On November 25th, 2025, around 9:51 p.m. officers were dispatched to a reported traffic crash. While responding, they were advised the driver was believed to be impaired, had reportedly struck two other vehicles, and was leaving the scene while continuing eastbound. I would say not, I don't think. I mean, there's a lot of obviously adrenaline. Yeah, yeah, I got you. So, first what she did was Yeah, no problem. First what she did was coming up to this cross >> to another officer, and he witnessed it. Another car, too. I I reported him real quick. He gave his name and said This is the same lady that's out of her mind. Um I don't know if the railroad lights were going Yeah, the railroad was down. I think it was a bright light going by. She literally was tailing me from the highway, swerving. >> [ __ ] her. Delta, uniform 45. She was swerving, she was accelerating real hard, and braking real hard, threatening like she was going to hit me. So, I went around a car to get away from her. She flew around that car, came behind me here, stopped, and then floored it into the back of my car. After that, I had her here, and I had her on camera. She admitted she's drunk on camera. >> Okay. She said, "I'm wasted." or whatever. I literally have it on video. >> Okay. Because I said, "Are you drunk?" She said, "Yeah, I'm drunk." And then she backed up again, and she came closer, she came up against the car like pressing it, flooring it. And then she backed up a little bit, and I was like, "Ma'am, please, please stop hitting my car. Like, do you have a son?" I don't know. I was trying to appeal to her. Trying to calm her down. And then she like just turned from here and just went right through this side. >> Okay. So, you said she floored it into the back >> Yeah, she floored it into the back. >> Okay. And now So, how many times did you hit your car? Three? Four. And then she just bashed that guy. She pulled After she rammed my bumper, she flew off here, and she I watched her go left in this lane straight, and then she went right and hit him maliciously. Okay. Like, it was a She's on a rampage. I did nothing. I'm coming home from my mom's house, where my brother and sister and my little nieces like just left I just read them a book, my nephews. Sorry, not nieces, but nephews. I just read them a book. Like, I'm just coming home to relax. You were on the phone with him? I was just on the phone with him, and I live right there. She was on the phone with me when it happened. I told her I was like, "This lady's driving nuts." on the phone. And I was like, I she wants to hit me. And you hit I was on the phone with him and I got hit and then >> And then I got hit with her on the phone because I called I was like, "This lady's going to hit me. I don't know what she's doing." And then I live right in this bridge I live right over this bridge right here. I was I was just going home. This guy's awesome, man. And another kid saw it, too, and here. You said you have something on video? Oh, yeah. This is the other kid. Let me see the uh first video. Oh, you know what? Hold on, it's going from the car, that's why. Yeah, it's right in the car. Yeah, let me Okay, did she mess up the guy up there? She hit this other guy Oh, yeah, he got sideswiped. It's a Range Rover. She's like going after car I don't know what she's doing, anyways. Let me see the first video. Let's see what's on it. Here. Ma'am, you're wasted. You just >> Yeah, I am. But, I was And then this is She was going crazy. I didn't do anything. Yes, she's drunk. She just admitted it on camera. Wait, hold on. No, ma'am, you're not leaving. And then that was going away, I guess, while we were talking in the heat of the moment, but yeah, I mean, this is Yeah, okay. She's literally You're wasted. You just Yeah, I am. But, So, you don't have a video of her hitting your car? I was recording at the time, and I guess because maybe I was on the phone or it switched over, cut the video. Okay. All right. But, I have one witness there, I have another witness camera there, and that was another driver so Did he say there was any Cuz he said it was no intention. She He like she kept backing up and accelerating hard and swerving. Yeah, he he was saying she was He she was like following him in every lane, and then she came up and hit him. It went off maliciously. Did you say she She rammed him multiple times. Yeah, that's probably what he said. I was I was only halfway listening to him. Okay. And I was on the phone with 911 the whole time Well, I was on the phone with her the whole time she was hitting my That's probably why All right, give us a minute. How many were in there? Couple of them. Yeah. I was on the phone with 911 when she hit me in my car, and that's And I was like, "Ma'am, please stop." So, they'll I'm sure get that recording, that's probably why the video cut. Oh, she rammed me multiple times, and then she hit that car, and they got it boxed in, thank god, because she's a So, did she hit your car She rammed it after she got out and talked to you, or Yeah. Were you in the car when She rammed me first. I got out immediately because it's an accident, and I especially wanted to get out and record, and that's when I first recorded her. And then she rammed into your car a couple more times? Yeah. Were you in the car when that happened or not? Yeah. Uh no, sorry. When she hit it the first time I was, I got out of the car. I was begging her. I was like, "Please stop. Please stop hitting my car." She backed up again, hit the car again. You You witnessed the whole thing. I appreciate it, man. That was nuts. Thank you so