You haven't been listening for >> But you didn't you didn't give me no problem because you didn't give me no You said I was arrested. >> But why haven't you told me what I'm arrested for? >> Do you want me to tell you? >> Can you Can you tell? >> No, I want you to What? Now I'm in public toxic crazy and battery. I ain't touched that guy. I didn't hit him. >> You're right. Now, put your feet back in. >> But can I DO IT MYSELF? >> DO IT. We're waiting. >> Please. But you have to stop touching me. >> You have to do it yourself first. >> Do it yourself, though. >> Ma'am, I want you that to me. >> Just turn around. >> Do it myself. >> I believe you. I believe you. What? >> I believe that you can. >> What are you doing? >> Can you take me? Help. Stop. You said you're going to take me to home. >> I'm trying to take me home, but I have to close the door. >> But you have to take me cuffs of me. >> I understand that, but you're making it difficult right now. >> No, but you don't have to close the door. >> You don't have to close the door to cuffs off me to take me. Get in the car. >> I'M IN THE CAR. >> Shut the door. >> Sir, >> get your leg out of the way, dude. >> Sir, they said I'm not arrested. You are arrested. No, she said I'm not arrested. >> Were you the one who called >> the >> bus driver? >> Communication. >> Communication was >> communication call you guys because I I I requested him because he was behaved irrational. He started with another bus driver. Uh he suffered all his stuff. He has a wine bottle there. Uh-huh. >> He put it inside, said, "Look, we were going to take him home if you behaved and stuff like this. We need to take him." But then she started going back and forth running and stuff like that and everything. And I said, "No, I can't have you in the bus." So that's why I said, "I need you guys." >> I mean, technically, I don't really know much, but >> So when I walked up, all I saw is him getting in your face and like basically trying to get you. >> Yeah, he did try to get me. I was trying to get him off my face. >> So I I saw that. I saw the whole >> So, I don't really know much what happened, but when I when I was sitting right here, he was already like drunk, like talking all this crazy stuff. >> There's two things. One, he's going to go for public intoxication. Two, he could possibly go for battery against you if you want to prosecute. If you don't want to prosecute, you could just be a witness for public intoxication. If you want to prosecute, you're going to be the victim of a battery, which because he did put his hands on you. If you don't want to, then you have to sign a no pros. Up to you what you want to He's going to jail either way. >> Well, if he's going to jail, then then >> I'm taking him to jail either way for public taxation cuz all these people saw this. He's going for that. Do you want to be a victim of battery? >> No, >> you don't want to worry about that. I'll get you signed a no pass and you're good to go on that. Um, do you have a license on me? >> Yeah, I have an ID on you. >> Did you see everything? >> Uh, yeah. Yeah, but when you first come on, um, I, you know, he was this is this is his stuff and he was just boring, but I could kind of see his body language. So, but I was drunk. Yeah, see like you know I come ready. >> So I just I was going to let him board it but then when my supervisor came and was trying to talk to him, >> he just went to cursing and you know just doing other stuff and then we causing a whole scene. >> Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. >> The supervisor? >> Yes. Yes. >> Are you going to do a statement of everything? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Can I have your license? >> You can get a statement from him, too. Then he was here and he went after him, too. >> Um I only need one. >> Okay. You want to do a recorded? >> Yeah. I just need a statement for public talks. I'll do all that if you want to do your statement. >> I'm going to get um Can you run these? I'm going to get a sign. >> Was he throwing alcohol around? >> Um no, he kept that stuff, but he didn't. >> Did anyone see him actually drinking? >> Oh, no. No. I don't even know if that's >> Is that a bottle of wine? >> Good call. It is what sealed. >> So, she had Sorry. Yeah, good. She had 31. The guys refusing. >> We were going to do public talks, but he's drunk, but it's not over. >> And there was an incident on your bus. Can you explain to me in your words what happened on the bus today? >> Um, I was outside um waiting for the passenger to board. It wasn't time for me to depart. I see the black male coming. He was kind of outra. He had a lot of stuff that he was putting on the side of the bus. So, he went on there, he put his stuff on side of the bus. Um, I'm still seeing a little body language, but still let him board and put his stuff up there. Um, then my supervisor, as he was boarding, putting his stuff on. My supervisor uh that guy right there, he came and um and he was like uh talking to him and then he was like, "Why why do I have to get off?" I didn't know that another driver had already called in on on this passenger. I didn't know that. So, that was the reason why he came. Um, so he was supervisor. >> Yeah, my