happened? >> Basically, just cheated. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. I've been through the DMs. We just made up today. >> Just was crying. I called my mom yesterday balling crying on her birthday. You know, I'm I'm just I I don't know what to do. He gave me his phone. I we were he was supposed to text his friend or whatever, ask for something. He did it and um all of a sudden I I you know I seen a message was like, "Hey, what's that?" And he was like, "Here's my phone." I I got his phone or whatever. I'm scrolling like, "Who's this?" I seen four different messages from girls. I'm like, "Hey, you know, you just have no respect for me. You don't love me like you say you do. So what's going on?" You know, like what's happening? >> So then I'm just like, "Okay, it was this." And he's like, "You know what? Give me my phone." He like I'm I have it. He's like, "Give me my phone. Give me my phone." And he just got up and was just like he just hovered over me and then I just start squeezing. I'm like, "Yo, get off me. Get off of me." And I just go in defense mode. I'm just like, "Get off of me." You know what I'm saying? He has his phone like why are you on me? Like why are you attacking me? Cuz you're doing something. >> Like what? You know what I'm saying? So then it just escalates. It goes from It goes from zero to 100, bro. Like I'm like, "What the hell, bro? Give me a break." >> Yeah. Does anything hurt right now? Weapon in your hand. I don't feel nothing right now. I don't feel nothing right now. >> No. Okay. You got a driver license with you >> or is it in the car? If it's in the car, don't worry about it. Okay. Uh do you have a Does he have a >> I don't have it? >> No. Is there in the car? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Where's it at? >> I think in the glove the glove department. >> Is it his? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. He's not He hasn't ever been in trouble with the law or anything like that. No. Okay. What's your last name? >> All right, Miss Just give me a second. I'll be right back with you. I'm going to I'm going to take that gun out of there. Okay. Just so that way it's >> Yeah, I'll get it. Okay. I'm just going to secure it. Take that All right, come back over here for me. >> That's the only you got? >> Yeah. You don't have any other? >> No. >> No. Okay. So, what's the deal? What happened now? >> Um, so just basically um I gave her my phone and um you know, I haven't been the best to her or whatever and she saw me microcheing and um whatever she saw what she saw. She wanted to hold my phone. I wanted my phone back. Sorry. >> Let's go over here to the >> So, you wanted your phone back? >> Yeah, I wanted my phone back. >> Struggle over the phone. >> Yeah. Um was shoving it and was pushing and stuff like that. Um >> so yeah, and um then she kind of started going crazy in the car. I broke some things in the car, but again, I'm not trying to press charges or anything. I'm just I just want her out of my way. And um you know I guess was this was kind of the final straw. So >> Mhm. >> Um yeah that's that's what happened. >> Okay. And so does that I'm assuming that's how you got the scratches on your chest. >> Yeah. But I'm not I'm not worried about it. Don't even don't even worry about it. >> Okay. And what what would you guys call yourselves? Right. Are you boyfriend girlfriend? Are you friends? >> We were boyfriend and girlfriend. I don't >> Yeah. How long have you guys been dating? >> Like 9 10 months. >> 9 10 months. >> Yeah. 8 n 10 months. Yeah. Almost a year. >> Would you say that your relationship is a um intimate one? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Okay. All right. Give me a second, man. I'll be right back with you. You got that. >> What's your phone number? >> But they just stopped right here when you pulled up. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I heard I heard them argue when I pulled up. They were screaming. Then I pulled up behind him. She's behind the door. Okay. Hey, man. >> I'm going to need you to be honest with me. Okay. Do you have anything in the car we need to know about? >> Uh, no. >> No. Okay. The bag in the passenger seat. >> The bag in the floorboard of the passenger seat. Who's that? >> Her bag. Okay. Were you guys both smoking right now? >> No. Cuz there's a in the center console. Okay. Cuz I'm I'm asking you I need you to be straight up. Okay. If you have anything in the car, we need to know about it. Okay. >> No, it's just just the >> That's it though. Nothing else. Okay. >> All right, man. The victim should be Hispanic chemo and they'll be out of the hospital. >> Um I'm going to run them real quick. >> Can you just do a real quick search? >> Yeah. Right. We've got PC. So >> um what we call it come over here. Yeah. >> She's got injuries, too. So technically, I guess. Yeah. >> Yeah. Let me talk to you over here. >> Can you just stay 1012 for a second, Eric? [Applause] Search info. >> Uh, can you just search the car real quick? Ma'am, can you come over here and just uh Huh? >> Not yet. No. Yeah. Just come over here and take a seat on the push bumper of that last car over there. Okay. 12. Actually, can you also stamp a case on my advice? 