It's a free one, so I was like, "Since Pornhub got shut down, I was like bored." >> know why she would be having with your dogs? >> No. >> Not at all. That is uh odd, incredibly odd. >> I have it on camera. >> Guess who went to jail for 14 hours because they broke his poor little finger. >> Some husbands believe marriage is built on trust, but what happens when police reveal secrets so dark that wives entire past turns out to be fabrication, and the husbands are the last ones to find out? >> My wife and I were going through some stuff like we are right now, and she was saying she's been talking to another guy while while being married to me. >> I don't know anything. >> Who is he to you? >> He's the one who helped me get the false identification. >> These were the moments when husbands realized their wives disturbing secrets. [music] We begin with the case of a husband who thought he knew everything about his wife, but when detectives arrived, the truth about what she'd been doing with their dogs left him in complete disbelief. >> What the is happening? >> We're going to explain it all. >> There were some videos of her with the dogs. You're [music] You're saying you're not aware of any of those? >> And by videos, you mean she is talking about the dogs having with your little girl. >> On August 1st, 2025, officers in Santa Rosa County, Florida, executed a search warrant on a property tied to a cyber tip that had been brewing for months. What started as a routine investigation would soon unravel into something far darker than anyone expected. >> Give her here. I got her, Bambi. You going to come back over here, okay? What's your name? >> What is happening? >> We're going to explain it all. >> That one, okay. >> Is there anyone else in the trailer? >> No. >> Okay. We're going to explain it all. For a moment, can you just turn around? I'm going to put you in handcuffs, okay? >> I have dogs. And what is happening? >> How many dogs? >> No, seriously, what is happening? >> We will explain it all in just a minute. How many dogs? >> Uh seven. >> Seven? >> Yeah. >> In that thing? >> Yeah. >> Dang, girl. >> Well, because we're trying to get her to two puppies at the moment. Yeah. >> Okay. >> What is happening? >> We'll explain it all in just a moment. Do those dogs bite or anything? >> No, they don't. >> Okay. Can I get you to step back here to my car? I don't have gloves >> Right back here. Yeah. Um I'm Careful, there's an ant hill right there. I'm going to have her search you real quick, okay? I don't have gloves on. We're doing We're executing a search warrant. >> For what? >> The detective will come over and talk to you in just a few minutes, okay? And he'll explain it all. >> With the warrant read, Detective Lunn explained that they would be seizing electronic devices from inside the home. The wife, identified as Valen, stood by, still trying to understand why any of this was happening to her. >> What the is happening? >> We're going to explain it all. No, right here is fine. We'll probably take the cuffs off in a minute. So, this is Detective Lunn. She's going to explain to you what's going on, okay? >> Is Valen? >> Yeah. Do you mind if I call you Val or >> Val is fine. >> Whatever you want to go by? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, I'm Detective Lunn. I'm with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office. So, I'm going to explain why we're here and what's going on, okay? So, uh for right now, I'm going to go ahead and explain that there's We have a search warrant for your residence, okay? >> Okay. >> And I do have to read it and go over it, okay? To all singular and the Sheriff's Office of the Santa Rosa County, Florida, and duly sworn deputies such as lawful assistants may be necessary from the FDLE, Florida Department of Law Enforcement. And there is now certain evidence, fruits, or instrumentalities of the crime being kept in or on the below-described premises and or the curtilage of the location located in Santa Rosa County, which is this address. If we can go and to the vehicle and I can explain everything and we can go over all of it, okay? What I have um if you're okay with that. >> Okay. Sure. >> And we'll take the handcuffs off. >> handcuffs off right now. >> Once inside the patrol car, Detective Lynn began walking Valen through the system that had led investigators to her door, a process most people never think about until it's already too late. >> I'm just going to explain to you this is a non-custodial interview. You don't have to speak with me at any time. Do you understand that? You're free to leave this vehicle. It's not locked. Um you're free to leave. You don't have to speak with me. You understand that? >> Mhm. >> Um at any point you want to get out and stop the interview, you can. So, again, you're not detained at this point. You're free to leave. You understand that? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, I'm going to explain pretty much why I'm here, okay? But first, can I just get your information just so I can verify I you know, like your just verify some things, okay? >> Okay. >> It's okay? Can you just state your name? >> Valen Ada Murray Rub. >> Okay. ICAC is Internet Crimes Against And how it comes about us getting these is that um in the US any social media platform like Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, anything like that, right? Um they are federally mandated to report certain things like such as uh if they come into anything come across anything deemed to be CSAM, which is also known as Right. >> Yeah. >> Once they, you know, deem something to be that, they send it to the National Center for Missing and NCMEC. Which is a organization that's a nonprofit organization out of West Virginia, which is also attached to the Department of Juvenile Justice. And so, once they get it, they send it to the appropriate agency. Right. So they get all of these cyber tips is what we call them. And once they get them, they again send it to the appropriate agency. That's how we get them. So once we get these cyber tips we view the cyber tip and if we confirm it to be CSAM or uh Yeah. Then we work it appropriately. Correct. We investigate it. >> Valen started talking claiming she had stumbled onto a website and blocked anyone who sent her things she didn't want to see. Valen tried to paint herself as a victim of circumstance but the story wasn't adding up. >> So in this case we got a cyber tip from Snapchat where an account was in possession of Mhm. Okay, do you know anything what I'm talking about right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. What are you telling me? >> So I found this website and it they like you start talking to those people and then you like and then I like just ended up blocking them because I was like that's too much. I don't want to see that. I don't want to watch that. So like I was like no. I'm not I don't want anything to do with that. So I started blocking these people and then I just haven't touched it since then. I mean I haven't stopped and then they'd like go and make a new account and they do it and I'm like what are you doing? Like stop texting me. Stop calling me. Stop doing all that. Like it was just it got too much and I was like I'm just staying off that website. So like like I just haven't touched any of that since. >> Which website was that? >> It was called Luxure. Luxure like l u x u r e >> u r e? Okay. >> I think it's luxuretv or it's just luxure but it's one of them and it's literally just a website that I found randomly searching one day and I was like well some of this kind of hot but