[music] The 9-year-old also disclosed that this had begun when he was just four. So, was it really break-ins or is that a story? No, that's a story. Yeah, I figured. Before his arrest, James learned of the accusations against him from his ex-wife. In response, he destroyed his phone, which held lewd images he had shown to his children while mistreating them. Among those images [music] were nudes of his ex-wife who had left him after he came out as a transgender woman. We can walk right there. I don't know if you knew. I didn't Yeah. Okay. Help me out. Yeah. During questioning, [music] James claimed he could never harm his children, citing his own childhood abuse at the hands of his older brother as proof, insisting [music] he understood the pain too well. The officer, however, noted that in his experience, those who cause harm often carry deep wounds from their own past. Give me a second. I got to secure my firearm, then I'll let you out. I have a seat there. Unless you want to stand. You say unless I want to stand. Yeah. Uh Michelle is ready. James insisted that his hormone therapy made it impossible for him to perform such acts. Despite his claims, he was indicted on five counts of predatory criminal assault. Following the indictment, a $1 million bond warrant was issued against him. In court, he was ultimately sentenced to 87 years in prison. James was undeniably a vile individual who got exactly what he deserved. But watch how the cops interact when a disturbing predator is caught in 4K. What are you doing? Help me. What the is that? What the It's a little girl. What are you doing? Man, GET THE HELP. HELP ME. According to initial accounts, the brother of a neighboring resident had allegedly abducted a young girl from her home and taken her to a nearby house. Her disappearance was first noticed when a family member came downstairs [music] only to find her missing and hear shouting from outside. This is what unfolded before officers arrived on the scene. MEANWHILE, others shifted their focus to the house where the young girl remained inside. It was at that moment the scene transformed into a criminal investigation where the officers had to figure out what had gone down. Yo, my man, you you got to uh What information y'all need though? Yo, uh what's your name? Birthday. Why? Cuz you the one that found him up here. You the one I had him at gunpoint and he brought the little girl over here. Well, what little girl that's in the house? You brought me a little girl from where? From from that's your sister. Okay. So, the little girl was spending night with her and her kids. And he kidnapped the little girl and brought her to me [music] for some reason. He knock banged on my door and when I came out she was screaming and I snatch him. Snatch her from him. And I don't I don't own a weapon. But you ain't in trouble or nothing, bro. So listen, what happened? Oh, that's my daughter. My daughter's still sleeping. Graci Yeah. Yeah. He um she's staying at night with my friends and my brother, I guess, picked her up. I heard I heard something and then I heard the door closed and then I heard my brother yelling at saying. So that's your brother help. Yeah. Okay. The one that was Does he have mental issues? He has severe dental um well he has the mental issues cuz he has brain damage. Um a lot of bad heavy stuff that fell on his head, his neck and he did he doesn't know that he has this problem. And I tried to get him help but nobody will listen to me. nobody will do it, you know, help him out. At this point, it was revealed that the man who had taken the girl was the woman's brother. [music] She informed the officers that he suffered from brain damage. The officers then turned to the young girl for questioning. While the audio was muted, the field case report detailed her account. She explained that she had spent the night at [music] her friend's house, the daughter of this woman. The two had been watching movies before falling asleep, only for her to wake up to the terrifying sensation of being carried outside. The man was screaming [music] as she struggled, kicking with all her strength in a desperate attempt to escape, but she couldn't break free. Her father was contacted and later arrived to take her home. um Jerry explain what happened kind of. Okay. Yeah. So pretty much um what we gathered was he her brother had some staying over here had some type of health issues mental health like break um took your daughter across the street to um what's his name? Uh Devonte or yeah his house. Um wait mama's dad are you at my mom's house? He obviously like He younger than me? Yeah, I think so. Um, you know, thank you. Okay. Well, me I'm going to take I'm going to switch you took your daughter from him. Uh cuz essentially like he's just like brought her over there, right? Not knowing what he's really doing. Um so he was in the house kept him out of the house essentially. Um I'll go give this back to him. essentially when like when we arrived obviously got the scene under control and everything and then he's now in the back of our our cruiser. Um but as we know there's no like physical harm daughter or anything like that. Uh it seems like he literally just walked from here over there. We don't know why he's not saying anything. He's kind of just screaming in the back of the car. Um this one's banging. Yeah. Well, he I mean he's he's getting charged with abduction and Yeah, I understand. But so right. So, at this point, an officer questioned Joseph to hear his side. However, his story was completely nonsense. I was helping a little girl cross the street and then the officer showed up. Yes. And then what happened? I got tackled down on the floor and was like, "Okay, explain what you mean to me." There was a bunch of [ __ ] going on. Yep. like officers all around me. I feel like my wrists are broken right now and I have a knife in my back and stuff. Help. [screaming] Okay, JOSEPH, HELP. HELP. JOSEPH, YOU GOT SOME INJURIES. [screaming] HELP. HOW DID YOU SUSTAIN THESE INJURIES? NO, JOSEPH, you're not getting out. How did you How did YOUR TOE GET HURT? [screaming] HELP. JOSEPH, HELP. HELP. HOW DID YOUR TOE GET HURT? I was tackled onto the floor. That's how it got hurt. Yes, sir. All right. I also see a scrape on your knee. Yeah. Yes, sir. And a scrape on your shoulder. Is there anything else? My name's Joseph. Yes, I got that. My name is Joseph. Can you hear me? YES. HEY, JOSEPH, do you have