On December 2nd, 2025, deputies responded to a domestic dispute after a family member reported that a suspect had thrown a rock at her mother's property. She stated the suspect was knocking on the door, but the mother did not answer and remained inside the residence. It was further reported that the suspect was yelling and making verbal threats outside the home. >> Who called? >> The back window. She took a brick from the front and threw it over and toward the back window to break it. >> P it. So, did she break it or no? >> No, I don't know. I haven't been back there. She went to the back window to throw it. >> Did she still live here? >> No, she don't live here at all. She was outside. >> Who's she to you? >> She's my niece. And this is my mother. This is her property. This is the property. This is mom's property. >> Been here 20 something years. >> Ma, is this gate open? >> No. Was anybody on the other side of this? Did she try to hit anybody with the branch back here? >> No. When she was throwing stuff. >> Okay. So, the glass is there. This is what she threw back here. So, she was aiming for it, but she clearly missed it. Yeah. Nothing's broken. >> She told me she was going to throw it. She was going to break these these glasses and she was going to break this window in my car. >> Did she threaten you directly? >> Yes. >> Yes. And I was here when she was saying she's going to have whoever the guy was that went by come and us um us and she built the house. >> She was saying what she going to do to me she and all sorts of stuff. >> What' she say she was going to do to you? >> So she going to beat my old a >> Was she holding the brick when she said that? >> I was inside the house. I I didn't know. I didn't I didn't you know look out open the door. See how I >> They just got out the car. I just got off from work and I told her to come. >> So, you were the only one here and she was screaming through the wall. >> Yes, sir. She know. >> Did she know you're home? Did she see you? >> Yes, sir. Yeah, it's my car right there. Yeah, she Yeah, she know I was. >> And what did she Did she try to get in the front door or something? >> She wanted me to open the door for her. When was the last time she was here? >> She she's on the face. Yeah, she she walks up and down. She's all she always stops over here. Sometimes when I catch her and I'm coming home from work, I see her on the side and I'm like, "Shauna, what you doing?" She's like, "Oh, I'm trying to get some Wi-Fi for my phone." So, she she makes this she makes this area specifically the outside of my mom home her haven. >> Where does she live? >> She doesn't have she's homeless. Homeless. She is homeless. >> I know she's I know I've beed her before, so I know that she's got >> Yeah, she's homeless. Yeah. Yeah, she just she just was locked up. They just she just came. I think she's on uh >> Yeah, she's on >> probate. What it is? Uh >> supervised release. >> Oh, supervised. >> How do you do that if they're homeless? >> Huh? >> Oh, I thought she was on >> I think it's supervised and release right now. >> Okay. >> From kicking a cop. >> Yeah, she Yeah, she >> I mean when I bake her active, it was like a fight to get her in the car. >> Yeah. So, you know, >> do you know what she's diagnosed with? I don't remember. It's It's been a I think it's been a couple years since I did. Or both. It's possible both. >> I think she was on medication for it. >> But she take drugs and and she you know, she drinks and all of that stuff. >> I'm sure that doesn't help the situation. >> No. >> So, you never talked to her directly. She was just screaming stuff outside the house. >> Yes. Yeah. She trespassed from here. >> Is she trespassed from here? >> Yes. Yes, she has. She she's trespassing. >> Not not legally. Are you asking? >> No. No. No. Has she ever been trespassed? >> Oh. From by you. >> I called uh the the last time I called the officer to come >> and they told her she not supposed to be here on this property. They said they can't stop her from walking out there, but she she not supposed to be in there. We'll >> check. We'll check. >> Yeah. So yeah, she get she >> Yeah, she was >> You check and see if the subway's been 51 from this 1020. >> I mean, what's she going to do to me and and all of that? >> Does she have access to the house? >> No, she she don't have no keys when No. >> What's that? >> What's her name? >> Shondaanda. >> Shondaanda. So, does she have access to the home or No, you took all her keys. She doesn't have a >> She never had a key. So, >> she never lived here. >> Long time ago. >> Long time ago. >> Long time ago. Long time ago. >> Then she was was young though. Long time ago. