I get it. So the name and date of birth you gave her that is your name? >> Yes. >> Are you out of the state of Florida? >> I live I reside in Florida in California and Chicago. Yes. >> Okay. Your most current ID is it out of California or is it out of the state of Florida? >> It's out of the state of Florida. >> Okay. >> But I So I do taxes in Florida. >> Okay. >> For 6 months one day for taxes. >> Okay. >> I reside in California. Other parts my son's in California. >> Okay. So it may or may not your name might be out of California then. Uh, it should be here because of taxes. >> Well, if you only live here 6 months at a time. So, >> six months, one day. >> Okay. >> For taxes. >> Okay. >> Well, we'll try both and we'll >> I just want to pay this off. I tried to pay it. >> We're We're trying to get this right away as much as you are. >> All right. >> So, can I get my credit card? >> Uh, I don't know what's the deal with that. I wasn't part of that conversation. What am I? >> I literally just had to pee it off. >> We have a supervisor on the way to figure out what to do with this. I know. >> You saw me trying to pay the pay it off, right? >> I walked in there relatively late. I was out here doing other stuff. Can I call my attorney? >> Try out of California. >> I Hold on. Let me call my >> Hold on. He's fine. >> He's fine. >> This is trash. >> Literally, I've done nothing wrong. >> Do you have a picture of your ID? >> I'm not on my phone right now. I'm sorry. >> Let's hold off on calling your attorney. We got to figure out who you are. >> I'm not doing this. >> We got to find out who you are. >> No, I'm doing nothing wrong. >> Okay, but we need to find out who you are. Your name is not Your name is not coming back. >> Do you have a picture of your ID? Something. >> Yeah, it's in the hotel. I literally just said that. >> Okay. You're >> No, now you're going to do Now you're going to jail. >> I didn't do [ __ ] dude. Now you're going >> I didn't do anything. Stop. That's not I didn't do anything. Stop. >> You're holding me for no reason. I didn't do [ __ ] >> I didn't do anything. >> I did not do anything. >> Traffic. >> I didn't do anything, dude. >> I didn't do [ __ ] >> buddy. [laughter] the lab kitchen. Hey, get off me. >> No, I can't. >> No, >> I'm not even on your neck. >> Get get his arrest up. >> All right, >> got him. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Let him >> get me up. >> Get me up. >> Hold me up. >> I'm going to jail now. >> I'm going to jail. You said I was going to jail regardless. >> No, you weren't. >> I didn't do >> I'm trying to work with you and you trying to run. >> Sold on the officer. How the hell take him back? >> I didn't touch anybody. >> Sold on the officer. I did not touch anybody. >> Oh no. >> I didn't touch anybody. >> Get up. >> I didn't touch anybody. >> Get on the car. >> I didn't touch him. >> No. Hey, come here real quick. >> Oh my gosh. Hello. >> Is he in a car? >> Yeah, he's in a car. So >> you dare try to get his name? He's not come back to anything. >> Yeah. >> So I remove him out of the vehicle to talk to him and be like, "Yo, >> give us your name. We're trying to work with you. We have a supervisor coming trying to figure out what's going on. >> He was like, "I'm going to call my lawyer." I'm like, "Don't worry about that right now. >> Let's try to get this situated. We're trying to work with you so we can take you to the hotel you're staying at to get your ID." >> Yeah. >> I was like, "Get off the phone." He decides to start running. >> Did he run far? It seemed like he didn't run that far. >> Oh, he stopped right here. >> I got him right here. Just peachy. >> Did we read Miranda yet? >> No. >> Oh, well you did. Did you read a Miranda earlier? >> I did. I did. >> Are you all right? I'm sorry. >> You don't have to apologize. Listen, we all make dumbass decisions. >> I did nothing wrong, though, man. >> Okay. >> I tried to pay the tab, bro. >> I'm sorry. >> Listen. So, we've tried running you three different ways. You've given us your name. Obviously, you're lying about your name. >> I'm not. I'm really not. >> Where do you have a driver's license? >> Yes, I have it at the hotel. I can prove everything. >> Where is your driver's license out of? >> It's out of Florida. Ori was out of Chicago originally, but been out of Florida now. >> So, Chicago, >> I moved from Chicago to Florida. >> Chicago and Florida. Okay, keep your feet there. All right. Chicago and Florida. >> I was born and raised in Chicago, sir. >> Okay. What is your name? Nice and slow so there's no confusion. >> Kelly. >> Spell that. K A L I >> K A L I What's your birthday >> again? >> What is the last four of your social security numbers? >> I don't have it memorized. I apologize. >> How old are you? >> I just literally turned 46. >> Okay. Have you ever been arrested anywhere? >> No, sir. >> Never? >> No, sir. >> Well, >> besides now. >> Well, I we'll get it. He definitely got warrant. >> As officers ran the information he provided through their system, dispatch couldn't locate any record under that name or date of birth, leaving them unsure of exactly who they were dealing with. I saw you. I got nervous. All right. Hello. >> That got exciting. >> Yeah, it got exciting real fast. Where is the bartender that came with me? I don't know her name. >> Victoria, >> is that her name? I understand you already gave my partner your name already. Do you have your ID on? >> I'm mad now. I appreciate you guys. >> Absolutely. Uh where's your manager? So, sorry. >> Yeah. >> Couple problems. >> What's the problems? >> Let me get off the phone. I'll I mean, I don't care. You can stay on the phone if you want to listen. >> The police. Hold on. Go ahead. >> Problem number one. >> Yeah. >> My pants are ripped. That's not your problem. >> I'm sorry about your pants. talking about that. Very