125 by your ex-boyfriend. >> What's What's the deal with them? >> It's 38. >> What's his injuries? >> Scratches all over his chunk. What's yours? >> Nothing. >> Oh, none. >> Very minor abrasions, maybe lacerations on her fingers, which look offensive instead of defensive. >> Oh, so she's going >> forward. 26. Careful with that, dude. It's a taser. Sure it works. It works. Hey, booger. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> It's considered a weapon. Yeah. >> But >> you're good. You're You're good with this. >> Yeah. No, don't worry about it. >> Yeah. You're all good. >> Yeah. It's not like >> You're allowed to have this. >> You're allowed to have it as long as you're not a felon, >> right? You're allowed to have this >> golf. You're not a felon, right? >> Throw it in there. >> Oh, yeah. >> I mean, this is probably in here. Did you uh finish searching a vehicle? >> No, I just want to knock this bag out. >> Yeah, that's fair. >> This is just a um >> That's just a rolling tray. >> Yeah, there's just tobacco in there. >> 104. >> No keys. >> No keys, just T. >> Yeah, I want to try to minimize. >> Yeah, I mean that can go in a brown bag. Safe keeping >> here. Then I'll ask if there's anything else. >> She wants to go with her type. >> Is this his car? What's >> Oh. Transistor is 76. I'm close out. Thank you. >> The usual suspects pass her by. How do you look under the seat? >> I already Sorry, Bill. Give me one second now. 22. Oh, boy. This one's 179 unit. Tomy's got to do a kid flipper. He's going to have to take a ride. Oh, that's near. Oh, he knows how to grind, obviously. [Music] So far >> yeah. >> Yeah. I don't know much about that. Okay. All right. I'm going to call it what else? Just Marcy's one. That's it. >> I got Marcy's one. And I got uh I got photos of him. >> Yeah. And then that's pretty much it. >> That's pretty uh straightforward here. >> Hey ma'am, >> let's go over here to the side of the car somewhere away from the flashing lights. I got to take some photos of you. Okay. Are you okay with that? >> Yeah. Okay. Uh turn her face me. Perfect. Awesome. [Music] Put your hands out. Just like that. Perfect. Flip them over. Okay. And I got to take a closeup of your face. >> Hold on one second. >> Chanel. >> Chanel. >> This way. >> Yeah. I got it. I'll get it right now. >> Show that one right here. The other one with the car. >> You see your hand? >> Yeah. >> Do you like ball it like kind of like that? Yeah. Just like but flip it over. There you go. Perfect. >> Okay. Anything else? Does anything else hurt? >> Um just body aches. >> Body aches. Yeah. >> 38 or 146. >> What was that? >> My hair. >> Yeah. >> That's it though. That's it though. Do you have anything in the car that you need? >> Your bag and that's it. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. >> All right. >> I'll grab her bag and >> you guys left everything that was in her bag in it, right? >> No. Williams 92209 verbal at this time. Subject is refusing to leave her residence. Party's refusing to separate as well. >> All right, ma'am. So, I'm going to be honest with you, okay? Unfortunately, tonight we're going to have to place you under arrest for domestic battery. Okay? Because he's got Huh? >> He's pressing charges. >> He's not pressing charges. No. But >> but the issue is is that whenever whenever there's a a dating relationship, right, the state presses charges. It doesn't require a victim to press charges. Okay. So, because you guys are in a dating relationship and there was a battery that that occurred, we have to place you under arrest. Okay. >> Okay. It's going injuries and his injuries coincide with allegations and so forth. Yeah. So essentially you're not guilty until you go to court and so forth, >> but we have to take each and essentially pending unless you know victim doesn't cooperate and so forth. So >> um it's just our hands are tied and we have to make that decision based off essentially as well as far as allegations. So >> yeah, >> um but my partner will explain more to you. He's going to be the one that's going to going to take the time. >> Okay. >> Basically, >> let's go over here. We're going to go to the back of this car right here. >> Okay. >> What