hey I'm a tronic W strings police I stopped you because of your speed all right I didn't even see you pull me over yeah I'm I'm like a ghost I am very very sneaky sir anyway do you have your license on you your registration insurance I spoke I stopped you because you're going 66 and a 40 and yeah and you're like following cars too closely all right you got to be careful it's Reckless not it's aggressive okay it's borderline Reckless it's a rental yeah do you have the rental agreement I oh on my phone oh yeah uh whoever you rented it from is this someone's car that like a friend you're renting it through or no it's through Turtle oh okay do you live here no I'm going to a friend's house gotcha hey who's this do you live here or no gotcha what's up warning give you a warning uh we'll see about that probably not going to happen though yeah okay you're going 26 over and you're following cars too closely okay she's demanding I give her a warning if you're going 26 over and you got pulled over would you expect a warning I wouldn't I'm giving you a citation for the speed okay but I'm give you two warnings the first one is careless I'm not writing you a careless citation because again you're speeding plus you're following too closely it's aggressive driving I could write you a careless driving and then the second warning is since you're not from the area don't speed in Coral Springs because my warning to you is if you speed in Springs you're going to get stopped and you're going to get cited for it okay again you're borderline Reckless please slow down there's a lot of people on the roadway we don't want people getting hurt out here okay yep you're welcome you know how everybody has a hot like that one spot you just don't want to try to police at this was that one spot bro it's called Co Springs bro all right I'm stopping you because you were going 105 mph on a 65 and going that fast yeah you were going that fast and you're also changing lanes rapidly um you're you're passing people on the slow lane just to let you know I'm sorry I'm in a rush and I I could tell I'm in cruise control and I'm sorry well you don't go from 88 to 105 in cruise control Bo my mind good I don't know no disect no I know it's just you got to be careful nothing personal it's just there's people out here there's a lot of traffic we don't want anyone getting hurt and when you're going high speeds like that it's asking for trouble okay 1 minute please so we're on the S grass Expressway uh an interstate that surrounds Coral Springs we were behind this driver who was going 88 is miles an hour and all of a sudden he went from 88 and again the posted speed limit 65 he went from 88 mph to 5 mph while using all Lanes of traffic to pass all other people so he told me he's late for work he told me he has his cruise control on which that's not true because you don't just go from uh 88 to 105 calculations are correct when this baby hits 88 milph you're going to see some serious I want to remind everybody our viewers that Coral Springs Police Department is a municipality Police Department however in the county of Broward were authorized to enforce traffic law for the entire County and that's done through the Florida Mutual Aid act there's a countywide agreement for traffic and our chief of police has signed that agreement saying that yes our officers can enforce traffic law within the boundaries of Broward so that's why Coral Springs police is allowed to come out to the interstate on the Saw Grass and enforce traffic I could even go somewhere um in the city of Fort Lauderdale and I can go to the A1A which is a road right on the beach and I could enforce traffic with Fort Lauderdale Police Department because our chief has signed the the uh Mutual Aid agreement so your license is here I am issuing in two citations one is for the speed and the other one is for careless because it's 30 Mi over the speed limit you have a mandatory court appearance all right but just please slow down um we don't want anyone getting hurt out here okay yes sir be safe all right buddy hello I know I'm sorry yeah I stopped because the red light hit the break we go through it all right I'm sorry I you got to be careful buddy okay do you have the insurance money chance and the registration no I have none of that sir say it again please I don't have any of that you don't have insurance on the car no why not my mom's old car she passed away just never and I just Ed this once which is wrong so once in a while just to go to doctors and stuff yeah you can't do that no I know I know I I'm totally wrong here sir believe me I know that I know all right do you have the uh paperwork for the registration though I haven't received the ticket in the very long time sir okay can't be running red lights out here especially with no car insurance 100% thank you this one's expired they probably all are I have yeah this one's expired too passed away 5 years and now and I just so you've been driving around for 5 years of no insurance I I I and I would just drive from there to Publix's in back yeah which is wrong too I got the main road but I'm just trying to be honest with you all right let me check out a couple things okay um it's showing that the Tag's expired but let me let me double check okay I'm going to close this his Tag's expired he has no insurance he's running red lights and he's been doing that for well driving around with no insurance for he said around 5 years after his mom passed so we're going to see something though because they're telling me that something's wrong with either the the license plate or his license and we're going to go ahead and search this