on April 23rd 2024 law enforcement officers were dispatched to a location in response to a trespassing incident the reporting party indicated that an individual had been asked to leave The Establishment but did not comply here's what happened sir what happened I don't know don't I'm just have to 94 please I I give you $3 you call 911 I didn't call 911 what did I do to you what did I do to you yeah can you just talk to to her please what's that can you talk to her please what did I do so what happened can you tell me because like I have no idea I I have no idea she's saying you call right I did because she refused me service okay so she had you in private property right if you if if if they don't want to serve you then they they not supposed to serve you're on private proper I have a reservation I paid doesn't matter you're in private property it doesn't matter it doesn't matter are you from Florida maybe I am from Connecticut I have a contract okay maybe maybe over there different I'm I'm an attorney that's fine so maybe cont woman that i' be here for one day that's fine no I'm just I'm is a contract I'm just telling you you in private property so yes but sir I signed you rent space you are not in a Florida okay if you own private property you just rent the space but you don't own that space all right you you are entitled you are entitled when you rent that space but they did not I'm just telling you but you're telling me but they did not okay all right the officer spoke with the employee to gather information about the incident the employee stated she had served the man a drink before he adamantly refused to leave he then walked towards the restroom area but seemed lost and disoriented on his way there due to his intoxicated State he spent approximately 10 minutes in the restroom which small group of female patrons had formed a line outside the restroom prompting the employee to knock on the door and address the situation when he opened the door he was leaning against it with his phone in hand inquiring about the commotion she explained the circumstances and ensured his well-being but he became increasingly vocal and argumentative even counting random numbers allowed for the time he is taking now to exit the bathroom when he finally exited the restroom he positioned himself near the entrance counter she also added that he had ordered additional drinks but lacked the necessary funds to settle the bill despite her reluctance to have him trespassed she simply wished for him to depart The Establishment peacefully later she informed the officer that the manager had requested his removal and subsequent trespass from the property problem $30 whatever and what's my problem what I'm doing what blah blah blah people yelling at me and I'm like he started yelling at you after he came out of the restom like where like in here exactly where he is and you know the lady is like you know what I'm not going there any whatever forget they left the ladies that were Wai left they left because they didn't want toal that of course you know I'm sorry Adam come I was like Adam don't leave yet because something is not right here right now that's that's what I have everything on on syst so why did you why you call us I have no idea call us you call one right no she did she said you call one no she did okay all right I'll just video recording I did nothing they just wanted to leave that's it just go may I ask what I did wrong it doesn't matter they want you to leave no it does sir if you're going to stay go to jail for trespassing going to leave or not go go to CH so you like refusing to to leave this no I asked you a question sir and you refuse to answer me they want you to they just want you to leave they're not his civil rights by denying him water and restroom access at one point the man extended his feet through the open partition glass prompting the officer to call for backup this man's disruptive behavior continued throughout the transport to the Detention Center 85 can you come to my location please White Street in South Street my hands my hands are breaking my hands please help me officer the police officer for help and repeatedly questioning their destination as they approached the entrance of the County Detention Center he then began stomping his feet loudly and forcefully on the rear passenger seat and floorboards additional Port officers arrived to assist but he persisted in his disruptive behavior are they good ma' I demand to be notified why I'm being arrested face that way no ma'am I am I it's that way so I can get the seat belt off of you ma'am I I am demanding to know why I'm being arrested sit back look that way demanding I am demanding I am demanding to know ared come on let's go I am demanding to know why I'm being arrested I have no idea what my rights are what are my rights you have a right to know though where am my rights come on let's go freedom of speech no and you're exercising here I I just told you freedom of speech what what no I don't know why I'm being arrested well you'll learn eventually no you need to tell me right now I don't you