was that? >> So, I'm going to jail. >> Yes, ma'am. You are going to go to jail tonight. >> And I'm going to Am I going to be >> I'm going to have to place you in handcuffs before you get in the car. Okay. You don't have anything crazy on you, right? >> I don't >> Am I going to be able to go out? >> You'll get a bond, right? And you'll probably be able to bond out at some point, right? But I can't tell you. >> Yeah. >> Is there a Is there a phone number or something like that you want us to write down? Like to mom or someone like that? >> Is there like a family member or someone like that that you could call to help bond you out? >> Have you ever got arrested before? Have you got arrested before? >> Yeah. Because my insurance they they they own my insurance and I didn't know I had to wor it out. >> Yeah. That was that though? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> But listen, hey, try and I know this is a frustrating situation, but try and take this as like a um you know, a moment that you might want to move on from whatever relationship this is. You know what I'm saying? Cuz let's say that tonight didn't happen and then something happened another night where someone got really hurt or killed. God forbid. You know what I'm saying? >> So, it's not Hey, listen. It's not an end all, okay? Let's take this as an experience that now we can move on with our life and make better decisions with better people. Right? >> That's all. Let's look at it like that. Okay. >> Like I just don't know how to get out. Like I don't know how this process. >> So So I can I can explain to you the process. Okay. But first things first, I need you to turn and face the car. Okay. And put your hands get your stuff. Okay. I'm going to get your stuff. We're going to do we're going to work on all that stuff. Okay. So that's not too tight or anything. Right. No. >> Okay. I want to try and make this process as quick and painless as possible. Okay? I'm not trying to >> Hold on one second. >> I got to tighten this one up just a little bit. Okay? So, just give me a second. >> What if my parents don't have any money to give me? >> What was that? What do I pay so many money to give? >> So, usually, I'll be honest with you, if you want to take a seat. I'll be honest with you, the typical bond the typical bond for something like this >> is about $1,500, right? I've seen it as low as $100. Okay? And the only thing you have to pay is you have to pay 10% to a bond company. >> Okay? >> No. They're going to >> cuz something else something else they can do, right, is that they can release you on your own recgnizance without any without any bond. >> But that's something you got to ask the judge. That's not something that I can do. I can do. Okay. That's not I have zero control over your bond or anything like that. Okay? That's something that you got to ask a judge. >> Okay? >> Is there a way that like we can just resolve this because I can't go to jail? You know, I belong here. No, not not right now. No, ma'am. >> No. Florida law. It's >> her birthday and >> Yeah. >> Florida law is very specific on on stuff like this. Okay. I can't There's nothing I can do to prevent you from going to jail at this point. >> You get mad because you cheated and >> Mhm. >> Why would you get upset at me like this? >> Yeah. Yeah. I have to take your I have to take your bonnet off. Okay. or your I I don't know what to call that. >> My scarf. >> Your scarf. I have to take your scarf off. Okay. Do I just lift it up or >> You can like pull it back. >> Just pull it back kind of. Okay. I'm not trying to like pull your hair or anything. >> Okay. I have to untie it from the back. >> Oh, I got to untie it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. God, I can't believe this is happening. like, you know, >> I'm sorry, miss. I really do wish I do wish I had better news for you. Okay. >> They're like, you know, reactive news. Like, you can't like it just is crazy. This is so crazy to me. >> Mhm. Yeah. I understand, Miss Right. Unfortunately, Florida law is very, >> very, very strict when it comes to this kind of stuff. Okay. >> So, yeah, I really wish I had better news for you, but unfortunately, I don't. >> News. It's just like it's just insane. My mom was like, "Hey, you know, >> just called her yesterday balling to her like cheated." >> And then we talked and then he told me, "Oh, you know, I deleted the stuff. I blocked him. I'm not doing nothing." I was like, "Okay, I'll take you back." And then >> he sees that I seen it. And then he just got upset me. He was like, "Give me my phone." And I was like, "Bro, >> why you keep hurting me?" >> Yep. >> And then he just snapped. And then I just like I can't believe I