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's what I was thinking. So, she's never officially been trespassed from this area. Uh, as far as the throwing the brick, if she broke something, it's a whole different story. The fact that nothing's broken. Um, that's she didn't break any law doing that. >> If you never actually talk to her in person and she's just standing outside screaming stuff. Would you say that you were in fear? >> Yes, I am. Sorry. >> Okay. Well, the reason I'm asking that is because if you have a giant concrete wall in between you, she doesn't have the capability >> of getting inside to hurt you. Correct. But she could break those windows like she said and she would do it. She would break those windows. >> So what I'm saying is I can't arrest some somebody on what they could do. >> Okay. Okay. >> So what I want to do if it's okay with you is have her officially trespassed because she's currently on the property. >> Give me one second. >> That way next time she comes here and you call and we come, we can arrest her immediately. We don't have to have anything throwing bricks or anything. You call because she's here. She's causing a an issue. >> She's going to go to jail. There's no if ends or buts. That way she's trespassed. If you want that done, you have to tell her. I don't ever want you to come back to this house. >> Yeah, I'll tell. But she know I I've been telling her that long time. >> Well, every time she comes back, she's going to get arrested. Arrested. Arrested. Arrested. Arrested. >> She's got severe mental illness. And unfortunately, bankring is temporary. So she can be bakered, but then 72 hours she's here again. >> Yeah. >> So at least if she's trespassed, there's going to be a recurring pattern. Something needs to happen. >> You always have a way of >> letting us help you basically because without a trespass and without a crime, >> there's going to be times where we come here and we're like, >> we can't do anything. >> Do you know what time she got here today? >> No, sir. I don't know what time. I I was here. I was not here. >> I was I was not here. I was out. >> So when did you get home? store. Uh, what time I came in? >> So, it's 410 right now. >> You called me 3:30. That's when you called. >> Okay. Well, I must I must be came home 3:00. Yeah, but but 3:00 then, but shortly after. Shortly after. >> So, you didn't even know she was here. You just heard yelling. >> No, I didn't I didn't know I didn't know she was here. She want She But I heard her saying, "Open the door. Open the door." >> So, what time was that at? >> That was a little before I called her. That was before I called her. So, you're talking almost an hour ago. >> Yeah. She came to learn. Yeah. Open the door. >> Why did you just now call? >> Well, I I was I thought she would I didn't know she would have would carry on like that. I thought she would have just leave because I didn't talk. I thought she going to leave, but she didn't she didn't leave. She just got voice. >> So, you never talked to her at all. She just went >> I talked to her on the phone. I asked her I I said, "What what happened?" And I said, "What is going on with you?" You know, cuz how she was uh you know, beating on the on the door and on and the perfume language that >> So did she call you or you called her? >> I called her. I called her on the phone >> because she was here or to talk to her. >> She was in the back there. She was saying be open this door. Calling me a B and telling me to open the door. >> Okay. So rather than open the door, you called her to see what was going on. >> Yeah. Cuz I the see when she she carrying on like that I wasn't going to open the door cuz she already saying what she going to do with me. Yeah. >> So I wasn't going to open the door. Only me one in there. >> Uhhuh. >> You know. >> Okay, that makes sense. >> Yeah. So I I didn't I didn't open the door. Somebody cursing at me and carrying on saying what they going to do. I'd be crazy. >> So my main my main question is did she obviously she knows you're a car, but like are you staring she's staring at you through a window or is she just talking to the house? Like I'm standing right here yelling at you, but I don't see you. >> Well, my mom's window is here. >> Yeah. >> To her room. >> So, she's intentionally. >> So, was she looking at you is what I'm asking. >> She was by the window. Were you in your room? She's just talking so you could hear her. So, she could hear you. So, I could hear