Viewer discretion is advised. March 12th, 2025, Flaggler County, Florida. What began as a simple traffic violation quickly turned into a tense roadside standoff. Just after 1:20 p.m., a deputy noticed a silver Mustang failed to stop while pulling out of a gas station, and the windows looked far darker than the law allows. When the deputy lit the vehicle up, the driver didn't pull over right away. Instead, he rolled slowly into a nearby parking lot and came to a stop. 223 US1 Florida 28 calier golf 64 HSM J64 224 Southeastern sports You said what? What? The gray car drivers, can you just stand on that side and watch the passenger? I'm just going to stay here until until the supervisor gets here. All right. Supervisor behind my vehicle. They're both non-compliant. Roll up all the windows. And I asked for his ID four times. He rolled the window up in my face. So he's driver's going to jail. Driver's going to jail.4 210. Okay. Sir, how far out are you? Okay, we're standing by for supervisor. We're just standing back here. It's an uncomfortable spot. Driver. Driver. Driver. All right, cool. We'll wait for a supervisor. When a supervisor gets here, we'll do PA commands. I'm not going up to this car. All right, driver. Once uh supervisor gets here. No, there's no reason to. This takes priority over everything else. I don't understand. 224. Are you referring to my traffic stop or another call? I guess the passenger was really aggressive like immediately. So, I'll just keep eyes on that side. Driver, put your hands out the window. Do it now. Keep eyes on the passenger side. That was the most addressable. Male or female? Two men. Two males. Yeah. Watch the driver. He told me three times that I'm not allowed to make a passenger side approach. I told him the reason for the traffic stop. He said um he did stop. He refused to listen to me. Um I asked for his ID four times. He refused to do so. Um he said he wants another cop. Now he said he wants a supervisor. We've been giving commands this entire time. Stick his hands out the window. He's failing to do so. If it's okay with you, the driver's going to jail. Yeah, we can get there. Let's We're going to I don't want to walk up there based on how aggressive it was. Hey, for can we use someone right here? Let him know. We have supervisor on scene. Driver's going to have to stand up. The passenger was really aggressive. So, watch out. Driver, driver, in your hand, we have a supervisor on scene. Basically, the guy immediately was saying, "Don't come up on the passenger side. You're not going to you're not getting my ID." All that kind of stuff. Said he wanted a supervisor and all that. Um, we've got we've got obstruction, all that. It's just now a matter of time. He needed a supervisor. So, we're here and we'll go from there. You got a piranha? Um, I don't have a piranha. We have a supervisor on Yeah. You want to throw one behind this tire? I don't want to I don't think they're going to make it. I don't want to. We have zero history. I mean, who's giving nonsense? Whoever is right now. Driver, let me see your hands. Exit the vehicle. We have a supervisor on scene. Yeah, that was all I wanted to do is make sure he knows that. He was involved in like that jewelry theft stuff like a while ago at the other store. Driver, let me see your hand. Was immediately aggressive and the driver told me like four times that I can't make a passenger side approach and then um I asked two occupants. Yeah, I asked for his license four times. He refused to do so. Said he wants this is the supervisor. I'm here to speak with you, but we're going to have you step out and just face away from giving commands this whole time. So it's okay with you. The driver is going to jail for resistance. Yeah. No, I prefer he comes out and talks to me first. I'm not making I'm not approaching. Yeah. Shatter ball later. We get paid by the hour. Yeah. We can wait all day. It's the Mustang or the Celica? Mustang or Celica? However, there's this foot there county sheriff's office supervisor on scene. I'm here to talk to you, but we're going to have you step out and we'll talk. [Music] Yeah, I think so. I I check the tag. I didn't I was holding my car for a second. Do you want to make an announcement that they can call into the non-emergency line and talk to him on the phone? Driver, if you want to call in to dispatch, call 911. We'll talk to you. If your name is Kylon or Keon, we're here to talk to you. They're still not comp driver. This is the supervisor on team. I'm here to talk to you. [Music] Driver, can you bring the window down a little bit more? We can