His body cam revealed just how close the teen had come to striking his partner with the hatchet just inches away. It was clear the officer acted to protect himself, his partner, and everyone nearby from a deadly threat. And now he was doing everything he could to save the very life he had just taken down. Help. Help. What do you mean? Hey Jud, I'm going to get his clothing. Okay, that's fine. I'm going to keep going. Come on this side. Oh my god. Okay. Go, go, go. Right here. Get the shirt. Get the shirt. Do we have a wound? There's gloves in my unit. There's gloves in my unit. Try this. Someone stay with After the incident, the reason behind Ryan's outburst became clear. He was upset over household chores and his parents couldn't calm him down. Deputies had been called to the home four times before, pointing to a deeper ongoing struggle. As tragic as this was, it wasn't a situation that should have fallen on law enforcement. Ryan needed support for his autism and underlying mental health challenges. At the scene, the officers continued to provide medical aid until EMS would arrive. You guys stand, please. Come on, buddy. Come on, buddy. shoulders. I'm good. Someone check pulls. Stop. I got a slight one. Okay. We Hey, we have a slight pull. So, I'm continue for compressions. Where are the gunshots? We have one here. Keep her out of here. Well, I can't leave the compressions. One, two, 3. Go out and take a seat for a second. Okay. Despite showing a faint pulse, Ryan succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital. Now, let's turn to the case of a 16-year-old who brought a gun to the beach, only to learn the hard way that some decisions come with serious consequences. On the beach, mother drop the gun. Hey, drop the gun. Drop the gun, mother. On March 14th, 2024, Valuchia Sheriff's deputies were patrolling the area of the beach just north of Flaggler Avenue when they heard a crowd yelling, then dispersing with people shouting, "He has a gun." Deputies ran toward the scene and saw the suspect, 16-year-old Felix Sanders Solless Guzman, wielding a handgun. Here's what happened next. Hey, hey, we got a fight over there. [Applause] on the beach. Drop the [ __ ] gun. Hey, drop the [ __ ] gun. Drop the [ __ ] gun, mother. Drop the gun. The suspect quickly realized just how reckless his actions had been. But instead of owning up to it, he made an even worse decision. Get the god of tower 409. 409. Tower 409. John. John. John, watch your cover. You want me to get a car? Sergeant, you want to get a car over here? I need to block off Flaggler. I need some more units. Getting this people out of here. Hey, hey, hey, hey, wait. You may have another gun. Do not advance. Do not advance. By now, multiple officers had arrived, knowing that a situation like this unfolding on a public beach could spiral into tragedy at any moment. But just then, the suspect seemed to grasp the weight of what he'd done and slowly began walking back toward the officers. Put your hands in the air. Walk back towards me slowly. We have compliance. He's taking verbal command. Keep walking. Stop. Keep your hands. Drop your phone. Keep your hands up. Keep walking back. Keep coming. Keep coming. Stand. Stand. You're receiving. I got you. Stop. Stop. I got you. [Applause] Back up. Back up. Everybody back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Felix Sander Solless Guzman was arrested on the spot. When officers checked his sling bag, they found a sizable stash of marijuana inside. Hopefully, this moment served as the wakeup call he desperately needed. Now to the case of a teenager who just couldn't keep his mouth shut. An encounter that quickly escalated and took a violent turn. You call me over here and then you trying to threaten me, son. You with your scary. I'm right here, [ __ ] I'm right here. Shut up, [ __ ] That's brutality. Is it? You think I was supposed to show up and have you run your [ __ ] mouth? Come on then. Come on then. Hold on. What the [ __ ] Done. Don't arrest him. Don't arrest him. The [ __ ] On February 27th, 2017, an officer responded to a chaotic household following a report of domestic violence. Upon arriving at the scene, it quickly became clear that the situation revolved around one of the daughters living in the home. How we doing, bud? Oh [ __ ] Better, huh? What's going on, man? You see all this? What's going on, man? Well, my daughter, she just like flipped out a while ago. I had a money deal. Tell me I was I owe her like 40 bucks, which ain't hers. So, she started flipping out. Yeah. She done turned over a couple totes and [ __ ] Then I broke my glass table that was on my front porch. Okay. So, yeah, she's having a trip over there. She already got domestic. She and she's been she's been in trouble with police in the past. They said that she keeps on shooting juvenile. They