arrival the manager and a male individual were already outside awaiting the police the man explained that a female acquaintance pushed him off his chair at the bar security intervened escorting her out but she later returned and persisted in her actions resulting in him falling to the ground here is a recount of the unfolding [Music] events all right so yeah I did one officer this girl comes in she comes straight over to the bar and she basically sitting on the chair this is the first time she comes in twice I show you all her information her on video so she pulls him pull to the ground second time red hair short this long Chelsea last arrested on 5:30 trespassing and resisting arrest told my security guard to go stand at that bar in case she comes in but he must have moved so do you want to this guy's ID yeah okay uh what's your phone number all right I'm sending you his ID right now so apparently she's been arrested uh recently so I'm going to show you two times that she's in she comes into the bar it's coming up it happens like 12 14 and she grabbing the chair swings him around puts him on the ground all that's my gu SES are off I'll show you the one on the side but then signal 14 female has short red hair going to be wearing a olive colored short sleeve shirt short jean shorts uh sandals and a black purse told my guy to stay in the bar like dude Cas she comes back so she comes in again do you know if this guy getting after it uh do you know if this guy wants to press any charges he said he did outside yeah okay um he knows her name I guess they got some beef she did something to him or he did something to her to make her want to do that I don't know what but something so I don't know um I guess she's already been arrested recently and I guess she's out on bond so you mind rewinding that just I'm going to record the one or the first one too she really gets them good so I don't have on hair like that grab some by the back of the [Music] hair yeah good5 signal 14 female might also be wearing a long sleeve white [Music] shirt there's two it came in they kick her out and then she came in just a second time and like she pull your hairit you where she hit you you'll see the video there's the one and another one ping right now straight what any reason why I go in there and close my St I have to stay out here yeah yeah I got PE number one I to finish my cigarette and I want to close out it's been a whole scene it's twice the DJ that I know is twice named before Security even got there how you doing all [Music] good you don't mind [Applause] after ended up on the ground to came up in the tack like so obviously you want to press charges for batteries I I'm pretty sure at this point this woman is uh being a real problem to me doesn't see comprehension she just got arrested on 5:30 last month love you guys yeah they were sitting there they were witnesses to it like I mean it's completely disrupting we know everyone we're all yeah bro we can't when you see the videos I'm pretty sure you understand my answer I got got to get a yes or no are you the officer or that officer we're working together but do you want to press charg battery maker I got a lot of jobs in town I I don't want this [ __ ] in my life choice I have is the press charges do you know what what may have caused this do you know what may have caused this incident well you haven't twice yeah do you know why she would have done that she just got arrested on 5:30 do you know why she would have done thatp passing resisting arrest seems like she's really pissed off about life I mean I'm not an officer of the law but she resisted you guys on 5:30 so yeah I guess I'm going to have to press charges CU I you know that you saw what you did twice right pretty for him as well um sure yeah all right let me go get that uh good to me across the floor I guess of the chair threw me down something like that the DJ came picked her up off me she got kicked out 10 minutes 15 minutes later something like that she came in again I was sitting and she ripped me by my hair and threw me down okay is that about what you saw yep yeah that's that's pretty much me that's what I remember yeah you do you know where she might be going [Applause] right I mean I don't know I mean I they kicked her out and my buddy work security here said as soon as he looked that way she came in that was with the second altercation happened gotta and how do you know her uh originally uh I met her at Rock House live where I used to work she's working slobby Joe's she's been fired from Waterfront Brewery all the previous mentioned places Dante's feel like there's one other one but I can't remember this month okay uh she last got arrested on 5:30 for trespassing resisting arrest to officers all right uh I'll be right backe you know going to be right in there perfect the officer proceeded to patrol the area not locating Chelsea but encountering intoxicated individuals I know you're wor but can I take a picture with you uh not right now there's my business card with the cas number on it as well so if I can't find her tonight uh I'll probably end up writing a warrant for warrant process unfortunately all right bye going off the officer searched for Chelsea but initially couldn't locate her while writing the report the officer received information that Chelsea was by Sloppy Joe's being a few blocks away the officer headed in that direction so CH get over here Chelsea okay put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back Chelsea put your hands behind your back okay put your hands behind your back stop resisting one mind you're being on arrest don't resist the battery what battery okay stop resisting I'm not resisting I'm wondering what the you're doing I under arrest how let go you have anything illegal on you no I I have no idea why you're stopping me all right you have no idea no I don't okay you haven't even announced why you stopped me I did I told you you're under arrest for battery for battery of what is battery first of all you physically assaulted someone who did I physically assault oh know you tell me you're the one that like on you no I don't I have no idea why you're even stopping me right now you bring anything illegal into the jail that will be an additional okay why are you stopping me so we have you clearcut on video pulling a guy by the back of his hair all right pulling a guy okay I can repeat this all night long pulling a guy by the back of his hair okay and pushing him to the ground so you're going to jail for battery I'm going to jail for battery and resisting and resisting what when I told you to stop you did not when I told you to stop resisting you kept your hands in front of you okay when you're place when you're placing handcuffs you put your hands behind your back when a cop tells you to stop you stop well maybe you should announce yourself as a cop and then maybe I would have understood that eh when I pulled up you looked at me dead in my eyes I did not look in I looked at you in your eyes and your C your friend told you the cop looking for your cop car was nobody told me anything have a good night yeah I'm good what thought she resisted but I got her in cops so she's playing D and stupid so she was charged with two counts of battery and resisting arrest as well as receiving an order of protection her confrontational attitude persisted at the Detention Center where she refused to follow the depuy's instructions throughout the event the man consistently referenced her prior arrest
