Would you rather go over there by that sidewalk or the road is right there? >> I would prefer not to go anywhere. You okay? All right. I could not believe my mom called on me. I I haven't told you to begin yet. So, nothing has started yet. All right. You're going to nine heel-to-toe steps in a line, you're going to turn, you're going to take nine heel-to-toe steps back. When you turn, you're going to keep your front foot on the line by taking a small series of steps with the other foot. While you're walking, you're going to keep your arms by your side. Look down at your feet. You're going to count each step out loud. Once you begin walking, do not stop until you complete the exercise. Following the arrest on March 30th, the driver remained in custody and made her first appearance in court the next day. Court records show she was later released on April 14th after posting a combined total of $3,500 in bonds. That means she spent roughly 2 weeks in custody before bonding out while the case continued through the court system. Deputies said she completed the required 20-minute observation period before providing two breath samples that reportedly measured 0.126 [music] and 0.121, both over the legal limit. She was ultimately charged with DUI, resisting arrest with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and criminal mischief for allegedly damaging the patrol vehicle. Court records later showed prosecutors dropped [music] the criminal mischief charge tied to the patrol vehicle damage. However, the remaining charges continued moving through the court process. As always, all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