talk. I don't care if you yell out the window. We We'll just talk that way. You guys got a shield in case we do got to approach. I do. I don't. If it's okay with you, I a shatter ball before going up there. I don't want to approach you. I'd rather do both at the same time. Go up with the shield and chatter ball. Hey, I think I think Emry was keying up. I don't know if he's on the way or not. I can't hear him. I can't hear him. I heard Emry key up. I just don't know if what he's if he was coming or what. Driver, we're not going anywhere. We're here to talk to you. Can you just roll the window down? Who was uh causing that feedback? The two men inside the car weren't just any passengers. They were brothers. And while deputies continued issuing commands for them to exit, neither moved. Instead, they were on their phones. One called their mom. The driver called his girlfriend. Both were busy explaining how they'd been stopped illegally. As if that changed what was coming next. Driver. God. What the Why does it keep doing that? Driver, roll the window down. I don't know. You want to try this one? Toma, unlock your car. [Music] What's up? Let me see what their plan is. If you're cool with it, whenever you're ready, I'll approach with back of the shield and I'll shatter ball it from behind. Just need a third for less lethal. Yeah, I don't know if that back tint. I don't know if a shatter ball will break that window. I wouldn't do back window cuz you're not going to have access to the first shatter ball it retreat back for a minute. See if he does anything after that. Unless you think something different. There was bags in the car, so I don't know if there's a firearm or anything. Um, the only thing I worry about shatter balling from a distance and then moving back is uh the alarm we're going to set off of them. Like, oh, that glass is going to shatter on them. I'd rather be able to react right away, I think. Huh? No, I'm worried about them freaking out and jumping out and versus and we're now we've created more distance. We probably need to close it, but I'll trust you guys judgment on Alex. As long as we're safe, I don't care. As long as like I can also I can also be as we'll wait for the commanders. They're coming. The the only other thing too that my thought would be maybe make an announcement. We're going to shatter your window in a minute if you don't. Can you make an announcement? Well, I wouldn't do it until you're ready to do it cuz he's what? Yeah, we'll wait for him. We got time. We get paid by the hour. I guess he got hit through signal zero. What's his PC time? He when he was leaving the gas station onto a public roadway, he just drove straight through. He didn't yield or stop at all. Um, so traffic violation. And I can also smell marijuana at the passenger window. So you smell marijuana? Yeah. But I didn't even get to get that far at all cuz he was immediately n right when I walked up to the passenger. The passenger started freaking out. They both kept yelling at me that I can't that I'm not allowed to make a passenger side approach. I tried to both of them said that I'm not allowed to make a passenger side approach per Florida law. What's the history of uh the driver was involved in the the the thefts that were going on. He was detained at K Jewelers not that long ago. Uh he told me multiple times that he's not giving me his ID. Um All right. So, just confirming service. All right. So, just confirming no traffic violation. Mhm. Um the suspects have a history of thefts and everything else and narcotics and uh signals are you smell marijuana? Yeah. You've asked them repeatedly to windows. Did they ID themselves at all? No. They rolled their windows up in my face. The RORO. They look like the RO. Yeah, the driver is the driver. Do you know him? Do you? Do you know him? Uh, no. Yeah, it's just I just I've seen him on um he was detained at that K Jeweler thing. Um and then the narcotics history and stuff like that, but I've never in person. And they're blowing their There's smoking out the window, too. Yeah. Um there's multiple bags. There's multiple bag like small bags on them. Um the passenger was extremely aggressive right away. Hey, supervisor announcements cuz they asked for one. Still wouldn't comply. At least 10 of them. Yeah. Let's clear uh let me see. We can clear Underwood. Well, no. His car is right there. [Music] He's going to make a decision in a second. I would like to try to 40 mic the window, but the uh the passenger window or not the rearview mirror or whatever side mirror. But I think it just bounces off cuz he's going to