supervisor came. That's why he was already out here. He said, "Are you going to let him board?" I said, "Yeah, because you know, he hasn't caused any problem, but you can kind of tell his body language, but he didn't cause any problem with me." So, as my supervisor was talking to him, that's when he became more outraged with him cursing and and doing uh jumping and going that way. And so, he was asking, "Just remove yourself. You not you can't ride." He said, "Why I can't ride?" And kept going on and I paid my money, but he hadn't paid his fair yet. Uh he tried to do so as my supervisor asked him to to jump to come off the bus. He did say take his fair end and he just kept cursing just kept cursing running back and forth and then that's when the supervisor said he's you know he called the police. You guys came well when the young lady came and he still he got one of the passengers uh he said where's my Taylor cord? I'm guessing that was a bottle and the guy said I don't know I don't have it. And that's when he came to the guy's face and was trying to fight him. >> Another customer in the on the bus. >> Yes. And then that's when the deputy came and that's when she inter uh intervened and she was able to seduce him and put him in handcuffs and stuff like that. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Um >> did he cause a disturbance on your bus to where? >> Uh no he didn't. >> He didn't cause any like I said he was just boarding his stuff only when the supervisor was asking him you know I guess about whatever happened on the previous bus and then he would kind of cursing then but he was like um she's going to let you ride. I was gonna let him ride and he was like, you know, yeah, because I ain't did [ __ ] you know, just with the cursing. And then that's when the supervisor said, okay, you gonna have to get off. And when he said that, that's when he kind of got >> was heated. We in the call it said something about somebody throwing something around in the bus. Was >> Yeah. No, it was a plastic bag. Like just throwed it down as as he was angry, but Yeah. Yeah. >> And did that didn't hit anybody that you're aware of? And >> um and this other gentleman that was in the gray shirt, >> there was a physical altercation with him and the other guy. Right. >> That's that's the one I'm saying. He kept saying that maybe he took his tight Taylor for it or something. And the guy was like, I don't have it. You know, he just came up in his face and, you know, raised his fist up like he wanted to hit him. And you can see the guy just trying to kind of get him out of his face. And that's when the deputy came on board. And um >> And you said that somebody else had called. So apparently the pe your your passengers were disturbed enough to where they thought something was going on another bus. >> Yes, sir. And I wasn't >> they thought it was >> to >> something enough to where they needed to call the police at that time? >> No. Um I believe they called the supervisor cuz the supervisor. Okay. So that's when the supervisor came out, >> right? >> Okay. All right. So um again in in your opinion, how many c how many passengers did you have on your bus? >> Uh four. >> You had four? >> Yes. >> Um did it did it delay or disrupt >> it? Delayed because normal business. Yeah. Right. because I was supposed to be taking off and I couldn't take off because he wouldn't allow my supervisor to remove his stuff off the bus and he kept running up into the supervisor's face as well. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> All right. Is there anything else you can think about that we need to be aware of? >> Uh maybe that was it. >> That was it. Yes. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Raise your right hand for me. Do you swear the statement you just provided is going to be the truth and nothing but the church? >> Yes. Yes, sir. >> Okay. And the time now is 8:24 and this concludes this interview. All right. >> I appreciate it, man. >> All right. Thank you. >> All righty. your camera on. I just put a video. >> Okay. >> I got all the >> She's going to take pictures. >> Thank you. >> Hey, do >> Can you push my arm? Can you push my shoulder? All right. >> First thing first, >> what do you do? Push on my shoulder. >> Push your shoulder. >> Put your hand on my shoulder, please. >> And just don't stop. >> Push. You have to put a force. You have to push this [ __ ] >> Hold on for a second. >> You playing me. >> I have you step out of the car for a second. I want to take a picture. >> I want you to push this [ __ ] first. >> Come. Put the flash. Before I >> listen, >> you have to push this mother. >> Why? What's wrong with it? >> My [ __ ] hurt. >> Why does it hurt? >> Cuz it's out of place right now. >> Okay. Why is it out of place? >> What are you doing? >> Okay. I'm not going to be able to. >> Come on. Push. >> I'm not I'm not relocating your shoulder. Turn this way. >> You have to take me to the hospital. Turn this way. >> Let's see the first one. See the first one? >> The first one. What are you going to touch me? >> Okay. >> It's your turn. That's fine. All right. >> Lean back in. Which shoulder is it? >> It's this one. >> And you need it to go where? Uh, I need you to push.
