We have to double check if there's money. >> Um, brown pocket. It should have been like $210. >> What brown pocket? In the hoodie. >> Yes. >> Oh, no. Ma'am, I need >> Look in there. It's in there. You didn't even >> She just th She just throwing anything and everything, huh? >> So, what you saying? I'm lying. >> Well, we got cameras, man. >> Oh, yeah. Y'all do. Y'all do. Because I don't understand how you res resisting when officers first approach you. Soon as they approached me, they they took charge of me and slammed me on the ground. I really didn't even know who they was until I seen the uniform. They jumped out of a silver car. >> I got you. Uh once uh you get cleared from the hospital and everything, you'll be back at the station. So, you can probably talk to somebody [snorts] while you're there. They'll come talk to you. >> My phone is broken, bro. And my ankle, bro. Oh my god. Lord have mercy. Jesus God. We all make poor choices or bad decisions that we all have to learn from, right? But we're all human. I'm sure it's stuff that you guys have done. not not judging you or seeing you, but it's stuff that cops have done that they they haven't been called for or you know they make bad decisions every day. >> But I'm going as long as someone is respecting me, I'm going to respect them [clears throat] regardless of what they doing. Like I see bums all the time and I don't look down on them. I don't, you know, whether they out they could be out smoking in front of me. That's wrong. I'm not going to just disrespect them people. >> That that short cop and that black car was just nasty for nothing. Like I'm not Yes, I get it. I'm mad at myself. Yes, I get it. People People go try to do stuff and think about it and don't do it, you know, and I did not. Whatever they talking about previously, I have no idea. But guess what? It's a way to approach something. You could have said, "Ma'am, you're detained." Um, yeah, I see you don't have anything, whatever, but it's not for this something, you know, anything. But not to hand to me like that. And I'm not letting that go. Like, I'm not I know people like get upset and try to get yourself out of [ __ ] or, you know, try to prolong or don't want to go to jail. It's okay. If I have to go, I have to go. But this I'm I'm hurt behind this. It really didn't happen. Like, it was no need for that [ __ ] man. Like, for real, bro. I'm not lying to him though. And maybe that's why he treat me like that. Soon as he asked me my name from the beginning, I told him my name. What's my charges? What am I under arrest for? >> Can they come talk to me? >> Uh, as soon as we get clear from the hospital, you'll just talk to them. I don't know that they're going to come here. I don't know. I can't say for sure. >> This is so messed up. Like, for real. Like, you see my arm? Like, damn, man. This is so messed up. Like, they not even telling me anything. I don't even mind if I'm going to jail. I need to know. I need to know if I'm going to have a B. All of that. I have two kids. >> You got two babies? >> Yes. Like they What am I going to jail for? >> They need to call my lawyer. His name is Cuz I'm not talking to them at all. >> I'm sorry. I don't want to be >> I get it. You're upset. >> So many emotions. >> You're upset. Listen, I get I get upset, too. It's all good sign. >> All right, we got to go in and get you clear. Make sure you get the jacket. >> I'll uh get it once once we're settled in. >> Hey, I can go in here, right? I got to go. These people take good care. >> I'm going to I'm going to take one off once we get in there. Okay. mystery way around. >> Hi. >> Hi. You just got me. >> Y a little more, please. Ma'am. >> Yes, ma'am. Can you turn? >> Sorry. What? It's not even on yet. >> Uh, sit. You sit back, please. Sit back. >> You want me to go to the other side and get the seat or you got it? >> I got it, brother. >> Do y'all know anything about B? >> No, ma'am. Uh, do what to you? What part? >> Ma'am, listen. Listen. So >> do that to you. >> Do what to you. >> But you listen. So I'll explain it to you. Right. So if we we give you a lawful command, right? And you like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You put you doing everything, but what we told you to do, that's instant resisting, right? Now maybe things would have been bit different, but then you proceeded to provide us a false name. I'm asking that. But not only that, you're you're showing up for showing out, right? So if you if after that moment you was like, "Man, all right, guys. I'm sorry. I up. I was scared cuz you guys jumped out on me and everything and the blah blah blah. I I was just I was just flabbergasted." Okay. But no, you proceeded. You proceed. >> I was. And that's the thing because I knew that I didn't take anything. Well, >> I know. But you proceeded to act out and then not only that, you provided a false name. It's like every It's a combination of everything. It's like I'm asking your name. your name's not coming back to anything and you know there's technology you know you you you from like the area so you will be identified so I mean everything that that transpire was of your doing nobody >> you give Tatiana Victoria >> Smith >> Smith 82 >> green green green green >> I'm saying like I'm just like you know now listen you know what could definitely help you [snorts] >> I'm not >> what am I going to I know that you going to go ahead. >> No, you think I'm sorry. >> Go ahead. >> I'm asking. >> Don't ask me no more questions. It is what it is. I'm going to jail. I'm not even >> a nothing else to talk about. And then I still been That's what I'm saying. You about to cause an accident when me in here. >> No, you supposed to merge. You supposed to work. >> No, you supposed I'm on the right emergency. >> You driving you you you you that nasty. You ready to get me to jail? Like >> we're not ready. First of all, we want to get you comfortable. Ma'am, we want to get you We want to get you under handcuff. You want to get me? >> I'm ready to get to jail. You don't think so? You think I want to be in the car? I want to go to sleep and wake up and go to court. According to police, the theft charge was tied to a previous incident after employees had been documenting multiple thefts and working with a detective before she returned to the location. Police say she had previously stolen multiple electronics, including AirPods, headphones, and laptops, and court records indicate she had prior theft related convictions. During the encounter, she also gave officers a different name and date of birth. However, she was not formally charged for that, and her identity was later confirmed through fingerprints at the hospital. As for what happened next, bond was set at $1,000 on the resisting charge and $5,000 on the theft case. >> Court records show she remained in custody for at least some time after her arrest, and she appears to have spent at least about a month in jail before later hearings. At this time, the cases still appear to be open with ongoing court proceedings related to both the resisting charge and the theft