her. Yeah. So, >> it's like me going to the ex-girlfriend's house with the boom box. I don't know where she is. I just know she's home. >> She see the It's a lot. >> It's a lot different. If I'm in front of you and I tell you, I'm going to beat your ass. I'm right here. I'm looking at you. You can see my body language. >> I can do it. But if I'm yelling at a building, >> I don't know where you are. I know you're home, but >> what capabil like I'm not, you know what I mean? >> That's kind of what I'm getting to. Like I'm trying to figure out what we have here. >> Do you have your ID on you by chance? >> No. So I got to go. >> If you don't mind grabbing it for me. I mean, I do have to document it, but she is Uh, yes. I believe so. >> My car left the kids in that. >> At least they're smart. >> All right. Just give me a couple minutes to get your case number. Okay. >> Come over here. Come over here. You ain't leaving. You ain't leaving. >> I can't go. I ain't doing nothing. I ain't destroying no. You ain't got to touch me. You okay? I'm talking to you. But what you got? You got to touch me. >> I threw a freak out by my mama window. >> Turn around. >> And I witnessed it. >> All right. What you >> trying to give in? >> You got to turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> And now you're going to get tased. Turn around. Turn around on your stomach. TURN AROUND ON YOUR STOMACH. >> OKAY. And I just had a miscarriage. You t me. No, I'm not. You're obedient and give in. NO, I'M NOT. >> Give in. >> Don't let him break your arm, Shondaanda. any other arm. You >> puss ass. >> This is a repeated occurrence. >> I don't think I'm white. >> You [ __ ] ass. >> I don't think I'm white. >> I don't give a [ __ ] You [ __ ] ass. Stop. >> You puss. Stop. >> Stop. >> [ __ ] ass. >> Do you know what they can do to you? >> I don't give a >> DO THEY KNOW WHAT I can do with them? >> Care. Stop. >> Watch. Click. >> Okay. Take the picture. >> Thank you. Can y'all get my shoes? >> Yeah. Get your shoes. >> How are you? >> Were you the one that called in today? >> My mom. >> Your mom? >> Yeah. >> So, what happened today, ma'am? >> I I went to the store and when I came back, she was knocking on my door. So, um, I didn't I didn't answer. She's knocking on the door and then she was cursing and saying, "What she going to do with me?" My MF o old, you know, all all kind of stuff she was saying. And I wasn't I wasn't paying. I wasn't in the house. I wasn't even opening the door. I was in, you know, I just >> Where were you? You were inside the house, you said. >> Yes, I was in the house. >> But she never broke anything. None of that inside of the house or the window? No, she she had a broke broke brick a brick in her hand saying she can throw this to this effing vendor and she can break the vendor and she can break my car and all of that. >> So all verbally with no actions basically she ain't doing none of that the stuff that she was saying that she was going to do. >> Yes. Yeah. But I if truly if I had come outside if I had opened that door for the rage that she was in she was in a rage that I mean talking by herself nobody was even answering her back you know but because I was not complying to would she want open my door she was just rage and rage you know and if I did open my door I don't know what would have happened to me cuz she was saying what she going to do to me if I open the door. What did she say she was going to do to you? >> Said she she was going to beat my MFA. >> Got you. >> You know, >> were you here to witness since you saw me out there? >> I was here at the latter part. She called me from work and all I heard I could I could barely hear her cuz through the window I just hear her going off going off, which is a usual occurrence. And I know my mom is fearful. So I came I came to to tell her she has to leave. And that's what I was doing. I said, "You got to go." And even while I'm standing toe to her, I didn't put any hands on her. She had the brick >> and she was getting ready to throw it at me. But instead, she went around the back and she did. I I watched her throw it to break the window, but as we saw, there was no breaking of the window. >> Yeah, cuz when I first got here, that's I thought you told me that supposed she threw the brick or something like that. >> She did. She did. >> But not inside of the house. >> Not in the house. It made it over the fence. And when we went to finally check, nothing was broke. >> Sounds good. >> You have your ID and mom's ID? >> Yeah, my Let me grab my Could have been with my son. Hey. Hey. Hey. I could have been