this is considered their crime scene right here since the individuals bailed out of that car and they're still searching for them right now all right so then your brother crosses over to this side and approaches us deputies cuz he wants to speak to us the other Deputy over there asked him to back up he didn't back up he actually got in his face and started recording there is a law now that if you are within 25 ft of us conducting an investigation and we ask you to back up and you don't you automatically go to jail so he warned him three times to back up he didn't that's why he's going to jail all right is he going to have Bond or something n yeah he he should have Bond he'll have to go to first appearance in the morning and he'll go in front of a judge and then yeah it's a misdemeanor it's a new you guys can look it up it's a new 25 25t law so if we're conducting an investigation which we're assisting border patrol right now cuz they had these guys bail out here yeah I understand and the federal agent asked him several times to back up and then he approached us and he started recording the other Deputy in his face he asked him three times to back up he refused to back up just for for his protection you got to understand off you already know it's it's not illegal listen it's not illegal to record however when we ask you to back up the 25 ft and you refuse and we ask you three times and then you can you still proceed to get in our face and stuff that's understandable that's understandable so that's what happened all right and then he started resisting he was taken to the ground and now he's going to be going to jail all right so he's going to be charged with resisting without violence this is going to be the misor so like he's definitely going to get out it it'll be two misor charges resist without right resisting arrest without violence which is a misdemeanor and then the 25 foot law I don't know the statute off top of my head cuz it's a relatively new law that they've implemented system yeah it is so both of those are misdemeanors all right so he'll go to first appearance and I'm sure after that he can bond out typically your bond is 10% of whatever they said it as so if it's a $1,000 you got to pay 100 bucks but one quick question can they talk to him before he ends up going cuz like that's I'll go ask the deputy down there that's going to be arresting him that'll be up to him it's not my investigation I'm just here assisting but I'm explaining to you guys that's that's what was going on so let me go ask him if do you want to speak to him no he was walking his dog and interfering with them and the new wall that we have with a 25t so you can't interfere in an investigation so the deputy over here asked him three times to like walk away and then he started recording us in our faces and stuff like that so after the third time all right this is enough you know yeah we have we have to like talk about like our working space yeah so we're like look we're conducting an investigation here we're asking you to back up you refuse and then we went hands on with him started thing and slam to the ground yeah the dog actually tried to attack us cuz he got off the He Slipped his collar it was like a little he did not attack me guys he was getting aggressive he didn't he's like a is it a bosson no not a boson is that a pit bull your dog no French bulld doog yeah yeah it's relatively new to us too this is the first time they've actually used it but so what do you guys do you guys take them to your your place for it or you go to closest hospital all right put the back on you what engine are you guys rescue rescue sorry whatever that was a compliment it was uh rescue 291 and then can I get a run number from yeah so yeah I mean we checked out need not no crepus no deformity no [Music] swelling perfect and um he's got his ICE Jason was arrested and charged with resisting with violence and approaching a first responder with