much. All right, let me see your sign over here. Yeah, I mean, then this guy's here, he was I took pictures of the [ __ ] This is the This is that guy. >> Yeah, the female just showed up on scene. He's actually her boyfriend, but the female was the single occupant of that Audi. Okay. Um this is the witness statement for the crash. You guys stay here and fill out the form. I have his cell number and his phone number. All right, you got that? Yeah, I got it. That's That's fine. This is the witness that just left. I can move it though. This is the witness that just left, and then this is one of the This This is the driver of this Audi right here. Okay. So, occupant of that car, and then that was the witness. Can you just back up your car, put it in the driveway? I would love to. You want to sit over here? So, you got a good phone number for you, bro? Yeah, of course. Whatever you need. Five And where were you hit exactly? So, she hit the back of my car. All right, so first She was tailing me like since the highway. I don't know why. Witnesses said Since you reported that, but um came up over here, she was getting She kept accelerating real hard, and then almost and slamming on her brakes, like threatening. Um at one point I got around a car right here cuz I was hoping to like create distance and get away from it because it was obviously malicious. Um and then she got around that guy, hit me. Um the train stopping was down, so I came to a stop. She hit my car. Right. Rammed it into me. No, at that point, by the way, by the way she stroked the vehicle was like Only She hit me multiple times. Okay. Yeah. Insane. I've never seen this [music] in my life. So, she rear-ended me Yeah. Oh, yeah. She rear-ends me first, stops, and I get [music] out, and I go I call the police. I'm on 911, so they have the whole recording while she's hitting my car. And I was like, "Ma'am, please, I don't know what I did, but please stop hitting my car." What What did you tell her this like from the window, or >> No, I got out of the car after she hit me. Okay, you guys were stopped here, right? Yeah, we were stopped cuz the Brightline was coming by. So, I got out of my car after she hit me, I came around the side of the car, I have her on video saying she's wasted. She said she's wasted. But, let me get to this first. Yeah, I'll show you that after. And I'll text it to you, or whatever, whatever. Hold on, just a sec. I'll send you a link. Okay. I'll just It's a text message? Yeah. And then you click on that link, and then it'll load that video as well. [music] That's going to be evidence for the older person. I know, I'm I'm so upset cuz I was on 911, and it canceled me recording the video of her continuously [music] hitting my car. Okay. But, that guy That guy said Was there any other witness? Yeah, the Range Rover up there that she sideswiped after she Okay, so let me pick up where I left off. So, she rams me, we're at the Brightline. She's She backs up a little bit, and that's when I'm like, "Ma'am, please. I'm sorry, I don't know what I did." I didn't do anything. I was just driving normal. Didn't do anything. Um and I'm sure he said that, but so, she got She was all emotional, whatever, and then she got out of the car, that's when I filmed her saying I was like, "Ma'am, you're wasted." And she said, "I am wasted." And I said, "Please stop driving. Like, please just Let's just call the police. Let's just stop here." Um she got back in her car, and at that point, which you'll hear on the recording, I'm pleading with her saying, "Please stop hitting my car. Please don't hit my car." She rams it again, then she pulls into here, and she basically almost floors it. Her engine's like revving, she's pushing as hard as she can up against the back bumper of the car. At that point, she stops. She tries to turn, which she's here, so she couldn't. She backs up a little bit, she turns, and then the whole time I'm pleading with her to please stop. She then turns till her bumper's like here, and then she just rips the turn. Just goes like I don't know how this thing isn't destroyed. She She went straight in this left lane. At the light, she maliciously turned right into that Range Rover. It's like she's hitting nice cars. I don't know what she's doing. So, so once she gets there The Range Rover was at the She was driving a red ES 350. Uh here it is. Red ES 350 RSV 2D. The registration is somehow valid. I don't know how she pulled that off. Um but yeah, let me >> license? Yes, that is my license. Thank you. So, then yeah, so I saw her go off in this left lane. She maliciously turned right into that Range Rover and like sideswiped them. Like she's on a mission to hurt people. Um and then she almost went into the pole at the intersection. All right, so here's what I'm going to then yeah, that's that's when you guys boxed her. They're going to work with her a little bit. >> Can I Can I just show you this real quick of her just saying she's wasted? This is the first guy that stopped. She's a good driver, Ally. Yeah, we got to stay with her for a little No, no, this is a different guy that I got before he drove off. >> right there. No. Yeah, I am, but I was totally And then that's when he stopped and this is the guy that you just interviewed. So, this is a separate guy that was a witness that said I'll make a statement real quick for you on camera because that was insane. I've never seen anything like that in my life. Don't don't don't don't No, I'm not going to Doesn't really Yeah, it was. Yeah, no, it was. I need to get the other two people so I can do his driving test for him. Yeah.