Well, that'll it'll break that. It'll break that. Yeah. He's going to um he's going to watch through that when we approach. Mhm. Just keep going. Got a Mustang. Let me see your hand. The vehicle. Do it now. Mustang. Let me see your hands. The vehicle. Do it now. Mustang. Let me see your hand. The vehicle. If he exits, just sheriff's office. Don't move. And if they don't comply, then that's your answer that he's resisting. Not complying even. No. Yeah. Yeah. You think about ready for the react team. I got the terminator right again supervis. We have four right there. You're 40 mm. So I'll drop it. We need you on that. Toma, can you come grab the shatter balls or he's got Matt's got shield? Yeah. Go up there. Stay on. If we end up pushing the vehicle, the back window's really tinted. If you want, if if the passenger bails out, you can pursue and we can quickly push up and guard and get get gun on the driver. That's up to you. For several minutes, deputies maintained distance, issuing clear and repeated commands over the PA system. They told the brothers to exit the vehicle. They informed them a supervisor was on scene. They warned them that refusal to comply would result in arrest, but nothing changed. The brothers stayed inside, talking on their phones, blowing smoke, flipping off deputies, and ignoring every lawful order. Eventually, deputies had enough. The tone shifted. The warning stopped and the next step was no longer a request. Exit the vehicle with your hands up under arrest and further action. Put your hands up now. Hands out the window, driver. Hands out the window. Put your hands out the window now, driver. Both hands Both hands out the window. Exit the vehicle. Open the door. Open the door and exit now. Put your hands up. See your hands up. Open the door. Let me see your hands. All right. The uh driver. Driver. Open the door now. Do it now. Driver, open the door now. Driver, open the door now. Let me see your hand. Driver, open the door now. Open the door now. Open the door. Driver. Driver, open the door now. Driver, open the door now. You want the side window, sir? Push up this side. Yep. We're going to push up. We're going to push up. after. Driver, open the door now. I'm all right. I just I'm okay. I'm okay. I'm tripped. I tripped. You got it? Yeah, I'm good. This is good. Let's try some more. on this side or that side? Keep giving announcements. Come on, commander. [Music] He's saying y'all are scared. [Music] That's all of them. All right. Gaba have some more. Yeah, but we can't shoot that. It's going to bounce off. It'll bounce right off. You guys are walking up. You guys are walking up. That That passenger had a black bag on his lap. So, just letting you know. Okay. Well, All right, I'm going to go back to this. What? I'm trying to break the pass through the window. I'm I just came here for delivery. Oh, give them to you. Let's throw them. Let's do it. Let's do it. Are you throwing them or me? You I mean, you're a baseball player. I'm not a baseball player. I already missed. Well, let me hold these just in case. Push up. Yeah. Give them to me. I mean, I hit all around it. Push up. I was going to, but not if you're not. Are you comfortable or not? Ready? Yeah. You want more of an angle? What's up? Hold on. Hold on. Try more. Thank you. Jason from here. What about the other side? I think if we go here and walk up that way, we're going to have a better angle to really get them good. This is a good angle. You could use those other cars as cover. That's what I'm saying. Well, they need to pull that Cameron's car up and actually pin him in. Yeah, cuz he can still back out. All right, we're going to drag him out. We need to reacting for the driver's side. Let's just stay here. Yeah. No, I'm not. [Music] Fa sucks. Well, it's okay depending on who you speak. Hey, we've got it. We've got passenger side. Okay. Okay. There we go. in the air. Step out. Take away from us. I'm not going to help right now. We'll talk about here in a second. Come back. Come this way. Come backwards. Walk backwards. You're going to hear voice here in a second. Don't move us. We're going to listen to the deputy that's giving you instructions. Get off towards your way. Sir, he's got hands on. I'll get hands when he or Keep coming. Walk back. Do it now. Do not move. Walk back. Walk back. Walk back. Keep coming. Keep coming until I tell you to stop. Keep coming to your right. Step to your right. Keep coming. Keep coming. Keep coming. Don't be fool, bro. Y think it's okay? Y think it's okay? I'm a vet. Y'all think it's okay? Y'all see my car? You [ __ ] don't come out [ __ ] dude. You just came out when you're supposed to. Come out when I'm supposed to. I got pulled over unlawfully. Y'all going to pay for I know we're going to see [Music] about all these cops over there. Stop, son. Is there any weird bro? Is there any weapons in the car? Y'all do realize y the last place to be segregated. Is there any weapons in in the car? Ain't nothing in that car. Okay. Innocent man. Y'all pulling over weapons on you. I ain't got [ __ ] on me. I am. This how y'all treat y'all veterans? No. No weapons. A veteran. This how treat. How many people are in the car? One or two? One person in the passenger. One more passenger. Arrested over a stop sign that I didn't I didn't run. You would have got a warning. 40 minutes ago. I should have got over. I'm going to ask you some questions. this [ __ ] after me. I'm trying. What's the What's the passenger's first name? I don't know. Go ask. He doesn't know. I don't want to talk. I want to go ahead and do I got to do something get away from you. I don't like it. All this for a stop sign, right? A stop sign that didn't run unlawful and you don't want to do your job. Nobody standing my side and talking to the driver. I talk to the passenger law. You really need to study your law. I don't need to study a law cuz we got lawyers for this. Apparently, I'm not allowed to approach the pass. Well, that's completely wrong. Yeah, I tried to explain it. By the way, I'm chief deputy burlet number police. Y'all can violate us. We all got free will. God gave us free will. Y'all can do whatever y'all want. Are you sovereign citizen? Do you claim sovereign citizen? Cuz that's what it sounds like. Well, I don't know. There we go. He's a sovereign citizen. He has no belief in the family. I have belief in everything. I just need a car. How? Look at my car. He didn't come out. Look at my car. Y'all got guns and shields and outnumber me. Why the would I get out and y'all pointing guns at me? Y'all are a threat. Y'all are like, "Dang, y'all are fearing us. What What do we do wrong?" We ask for a supervisor. He didn't know what the number had supervisor come. The supervisor to come talk to you. Doesn't need to. All right. That's why y issue know. The supervisor told you for 15 minutes. He doesn't even want to I don't know who take me wherever I got to go. Get me away from y'all. Make sure we this dick. Come on. Come back. I want to arrest him. But if I was doing the wrong thing, I would have got away from you out there. He like he like, man, please. Can you just stay right there? Okay. We'll explain everything to you. All right. Don't talk to them. Go back to the car. Go back to the car. Go back to the car. Do not talk to him. Go back to the car you doing. Go back to the front. Don't talk to him. M. Can you unlock your car, please? I have nowhere to put him. Go back to the car. All right. Show us what's up. I don't want you to miss and hit that wind the business window. Nah, you're too far, bro. I'm just going to push up a little bit and see. No. How comfortable are you? Are you with Give us some PA. Yeah. Are you related? Are you related? That's my point. We got to pull over truck fried and not come out the car, roll up the windows, pretty much tell us to screw off. Do you know who else is in the car? We're just trying to make sure everything gets done peacefully. I'm not asking you any questions about I really don't care. The pastor in the car, is he going to be cooperative, you think, and come out, too? I'm not sure. We just want everyone to go home safe at this point. I want them to go home safe, too. Oh, that's our goal. Whether he thinks so or not. Is he You want to speak to mom? Mhm. Why is there so many police officers? Well, because he got he got pulled over for a traffic offense instead of instead of This is his mom. Do you want to speak to him? He's 18, correct? Yes. I mean, I have no problem talking to you guys, but at the end of the day, he's 18. He was pulled over for a traffic offense. Okay. Normally when you're pulled over, you roll down the windows. You talk to us. We explained. He didn't like that our officer went to the passenger side, which is we're allowed to do. So they both decided to roll up the windows, be cooperative, and flick us off and then refused to come out of the car after being lawfully pulled over. So that's where we're at. Not to mention, I believe the last time he got pulled over, there was a firearm in the vehicle. So we are going to take extra precautions so everyone goes home safe. Yeah. He hasn't he hasn't had his firearm. We'd all rather be safe. Yeah, of course. The more people