get That's domestic. Yeah, they got up for domestic. Hold on. Come on. The other two officers that responded like less than a week ago about the same type of [ __ ] Them little [ __ ] didn't do [ __ ] And it's been an ongoing damn thing. And she's one point away from juvenile, but they won't take her. Yeah. Well, that has nothing to do with us as far as them taking her or not. You know what I mean? But what uh correct? But where she at, man. You make a big ass circle around here. She ain't she couldn't have gone far. Only thing I told her. She turned up about three to my house. She busted a glass table, which table's no good, but she still had no business breaking my glass table, though. Absolutely. The mother explained that the argument had started after her daughter broke a glass table and refused to pay $40 to replace it. At first, it seemed like this case would be about the daughter, but then the son got more and more agitated. Do you know which way she went? I was picking up some stuff. She went She went that way. Joggers and a pink sweatshirt. Which one is it? My 16-year-old. You want to see if you can find her? I mean, we got at least criminal damage, man. That's criminal damage. That's domestic. Come on. She at least getting two charges. And if y'all don't give her both charges, I want both your badge numbers. Oh, here go the I ain't going for that. Well, you know what? No offense, but if you're going to hear Okay, keep walking then. Keep walking then. Yeah, he always says that badge number and all this. Yeah. First, first of all, you're not a police officer, right? Did you go to law school? Did you go to police officer school? You have a badge? Did you go through the academy? So, do you know the charges or no? So, you went to court once or twice, so all of a sudden now you know the law. So, you went to court once or twice, so all of a sudden now you know the law. First of all, don't tell me how to do my job. All right, I'm I just [ __ ] got here. I just got here. You don't even know me. If you want to do something, do something then, son. Little kid. Little kid. I just got here trying to threaten me, son. You call me over here and then you trying to threaten me, son. I got to slap you on some silvers and take you down to county. That's what I got to do cuz what you going to do? False arrest. False. You didn't just point that stick at me. You didn't just point that stick at me. Is your camera on? You see that red dot? It's on. It's on. It's on with your scary. Okay. Sure. Sure. No, you watch what you say. You watch what you say. You watch what you say, kid. I don't know who you think you talking to, but first of all, you don't talk to me like that. You understand that? I'm here to help you. I'm here to help you. And all of a sudden, before I even got here, you like, "Y'all mother ain't going to do shit." I just got here. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. You with your scary. I'm right here. I'm right here. You a rookie, [ __ ] Shut up, [ __ ] That's police brutality. Is it? Yeah. Is it cuz you went to court once or twice? You mean me? I know my thoughts, [ __ ] The son's reckless attitude had already made the officer's patience snap. While his partner searched for the girl, the officer tried to speak with the mother, but it didn't take long before the son jumped back in, unable to keep his mouth shut. Ma'am, if we find her, she's going to be arrested for criminal damage. Did she hit you today? [ __ ] you. Put your hand shut the up. Did she hit you today? I'm not a [ __ ] You watch your mouth. She did hit you today. America. You did. I know where the [ __ ] we at. Really? America. You don't see this bracelet right here? What have you done for America? What you done for this America? You ain't clean up the glass, [ __ ] You ain't done. Shut up. Shut up. You [ __ ] scared. You scared. I'm right here, man. You scared. You scared, man. You [ __ ] scared. As soon as I put my hands on your punk ass, I know how it's going to go. I I'm not even going to take you to jail. I'll give you the freedom of that, man. You a goddamn You want to put one or two? Really? See, I'm not stupid. You ain't about to mace me. I won't even make I'm turning down my radio so I can hear the [ __ ] coming out of your mouth. Really? I call you out here for my purpose. And you and my son are Come on now. Really? Well, first of all, your son's got a mouth on him. Yep. And now I can see why your daughter's acting all out of control. So, first of all, discipline needs to be an issue. All right. Shut the [ __ ] up. Shut the [ __ ] up. Discipline needs to be an issue, ma'am. Obviously, there's a juvenile obviously there's a disciplinary issue right here. Oh, okay. Put me in. Okay. Okay. You want to throw some hands, man? We can throw some hands and I won't even arrest you, man. I'll let you go