any other injuries I'm not seeing? No. Okay. All right. I I see like your toe, your knee, your shoulder. Anything else? Your elbow. Can I Can you turn so I can get a photo of your elbow? Would that be possible? Yeah. No. I can. Okay. Can you turn to your right? Your like your body. Never mind. I got it. I'm going to come around to the other side FOR A SECOND. OKAY. NO. NO. JOSEPH. GOD. I didn't want to get his toe. Joseph was charged with abduction, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business. It still remains unanswered what the man had in sight to do with the [music] young girl. Moving on to the case where officers caught a predator red-handed preying on teenagers at a football game. He was touching like touching. He touched he was trying to touch me first. He he hollered over and told me to come with him and stuff. What the is going on, dog? On August 23rd, 2024, officers responded to a high school football game after reports of an adult male causing a disturbance. Here's the footage of what unfolded at the scene. [laughter] They talk to you for a second. Yeah. And so we had some complaints about you. Is there any incidents that happened over here? Yeah. Nobody's no gestures made to anybody over here. Hey, man. Well, I can smell some alcohol coming from you, bud. [cheering] Sir, did you drive here? Huh? Did you drive here? No. Did you drive here? Did you drive here? Okay. Well, I can smell alcohol coming from you, man. Okay, so there's a problem there, right? I know we had some complaints about you making some gestures towards people. So, we're just trying to make sure you're not driving. We just don't want you to hurt nobody or yourself. You have someone that can come pick you up? I'm just trying to see my daughter. My daughter. The officer had a hard time getting to talk to the man. However, some girls soon came to help the officer by explaining what had happened. Excuse me. He was touching like he touched me first. He he hovered over and told me to come with him and stuff. First down. He almost touched me. I went away. He was like over her and then he tried to get my attention. He like kind of elbowed me. Not hard. He like elbow and I got He tried to touch where where did he try to touch you at? He was like hovering over he was like well so he was standing right there. We didn't know anything. So we were sitting right there and Okay. So first I noticed him staring at her. She was looking at both. I saw him staring at her and I looked at him was like what the heck? And then we just like sat down and then like say like [music] 5 minutes later he went looked at us looked at me and when like you like she had bent down cuz he went over her and he was like come here like lumis. I was like girl way. He's like all right come here. I was like girl and I got over and then with her asleep to Zach defending on the play after gathering statements from the victims the officer approached the man again. Hey sir, you got an ID, man? Yeah, I know. I know, but do you have an ID on you? Cuz we're investigating something that's crazy. Sir, I'm going to have the ID, man. So, you got some ID on you or name. I know, but we we have to investigate. Sorry. Yeah, I know. I get what you're saying, but I need I don't I don't want this to escalate any further. Yes. No, I know. But look, so this look crazy. That's what it's crazy. Okay, look. You're going to have to try your idea. You're not in trouble at this point, but you're not crazy. Look. No, don't do that. Coming up, the suspect tried to leave the scene. And this was when the officer knew what had to happen. Hey. Hey, sir. Hey. You're not free to leave. No, you're not. You're going to get detained. Relax. Detained for what? You're being detained for an investigation. E for what? For an investigation. Oh, my daughter, right? Are you kidding? Can you come upstairs? Dude, quit fighting. I'm not fine. I'm not. What are you talking about, man? I know. What are you talking about? Relax. I'm relaxed. What the are you talking about, bro? Relax, bro. Double lock. I'm kidding. By this time, multiple officers had arrived at the scene while some handled the suspect. Others focused on gathering more information from the girls. So, just a little rundown happened. Basically, he was trying to like tell you guys to call. Yeah. He he he talked to me the most. He was telling me to come here and everything. I was like, "Go away." And he was like, "What's wrong?" Like, "Come here." I was like, and then he went and started like doing stuff. And I was like, "Yeah, he was like, we went that way. He was doing something with it." Yeah. With a white YouTuber. was like doing that and like flipping off people and then that's when he tried to grab you. Well, that was after I told him to go away and then this girl, I don't know if it was like her niece or something, but it was so she came out of the way and took him away and then that was it. And then he went to the session and he came back and then that's when that happened with her. He he tried he like him and he he like he like pushed his elbow to me and he like kept looking at me. I can see like he's looking at me and like he was wanting me to look at him, but I just kept looking straight, you know. And he just And then he moved way after 20 seconds. Okay. And then did he like physically grab any of you guys? No, I didn't let him touch me. Well, he tried. What the is going on, dog? You tell me, man. ES and then I'm talking to this one as well. He basically were trying to wait and we basically said, "Hey, you're not free to go." He assaulted the two girls. Yeah. I'm giving you their stories. Okay. All right. Keep going. What the [ __ ] is wrong, Richard? You can't cough. What are you doing, bro? Buddy. Buddy, calm down. We're trying to figure it out, man. You can't be cussing cuz there's people around. I haven't done this. The man was charged with battery and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case where officers apprehended a former church leader in the company of a 16-year-old boy. It was getting hot in the car, so I just took my shirt off. Well, when I walked up, you were putting your shorts on. You don't need to lie. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I was sucking. Okay. All right. Yeah. On July 14th, 2022, while responding to a noise complaint, officers unexpectedly discovered former church leader Alfonso Joseph in the back of a car with a 16-year-old boy.
