Today was she staying in the house? >> No. She was never inside? >> No. But she's saying that she's saying that you threatened her with a machete. Damn. Come on, man. Come on. Why would I do that? Why would I would do that? I have enough problems in my life. I I get it. You think you do you think I want more problems? I got enough problems. My father's in the hospital, my daughter's in the hospital, my mom's over there. You have all kinds of cameras and stuff. >> Yes. My brother's coming right now. Uh because I don't want her to come back inside the house. So you locked it that fast? No, it's been locked. When she left as soon as I threw her [ __ ] out, I locked it. Okay. I I locked it. >> until you threw her out? Then we When did she call you? Right. Yeah. How long was that? 10 minutes. So she waited 10 minutes to call? Yeah, something like that. She didn't call me either. Come on. Come on, Bear. So she was just out there? Yeah, cuz I I threw her out. >> And what was she doing when she was just out there? Wait, like cuz she didn't call us for >> She was right here just talking crap. >> Yeah, but then when you put her stuff out >> Yeah. I opened the gate and she wouldn't go. She was inside right here. And then she just walked out? >> out. Okay, and then what else was she just standing over there? She just walked on over there and and then she says I the phones she said I left my phones I gave her a phone and that's it. She called you guys and that was it. Do you have a key to this? No. No. That's my father's tool shed. It's a tool shed. Yeah. Okay, so all this supposedly happened back here where you guys argued and Yeah. Okay, you do own a machete? There must be one around the house somewhere. I don't know. That's all we're worried about. We're We're trying to confirm people's stories. When when you put knife or machete or your gun into the mix No. No. >> to worry. I got all that stuff I had all her stuff back there, officer. Look. I had all Go back Go You can go through there. Go there. Well, I'm just trying to confirm what she's saying happened. I I just I just can't Does she stay stay here for one day? What? What she She comes She comes on and off, you know, sometimes you get close. >> And she stays back in here? No. No. No. No. No. No. No. My mom doesn't get along with her. It's a problem. And then she's Where's your mom now? She's in the hospital with my father. Okay. She you know, it's a problem. It's a problem with her. She She Her mind is is Did you you didn't threaten her with >> No, officer. No. Does she get mail here? Yes, because she's homeless and it's the only way that she can get her mail is for for me to use for her to use my address. Come on, man. What What do you want me to tell you? It's the truth. I got you. Yeah. So she What She's using that to go ahead and put me in a bind? I don't care. I talked to my attorney. Put a restraining order on her ass. Are you guys intimate still or >> No, man. Can't be intimate with somebody who's out there opening their legs. And when you say that, what do you Is she a prostitute? Yes, she's a prostitute. >> Okay. Yes, she's a prostitute. Like you know that? >> I know that for a fact. I know that for a fact. >> of her stuff now? Yeah, pretty much. I feel sorry for her, officer. I'm not lying to you. I really do. Just hang out here. No back and forth. We don't do the back and forth talking and Yeah, he's on his way. There he is right there. That's him in the van? Yeah. Okay, perfect. It's been happening for a long time. Do I have to tell the story all over again? Yes. Why? Cuz I'm the officer that will be writing the report if there is one to write or make the arrest if there is one to make. I don't want him to be arrested because he's in the care of my dog. Um he slapped me with the machete. This has been going on and on forever. His mother is a spiteful Let me just put it that way. She's an evil [ __ ] and she does not want me here, so she causes problems. I'm homeless, residentially challenged. And um so I've been sneaking through the window to come here, you know what I mean? But she saw me the other day. Okay, what happened today with the machete situation? >> me with it. He slapped you with it where? >> So he just took it to your back? >> to your heart. And slapped you with it? >> Mhm. And I said, "If you're going to kill me, just take me out of my misery now. You got 10 minutes to do it." >> Okay, but you don't live here? My I I did live here at one point. Okay. Do you live here now? My mail comes here. Do you live here now? I can't. Okay. That's no problem. I'm just asking. >> My stuff is I have nowhere to live. >> Okay, how long have you been dating him? 6 years. Okay, so you sneak in and out the the window? Okay. Did anybody see what happened? Or was it just you and him inside the room when he did that? We were in the back. We were in There's no witnesses, no. Okay. You were outside behind the house? >> in the shed. Okay. Where did he get the machete from? In the shed. Here in the shed back there. >> Are there cameras back there? Not in that specific area. I don't need to I don't want to push press charges to It's not up to you. It's a domestic and you call the police. So >> That's fine, but there's no proof of of him doing it. Okay. That's what I'm