on October 25th 2024 at approximately 11:40 p.m. a deputy observed an individual lingering after hours while conducting a patrol check in Lakeshore Park the sergeant informed him that the Park closed at 10: p.m. and instructed him to leave the Man became passively resistant and argumentative leading to a lawful command for identification to issue a trespass order he ignored this command and attempted to walk away here are the events as they unfolded me no all right cuz you'll lose that's what I'm saying that's right you'll lose I'm listen all I said was all I'm saying is move was that said this to this isn't Up For Debate move I'm not debating with you yes you are you're running your mouth if I debating with you no you're running your mouth right no I'm not guess you what nothing's director how don't I know your Deputy call County end up finding him for even shows like the Brooklyn address [Music] after multiple opportunities to comply probable cause existed for the man's arrest for violating Florida state statute on resisting an officer without violence the individual was given several lawful commands and opportunities to comply with identification requirements necessary for issuing a trespass order Additionally the individual violated the local Town ordinance which states that all Town Parks excluding the marina are open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10: p.m. except when