we have, the more options we have. So then nothing bad happens. Which exactly what happened? They finally listened and came out. Okay. So that's where we're at right now. Waiting for the passenger to come out. I don't know. Is he being detained? He's going to jail. What? For what? What reason? I just got here, but at least resisting arrest because resisting. Yeah. You didn't even tell me. You didn't tell me under arrest. Actually, we did about six times on the PA. I personally told him that myself. Not to mention when you're lawfully stopped, you're lawfully detained. But I'm not going to get into a law argument right now. Uh if she has any issues, I'm actually the chief deputy of the sheriff's office. Okay. So you have the only one hired than me right now is the sheriff. So you have the top supervisors on scene. Will he have a bond? Unless he's on probation. He's not on probation. In trouble. Will he will he be able to get out today? Can I get him out today? Once he's booked, as long as he is not on probation or there's any other crazy stuff in his background, he'll get a bond. Everyone has the right to bond. All right. So he They he said when you refused to let they if she would like to talk I can talk if she doesn't want to yell. Do you want to do you want to speak to I have no problem talking to someone. Yeah. We're going to we're going to finish with this. All right. And then I'll just just make sure you don't go any further than that. Okay. You got a bill for me? Yeah. Yeah. You can let those guys in there know I'm here. Oh, I just want to drop the part to them. Do they need to sign for it? Yeah, I got it. Thank you. We're moving up just a little bit to get closer. Sorry. That's good. That's all you got? Yep. You want to try? Try to take the passenger window out. It's too tinted. It is pretty tinted. So, it's holding it together. Hit the back a couple times. your car. Contact. Yep. I got less lethal. Passenger. Yep. Keep your hands where we can see them. Step out of the car. We got enough here. Step out of the car. Step undo your seat belt. Wait, your left hand. Undo your seat belt. Get out of the car. [Music] Step. Okay. So, take it off. Face away from me. Stop. Step backward to the sound of my voice. Hey, stop and walk him this way and then back. Step backwards. Stop. Okay. Step. Yeah. Yeah. Bring him to the ground. Step, step, step, step. He does anything. You hit him. Oh, yeah. Keep stepping. Take five steps to the right. [Music] Stop. Walk back to the sound of my voice. Do it now. Keep stepping. Keep stepping. Keep stepping. Put your hands on top of your head. Open your hands. Open your hands. Interlace them on top of your head. Interlace on top of your head. Bring them back. Yeah. Bring him to his knees. Step down your knees. Keep stepping back towards me. Keep stepping. Keep stepping. Keep stepping. Keep stepping. Stop. Lower yourself down one knee at a time. Bend your knees. Stand by one guys in the car. Let's wait for the drive. [Music] Can you have a chance to have a conversation? Conversation? Can we have a conversation? Me? What do you got to say? Uh, can I turn around? Yeah. So, we uh left the gas station, right? We got pulled over. Really? At the gas station. So, we pulled her. It's probably miscon mis understand that we pulled her because we got pulled over at the gas station. We couldn't go anywhere else, right? He said he stopped the light, which he didn't. And then he came to the passenger side. Are you trying to contest the the No, I'm just explain what happened. Validity of the stops, everything. No, I'm just explain the way so I can get my side. You see what I'm saying? He confused us when he came to the passenger side. Let me tell you this. Yeah, I'm listening. We can have this discussion. Yeah. But it never even got to this point. Okay. If you felt the the stop was invalid, you should have complied with that and then regression supervisor. That's how you It will cause y'all to give I'm trying to explain to y'all what what we seen. So he came to the passenger side. I'm not driving. So I can't talk to you if I'm not the one driving, right? Am I correct or am I wrong? No, that's not correct. How if Okay, if I'm not the driver, how can I say what the driver did? If I'm probably on my phone, I can I got the right to be on my phone, right? If I'm just If I'm not driving, okay, I'm asking you like you're asking me if you're not allowed to talk as a pass. That's not That's We'll have We'll have a discussion a little bit. Whenever we're done here and everything's secure, we'll have a discussion. Okay. We just double lock these