right in there. Oh, like I've never heard that before. Like I've never heard that before. Like I've never heard that before. USA [ __ ] Like I've never heard that before. Go around Springfield like y'all. Like I've never heard that before. Y'all go to Chicago, they going to lay your ass. Okay. Okay. Like I've never heard that before. Like I've never heard that before. Back to Mexico, [ __ ] So I ain't from Mexico. You stupid mother. Back to Mexico. I ain't from Mexico. So anyways, that's what we're looking at right here. So if my partner can find her, that's what we're going to go with. Okay. Hopefully she'll make enough points and then we can take her to to YSB. Coming up, the son was finally quiet for a moment, giving the officer a moment to talk with the mom without interruption. So she's mad about 40 bucks. Well, 40 bucks is legally mine and she says I owe it to you. She's a juvenile. She ain't got no money entitled to her period. I don't owe kids anything. No, you don't. Mom does not owe kid nothing. No. No. No. Absolute. Thank you. Thank you. No. Mom does not owe kid nothing. No. So, you should be good to go. And besides the fact whether that table was good or not, it still doesn't give her the right to do all this. No, it wasn't right for right. It It was much less put her hands on you either. So, has she done that before? Yeah. In the past she has. About how many times? Oh, god. That many? About that many? Yeah. Okay. But my question is if she if she fail if y'all find her, she go to jail. She goes to court tomorrow. She's a judge. Whatever. Whatever. Unfortunately, what the judge does after that is beyond me. That's what I say. He's above me all day. The next day, the judge or whatever. Yeah, that's the crappy part. You know, I I can I can only do my part, which would be call YSB, the juvenile detention center, put some points on her. If she meets, take her down there. But then after that, man, whatever Sangaman County District Attorneys do, that's above my pay grade. Yep. So, the behavior of the two teens seemed to reflect a deeper issue, likely tied to the mother's inability to set boundaries. And that impression was only reinforced when the son started mouththing off once again. Run your mouth. Is that all you do on these side is run your goddamn mouth? You all think we're just a bunch of [ __ ] You think I was supposed to show up and have you run your [ __ ] mouth? Come on then. Come on then. I'm right here. Push you again. I pushed you once and you scared. That's why you didn't do nothing. You scared? My camera is on. My camera's been on. My camera's been on. You scared. Come on. You scared, right? Camera right next to you. You scared, right? You better keep that camera. You scared. Do you want me to leave it in my car? Is that what you want? You want me to leave it in my car? You better keep You better keep that whole damn What do you want me to do for you to put some hands on me? Just come back over. You want me to put my pistol away? You want me to put my badge away? Come back over without your uniform and [ __ ] Okay, I'll be back tonight then. Yeah, come back tonight. Okay, come back tonight. But in the meantime, I'm right here. No, I'm not going to touch you while you guys. Yeah, of course not. You're not. You scared, son. You run your mouth, but you scared. I just ain't gonna get that charge on the You run your mouth. He's scared. I just told him I wasn't going to arrest him. I told I'm not even going to tase you. I'm not even going to mace you. I'm going to give you these hands and you still going to run your mouth. You still scared. He's scared. Am I right or am I wrong? You scared, right? Is that how we do it on the east side, right? You want these hands, you can have them. I won't even arrest you, son. You scared, you [ __ ] That's what you is. You a [ __ ] That's why everybody around here going to [ __ ] poke your [ __ ] ass. At this point, the officer seemed to care more about giving the teen a lesson for life than keeping his job. And that was when he went hands on the suspect. If you ain't going to [ __ ] throw hands, but do something. Yeah. Did I not just touch you? Did I not just touch you? The rookie started first. Oh, see that salt the battery. Hands on your back. your hands by your back. He's good. He's good. He's good. Don't do it. Don't do it. First, you all right? Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. He's good. Don't do it. Don't do it. What the [ __ ] Run, you [ __ ] Hold on. What the [ __ ] Don't arrest him. Don't arrest him. The See, I thought it was going to be a oneonone. What type of [ __ ] was that? My partner didn't [ __ ] do nothing. [ __ ] you. What's up? You scared? What's up? You got a scared? I'm scared. Huh? We're done. We're done. We ain't done. We're done. That [ __ ] done. We is not done on this. [ __ ] you. He's running mouth. So, cameras are on the floor. I got one thing. What the [ __ ] Yeah. Like I told you, dude. You ain't about that life, kid. Like I told you. I told you. You ain't about that life. Now go inside. Like I told you, man. Go inside. Don't do that [ __ ] again. I'm telling you, don't do that [ __ ] again. Don't talk to me like that. Don't talk to me like that, man. I'm not involved with that. Who does that? You done, man. You done, [ __ ] What's your first name, man? I'm sorry, man. I'm sorry, man. I'm tired of you like that. If you want to act, man, you better be the man. That wasn't fair, man. Why ain't you let me slam that [ __ ] I didn't even touch you, man. Man, but you came up behind you with that gas taste. Don't don't don't talk to me. Don't talk to me like that, man. Man, why don't you let me I'm not involved. I'm not involved, man. Don't let me don't don't talk to you about putting my hands behind my back. Don't talk to me. I'm sorry. Deputy ran up though. I'm sorry, but I'm true to my knock your ass to your deputy man. I'm talking about putting your hands behind your back. Now, when you do that when you on your back over there on the corner, as soon as I heard get on, dude, I felt bad for you. That's why I stopped hitting you, [ __ ] Yeah, shut up. [ __ ] you, man. You can never take me oneonone, [ __ ] I just did. No, you didn't. You really did. You just did. You really did. I just did. You really did. I just did. You know, the funny part is nobody came to help you. The following morning, the officer was arrested and formally charged with two counts of battery and one count of official misconduct. Leave your thoughts about this incident in the comments. On a similar note of dangerously misguided youth, we have the case of a 12-year-old who put countless lives at risk when he was behind the wheel of a vehicle. are still coming the wrong way to the 45 45 exit behind on September 12th, 2021. Officers were trying to trace down a vehicle after reports of it being stolen and being driven by miners. 19. Oh, we It was as if the kid thought he was living out a scene from GTA and things took an even darker turn once he hit the highway, turning an already reckless chase into a full-blown public threat. Hey, they just hopped into the hotel parking lot. At this point, another cruiser joined the chase. Are you going the wrong way on the Delray exit behind the movie theater? [Music] Still coming the wrong way. Come on to the 45 45 exit behind south. 45. No way. [ __ ] hard car. The [ __ ] out. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get down. [Music] Get him. Lay your ass down. Lay your down. My knees are hurt. I don't give a [ __ ] My knees. My knees. I don't give a [ __ ] Please lay down. Stay down. My knees. I'm not going to do anything good. I swear. The ski mask and gloves made it clear. This kid was acting like he was in GTA with the boys. But this wasn't a game. This was real life. And it had just taken a devastating turn after he drove straight into oncoming traffic and slammed headon into an innocent car full of kids. My knees are hurting, sir. My knees. My knees. I'm sorry, sir. My knees. Of course. I was I didn't Let me check if we can check. Okay. I'm telling you. They had a gun. Let me take out a gun. They had a gun. Get out. We'll talk right now. Okay. Can you take my mask off, please? They had a gun in my head, sir. Who are you? [Music] You guys all right? Okay. Yeah, I think my mother-in-law might have some trouble, baby. You guys all right? [Music] Double kid the wrong way. So we're trying to stop him before this happened. He's 12 years old. Yeah. [Music] Wait. [Music] 226432. [Music] [Music] female trouble breathing. The kid claimed he'd been pressured into the whole thing by three others, barely teens themselves between 12 and 15 years old. But excuses couldn't erase what had happened. He was taken to jail on an outstanding warrant for conspiracy to commit burglary of a vehicle on top of charges for aggravated fleeing and driving a stolen car. As for the people in the vehicle he crashed into, they were thankfully not injured. It's clear some kids think they're invincible, like they're the heroes of their own action movie, free to do whatever they want. And the next case is yet another example of that dangerous mindset. Calm down, man. Okay, calm down. Stop it. That's not what happened. That's not what Stop. Don't do that. Don't grab an officer. Okay. Don't do that. On July 20th, 2018, officers responded to a domestic violence call. After the man, identified as Jawski Mandel Collins was placed under arrest, the suspect's 10-year-old child became extremely emotionally distraught. Okay. One second now. Okay. I go and tell you the charges. All right, ma'am. Right now, you're going to go to you're going to start a by strangulation. Okay. as well as false