with MY JET. HEY, HEY, LISTEN. Open the door. >> What? >> Look, >> I'm looking. >> Why am I being detained? >> Why are you being detained? >> Yeah. Why am I being detained? >> Can you tell me? >> You were told to stay at the scene and you didn't. >> Why would I stay at the scene if I was being told to leave the scene? >> We were investigating a crime and you decided not to listen to the deputy and leave. >> I was already emotion leaving before your deputy. Your deputy was on the side right there. He was on the side. So, how am I leaving the scene if I'm going right there? >> Ain't this the same lady who sat up there and kicked YOU AT YOUR APARTMENT when you was staying there? >> No. >> No, >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> No, you you don't know. >> Oh, okay. Talking about that. I was trying to leave the scene. Even if I'm leaving the scene, that's a good sign. That's deescalation of a situation. Duh. That's what I'm going to tell the judge, too. I'm going to give y'all y'all old charges. I ain't even going to lie. I I'M NOT ON this [ __ ] I'M TIRED OF Y'ALL HARASSING ME, FAM. You want to feel? >> Why would I want to feel that? >> I'm just saying. >> It's a hard pass. >> Can you step this way? Can you grab the other arm? >> Why y'all, bro? Why y'all got to be so difficult, fam? >> Weird difficult being extremely playful. We told me to follow directions. Listen, I'm letting you know that if you keep slipping your cuffs, we might have to hobble you. So, if I were you, I would just keep them. >> Bro, I shouldn't even be in cuffs at all. If I was already leaving a scene, fam, >> that's why you're in trouble. It's cuz you tried to leave a scene. >> HOW YOU GET IN TROUBLE FOR trying to leave a scene if somebody's telling you to leave their property? So, if you're going to the other side and you're talking to the officer, >> did the deputy ask you to stay? >> NO, HE DIDN'T. HE WAS SITTING UP THERE TALKING ABOUT, "OH, WELL, you need the whatchamacallit right there." the other if she's walking towards me. >> Ma'am, take a seat. >> [ __ ] shut your ugly ass up. I'll go get your sister right now. I send my daughter your sister and her [ __ ] Keep playing with me, fam. >> Yes, she do. Rosa live right there in Orleans Court. Keep playing with me, [ __ ] >> I think my sister wants to live in court. >> You talking about you acting like I don't know her like she ain't work at Raceway, [ __ ] >> Stupid [ __ ] >> I don't even want to touch my camera with my gloves. Turn around. My sister said I don't work here. [ __ ] shut your stupid ass up, [ __ ] I can't stand no fake ass greasy ass officers. Hey man, get my shoes, fam. Look, can can they switch cars? I don't even want to be in the car with him, fam. Call Sergeant. I don't want to be in the car with him. >> You don't get to choose. >> I do. I get to talk to the sergeant cuz I don't like how I was treated. >> Okay. >> That's what they got body footage for. >> Okay. >> So, can can somebody call the surgeon for me? >> Sergeant was already here. >> Okay. Can they recall him out >> for what? cuz I need to talk to the sergeant. >> You already had your >> That's my rights. >> That's my rights. >> Yes. And I know my rights. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Hey, man. Tell the people that they don't want to call a surgeon for me. I keep telling them to call a surgeon, FAM. THEY DON'T WANT TO CALL A SURGEON. They act like we It ain't no surgeons on the street. Like, [ __ ] I'm not trying to meet nobody. That's the point. Y'all overdoing y'all job, fam. Who I'm going to meet? This stupid ass officer up there. Don't worry, y'all going to get at? You don't believe it? Cuz you waited this long. You was trying to see if it was going to happen. Baby, I'm smarter than that. I'm not that dumb. I'll wait till I get back in custody and let them do it. You want to know why? Cuz [ __ ] you won't never trace me, [ __ ] You feel me? We in demon time, [ __ ] You know they got to see that [ __ ] for their self. It's going to be It can't be my word against their word. You feel me? That's gangster [ __ ] Matter of fact, you might as well call Trump. Call Trump. Put on the speaker. Hey, Trump, make your way from your golf course and get over here to Gun Club, fam. Before they lock me up, I'm sick of that [ __ ] We sick of that [ __ ] You give them an opportunity and they take miles. >> And they going to send me back. And they going to send me inside anyway. >> Yes. >> So why they can't do this inside? Take a photo and grab a photo. That's it. >> We're going to get one over front, too.