can't I've been crying for days. I didn't go to work. I have to talk to my manager. I told her I can't show up for work. I'm telling my heart. I'm sorry. >> Mhm. >> I don't have anybody. been so loyal like all this stuff, man. You don't understand, bro. I'm just such a good person, too, bro. Sorry. I can't believe this, bro. >> Mhm. >> My chest is hurting. I know. >> I'm sorry you're going through this. This Okay, >> I'm just I feel stuck. I feel lost. It just I don't have no more tears. >> Yeah, >> I'm scared. I'm like, "Oh my god." >> Yeah, I get it. I understand where you're coming from, right? >> Yeah. >> And I've never experienced it myself, right? But I can understand where you're at. Okay. >> Like I said, I mean, I wish I wish it didn't have to come to this, right? But Florida law is very, very specific on stuff like this, okay? It really doesn't give me any wiggle room, okay, when it comes to when it comes to incidences like this. Okay, believe me, if I had any sort of wiggle room, I would use it, okay? But I don't. >> Okay. Yeah. I'm sorry. >> Okay. So, do you mind just kicking your feet in into the car and um I'll get your stuff together and and we'll get this we'll get this process started. >> Is today Saturday? >> Today is Sunday going into Monday. It's almost Monday. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Will be able to see a judge tomorrow >> probably. Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't know exactly how all that works. That's something for the jail people to to ask the jail people. >> Okay. But I'll let you know. Okay. Just give me a second. >> What's this about? What's this for? >> You're the victim of a crime. >> So, we're going to fill We're going to sign this >> again. I don't want to press charges. >> Okay. So, so you guys are in a relationship. Domestic violence. You're no longer the victim. The state of Florida is. Okay. You have visible injuries on you. So, it doesn't matter if you don't want to press charges tonight. She's going to have to take a ride. >> No, please don't do that. It >> doesn't matter, bro. It's not in our hands anymore. >> Okay. So, >> bro, >> so listen, that that is what it is. Okay. You can listen, you can pursue the charges, but as of right now, we're here. She's taking a ride for it. has we have no discretion. >> So what? She gets she gets a charge. >> Yeah, she's going to get booked tonight. But if you don't, you're the >> I don't want to press charges. >> Okay. So when we go to court, when you're supposed to go to court, you just don't cooperate with the investigation. Doesn't matter. It's domestic violence for you in the state of Florida. You're no longer the victim. So I can give you this packet. You don't have to sign it if you want. I'll just put that you refuse to sign it. But whether you sign this or not, she's still taking the right. >> So when is she down? >> She'll probably bond out tomorrow. first appearance in the morning and then she'll get out. >> She don't got to pay nothing, nothing like that. >> I mean, I'm not sure about that. We don't do any of the bond [ __ ] like that. We just take people and then when they see the judge, the judge makes that decision. >> Did you want Are you going to sign this or no? >> What are the two options again? >> So, invoke, which means all your information will be redacted. All your information is private. If someone were to pull this case number, if that doesn't matter to you, you circle do not invoke. So, all right. So, let's say someone do not invoke and all your information would stay on the report. >> You see, somebody wants to get information about me, >> information about the report, about this case. >> Yeah. Is is uh is he good over there? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> All right. So, you want it private or not? ation is what it comes down to. You want your information private? >> I just I just want I just want to be in her favor. I don't I'm not trying to >> Well, this has nothing to do with her favor. This is all for you. You're the victim here, not her. So, if you want a private circle invoke if it doesn't matter, do not invoke. >> All right. Sign your name here for me. Today's date is the uh 84 25. All right. And then right here, I need one more signature. This is just you saying that you received the packet. Okay. I'm going to give you this packet to take with you. >> And so when do I need to come to court? >> So you'll get notified. Oh [ __ ] Thank you. You'll get notified um when your court hearing is. Honestly, if you don't feel like pursuing charges, all you have to do is just not show up. They're going to drop the charges. But like I said, when it comes to domestic violence, bro, we have no discretion. It's