some of it's like a little too much and I was like I don't know about it so and then just never stopped. >> What would you say was on the website? Like what are on there so >> It's just >> [music] >> and it was a free one so I was like since Pornhub got shut down I was like bored. >> Were they >> Just exploring on it. >> Okay and you said they were sending who was sending you? >> I don't know these are like random people [music] that you can talk to off of there but they have different account names so I don't know exactly like who it was. >> Were they named like I don't know their name. >> I just they're random to me I don't know. >> Okay. And when they sent these to you what did you do at that point? >> Blocked them. >> The officer could see through Valen's act from a mile away so he decided to give her a chance to come clean warning that computer evidence doesn't lie. >> I know you said that they would just um >> [clears throat] >> send it randomly. Did you ever ask for any of these? Did you >> Okay. >> Did you ever entice anyone? >> No. >> And and I kind of want to preface something as well before we get too deep into this conversation. You know I genuinely as well as Detective Lynn like we genuinely care about what you have to say. >> Mhm. >> And you know there are two sides to every story and now is your chance to tell that side of the story. Um this is all I work or internet crimes again in cases. I've interviewed uh of people in the same seat that you're sitting in now. Um so, I've heard everything in the book from addiction that went south and then before I realized that I had a problem and I was in this and I know it's a problem and I tried stopping to I like it's just what I like. I'm ashamed of it, but it's my preference for all sorts of stuff. So, you know, now is your your only time to kind of establish the narrative that you want to write. Um the good thing about our job is we don't we really don't need anything from you. We have all of the you know, computer evidence doesn't lie. IP addresses don't lie. None of that lies, but we care about what you have to say, which is why we're sitting here talking to you um in a nonchalant way. So, definitely don't try to fool us or lie to us in any way because we know the truth. Definitely just make this is a time when you can kind of finally just and and kind of tell the truth of kind of what's been happening in your life. >> I don't have a reason to lie. I just I think it went south because like >> Okay. >> Fine. >> Fallon had blamed her memory issues on smoking and anxiety, insisting she blocked everything, but the detectives already had information that was about to make those excuses fall apart. >> I received in the cyber tip was a photo of a female between the age of 4 months to 6 months probably, approximate, right? Um it she's wearing a onesie and had it pulled it was pulled up to where exposing her um >> [clears throat] >> area and her stomach. And there was what appeared to be on her stomach. Do you know where you got that photo? >> I honestly don't. I don't remember. I'm going to be real. I smoke, so I don't remember. >> What do you smoke? >> I have I've had anxiety since my accident last April. So, I'm just It helps me sleep. It helps me not have nightmares anymore. >> So, when Snapchat captures this information and sends it to the National Center for Missing I mean, they they send everything. So, Snapchat even reports um that on March 2nd, 2025, you you saved this file to your memories. So, I know earlier you talked a little bit about um you know, people would just randomly send you the stuff, you delete it, and you block them. But, why is it showing that you saved this file to your memories on Snapchat on March 2nd, 2025? >> Like help. >> Like I was thinking I've been thinking about therapy for a while. I'm just >> You say you have a drug problem? Like deviant addiction where you just >> I No, I think it was just like Like I said, like I think I was just browsing one day and I found it and I was like I don't know. >> So, what's going to happen is that we are going to seize all the electronics. >> Okay. >> Um like I said, that's in our search warrant. That's what we're That's what we do. Um our forensic unit is going to analyze it. And if nothing is found on any of your devices, then Okay. And if that video is on there, then again, you know, that is a charge for possession of beast you know, bestiality. It's And also making it can be a charge, too. So, making it is a charge, too. So, um but again, if it's in your possession or if it's on there, then, you know, that's that's something that we'll have to cut. >> Right. >> And even if it's not on there, you're still going to be charged with >> Correct. >> or taking of bestiality. >> Correct. >> While the search continued inside, another detective pulled Valen's fiance aside. He had no idea why they were there, and what the detective was about to tell him would change everything. >> Before we get started, uh, do you know why we're here today at all? >> I have no idea. >> Okay. Um, do you mind So, you don't have to speak with me. You can get out at any time. Do you understand that? >> Yeah. >> Like, you're free to leave. >> Okay. >> Um, >> But, I do want to preface and we don't have any we have we don't have any reason to believe you're in trouble or anything like that. We're not here for you. So, I just wanted to preface that. >> Okay. >> We just want to talk to you, uh, kind of fill you in on some things. >> Okay. So, do you mind if I just get your information just so I can verify who I'm talking to? >> Yeah. >> It's >> Casey, c a s e y. >> Okay. >> s a p p >> Okay. So, again, you know, I'm not going to I can't really, you know, sugarcoat this, but the Snapchat account or one of her Snapchat accounts, um, was in possession of Right. So, that's why we are here. Um, didn't um, social media search warrants and came to the conclusion that it was her Snapchat account, okay? >> Mhm. >> And while investigating and going through the search warrant, um, there were videos as well. Videos. Are you aware of any of those? >> No. >> Okay. Um, do you know of anything to do with your dogs? >> No. >> Any your dogs, anything like that, okay. >> So, there were some videos of her with the dogs. You're You're saying you're not aware of any of those? Okay. >> No. >> Um >> And And by videos, you mean she is talking about the dogs having Is your girlfriend, is your girlfriend, fiance, wife? >> Fiance, wife. >> Fiance. >> Fiance, okay. >> It was the video of the dogs having sex >> Having >> Okay. >> So, you're not aware of any of that. And I I And I'm not saying you were. I just want to know >> Yeah. >> what you know, cuz I truly want to >> Yeah, no. >> Cuz if you're aware of it, okay. If you weren't aware of it, okay. I just want to know, right? >> I no idea. >> Um >> How does that make you feel? >> Uh conflicted. >> Okay. >> And confused. >> Okay. >> I mean, that's reasonable. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> Do you know why she would be having sex with your dogs? >> No. Not at all. That is uh odd. Incredibly odd. >> So, again, we're going to seize the electronics. And then once we're done with you know, here we can go back in the residence. Just so Right now, um that's we're executing the the resident or the search warrant on the residence, okay? >> Vallow was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail on 26 felony charges, including offenses related to illegal material, unlawful conduct, and the use of electronic [music] communications in connection with a felony. Next up, we have the case of a husband who called police to remove his ex-wife from his home, but the videos he was about to show officers would reveal a side of her that no one [music] expected. >> a She drinks, she gets aggressive and violent. nuts. Why she coming up on me like that if she's scared? >> He's doing this on purpose. Like he's literally sitting there. He literally want to kill him. I swear to god. No, you would have goddamn show. Here you go, girl. I'm crazy. >> On July 19th, 2025, officers in Escambia County responded to a domestic disturbance. By the time deputies arrived, both parties were already pointing fingers, and what each of them had to say would make it nearly impossible to tell where the truth actually ended. >> What's going on? What's that? >> Did he give you a badge number? But this is not the first time. >> No, it's not the first time. >> situation. But I actually talked to >> He >> Lady, she's not >> Can you step back in the car for me? >> So, she's my ex-wife. >> Uh-huh. >> I let her move back in. >> Can you step in the car for me? >> I can't. He broke my door handle. >> That's not true. It opens. >> You did break my door handle. I cannot open the door. >> How did you get in the first time? >> Cuz I got in the other side of the car. I cannot do that. >> you keep arguing with him, you're going to end up in my car instead of yours. Okay? >> It's sticking and opening the door. Would you like me to open it for you? >> Are you able to open it? How? >> Okay. It's just going to hold the one side. Continue to do it. >> Okay. How long have you all been divorced for? >> 5 years, 4 years, 2002. >> Okay. What happened today? >> Well, today's When she She has an alcohol problem. >> Mhm. >> When she drinks, she gets aggressive and violent. >> Mhm. >> And I haven't talked to I called the other I called like about a week ago because I'm trying to have her removed from my house. I'm the sole owner, title owner of the property. And she's a guest. But she's out waited. She's out stayed her welcome because of his drinking. >> On one side, the wife claimed her husband had been abused and had video evidence to prove it. On the other side, the husband told a different officer the exact same thing. He had videos showing she was the one acting violently. Both were hurling accusations, but only one story was about to hold up. >> What's going on? What's going on is that he is doing this manipulation and your deputy up there is like the anti-woman. >> He's just doing his job. >> I I understand. I understand. Trust me, I know. We were married for 20 years almost. We have a grandbaby we just had. Like I don't know if you've ever been in my position before, but like being I'm 41 years old, I have four kids, I just had a grandbaby, and I'm like going through menopause right now. And then I have this, and then you're looking at me like I'm crazy, and I have this person I have to like I know I know I'm about to like My my hormones are literally through the roof right now. Literally. Like he is an evil freaking human being. We have four sons together. We live here together. We just had a grandchild on Monday. This person has busted my lip yesterday. Literally have a video after video after video after video of him literally putting his hands on me to the point I almost passed out. My 10-year-old in there that would gladly tell you he walked out while I was passing out. And he's the reason why I'm alive right now cuz he walked into that. I've been abused multiple times. I have been dismissed, discarded, acted like oh, whatever cuz I don't call the cops every time he does this. >> I have it on camera. >> Okay. >> I'd ask her to leave. She has a car. She's trying to act like she's afraid, but she's free to leave like the whole time that she's trying to get inside. >> Okay. Where do you Where do you have it on camera from? >> Right just from my I have like I have like four or five videos. >> Back up away I see you right there. Hear you? I hear you. Uh now we're going to lie. Huh? Never going to lie like that. >> me in the nuts. >> We're going to lie. >> Why she coming up on me like that if she's scared? >> Are you trying to hit me? >> Oh, really? Oh, I did? Oh, I did? Oh, I did? >> You want to try to hit me? Again, I'm going to defend myself. I will defend myself if you hit me. >> Tell me the next. >> You are in a jail [ __ ] tonight. I'm done. Now call the cops. >> And this is the end. >> It turned out the husband had more than just one recording. As he continued showing video after video, the wife's claims of being the victim began to look less and less like the full story. >> There was one Maybe this is the one where she I was standing at the door, she ran up on me, and I went like this, and she fell down, said, "Abuse." >> You violent >> What about the first one? Can you do what I emailed all those videos? >> Yeah. >> I'll give you my email if you can just select them all real quick. What's up? Name your son that was out here fighting again. That was also in the video. How old is he? >> He is 13. >> Did he see any of this? >> Yes. >> Mhm. Like anything to happen today? >> Today? Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, for sure. They see it all. I don't know. She's a Gmail or mail. Email. >> What uh What did this argument all start over? >> She'll get aggressive and violent with the kids and I said that's not going to happen and she walked outside, saw all the doors. >> Okay. >> And then I asked her to leave numerous times. >> And how many >> How many times total did she hit today? >> Three. >> Three. Where at? >> Back of the head. Side of the head. >> Okay. It was it all open-hand slaps or was it a closed-hand at all? >> Closed-hand. >> Closed-hand. Just ain't talking now. >> The wife kept circling back to the same point. She was the victim. He was the abuser and everyone needed to believe her. >> Don't listen to him. Just tell me what happened in your words today. What happened in my words is I have not slept in 48 hours. I'm tired. My baby, my our oldest son just had a baby. They're in the hospital and they're in there for 10 days cuz he's got to be on the antibiotics. So I've been up there every day and I got to the point where I almost passed out because >> Today? >> Yes. Yesterday. Yesterday. >> Okay. >> Um Oh, multiple times. Like I love how he's up there showing You know what? No, I swear to God I have multiple videos myself, too. Multiple videos. >> Well, don't focus >> I I've hit my limit. I've hit my limit. I've hit my limit. I've hit my [ __ ] goddamn limit. >> Don't focus on what he's doing. Why don't we come come over here on this side of the car with me? So we're we're not going to focus on what he's doing. We're just going >> that cop >> Hey, don't focus >> I know, babe. He's Oh, you can be in the back of my cop car cuz I know I'm crazy right now. I know I'm crazy. I know I'm crazy. I happily had him locked up multiple times. I have video after video of him locked out. I have bruises I have permanent scars all over my body, okay? I'm not the violent one. I am not the violent one. >> I hear you. >> I'm not. I have been beat to a pulp. I have been beat to a pulp, okay? He has He is a disgusting human being. Disgusting. Literally. Married for 20 years. >> Mhm. >> I had one boyfriend that I was with for 4 years and then unfortunately because of that situation I'm back here with him. Living with him because I don't financially have anywhere to go except for my mother's house. But I choose to be with my children and he doesn't care because he has to work. He's a sovereign citizen. He's not a He is not a uh citizen of the United