imprisonment. Okay, what we're going to do here is uh I'm not going to I'm not the calm down, man. Okay, calm down. Stop it. Stop, boy. Now, hey, hey, hey, chill out. Chill out. Okay, chill out. Let him go. Let him go. Let him go. Let him go. Let him go. in the house. All right. Um Okay. I can talk about Yep. Okay. And uh now, like I said, I'm not going to be I'm not the initial officer. However, the initial officer is over at at the jail right there by the jail at least. And he's willing to meet us at the jail and have a conversation with you if you wish to do so. Okay. But however, understand this that you are under arrest. Okay. All right. We will memorandize you if you wish to speak with the other officer. Okay. But understand anything you say against Okay. Anything you say or do can't be used against you before law. Coming up, officers were about to place the suspect in the back of their cruiser when suddenly the 10-year-old reappeared. And this time, things turned physical. Go ahead. Go ahead. You're not going nowhere. You're not going to jail. Come on. You somebody please come get me out you go back now why you trying to fight why she not getting locked up and she came over my house fighting my brother okay um that's not what happened that's not what his don't do that don't my officer. Okay. Don't you do that. Back up. Back up. Now, everybody, back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. Stop. Stop. Back off. Back off. Back up. Stop. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Back up. Help me here. Calm down. Calm down, man. Calm down. You got to calm down for a second. You got to put handguns on. Okay. You're not going down. You're not. At this point, officers were doing their best to calm the child down. And from a different angle, a relative caught the tense moment on camera. Give me your officer. Okay. I'm sorry. You need to Okay, I understand. Yes, sir. You don't run to the police office. Get out here. Okay. You good? Yes. Calm down. Yes, sir. You got him. Okay. You good, man? Come on. You good? Yes. Okay. Listen, sir. If I let you up. Uhhuh. We're going to stand up. We're going to have a conversation. Okay. I don't need you running around like that. I don't need your Okay, you don't want to be doing He attacks my officer. Okay, back up. Everybody back away from our vehicle. Back up. Back up. Back up. Back away from my officer and everybody. You want to go to jail? What are you doing? What are you doing? You so unprofessional right now. So unprofessional. Unprofessional. I'm trying to have period. They're going to call your mom. Okay. My daddy. We're We're going to get it. We're going to get daddy. Don't worry about that. Okay, man. Don't worry about that. Okay. You need to be there. You need to be there for your dad. Okay. You want to come down here and see him? Come on. I ain't got He need phone to get them numbers out. Okay. They got They got your mom's number. You going to say bye? Hold on. We're going to roll down the window. Daddy, I want to call to bail you out. Will you get out, daddy? [Music] It was clear the child was overwhelmed with emotion, but after being given a moment to speak with his dad, he began to calm down. Hopefully, the tough love he got from the officer will be something he carries with him for life. Moving on to the case of when a juvenile made the stupid decision of spitting on an officer. I'm under arrest for just relax, dude. Hold on, bud. He's spit on me like three times in the face. I mean, in the face. So, on April 29th, 2019, officers responded to a school after a kid was acting disorderly and the teachers couldn't control him. Why do you want to talk to me? Come here. What do you want? Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. I said you're welcome. What is under arrest for? Hey, you want to homie or what? I'm under arrest for just just relax, dude. Hold on, bud. What I'm under arrest for? Just relax. Dude, you look If you resist, it's going to be a problem. Stop resisting and you're going to be a problem. Just relax. I'm under arrest for I'm going to have to do it. Just relax. What did he do? What's he do? What are I doing? And he's been having a lot of [ __ ] for him over in the wall. We're literally just relax. Relax. Relax. For him. Why did you got to get this warm here? Relax, dude. If you resist, you're going to watch out. All right. Watch out. Let me go. We're not letting you, bud. calm down. At this point, the juvenile refused to cooperate, but with officers outnumbering him, they managed to escort him toward the police cruiser until he suddenly started to pull up even more resistance. That Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Hey, look. I don't care. Let me go next to a minor back to a minor. I ain't do nothing to you. Remember that you got a minor situation. It doesn't matter.
