Here is the bodywn camera footage from the court appearance that went viral. The one that had social media outrage and headlines claiming a woman with special needs was unfairly jailed for 50 days. What most people never saw was how she ended up there in the first place. Just one month after her airport battery arrest, which we covered in a previous video, she was arrested again, this time at a Target store in Orlando, Florida. On May 10th, 2025, officers responded after security reported a woman inside the restroom with unpaid merchandise who they wanted to press charges against. Moments later, she walked out of the restroom and exited the store. Officers, who had been waiting nearby, approached as she passed all points of sale and escorted her back inside to the loss prevention office for further investigation. But when she missed her court date in July, a warrant was issued and she stayed in jail until her next hearing in September. Now, with the body cam footage being released, a lot of viewers have pointed out that during her court appearance, she seemed heavily medicated or out of it.