stuff up real quick wow it's been expired since 2020 okay that's bad there's a c's tag order on the car but that's for his mom all right so the sticker it's the tags expired since 2020 but you have a sticker on there that says 2022 I don't know how the sticker came into play because it's still showing through the National Database that it's expired in 2020 not 2022 which makes sense cuz you said about 5 years ago yeah um there's also a seiz tag order on this car which means that um the state wants the tag back because there's probably the reason is probably because there's no insurance on it I'm guessing but your mom's the registered owner but your mom's deceased so look you can't drive this car until you get insurance on it and until you get it uh I guess registered in your name yes sir all right but I am missing you three citations one is the red light the no prooof insurance and the expired and the inspired tag yeah I mean you've had years I'm not trying to be mean or anything like that but you've had 5 years to get this handled all right so um with that being said because the car is not insured you can park it right here on the side of the road and you can call for your own tow truck and they can tow it back to your home but you cannot drive it back to your home like this all right your license is good it's valid no issues with it but you got to either call the insurance company now see if it can get insured and then also get the tag renewed and then someone can drive the car all right I have a an appointment at this doctor yeah you can't go there no not with not with a car like this I mean you can go there you can't drive there so you can park it and call for someone to come get you yeah maybe Uber or Uber hello I'm officer Charing with Co strings police and I stopped you for your speed I know I know all right you also have dark window tent is uh yeah are you a private investigator who told you it's legal the guy who did it he came to my house and did it he said it was fine you asked for Florida not yeah yeah I asked him for legal tin okay he said the fronts are fine so me to yeah I mean I'm going to get my meter out that looks too dark um but just to verify I'll get my tool out and I'll let you know I stopped you though with the speed I'm so sorry I'm so sorry I stopped up like I'm just a mess I'm so sorry I really apologize you got to be careful the roads curve there's people out here you got workers down here you got people down here walking you're speed Li is 35 you're going 59 I mean it's fast too fast all right so we're on Lake View Drive the speedum is 35 it's a windy Road the roads Bend so it's also kind of close to residential area she is going almost double the speed limit and she has very dark window tint so we're looking at her tag all the history we have numerous traffic stops with this person she's been stopped in the past year is four times just by the cor Springs Police Department she's been giving three citations already and one written warning and unfortunately for this driver she's still not learning that she needs to slow down so today she's going to get another one here in my hand I have a tool called a tint meter and it's an enforcer 2 this device I put it over the window and it'll it'll measure the amount of light that's passing through the tint and in Florida you're allowed to have 28% um in the front so 20 28% of the light going through the window in the front and the in the back you're allowed to have 15% if it's below 28 in the front and below 28 in the rear it's actually not proper the only two two times you can have the dark tints actually three is number one if you're law enforcement you can have the dark window tint if you are a private investigator and you have your private investigator license through the State of Florida you can have the dark window tint as well and the last option it's called the sunscreen exemption form and it's basically this letter that you get from the state that says you have the dark tin because you need it for a medical reason so the the state lists all the medical reasons and uh it's all on the state's website so if someone truly needs it it's all there so obviously there's safety reasons why you can't dark tint at night time it's like driving with sunglasses on at night um The Blues Brothers do it but I recommend not doing it it's it's pretty dangerous we got a full tank of gas half a pack of cigarettes it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses hit it all right ma'am I'm just going to measure the window tint so like I said 28 in the front you can have 28% or higher in the front and in the back you can have 15% or higher so if it's below that it's actually not allowed okay but if you want to put your window like right here I'll just show you what I'm talking about and in the front it's actually 4% if you want I could do the back but it's probably 4% on those wall in the back so whoever your tint guy was I would let him know hey you came over you did my car's tint you told me it was Florida Legal and it's not and I maybe to be lighter than the back correct it's supposed to be 20 or higher and it's four so literally it's limitin limitin is usually 5% I'm going to look at a couple things all right I'll be right back though okay thank you yes ma'am um am I going to get ticket for for the speed yes for the window tints uh I'm going to look at a couple things but look you you've been stopped by us before my partner stopped you he's the Peru yeah he's the big Peruvian guy and then uh officer wisnet stopped you as well all right so you got to take it seriously because we don't want someone getting hurt
