okay used to be probably in a booster okay all right just slow down be careful that blue form tells you how to take care of your tickets make sure you take care of them within 30 days so they don't suspend your license okay first time stops okay all right morning end off Terence and cross Springs police just know you are being audio and video recorded reason they stop you're going 56 mph the speed limit here is normally 45 but right now since those flashing lights are flashing it's a school zone it's 15 you see driver's license I was school you see those flashing lights right there behind you you drove through another set just like that when you're going this way he said he didn't see the lights that were above his head flashing and he was going 56 when the normal speed limit is 45 but it's 15 for the schools on there morning ter Springs police just let know you are being audio video recorded read nice stop you're holding and looking at your phone when you're driving through the school school zone school zones and work Zone you have to be completely handsfree you can't have any electronic device in your hand for any reason whatsoever looking down at his phone or at least driving through the school zone and in Florida school zones and work Zone you have to be completely handsfree you can't have your phone or any other electronic device in your hand while you're driving through them right Citation for using your phone in the school zone have you received a citation for using your phone in school of work Zone before I never knew it existed okay so for a first offense what the state has done you can go to the driving school choose option three where it says communication VI device violation if you complete that they'll wave the fine you don't have to pay anything for the ticket and they'll wave the points you won't get any points only for your first defense all right so you complete that and you're good all right be careful H name's off ter call swing pleas just you know you are being audio video recorded we now stop you're going 56 going down wild the normal speed limit there is 45 so you're speeding now there's a school zone cuz the lights are flashing it's 15 you see your driver l any reason you in a big hurry going 56 and the 15 huh I can't hear you I'm sorry I say we uh I didn't see anything around you didn't see the flashing lights that said school's on okay well that means you got to go 15 okay 56 and a 15 again the normal here's 45 he said he was speeding because he didn't see anything else around although he did see the flashing lights he says morning sir name is ter cross Wings police just let know you are being audio video recorded reason I sto you going 61 miles hour to swing in up here is 45 can you see your driver's license please sure sir I was just trying to get around one person that was trying to make a turn okay well when I saw you going you were in the left lane the whole time nobody was turning in front of you so I don't know what you're talking about that person was making the turn okay no one turn that was in front of you yes there was Sir there was a car in front of you yeah but it was way in but it was only in front of you when you caught up to it you were in the left lane nobody in the left lane was turning anywhere no but I was turning into that lane that's right sir but I don't want to argue with you sir so I'm from the ministry I'm actually on my way now to go there I I don't speak I honestly don't Unfortunately today you are all right sit T be withit you in a minute okay okay so he said he doesn't normally speed but he has a radar detector in his car I'm not sure if you don't speed why you would need that but didn't work today the citation is for your speed the blue form here explains how to take care of it there are three options the price depends on the one you pick make sure you let the clerk's office know which option you want within 30 days so they don't suspend your license and know you told me you don't normally speed but I don't know why you have a radar detector in your car if you don't speed that's the only reason that's there is for you be able to not get caught okay so you speed only speed on the highway your radar on huh have your radar on so how' you know was yeah I turned it on when you were going by it was on the whole time nothing went off over here I have it all on fil also you want to get that check then all right be careful morning swings police this know you are being audio video recorded we not stop you're going 63 mph coming up Riverside this sign here is 35 where you headed I'm headed home home all right be with you a minute this gentleman's going 63 in a 35 mph zone so see if we've been out with him before or notations for your speed this blue form here explains how to take care of it there are three options the price will depend on the option that you pick make sure you let the clerk's office know which option you want within 30 days so they don't suspend your license got to slow down man be careful on a black motorcycle no T Harley Davis turn off your bike turn off the bike all I stopped you you got yeah you couldn't see your tag Oh So what had you see your driver's license sorry okay you have a sun pass on your bike no okay so your tag has to be this way right yeah it can only be that way if you have a sun pass on your bike oh okay I don't know I bought this one last week but I rarely use okay I don't know is it registered to you yeah all right be with you in a second he had his tag folded in on his bike where you couldn't see it you forgot to put it out or why would even do that so we'll run him and see what comes back he does have a motorcycle license but he doesn't have a SunPass on this license so on a motorcycle your license has to be where you can read it left to right just like any you can put it sideways where it reads top to bottom but you're required to have a sun pass on your bike to do that but he didn't have a sun pass and he didn't have the tag where you could read it
