on June 30th 2024 the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office received a call regarding an incident at a Dollar General Store while on Route the caller informed the officer that a black female dressed in a black shirt and orange pants and wearing a shower cap had exited the store with items without paying the caller further indicated that the individual was walking Northbound along the [Music] street I don't have anything I'm going to tell you one thing put your hands behind your back no don't touch me I don't have going to tase you I'm going to t you no I don't got nothing put your hands behind your back not how you T okay ma' you did yes ma'am 109 R Beverly was initially arrested for resisting an officer she spent time in jail until her court appearance a few days later and was subsequently released on bond her case is ongoing with an upcoming court date set for the the end of July before this incident on the 25th Beverly had been apprehended from multiple incidents at the store video evidence confirmed her involvement in another occurrence subsequently detectives investigating the case observed the frequency of her actions as a result on July 2nd she was arrested for retail related