good. Um, problem number two, the name he's giving us is a fake name. >> That's what I thought. >> All right. So, with that said, we can't issue a trespass under a fake name cuz what's to say that somebody else with that actual name comes in, >> right? >> See the problem? >> I believe he used a fake credit card when he gave me your own. >> I I would imagine. >> Did you say $17,000 he paid on somebody else's credit card? He paid somebody else's credit card for $7,000. >> He was in here. The lady he was sitting with at the bar. >> Oh, wow. Okay. So, he's just running around here. This might be a bigger scheme than what we're looking at. Probably. >> Um, so yeah. So, we will not be able to issue a trespass until we get his actual name. >> Oh, that's totally fair. >> All right. But he's going to jail for a sales. >> Yes. >> Yeah. I see him now. Yes. >> So, um, how's the video coming along? >> I'll just It should be right here next to you see my car pulling. That's why I know. >> All right, Jason. That's all I got. Talk to you later. >> All right. Bye. >> Bye. >> Yeah. I tried to get the people over at Bone Crush or whatever, but just like I don't know. >> He's he's facing bigger problems now, >> I think. So, yeah. >> And more than likely, if he's giving a fake name, we'll find his real name and he probably has warrants and all that stuff. So, >> uh I feel that he paid their credit card. >> There's some lady, some random girl he came in. He paid off her credit card. He was with the lady. >> That really sucks cuz she's not going to know she has a credit card. >> Paid off her credit card. >> Yeah. and he was sitting at the bar and he took he was on the phone with her credit card on speaker phone like trying to make a big deal about it like with the bartender and he left her like 125 bucks on $95 tip on an MX and he paid off her credit card on set with $17,000 on it with the same MX. >> Oh wow. Okay, cool. >> All right. >> Is there any way we can get that video? >> Yes, I'll download it right now. >> Okay. Um I have the case number. Can you >> I don't have a case. >> Let me um let me get my supervisor. He might have a case number to give you guys. >> Thank you. >> Sarah, >> the shadows. >> The shadow realm. Okay. >> Did you guys have her out of any out of handcuffs? So, >> here he goes. I'm holding it in. Threw her back. They're like, "Stay back." I'm like, "Nah, he's crazy." >> Was he throwing punches or anything? >> Yeah. He was like elbowing and [ __ ] He was throwing bows as I was like [ __ ] on jumps and grabbed his other arm. >> All right. Um, how who knows how to download this? So, >> we can download it. I ran out of case. Once that's done, if you can upload it, >> Yep. >> um >> to the email. >> Because of because of the level of charge, you're probably going to be contacted at least to do a state attorney hearing. >> What that involves is you're literally coming to >> All right. And that'll be within 21 days. >> Okay. >> Just so that the state can decide what file >> charge. Yeah. >> What they're going to file on. All right. >> Thank you. Thank you for helping. >> Yeah, no problem, guys. >> We appreciate it. >> When we get his real name, we can trespass him. >> Yes, I will make sure that they >> guarantee he does not come in. [laughter] He's not from around here. >> Yeah. No, he's he's got warrants out of somewhere. He has >> He is just wandering around doing stuff. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He's He's got to have warrants. That's the only reason. >> This is not his bag. He is at the West on US right there across from >> All right. Thank you. So, I'm going to jail for what? >> Well, based on what the witness is telling me, you threw my officer to the ground. >> No, I can't. My little ass. >> Listen, I I have a independent worker that's saying, >> "Well, that's >> all we were trying to do is help you get out of this." >> I know, but I was like I did nothing wrong. I was getting nervous, man. >> Well, getting nervous and putting your hands on a coffee. >> I did not touch him. Yeah. >> I didn't touch him. >> 100% didn't touch him. >> Okay. >> No. Ask one more time. Are you okay? >> I didn't touch him. >> Did I ask you if you was the first thing I said? >> My bad. Yes. The first thing I said to you, >> are you okay? >> Okay. >> Is that what I asked you? >> Yes, sir. >> Thank you. >> All right, my man. I don't know what you're hiding from. >> Nothing. >> If you have a driver's license in Florida, we would find it with your name. >> It's based on Chicago originally. I transfer here. >> We ran it all states, all all. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> So, I'm going to show you charges now. Okay. You're under arrest. One for uh for the theft. I'm going to charge you with that. two for the uh uh resistance without a resistant uh two counts of those. Okay. Um not actually intended. >> Um so therefore you can now call your lawyer. >> Thank you ma'am. >> Can I mail the flipflop? >> Thank you. Get my phone right. Ma'am, according to [music] the report, the subject gave officers his name at the scene, but dispatch was unable to locate any record under the information he provided. [music] His full identity was later confirmed after the arrest during booking. He was taken to the county jail and booked on charges of petta theft and resisting an officer without violence, both misdemeanors. [music] His bond was set at $1,000 500 for each charge, which he later posted. Court records show he entered a no contest plea to both counts and was adjudicated guilty. [music] He was ordered to pay a total of $5136 in court costs and restitution for repayment of the unpaid restaurant bill. The case is now closed. [music] Behind the lens, the sirens call. Through every frame, we stand tall. Shadows [music] fade where truth ignites. We are the voice [music] that breaks the night.
