the officer expressing concerns about hearing loud arguing upon arrival the officer saw a woman leaning on the back of a golf cart visibly having difficulty [Music] standing I'm about to call you an ambulance you got her ID the bathro 74 you con breathing highly intoxicated I have you the bathroom you don't do that in front of me don't hit him in front of me I'm the police I don't give a you are I don't give you don't care you don't care you he does listen give her space dude you finish sh oh yes I a mess I just told you to give her space put your hand on your back put your hand on your back back up don't fight with me you're going to get hurt don't pull away from my grass stop pulling away put your hands behind your back get her ID out I have to go to the bathroom that doesn't mean you can hit people in front of the police send me another unit one a custody not yeah get the IDS out like I told you this ain't his fault 741 a custody battery and resisting stop pulling away not to get her up it's another gentleman witnessing so I said we need to get her up this is a liability so I tried to help her she took a punch up I said I can get touch her I said you need to get a up I'm going to have to call the police and he wh up flipping fin 911 and when I came back the other gentleman this guyy actually had got her off walk walked around here and she turned around and stopped and punched few times had you just took it that's that's that's it you can't touch him that's we that's batter cops all the way so then they started walking and I figured okay maybe it's just best to get them the [ __ ] out of here and they got there were fall TI almost falling coming out here so once we got out almost did this SP right here I said guys take your arms and put them over your shoulders and walk it like that the guy tried to fire me carry I said no no no like this right and we and we and me and the other guy walked her down I don't know why the guy this guy was leading us over to the golf cart and we get there I said you're here you're here and he says why the [ __ ] did we come here I said this is your ride isn't it he goes no then why the [ __ ] did we come this way I said please sit down while he's going to go get the ride so she's she's kind of holding on to the pole the other guy is you know hanging out with me and he comes wheeling up in a mo and I go are you that [ __ ] stupid bro she can't even stand you're both going to go to the hospital call a taxi so I said man please sit down in the golf cart your tax's coming get your [ __ ] hands off me took a shot of me as you're on your own walked away he was trying like how to be nice to her but yeah she was uh in her own world uh what's your name my name is Matthew I'm at h W the manager here at the hit giv my car but they just tore apart my office oh that's fine uh what's your date of birth oh your ID is out of Florida I think right yeah I got an IDE no it's fine I don't need it good so just kept phone it's she G be able to call me no well she'll call she gets the one phone call thing and then after her court appearance she'll call you again L to me I'm I am not mad at you no I'm sorry like I understand I wasn't expecting that all right Bubba I just like she goes in front of a judge for first appearance they'll decide whether or not has she been arrested recently no yeah so she should be fine all right don't freak out she's going to sober up our Jail's a joke no they'll call you because there's nothing you can do tonight she has to wait for a judge at the jail Regina adamantly refused intake procedures and disregarded lawful commands from deputies to stand up in a further Act of defiance she kicked at a deputy striking him in the leg Regina was charged with domestic battery for physically assaulting her husband in the presence of law enforcement and resisting arrest according to court records Regina faces no charges the State of Florida has opted against pursuing legal