two. All right. Front seat's clear. He's having a hard time getting in the back. Also, get a uh y'all get ready to go [Music] clear up there. Yeah. We got three. I'm good. M from the driver side. Those aren't too tight, right? They look good to me. I just loosened that one for you. That one's looser. You got you got to worry about it. Well, we do got to worry because we've been trying to get you guys out of the car and you've been just not complying the whole time. Can I talk you? Can I talk to you? Yeah, go ahead. I'll let you say whatever you want. I'm not asking anything in a situation like this. The officer is supposed to go to the driver's side. Correct or wrong. That's not correct. We can go to any side we want to. If you would Okay, but if I'm so accustomed to people pulling pulling somebody over and going to the driver's side, that's what's supposed to happen, right? Correct me if I'm wrong. So, what can you what information can you get from a passenger if he's not driving? It doesn't matter. I'm just like I'm confused. Okay. I'm just get y'all to enlighten me on No matter what side of the car you go to, it doesn't matter. The the occupants still have to comply to lawful orders. I complied. I told him that. Okay. You obviously didn't because they asked you several times to get out of the car. No, because y'all started throwing stuff. Okay. So, what if I would have got out the car and as soon as y'all threw what y'all threw at the at the glass? What if it would hit me? You see why? That's why we This This reason you really realize that the point that we got to that far where we had to break the windows out was about 30 minutes of trying to get you out peacefully. Yep. Yes, we have. I'm I'm not going to You want to just talk to me? I talked to you. I'm not going to argue about. We having a conversation. We having a conversation. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But I'm not I'm not here to argue with you. What I'm saying is, okay, uh why didn't y'all just walk to the car like like he did the first time? Because when you're not complying, we don't know what your intentions are. We don't know if your intentions are. Y'all just y'all just All right. Whatever. We're done, man. Come on. I'm just playing. All right. We're done. Come behind you. Anybody car? Do we have an open vehicle? [Music] Do we have a Do we have a cage product to throw him in? Is this your car? No. I didn't feel any keys on them. Where were the keys? You know where the keys are? No. Watch the light. All right. So, they both came out of the car. We're just finishing up. We got to make sure no one else is in the car because unfortunately this time I'm not going to believe anything they tell me because they won't even listen. If if she wants to take a deep breath, I get it. He's 18, but I also get it's their son. So, I have no problem answering some questions if we're willing to speak. Well, she was on the phone with him, you know, when all of it happened. You want to tell her just take a deep breath and before I leave so I can at least talk to her because besides that because he's 18, we're not going to sit here and talk to her. Yeah. Kate, just I'm giving her an opportunity. Calm down. He he he trying to speak to you. So can you just calm down real quick? Okay. I know. Hold up. So I'm actually chief deputy of the sheriff's office. Joe Burilli. Okay. I'm actually number two in charge at the sheriff's office. I happen to come here because of what had happened. Okay. cuz I was on the phone with my son this whole time and I just didn't like what the officer just said that my son had a firearm sir his firearm no scene Hold on ma'am that that was me I was explaining to what's your name I'm sorry Natoya Natoya I was explaining to Natoya why we have so many deputies here cuz some people sometimes wonder why we have such a large presence for a single car obviously the more resources we have the safer everyone can be including less lethal stuff drones phones and the last time if someone was stopped, not to mention is Florida, anyone can possess a firearm, we like to be extra careful. That's all I said about that. So, he was stopped for a traffic violation. Normally, when you're stopped for a traffic violation, well, not normally, lawfully, you're required to speak to the law enforcement officer so we can explain why you stop we stopped you. Well, your son apparently did not like that we went to the passenger side, which we are completely lawfully allowed to do. At that point, he decided, from my understanding, to flick a soft, roll up the windows, and refused to comply