States and he is doesn't follow rules or doesn't believe in the cops or anything else. He does what he wants to do. And he does it just fine and he gets away with lots of stuff from you people. Lots. I've the crash out or whatever this whole little trend that's going on. It's not a trend and I'm doing it right now. It's happening. And I can't stop it. Literally, I have four mother boys. I have a grand baby. I just had a grand baby. I'm a grandma. I am like I don't like the cops right now. Like I do normally. I do I do like the cops but right now they're not my favorite. Hold on, one second. Just stay right here for me, okay? >> While the wife kept trying to blame the husband, the officers noticed something. Every time they asked her to explain what happened today, she couldn't give a straight answer. Instead, she circled back to old grievances and the more she talked, the harder it became to find the truth. >> She's not really saying anything about what happened today. She just keeps going on about he's beat her, he her yesterday, her son going to fist to it. She hasn't slept in like 2 days. Like she just keeps circling around and around and around. I you trying to think, "What happened today?" And you're in his pocket, and that's why I blah blah blah, literally not getting anything about what happened today. Okay. Yeah. He just might tell me what he's hearing, okay? So, what >> Lies. >> And that's fine, that's why I'm talking to you and trying to get your side of things, right? So, what happened prior to us coming out here today? What caused us to get caught up? >> I took a nap, literally. Like, I've been up since 4:30 this morning, while his lazy fat ass has been sleeping, and I'm sorry. >> It's okay. >> I know I'm being a liar. I know I'm being a liar. >> It's okay. >> I wish I could take you inside right now and show you all the things and give you a timeline. I woke up at 4:30 this morning, and I am doing my normal thing, cleaning the house that nobody else cleans. I have four boys, nobody cleans. We have two dogs, nobody takes care of Bunny. And he's sleeping with his little light machine in his room, $7,000 machine that mixes frequency, frequency machine, and I here I am cleaning all goddamn day long. I lay down and took a nap. >> Mhm. >> My ex-boyfriend from 7 months ago, the only person I've been with in 20 mother goddamn years except for him, called me when I was asleep. He got the phone call. He got jealous, and here we are. >> So, what happened when he got jealous? >> jealous. He uh sent a video saying, "Oh, here to my ex-boyfriend. I've talked to my ex-boyfriend." I'm like, "I don't know what he's doing. Like, I broke up with that mother for a reason. He He's harassing him. He went He's got a felony charge right now because he went and tried to bust in his door down." >> Okay. >> My ex-boyfriend right now. >> The wife kept crashing out, her anger building with every passing second. She was screaming, cursing, and making threats, none of which were doing her any favors. The more she lost control, the clearer it became who the real problem was. >> Look at him with his little beard. Like he literally you meticulously did this. >> looking at him, okay? Don't focus >> Sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's okay. I'm not upset with you, right? >> I'm sorry. He's doing this on purpose. Like he's literally sitting there. I literally want to kill him. I swear to >> Listen, I'm sorry. >> He seen my thing. I was sleeping. I took a nap. >> Mhm. >> I took a nap. I've literally been doing everything in this house for 6 months. >> Yeah. >> I took a nap and he I don't care. You can text him. I don't care. He deserves it. That my employer is a piece of [ __ ] He deserves every bit of it. I hope he believes all the lies that he just got told. I don't care about that. What I care about is the fact that he I walked outside and he locked me out of the house and called the cops because he plays games constantly. Literally this [ __ ] has done me so much me into the point where I thought I was going to die. Literally my 10-year-old watch watch me as my I was blacking out. me into the point where my jaw clicks every time I open it for years. I have a scar on my back right here >> Mhm. >> from him. Multiple scars on my body from him in the last 10 years. Multiple. However, guess who went to jail for 14 hours because they broke his poor little finger. Me. Which I'm glad they broke his [ __ ] finger. >> The officers had heard enough and the videos left little room for debate. After all the crash outs and playing the victim, the move they made next was something the wife never saw coming. >> Are you messing with me? >> Can you put your hands out? >> Wait a minute. >> hands behind your back. >> Please, do not. Why are you arresting me? I want to know why you're arresting me. Wait a minute. >> He's going to tell you. >> Wait a minute. I have a right to know why you're arresting me. Really, Daryl? I'm getting arrested so he hit me. He literally physically abused me multiple times and I have video of it and now I'm getting arrested? So so I like literally my jaw is popping. I have bruises on my body and I got literally physically hurt and I'm going to jail. >> This This is What kind of am I being taxed to? >> I've been paying taxes. I am a tax paying citizen literally and you are going to put your hands on me. Get your hands off of me actually. You're going to put your hands on me after you like buddy buddy up with him. This sovereign citizen who does not pay taxes, hates all things conservative and beat the [ __ ] out of me and then called the cops and now I'm getting arrested and you are pawn to his scheme. Here you go. Here you go. Here you go. You need to get all the Hold still. Oh Oh, let's do it, huh? Let's do it. He's No. No. Now kicking me to the god damn sidewalk mother [ __ ] You want to do it? Go ahead. No. Oh Oh, I know you Oh, I know you You know you would have god damn so Here you go, girl. I'm crazy. You [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] white assaulting a nasty cop. Oh, you got Oh, you better be glad I'm black you white mother you're racist. Oh, let him lie to you and and act like he stole whatever. The mother of his children and his grandchild. He's He's having arrested because he is a piece of [ __ ] I cannot wait to get you on Megyn Kelly and Candace Owens and every god damn thing else he's [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] he's got. Seriously, you suck. Seriously, I cannot wait. Like I cannot wait. A mother of four and a grandmother who's never done any goddamn thing in her life and you're like stupid white mustache ass. Oh, but you heard me now cuz I'm making fun of your stupid ass. Yeah, you deserve every bit of it. >> have turned the other way. >> Grandmother. Grandmother, suburban mother and this is what you're doing. There's people out there selling god But you're worried about me? Yeah, exactly. >> With the wife now in custody, the officer took a moment to explain the next steps to the husband. The process was laid out clearly. If he followed through, she wouldn't be able to return without facing jail time. >> This is a business card. It's got his name, his badge number, the case number on it. Do you need an ambulance for any reason? Do you mind if I take a couple pictures of you? >> Sure. >> Okay. Um Something I have to explain to you is how to obtain a domestic violence injunction against It's an injunction for protection against domestic violence, also known as a restraining order. So, the second floor of the courthouse is under family law. It's