not like if you got into a fight with your homeboy and you're like, "Fuck it, man. We both are fighting. I don't want to press charges." It's nothing like that. You guys are in a relationship. Florida does not play with unless you violence. We have no discretion when it comes to this. >> So, all I got to do is just not show up. >> Yeah. I mean, if you don't really, like I said, if you don't want to pursue charges, you're the victim. Okay. But with the state of Florida, >> even if you say, cuz we get it all the time. Oh, I don't want to press charge. under pressure. It's not what you want anymore. This take domestics take it out of our hands when it comes to discretion and the state of Florida is the victim. >> Uh could charges be against me for any reason? >> No. If the charges were against you right now, you could go to jail. You're the one with visible injuries. She has no injuries. She has something on her hand, which is most likely happened from that. She was the one who didn't want to take your foot. She didn't want to give you your phone back. At the end of the day, it's still your phone. She's depriving you of having your phone. You tried to get your phone back and she lost her [ __ ] on it. You know what I'm saying? So, um, you know, I mean, it's it's crappy, but >> you know, you're grown when you're a grownup, you make grown-up decisions. They come from grown-up consequences. >> Unfortunately, you know, whatever whether you were, you know, your infidelity or whatnot, you still it's not a valid reason to put your hands on somebody. So, I would just uh take this with a grain of salt, man. >> You know, >> I never wanted it to be like this. I I like that's why I gave her my phone. You know, I you know, I wanted her to just I wanted to come forward with with anything that I had. You know what I'm saying? And I mean, you know, I haven't been the best boyfriend. >> Good. Yeah. >> Yeah. I told him how domestics work. He doesn't want to press charges, but I told him, >> yeah, >> that it's out of our hands at this point. I said, if you don't want to press charges, you can pursue not to go to court. They'll drop the charges, but for tonight, you know, >> you're going to have to get with the state attorney's office, man. Right. Cuz I I told her, right, Florida law is very very very strict when it comes to when it comes to um any sort of domestic in incidents, right? Any dating violence, any domestic anything, right? very very strict, right? And believe me, if I had any wiggle room at all, I would use it, right? But I we don't we have zero wiggle room when it comes to when it comes to domestics. >> So if I So if I would have so if I would have said we weren't dating, it wouldn't be a problem. >> I mean, >> that's why we talked to you, bro. That's why we That's why we asked you certain question. >> I mean, I didn't state. All it requires is all it requires is one person to say that they've been dating or they're in a romantic relationship or any any sort of relationship at all. Right? That's all it requires. >> Think about it like this, bro. How many horror stories have you heard where >> we go the police go to somebody's house, husband and wife, boyfriend girlfriend say nothing happened. Next thing you know, >> one of them ends up dead because of the heated argument that they were in. All that does is fall back on us. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, I know it sucks right now for you, but you kind of just got to take this with a grain of salt. Thankfully, you're not going to jail, okay? I know you don't want to press charges on her, but like I said, like my partner said, we have no wiggle room with this [ __ ] bro. It's black and white. There's no gray area when it comes to messages. This is what happened. This is what happened. Something's got to go. You have visible injuries. She has injuries that are consistent with your injuries, >> you know. Do you mind if I say something to her before I go? Um, I mean, if my partner's cool with this scene, man, >> I'm okay with it, man. As long as like you guys keep it cordial, there's no physical touching, no kissing, none of that, right? So, as long as you guys can keep it cool and not start yelling and screaming at each other, right, then I'm okay with it. The second you guys start yelling and screaming is when like we're going to cut it off. Okay. So, yeah. Yeah. Who? My notebook. >> I have no notebooks. >> My like cards. >> Okay, cool. >> I got it somewhere. Yeah, I'll grab it. [Applause] searches all NCIC >> left hand your Sorry. >> Yeah. Thanks, dude. >> The defendant faced a charge of battery dating violence. At her first appearance, she was released on recgnissance with a no contact order.
