on December 21st 2024 officers were dispatched to a shopping center responding to reports of a female causing a disturbance two separate calls were made to 911 regarding the situation upon arrival the officers could hear a woman yelling profanities as they approached they observed a female sitting on the curb with several open alcohol containers Within Reach here's what unfolded Russell hi there hello what's going on nothing well apparently there is put in handcuffs put in handcuff just want relax man B and harass me being freaking nasty you go ahead and put your hands behind your back for me what did I do well just we you're not under arrest at the moment you're just can you drop your stuff on me we just want to talk to you and see what's going on everyone is harassing me won't leave me alone and stand at my coochie all day and stuff like that and follow me a freaking bathroom and make me have a heart attack don't have no time for stress my vagina death I'm trying to [ __ ] think and it doesn't have to occur in our presence and more often not it doesn't so what it be unreasonable if we had to get a warrant for somebody that was acting crazy out here yeah be yeah because it would cause great rest and inconvenience to the people around I can use anybody's garbage for this there's I'm going to take my gloves off after I put this in the back her she's going to jail okay so I told her that she was detained I have to now tell her a c no I know that yeah the officer spoke with the reporting party who said they had seen her lying in the road and had to steer around her she crawled under cars and yelled at people walking by when he informed her that he was calling the police she reacted negatively toward law enforcement and began shouting at him because of her disruptive behavior she was arrested she received a trespass warning for the shopping center and was taken to the local sheriff's office there a search uncovered a substance hidden inside her sock her charges include possession introducing Contraband into a facility disorderly intoxication and having an open container in public we just got it come on walk come on bring my hand up okay is that threatening a