free to file. Um if you want a copy of the report to take with you, you are more than welcome to do that. You can request that through the sheriff's office. Um or you can just take that. If you have any pictures, videos, images of injuries that you have, um you can print that all out and take that with you to submit as well. You are welcome to take an attorney up, but you don't have to have one. That's entirely up to you, okay? Um you said you don't need an ambulance for any reason? >> No. >> Okay. All right, I'm going to take a couple pictures of you. Um we're going to do overall, then we're going to do a close-up of your face, and then your hands. Do you have any injuries? >> No, I don't have any like broken skin or anything. >> Okay. That's fine. This is just um something that we're required to do. Yeah. So, I'm going to back up, do a overall. We'll do a close-up. And then your hands, if you would put them out like that. Thank you. And then flip them over. Perfect. Thank you so much. Um as for the Marchman Act, it's also through the courthouse. I don't remember which division it's under, um, but it's called an emergency ex parte, um, or it might just be an ex parte, I think. I don't remember if it's emergency or not, I'm going to be honest with you, but anyway, you can file with them, let them know what's going on with her drinking and things like that and that it's obviously been an issue. Um, and if the judge grants it, then she'll have a court order and once it's granted by us, and then we can come out and pick she's out if she's here to this, I have the paperwork and we'll come out and take her and she'll be court ordered to get treatment at that point, okay? >> Now, she was living in my house, so I'm going to have to deal with that. I guess a restraining order would take care of it. >> Yes, the restraining order would take care of that. So, if you go before the judge and it's granted, she has to move out immediately upon once it's served upon her. So, say he grants it and then they've got to serve it on her. Once it's served on her, she has to move out. If she comes back to the house at all, um, she goes to jail. >> The woman was arrested for battery and resisting without violence. If convicted, these first-degree misdemeanors can carry up to 2 years in county jail and up [music] to $2,000 in fines. Moving on to a case where a husband was so scared of losing everything that he went straight to the police station instead of calling from home. >> They started talking to me arguing and then she started pushing me in and in the face and >> Nothing. You think that you can just ignore me when I'm trying to talk to you about my kids? >> What did he accuse you of today, if anything? >> Oh, having multiple men over the weekend, entertaining other men in my DMs. >> Turn around, put your hands behind your back. >> On September 1st, 2023, a man named Nate walked into a police station in Georgia and told officers he needed to report his wife. He was in the military and he was terrified that whatever happened next could destroy his career. But what he had recorded on his home cameras was about to speak louder than any fear he walked in with. >> Hello. >> Hey, [ __ ] >> Nate, how are you? Did you call? >> I didn't call anybody, but I talked to her. >> Right. What happened? >> So, uh, my name is, uh, Genessa Ali. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah, my name is Nate Ali. She um I don't I don't know if you're familiar with that Ali. So, this morning, um, I have an incident with my wife I mean the military police and I already talked to the MP so I talked to my leadership my first line supervisor about the incident that happened this morning and pretty much my wife and I were going through some disagreement right now and she was she was >> Okay. >> I know [clears throat] uh um I I I'm here because I don't have an idea of what I want to do but I'm kind of worried about the consequences so I don't want to tell her I lose my career or put myself in a position where where my career is going to be jeopardized so I already talked to my first line too >> Mhm. >> And he said that he can put me in a barrack room and all that stuff which is what I'm trying to go with but when I talked to the MP they told me the same thing even they if I'm a victim they pretty much the law favors the spouse. This case I don't know if you're familiar with our with that part though. What I'm here is just you know we we we we started through the weekend. >> Mhm. >> uh um the result of that um she was she was at the house she came home yesterday from she's in the reserve so she she came home yesterday from South Carolina. >> Mhm. >> I wasn't talking to her I was just I cleaned the whole house which is my own business. And this morning uh I was getting ready to take my kids to the daycare on post and both of them and I put them all in the car and I guess she was thinking that we were cool she was like I was going to the gym in the afternoon and I didn't talk I didn't tell her anything so she kind of went away inside of the house and closed the garage so I was just getting ready to leave and she opened the garage back and started talking to me >> Go ahead. Go ahead. >> and then she started pushing me in in the face and then she start gaslighting me. And maybe I was saying things that I was gaslighting her, too. >> Like what? >> Like ignoring her because I wasn't talking to her about she was asking about >> Nate explained that his wife Kelly had been hitting him and this wasn't the first time. He told officers he had been dealing with her behavior for years. Then he reached for his phone and what he pulled up on the screen was about to change the direction of the entire conversation. >> I got a video, but I'm not going to show you the file talking that I would just leave it up. >> What do you have on video? >> I'm sure I don't know if you make the voice before or years I don't want to like mess up her career or like right now so right now she's at work and she think like I said she think that I'm blocking about it but I was telling her like I'm not going to keep fostering the behavior that you're doing which she's pretty much right now out of social media she's been talking to other guys while while being married to me and the reason why we went through social work before and we've been through it is because when I was deployed she was cheating on me. This is the first one that I count on. It was working on >> This is not like this. I think it's our fault for being here, huh? You can't just make it easy. Why do you have to be so difficult? Why do you have to be so difficult? >> You don't make it easy for her. >> I'm not. It could be easy for everybody. You just want to make my life miserable because you have this persona that you have thinking that I'm cheating on everybody. And if I am I'd like to see proof. Cuz there's nothing. There's nothing. There's nothing. And that's what's funny. I'm not intimidated by you anymore. I'm not scared by you. There's nothing that you can do to intimidate me. Nothing. You think that you can ignore me when I'm trying to talk to you about our kids? Huh? I'm not afraid of you. I'm sick of you always trying to intimidate me. I'm not afraid of you. I'm not afraid of you. >> So, you have got yourself into the next relationship. >> What? Um >> She is right. >> Who? My wife. Where is she? >> The white car. >> So, the truck? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm I'm sure she can tell that I'm I'm too sexy may I call you me? >> Okay. >> uh >> Does she know you're here? >> Yeah, because she seen my location. Well, >> Okay. Stay in here for just a minute, okay? >> While Nate was still inside the station, Kelly tracked his location and showed up outside. She had no idea what he had already shown the officers, and what she was about to tell them would only make things worse for herself. >> Hello. Are you Kelly? >> Yes. >> Can I talk to you for just a minute? >> Yes. >> Okay. Hey, I'm Officer Moran. Um what's going on with your husband? I mean, I'm sure you know his side of the story. >> Yeah. >> And I want to get yours, so >> Yeah, it's probably true >> Okay. >> what he said. >> What what what do you think he told me? Like, I'm I'm just trying to get your side, okay? >> We've been going through this for 3 years. It's just it hasn't gone this this far. Um I don't know. I'm sure he told you everything. Um he's really good at building cases building cases against me. >> Okay. >> He's a very smart man. >> Okay, so what what From your perspective, what happened? >> He knows how to push me past my limits and manipulate me >> Mhm. >> to the point to where I finally break, and then he >> Basically >> he does stuff like this. >> Okay, so I understand what you're saying like in general, that this is like an ongoing thing. But what about today? How did he do that today? >> Um trying to threaten that he's going to have full custody of our children. >> Okay. >> Not say that exactly, but don't worry about it. I got it. You The words that he says, I don't even know how to put it in word for word right now. >> Okay. So, you feel like he was provoking you? >> Of course, he always does. >> Okay, so how did the argument start? >> He accuses me of such and such true. >> Okay. >> Can you tell me what's going on with all of this? >> I am investigating a domestic violence incident. That's the start. Okay. And what's happening right this moment is I'm trying to get your side. Okay. >> I don't know. I don't really have a side. He I I there's no way I can go. He's trying to kick me out of our house. I cannot leave. There's nowhere for me to go. >> Kelly told the officer that Nate was controlling and manipulative, but every time the officer asked what happened that morning, her answers circled around without ever landing on the one thing he needed to hear. >> So, you guys were arguing. Okay. And is this how it usually goes? You guys argue, and then it escalates? >> No, I don't I mean >> Okay. >> We'll argue, but we're quick to get over it. It's just Um I mean, I see your prior service. I'm military as well. I have I'm a reservist. I had my drill weekend. Um I just graduated the drill sergeant academy in November. And so, on day one, I'm sure you know what we >> This is actually law enforcement, but >> Okay. Well, day one when I you know, day zero, I'm sure you've seen start truck attacks and stuff. That we had from day one when I was at the academy, he fought with me every day. He doesn't like when I leave before >> There's a history that we have. >> Right. >> leave for the military. So, >> And that's got to be super stressful, too. >> Uh yes. >> Okay. >> I had my drill weekend this weekend. And I stay on FaceTime with him. I share my location. I answer all his calls, all his text messages in a timely manner that he would like. >> Mhm. >> And I was at the gym, and I wasn't answering him right and fast enough for him. >> That when when were you not answering? >> Saturday. Saturday. And I'm like he was at a funeral, so I knew that we weren't going to be really talking on the phone anyways and he's calling and calling and calling and I answer and he hangs up and he and he's like check your text messages and then hangs up again and I see I wasn't responding to his text messages and answering his questions which was are you off for the day and I said yes I am everything okay what's going on and he's just like why aren't you answering my text messages you leaving me on undelivered. >> Kelly described a marriage full of distrust and surveillance the officer listened but she kept guiding her back to the same question and the closer she got the more she struggled to answer. >> He was mad that my red receipts were off and so I still stayed on FaceTime with him stayed on video cuz he wants me to FaceTime him 24/7 when I'm away from him. And and I was on FaceTime with him but it just still wasn't good enough for him and so it just started an argument from that day from that moment around 4:00 >> on Saturday? >> on Saturday until midnight he was saying he was going to kill himself he had my kids with him I was gone and I just he's he's loco and so we argued that entire night and I'm just like you know what I can't do this one of my drill sergeant leaders from the academy we follow each other on social media he swears that just because we're friends on social media that I'm and it's not the case at all and I tell him because he's so crazy and he reaches out to every single guy that likes a picture on my social media like what are you doing what are your intentions with my wife why are you guys friends tell me like he's crazy and so I tell him if you think that like reach out to all these people at the end of the day I'm a reservist that drill sergeant leader versus is a reservist he has a lot of connections who knows the networking that he and I can do in the future. >> Right so he can't have any male friends. >> doesn't I cannot have male friends he does not understand that. And so It just one argument led to another and I'm just like I'm done. And then he's telling me he's kicking me out the house and all this stuff. So, I know how crazy he can get. He has locked me. He has emptied my bank account. He knows any He He's taken professional hacking courses. He knows how to hack into anything that I have. I do not have any personal identity outside of him because he gets into everything. He's a professional hacker in the military. So, One time, he financially tried to paralyze me like doing this in ways that I cannot overcome. >> The conversation turned to whether things had ever gotten physical between them and what came out next reached back years well beyond anything that happened that morning. >> This morning, he was playing mind games with me and with me. >> Like how was he doing that? What What was he What was he doing that about? >> Already telling me he wanted me out of the house by the time I was done with work that I'm not I'm not going to be living there anymore. Pretty much tried to kick me >> Mhm. >> Uh telling me like and I'm was trying to get the kids ready because we both mutually get them ready, take the kids to school and everything. But he wasn't letting me help get them ready. And I was like, "Okay, well, I made them breakfast. What are we going to do? Like I Can I take the kids to school? Like what is the plan this morning?" Cuz like And he's like, "Don't worry about it. I got it." >> What What did he accuse you of today? If anything. >> Oh, having multiple men over the weekend, entertaining other men in my DMs. Just because I don't stop them when they tell me I'm pretty. Nothing has gone further than a compliment. But because I don't stop them when they tell me I'm pretty and say, "You need to respect that I'm married. Don't tell me I'm pretty." He has a problem with it. >> So, has it ever gotten physical with you guys? >> Multiple times. >> Okay. What What has happened in the past? >> have filed domestic on him before you did me. >> So, what happened in the other times? >> He's locked me in my closet. I have that one on video. He's locked me in my closet. Any physical abuse? >> When when did that happen? >> It was a while ago. It's like 2020 