for the last 30 minutes. I actually came on scene and I witnessed it. Eventually, he listened to me on the PA and came out, but less than less than also recording. You can listen to the record. Ma'am, we we we have his window was down. It just wasn't all the way down. He's a veteran, so he does know the law. He does know how to cooperate with law. Well, I ma'am, I I can tell you I heard multiple PA announcements, including from myself, instructing him what to do, and he flicked us off. We don't have a problem with traffic stops 99.9% of the time. Everyone complies. They listen. They ask why they're pulled over, we tell them. He decided not to. Is he being targeted? Cuz this his third time being pulled over a lot, ma'am. No one's being targeted. If you have a complaint, you're more than welcome to file one. or he my son was kind of was a little frustrated. Well, if he listen if if the only thing I'm trying to explain it seem like he's being picked on, but he's not home, but I listen to what's going on. I hear you. Oh, he could have been in a traffic violation. Honestly, he probably would have left with a warning. Now he's he's now he's going to jail. Okay. But I don't think he should be detained right now. Well, you're when you ref when you ma'am here to come to the scene and the whole time that you ma'am everything is video live I can see everything. Okay. That's why I came to the scene. Okay. Because I can see his level cooperiveness. So if he had just communicated and passenger side to me I'm not sure why I would be upset about being well I'm not I'm not explaining ma'am. Ma'am ma'am That's different. But he actually supervises the reason he was still sitting in the vehicle. So I'm I'm kind of if we're cooperating with him, you already ready to arrest or do something. So ju just because someone ma'am, just because someone wants a supervisor doesn't mean that they don't have to listen to a deputy lawful commands. Okay? That does not excuse that. Not to mention, he now has every rank up to the number two in the sheriff's office here and he still didn't listen. He got he has so many supervisors here he doesn't even know what to do with. So he got what he asked for, but he still didn't listen. And then and then man, when I spoke I spoke to him myself. I think my son was uh out of compiance because he was saying to be upset from me listening to him. I don't know. I can't see what's going on. It sounds so scary. I just don't. You already know what's going on in our world nationally and internationally. It's scary. It's so scary to get pulled over by officers, especially when you know you're just going to the store. So, go ahead, ma'am. A a a traffic stop where a citizen lawfully listens here. You a normal traffic stop. Yes. I understand the situation. I understand what happened. He's not able to I understand what he did was wrong. He's not able to get a T. He's been going through a life. He's not able to get a ticket for we just lost my father. I know it's a lie. Scary. He would have gotten a warning just like the hundreds of people that get pulled over every day here. We walk up, we tell them why they were stopped. They might even throw an FU to us, but they at least give us the required information they were required to do. And then they leave. No, because I tried to talk to him and he pretty much told me to go screw all. It's my It's a It's a lot of police out here. Even when I came out, he you know, it's a lot of police out here. I'm trying to see what we can do, but you're just going to have to wait till he gets booked and you can bomb him out. Okay. I don't know what you know what So what the charges what the charges? I I do not know the exact charges, but give it a little bit after he gets transported to the jail and when you call the booking over there at the jail, they'll give you the charges. Okay. Sad. So when people were talking I I mean I get she's upset but I mean we we stop people all day long and they listen because they know the law and it's done. It's over with. This doesn't happen when you when you just hand us your information because you committed a traffic violation. When you get a license that's what you're that's what you have to do. So all right. Um, it's his friend. I am not sure most likely, but I I'm not the investigating deputy. I'm just here because well, it was snowballing. But as you can see, and you can feel I know she's upset now, but maybe explain to her later. You see all these, you think immediately, oh my god, there's so many here. Well, you just saw a drone. You see these little balls for windows. We have so many