I just I got to talk to you. Okay. And you can bring your dog. Okay. >> Watch this glass. You step away. Wait. Don't. Please don't have her walk in. >> Glass. >> So, this is So, this has been kind of an ongoing thing for a little while now. Like for a few hours. >> Okay. Okay. So, this is It didn't just happen. It's been going. They've been obviously sounds like they've been playing for a few hours now, >> right? Yeah. So, um, you know, we kind of, you know, we're just trying to investigate it right now. I can't really say. Um, but I just wanted to kind of see what you what you had to say just because, you know, you are a complainant. Um, I don't did you want to I can't remember if you want to remain anonymous or did you want any information because you you know, obviously they won't know what that you and Uh so he said that he was sitting on his back porch. So initial he said that his neighbor on the other side was complaining. Um texted him a couple hours ago saying he could hear them fighting. I guess it's just this ongoing thing. Anyways, so the reason called us though did he specify verbal fighting or physical fight? >> Verbal fight. They hear them screaming and hollering and all that's whatever. Well, he said that the reason he called was because they were they were outside yelling and she was saying get away from him. You could hear banging, screaming, both the male and the female. Um, and he said he kept hearing the female saying, "Get away from me." And they went inside and started banging and all that stuff. And that's when he said he called us because he said he obviously clearly something was wrong. He knew there's a kid here. >> Um, >> okay. >> So, he don't want to go like he said it was anonymous. >> Okay, that's fine. Um, but I'll be honest with you, we walked up >> and what what exactly happened when you guys walked up? >> We walked up. We could hear banging and and and I I actually walked up over there and I could hear them in the back porch. Okay. So, we we come down through here. >> Um, we go we're right here at the car and we hear banging inside. Okay. I walk around >> inside the garage. >> Inside the house. Okay. So then I walk around to the side thinking, okay, maybe he's trying to get too >> 26. Thank you. Um anyway, so >> we hear start hearing like like loud banging in the in the in the garage. So we So he opens the door, me and her are over here. He opens the door, comes out like all the way out, door wide open. I go, "Hey, man." He goes, "Hey, what's up?" And um so he gets all like hostile with us >> and so um we she's in there, she's at the doorway and he's kind of like kind of retreating back in the doorway and um he tries to like slam the door in her face and said, "Oh no, we're good." So Heron kind of like props it open to say, "Hey, we got came here for the next call. We just make sure everything's okay." She um he opens the door and he we start like talking to them. Obviously, they're like kind of defensive towards us, like like get away from us. We're fine. >> And then, uh, she shows Aaron, >> okay, >> to get out. And then that's when we try to go hands on with her. And then he he got in the middle of it and then started going hands on with us. And then, you know, we she's she's blocking him, trying to trying to calm, I guess, not necessarily calm him down, but she's like, "No, you're not taking us to jail. We're fine." So, we're trying to get her up and he's trying to push us back as well, not to take her. And so, we were so me and Harry are just like, "Screw it." we or whoever it was with me would pull him out. So, >> um I don't we didn't like force entry in there or anything like that, but we we you know, >> you're at the doorway investigating a domestic and then they they both pushed into you. >> Yes. >> Push her. So, Har's the one who I I mean it's in my body camera you see it. So, >> um Okay. >> And that's when we started going hands-on and then Yeah. went from there. So, um, but we when we I I want to say whenever we rolled up, I bet you that's what they that was what we heard, glass breaking because it kind of did sound like glass breaking and that makes sense that there's stuff all over the graph. >> Okay. >> So, um, I'll go interview him now and see what he wants to say or >> Yeah, absolutely. Go talk to him, see if he'll say exactly as to how this all unfolded. >> Are you serious, man? What in the world? Hey, don't ignore me. At least let me know what's going on. What's going on? >> Hello. >> All right, man. >> Don't treat me like that, man. Hey, I'm a dude just like you, man. What the dude? >> No, you. What the man? >> No, you. Not you. You listen. >> I just want to explain to you. I just want to explain to you why we're here. All right. So, now that we've calmed down, >> so we got a call. >> We have people in the backyard. We're selling this house. They have a problem. I'm going to have parties here. >> Listen, so we got to call it. There was a domestic shoot that you and her were fighting. Okay. Obviously, there was a kid here and they and they heard they they we came here because they they said there was a domestic. Okay. So, when we came here, we heard banging. We heard what sound like glass breaking. Obviously, we came here just to make sure everything's listen to me. Listen. >> I'm Yes, sir. >> I You wanted to know why we're here. I'm explaining it to you. Okay. When we came up, okay, we tried to have a conversation with you and then you try, you know, everything just escalated, right? >> Dude, no. You You listen. Oh, you especially you. Hey, couldn't handle a fist fight, bro. And you did that to my chick, bro. The out of here. What were y'all arguing over, >> dude? What were you arguing over, dude? I'm just trying to figure out >> to her, man. >> Why can't you talk to me? I It's It's good if I have both of your >> lawyers all day, man. What do you want? What the do you want, man? I did nothing wrong to anybody. I didn't hurt anyone. >> All right. >> No. Hey, >> he's a lawyer. >> Hey, especially that fat boy right there. Nobody hurt him. >> Ask what happened to >> What happened to your lip? Why? When her grandmother arrived, the officer explained what had happened, went over the charges the adults were facing, and informed her that protective services would be notified because of the situation.