2021. >> The officer had heard both sides and the evidence left little room for debate. Kelly had shown up thinking she could explain everything away. But what happened next was not the outcome she expected. >> Did you put your hands on him today? I mean, if the answer is yes, I I want to hear the because. >> There is no because. It's not right. There's no reason why. >> I mean, I'm not justifying it, but at the same time, you can only be pushed so far. Did you just lose your cool? You said in the past you've been able to walk away. >> I've tried a couple of times until he made it to where until he made it to where I wouldn't >> be able to. >> Okay. And were you I'm sorry. You s- I didn't mean to interrupt you. Go ahead. >> No, he's done it. I've done I've I've been able to walk but I have nowhere to go. My friends have spouses. >> Mhm. >> Their own lives. Like >> Yeah. >> I have nowhere to go. >> So, you feel trapped? >> Of course. >> Did you feel trapped today? >> Not even that I felt trapped today. It was just like I hate that he wants to get the last word and and I don't care about letting him. It's not about getting the last word in life. It's just about him telling me him always threatening me with the children or with just life. >> Yeah. >> Finances and stuff. >> Did he do that today? >> Of course. >> What specifically did he threaten you with? >> Um that he was going to ruin my military career. Um that he was going to which he's done already in the past contacted my chief of command before. >> Mhm. >> That he was going to mess with my career. Can you just tell me what's going to happen? >> Well, I've I have to finish investigating what was alleged, okay? And then we'll make that determination. I'm not trying to like play mind games with you or just dance around things, but at the same time I'm not going to tell you something that's not going to happen, okay? So, hang out right here for just a minute. Put your phone down. And turn around and put your hands behind your back. All right. Now you're under arrest for um simple battery under the Domestic Violence Act, okay? Put your hands towards each other like they're like you're praying. >> Kelly was arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery under the Domestic Violence Act. Next up we have the case of a woman whose dirty secret stayed buried for 42 [music] years until police showed up at her door and exposed everything right in front of her husband. >> Well, we're here for you, ma'am. Definitely here for you. >> The person there helped me to get false identification. >> Did you know there was a warrant out for your arrest back in the '80s and '90s then? >> No. >> You had your reasons of you know, protecting you and your daughter. I mean, that's >> I should have told the truth a long time ago. >> On November 24th, 2025, officers arrived at a home in The Villages, Florida to arrest a woman known to her neighbors as Sharon Neely. Her husband stood by in disbelief as detectives explained that Sharon was not who she claimed to be and the secret she had been carrying for more than four decades was finally about to surface. >> How you doing, Ms. Sharon? >> Good. [laughter] How are you? >> Pretty good. >> Uh-oh, they're coming for you, Sharon. >> They don't want me. They want Reggie. >> What's up? >> Well, we're here for you, ma'am. Definitely here for you. >> Well, why? >> We're uh waiting on the detective to get here, but we have uh with all the information that we do have, you have a warrant for your arrest. >> They're teasing. They have to be. >> Ma'am, we're not going to put you back up there. >> oh, I'm so sorry. >> No, you're okay. >> I'm so sorry. >> Yeah, go ahead and do them. Thank you. >> I don't understand. >> Yes, ma'am. So >> Sharon, correct? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Do I need to do it? Yeah. >> Well, so what we're going to do is we're going to put you in handcuffs, okay? >> Can I take my dog in and get my husband? >> We'll get We'll get the dog in. >> I'll go and get your husband and we'll get your dog taken care of. >> I don't know. >> Do you need me to hold the leash for now? She is um I don't think she's going to get her out. Well, you don't have to do that. I'm not going to >> I got to still put you in handcuffs, ma'am. >> Here, let me have this. I promise I will not hurt your dog under any circumstances. >> We'll We'll do it in the front, okay? >> If you're in the room with the officer, you can leave. >> If you have any questions, have you been cleared at the station? >> I didn't do anything. >> I'm not going to get your watch where it's going to pinch you or anything. >> You don't want to do that. Don't let him go cuz I don't have it. I don't know what they're doing. >> Well, you got two minutes to tell me something. What's going on? She has a warrant. >> Well, with all the information from all the information that we have >> A warrant for what? >> For her arrest. Well, I'm going to wait on the detective who can come explain to you just everything in just 1 second, okay? >> Deborah was brought to the station and a detective sat down with her to explain the basics of why she was there. Just enough to let her know this wasn't a mistake. >> It was Sharon. >> Hi. >> I I you my name when we were at the house, but I'm Detective Landorf. Um I'm just I'm assisting Detective Escobedo. Um just trying to get some basic information and everything. Um your daughter, Amanda. Was her middle name Marie? Yes. >> [music] >> Marie. >> Do you know her date of birth? >> You mean as Michelle? >> Yes, so we can so we can identify her and find her. Yes, ma'am. >> And you would want to look under Savannah. I'm really scared. >> Why? >> I don't know what's going to happen. >> Oh, so he'll be like I said, I don't have all that information. He'll be will come in and to explain I don't want to tell you something and it's not the truth because I'll probably say I don't know everything. Um he has all that information, so he'll be coming in. Um as far as I'm aware of, all I know of is uh there was a warrant issued and in reference to to this with your daughter. I guess with some parental custody issues. And then um I guess the other side of the family's been pushing it to find out because they didn't know if you were still alive or or anything like that. And that's all I know. So, um we just need to get all of our ducks in a row, make sure we got everybody um within the situation and then and go from there. Do you have a picture of your daughter? Is there a way you That way I can just like take a picture of your follow of the picture. Do you want a good relationship? Talk >> Every day. >> Every day. >> But she doesn't know You can tell we text often. >> And you said she has no idea about any of this. >> She's pretty. >> She's pretty, very pretty. Pretty eyes. Well, let me get this information on Mr. Tony. >> Deborah described how she fled an abusive marriage, how she got false identification, and how she started over with nothing but her daughter and a secret. >> Sorry, I didn't mean to to interrupt. I just I'm kind of trying to get all the information. >> I never spoke to him again. And when I was kind of going through the process, he said that I couldn't leave him. >> Come What process? Not like divorce or >> I wanted to get a divorce because I didn't want to be that kind person. But I can still remember the two men. I can still remember their names. I can still remember that. But he took pictures. >> How did you leave Kentucky? Like under like a false pretense or did you >> No, I told them I was going to a job in Georgia and that I was