car so you don't get rained on thanks Randy considering the totality of the circumstances officer OS determined there was probable cause to charge him with several offenses one count of driving while suspended with knowledge as he acknowledged that his license was suspended according to the DMV notice one count of resisting without violence due to his active physical resistance while Officer Clark attempted to remove him from the vehicle and one count of refusal to accept and sign the citation for the tinted windows violation we're going to be issuing you a criminal citation with a court date paror sign will result in another charger you're going to be willing to sign find the citation acknowledging understanding not admission of guilt I don't speak English okay I need so you're refusing