saying. >> Well, that will be for me to determine after I speak to him, okay? >> Okay. Cuz the law says that >> Uh yes, we did. Okay. All righty. But listen to me, if you if he goes to jail, my dog is going to die. She'll kill my dog. Okay, I >> Just be conscious of that, please. Do you Would you like me to call animal control for the dog? >> No, I don't want my dog going to my trauma because you have to do your job. I do. And if he And if my job >> I can feel your your your hostility coming in. I don't have any hostility. I'm just trying to help you the best way that that I can. >> way you can help me is to just calmly calm him down. That's not how that works. >> Okay, well, how does it work? When it's a domestic situation, which it is because you said that's your boyfriend and you've been together for for 6 years. So it will it will it will fall under dating violence, which is considered domestic. When there's any >> the domestic violence is? >> Ma'am, can I finish explaining to you, please? I just want you to understand how it works because you asked me. >> No, I do. I want to hear from your voice. I can hear what you're talking. >> But I can't continue with if you cut me if you cut me off. Let me finish explaining to you. >> it. Okay, no problem. I'll go speak to him. There's nothing consistent with anything violent or place, especially that. So He's looking at the cameras. Um but he's getting in the cameras, so everything happened outside. >> She said it was in the back in the shed. So if they don't have cameras back there, then there that wouldn't have been. There is right here, but we're it it's only going to catch her him throwing junk over her junk over. So Okay. Yep. I know you probably told all of them what happened, but do you mind just giving me a brief summary of what you told them? You don't have to go into detail. >> Listen, I gave her $20 to help me to to shave the dog. She just starts giving me lip. Giving me lip. I said, "Come on, man. I don't need this [ __ ] I need to get things done around this [ __ ] man." And she said, "I'm not doing nothing." I'm not doing nothing. Okay, you're not doing nothing. Keep the $20 and get the [ __ ] out of my house. And I threw her all her [ __ ] out. That's it. Okay, you didn't stop her on the back with the machete or anything. Why would I? >> Okay, does she live here? No, no, she don't live here. She's she she's all around and about all over the place. She's homeless? She's homeless. >> That's what she told me. I'm just making She's homeless. Okay. And instead of being nice to people who are trying to help her out, what we get? Look what we get. False statements and we're [ __ ] five cop cars are in front of my house, embarrassing my [ __ ] neighbors and [ __ ] Embarrassing us. How long have you been dating her? >> Four four Listen, I I stopped having feelings for her in regards to a love four years back. Only reason I've been there is because I care for her. So, it's been four years? Yeah. Okay, she told me six. Well, I didn't want to go that far back, but just thinking about the numbers hurt me. Okay. You know? So, it could be six. You just don't remember. >> It could be. >> Okay. You know, but All right. If you don't mind me asking just for the sake of reporting purposes, when was the last time you two were intimate? Oh, man. What? Two weeks? Two weeks? Okay. No problem. So, it's within the last six months. I I was just asking. Okay. What? For what? He's dating her. He was helping her. For what? He didn't say that. Then he's going to He's going to let her back when he feels like it. Then when it's not convenient No, we're not doing that. Why? We want to be sure we're getting it right, okay? So, my officers are going to look Okay. Okay, yeah. That's one thing. So, I'm going to I'm going to download this right now. That's what I'm talking about. >> it right now? Yeah, you can watch it. I told her this was going to be an issue with her a long the ago. Let's see if the Is it still going on? Yeah. I'll keep looking for it cuz like I said it's a it's a wireless camera so it has to reboot itself. Not reboot but you know, stop recording and then yeah. Do you live here too? Yes, sir. And he lives here. Unfortunately, yeah. Mom and dad? Yeah, my my mom's in church right now. My father's in the hospital. She said you chased her with a with a machete? Who's I'm not seeing anything in here that's consistent with what she's alleging. He's still checking the cameras. We're we're still checking our cameras. >> Oh, you can do whatever you want. I'm I got a long walk. I got to figure out what I'm doing with this [ __ ] Look, we got to go by what's evidence is presented to us. I'm heading that way. Through the park? Through the park? Okay, so I have a location where I can go like, you know, go sleep and put some stuff. So I'm going to see I'm going to go through it. What I do do I need? I'll get rid of it. Right there. Jerry Park. I'm going to walk through that way. Is that okay? It's a park, right? If I had a cell phone, I'd give you my number. We could chat. I know but it doesn't work. There's no service. So if you're saying you don't >> I've already gone through the homeless coalition. We've gone through all this [ __ ] Okay, he's we're just trying to help. >> I do appreciate it.