options. So, yeah, it doesn't ever get to a violent encount. That's the reason for all the resources and everyone here. That's the reason I came, too. Let's see what's going on. Let's make sure this happens. We'll take our time. He's going to go to jail, but no one's hurt. All right. All right. Um, do I just wait here to see cuz his friend like his car I don't want his car to get towed. It has to get to it. I'm here. I can't take it. Now it's being it was using the commission of a crime. police working with the citizens because we're not even considered citizens and we're dangerous. My son is being treated like they scared me to death. Anything else I can help you with right now? But that's pretty much it. The end of the day when you get pulled over. I'm going just wait cuz I'm not sure what's happening with his friend. I don't want to leave his friend up here. Um do we know if uh passengers go 10:15 or we're not sure yet? Okay. I'll let them know that you're waiting here in case. But like I said, the car is going to be getting towed. Okay. The windows are damaged. The windows are busted out. They refused to roll them down or refuse to acknowledge. So, we have these little balls to break the windows, which they didn't even break. They just cracked. Um, so we'll figure out the pastor. I'll let them know that you're waiting in case you want to give them a ride home. But the car is going to be towed. Okay. Okay. All right. Any other questions I can answer for now? cuz once I'm gone what the charges will be like for him. Well, I I don't know. It's going to be at least resisting arrest without violence. Okay. Which is a misdemeanor. Okay. I don't know if there were any else cuz like I said, I got here after. I only I saw the resisting cuz I literally told him myself, you're under arrest. I'm out. All right. Okay. All right. I appreciate it. I'm going wait here cuz I'll let them know. I'll stay right here. Okay. Thank you. You have the space away. You take this out of the ear. Do you want me to put it? Let me take it. What the uh PE is what? The what? He took the cake out of my pock my pocket. I don't know. It wasn't me. I need to know where it is. I need to know where is it. I had like the AirPod, but it's like the whole case. I need my AirPod. I need to know where it is before I leave. Okay, let me take this out and put this in the car. Set this right here for now. You turn around for me. Do you have anything on you at all? I'm just going to swap these. Okay. I don't know. Mine are on your Can you uh I got that? Just use a key. You can lock them. Uh what lock? Who did that? You did. I thought you were holding it. Am I? You want me to leave this in the car or take it with you? I put it in my car. I can't put it in the car. You want me to take it with you? You can put it in the car. Okay. In the car. Okay. You can just put it in the car. All right. Come over. You uh put the case in the car as well. I don't know who has it. Well, before Does anybody have this AirPod case? I don't know who took it out. We got the cop. Scream. Scream. The cop. It's an airpod case. You got to give me like Okay. Okay. You got gloves on my door. You got the case, right? Do you want it in the car with you? You can put that inside the case and you put it in the car. Okay. You have a driver's license or anything? I don't have anything on your key. I'm going to need to get your name in a matter. When they pulled over last time, they they got my ID in their system, so they they I don't know your name. It's like It's not it's not that easy. Okay. So, so like you're not stepping out. Okay. I didn't have any problem. Then why didn't you? Because the window had busted as soon as I was going down. You were giving me the command for 20 minutes. Okay. Listen, let me let me talk. It's not real tight car. All right. All right. Y'all going to get a little chance. No, you have you sit under it. That's the point of it. I see what y'all doing. Why would I hop out of the car and y'all just bust the window? I sit there patiently waiting on y'all to come back to the pass window like All right. So, so I don't I don't want to have to sit here and explain officer safety to you. Okay. All right, listen. Listen to me. I Listen, I don't have to do you have not gonna waste my time. From above, the damage is clear. Shattered glass, scattered impact points, and the aftermath of a standoff that didn't need to happen. They were transported to the county inmate facility, ending a stop that escalated far beyond what it ever should have. What's your thoughts? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