going to go down there to work and he was okay with that. My parents weren't real happy, but he was okay with that. And when I got there, I knew that that's how it was going to get away. >> How long were you there for? >> I don't think it was a whole year. >> Okay. So, when you created your new identity, was now the name that you went to was Share? Okay, there was nobody There's not another name you used throughout the years. >> Okay. >> Where did you go after Georgia? >> Florida. >> And where at in Florida? >> Tampa. >> Okay. >> I got driver's [snorts] license with fake information that I had from the state of Florida. But then I got a job >> [clears throat] >> at a daycare center. And I think >> [music] >> during that time the social security number that I was using was not the social security number that I have today. >> While explaining the whole situation, Deborah admitted she had been living under an assumed name for decades. No driver's license in Florida, no real birth certificate for her daughter. The detective listened as the layers of her hidden life began to peel back. >> I think I don't remember why, but I do remember having to go to the Social Security Administration and getting a social security number. At the same time, I think I bought my daughter's. And it was easily done because back then you didn't have to have that number when you were born. But for whatever reason, I seem to remember having a a reason to change the social security number when I was working at the daycare center. >> And this is the social you use now? >> That's the one I got from the Social Security Department. >> That's the one you use now? >> Correct. >> So, how did you leave Tampa? >> I was dating someone and I just wanted to get away. And we kind of sort of just picked a place on the map and it was Pennsylvania and I went to Pennsylvania. I started working for a restaurant and at the restaurant is where I met Wayne. >> How long were you and Wayne together? >> I think 10 years. >> 10 years? Did he ever suspect that Did you tell him the truth or you just kind of >> No one swore on those situations but me. No one. No one knows this story. >> And over the years, um Amanda, did she go by different names as well or just Amanda? >> No, I mean nicknames. Like Manda. >> Did you ever keep up with like your case in Kentucky? Like you never researched it? >> Nope, I was afraid to. I wanted to I wanted to look online and see if my parents were still alive, but I was afraid to because I know when you look for things sometimes there can be little traps out there and I just I was afraid to. >> Conversation turned to Deborah's daughter's birth certificate and Deborah's answers only raised more questions about how she had managed to keep everything hidden for so long. >> Did you know there was a warrant out for your arrest back in the '80s and '90s? And >> No. No, I didn't. I know that I know that what I did was was wrong. Now that I'm older and wiser but I didn't see a way out. >> Um kind of with like just What did you tell Amanda happened with like her birth certificate or like her social or any records of her? When did you realize that? >> She asked me for a lot of times she asked me questions about her father. And as she got older I kind of told her she needed to stop asking because it could get when I told her. And she just stopped but she doesn't have a birth certificate. >> So if she doesn't have a birth certificate does she drive at all or does she have any way to get How does that How does she go about that? >> She drives and I suspect that what she did was take the name that she has and the information that she could put together and I believe she probably got a birth certificate a true real birth certificate of the person who has that your name. But I don't uh she should not she didn't do anything. >> She didn't know >> She shouldn't get in trouble. I don't want her to get scared. I don't want her to get >> So she's not She's not She's She's She's not in trouble or anything. It is just because she's still technically she's Michelle Newton. She's still listed as a missing person. So we have to make sure that that's taken care of as well. That she's not listed as a missing person anymore. >> When the detective asked about Deborah's current husband, Deborah's voice changed. She spoke about him like he was the one good thing in her life, and the fear of losing him had kept her silent all these years. >> Did he ever have any questions like Kenneth? What'd you tell him about the years? >> No. No, I I I think he was a little frustrated because I've always driven and when we came to Florida my license expired and I didn't get it renewed. And I think he thinks I have a state ID card cuz I just told him, which is true, I don't like to drive. I'm scared of driving. Oh, that's a whole different subject, but it's hard to drive here. So >> [sighs] >> he just loves me so much, I think. He just kind of maybe believe me. >> Back in Georgia Oh did anybody ever come looking for you in the show? >> You mean like knock on the door and question? >> Like Joseph, did he ever come looking for >> Probably no. No. No. Honestly, maybe he was glad with the distance between us because it left him free to do things he wanted to do. Which was thankful of people. >> He So he did come looking for you guys in Georgia. I guess he filed some paperwork there for divorce and he actually tried knocking on your door to where you guys were living at. Do you remember that at all? >> Never. Never. >> Now let's kind of this kind of two sides to it. This is what he said throughout the [music] years back in the '90s and this is >> I understand that, but never. Neither did my mother call my father. >> Was there any other type of domestic abuse or anything like that? Anything else going on? Anything physical or anything like that? >> Yeah. >> What all What all happened? >> Oh, he would hurt me. >> Yeah. >> He would beat me. He would hurt me. He would force me. >> Then came the question about who helped Deborah create her false identity. And what Deborah revealed next stunned everyone in the room. >> How long were you in in Pennsylvania? >> Until 2008. >> 2008? >> Then I got a job transferred to Charlotte, North Carolina. >> Where are you working now? >> Wells Fargo. And then I moved up here in 2013. >> To Illinois? >> Retired 2 years ago. Because I don't know if it makes any sense, but I've been me for so long. I've just been me. I don't know how else to explain it. >> So, all of her for a very long time. >> And when I met Reggie, I was just me and I think there were always times when I felt bad. But it can't be go backwards. Can't be a tell some mechanic, tell somebody and then a member of law enforcement. >> [snorts] >> He's probably one of the best people you'll ever meet. He's involved in the community. He's in the Marine Corps League. He does all these things for Toys for Tots and people. And I didn't want to ruin that. I I now I've ruined it anyway. >> I wouldn't doubt it, you know. I wouldn't doubt that Louis said you ruined anything. Well, yeah, that's You had your reasons of you know, protecting you and your daughter. I mean, that's >> I should have told the truth a long time ago. Do you know if my parents are alive? They are not. >> Your sister is. >> Do you know if Joseph >> Joseph is still alive. >> As the interview wrapped up, Deborah had one more thing on her mind, her daughter, Michelle. And what the detective had to say next wasn't going to be easy for her to hear. >> How did you uh Like throughout the years, how did you enroll uh Amanda to school? >> I don't know.
