Get the [ __ ] over here. >> You don't need to talk to me like this. >> That don't give you the goddamn right. You don't act like a [ __ ] You get >> You need to get out of my face. >> Some cops think wearing the badge puts them in control. But what happens when another officer makes them answer for their actions? >> I ain't grabbing the >> I'm not Yeah, I'm not grabbing it anymore. >> You should know better than that, buddy. >> Really? >> Yeah, stop. >> What are you doing, Sheriff? >> Shut your mouth. >> You don't talk to me like that. I'm not your boy. >> You ought to know better. >> Uh I will bite my tongue on that response, sir. >> Yeah. >> These were the moments when smart cops turned the tables on disrespectful cops. We begin with a case where a communication gap between two law enforcement agencies turned into a heated confrontation right outside a police station. >> Who's running this [ __ ] show? >> I am. >> Get the [ __ ] over here. You. >> Where do you get your commission? >> That don't give you the goddamn right. >> You need to go. >> No, you need to go. >> You at least need to get away from me. >> On October 28th, 2025, officers from Cleveland, Oklahoma gathered at their station for a briefing before heading out to execute a warrant in Pawnee County. But just as they were getting started, an unexpected visitor arrived, and what followed was something none of them had prepared for. >> Hello. >> Who's running this [ __ ] show? >> I am. >> Get the [ __ ] over here. You. >> Mother >> You ain't going to talk to me like this. >> You [ __ ] [ __ ] >> What did I do? >> What the are you doing? Running a goddamn deal that I don't even know about in Pawnee County? God you Goddamn. >> Guys, let's go outside, please. >> I am >> No, I'm trying to keep the >> I'll get to you. Everybody hears this. You [ __ ] I'm the [ __ ] Sheriff and I don't even know the mother for me to save my goddamn county. >> There was opportunity >> Oh, god this mother You don't think we ought to know what the [ __ ] is going on? >> You guys were notified. >> Who? Who You're [ __ ] >> Clint Shaw and I talked about it. Brandon knew about it in GroupMe. >> Then you probably ought to verify that [ __ ] cuz this [ __ ] ain't your I get a call of 15 till. Hey, god damn it, we're going to do a warrant. Well, no, if you want me to stop this, what the [ __ ] you talking about? How the [ __ ] are they serving a warrant in the [ __ ] county? >> Well, you got a commission. >> That don't give you the god damn right to run around acting like a >> I suggest you get out of my face. >> I suggest you [ __ ] off. How about that? >> Okay. >> You didn't get a commission to run around acting like a god damn deputy with your [ __ ] [ __ ] >> At this point, the officers tried to explain that the proper notifications had been made, but the sheriff wasn't hearing it. He kept pressing and the exchange grew louder by the second. What happened next would put the entire operation in jeopardy. >> Hey, CD case that led to the county to solve problems for all of us. >> Well, we might know if you'd have done it through the right channels. >> Yeah. >> You and the [ __ ] [ __ ] squad over here run out of here the state act. Can you shut the [ __ ] up? No. [ __ ] >> You You need to go. >> No, you need to >> You at least need to get away from me. >> Nah. >> All right, cool. I can go. >> You ain't [ __ ] This is a little operation tonight. >> Uh yeah, I already I already know that. Yeah, I was already notified as you come flying around the corner. But you're not going to say it standing here and screaming and talking to me like this for me doing my [ __ ] job. >> I will do it as [ __ ] long as I [ __ ] want. >> I suggest you not. Cuz I don't have to deal with this. I don't give a [ __ ] who you are. >> Oh, I don't give a [ __ ] who you are, [ __ ] >> Well, that makes both of us. Okay. Um they're going to put out the cancellation message and we'll go from there. So, I guess I'll let our victims know that this ain't going to happen, either. So, okay. All right. So, good to go? >> Yeah. >> So, Justin, I appreciate you. Thank you. >> Yep. >> So. Have a good night. Sorry to Sorry to bring you up here. >> All right. >> Yep. >> So, what you got? A three-man fantasy team? >> No. We canceled the rest of them. >> Yeah, we We already canceled everybody. >> As the argument continued, it became clear this was about more than just one warrant. Neither side was willing to back down, and then the conversation shifted to something even more serious. >> How long has everybody else known about this? >> I got it signed yesterday. >> Okay. >> Yesterday. >> You couldn't let us know something yesterday. >> We knew We everyone else knew this was coming. I don't know how you didn't. >> Everyone else >> It's not my place. It's not my place to reach out to you and talk to you, okay? I talked to the guys on my level. That's why I spoke to Clint Staut about this. >> So, you're telling me Clint knew about this? >> Clint and I talked about this when this case happened and we started working on it. >> when I called Clint on the way here, he said, "I just found out about it, too. I didn't know nothing about this mother >> 2 weeks ago. >> Okay. Well, I I don't know. >> Sean. >> But that was That was how this conversation went. >> He knew 2 weeks ago. >> Then I suggest me and Clint go have a conversation, too. >> Because every other search warrant that we've done, we've done it this way where we let our chief know, and then he lets you or the last one we did. And we had to actually have >> Tony and and Tony >> out there and go show them Hopefully everything goes great. Prove it. But if it doesn't, who's going to catch the for this? You? No, me. And you know it. That's why you did it. Cuz if it does go to then you don't have to pay for it. >> Sean, we're doing our job here. >> Hey, you know what? Yeah, we're we're doing our job. I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm done talking, okay? I'm leaving. So, have a good night. We can work all this out later. >> Or if we were going to come do one in town, >> you would have that ability and that right. >> But don't you think we would have the common courtesy to make sure that y'all are all aware of it, or at least the ones that should be knowing knows beforehand? >> You would probably let Stout know and Stout would let us know. >> I'm done with this conversation. I appreciate you. Have a good night. >> In the end, the operation was called off. The district attorney reviewed the footage and found no crime had occurred, but the damage was already done. Cleveland police ended their agreement with the sheriff's office, meaning officers [music] would no longer take calls in Pawnee County. Next up, a routine emergency response took a shocking turn when a sheriff's anger was suddenly directed at the very officer trying to help. >> Where are you Where are you >> We moved it out of the way. >> I don't care why you moved it, bud. >> from me. >> Hey, don't tell me to do what >> Don't touch me. >> You lay down. >> Touch me. You're the one that's going crazy. >> We got a shot deputy sheriff. >> On December 13th, 2024, officers from Hiawassee responded to a call about a deputy injured in Towns County. But in the middle of the operation, a confrontation began. >> I got a deputy down in the road. >> Hang on, buddy, we're coming. Where are you at? Where are you Where are you at? Where are you Which way do you go? Hey, we've got you. Which way do you >> Austin, we got >> We got you. >> Straight, straight down. >> He is straight. >> Where are you All right, we found it, lay Go and put that tourniquet on him. All right, he's been >> in the left leg. >> Hey, that's his gun. >> Yeah, that's his gun. It's in there. >> You take it. >> All right, I'll get it. out of the >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Get the gun out. >> During the chaos, Officer Jose Carvajal had accidentally picked up an item from the wounded deputy's equipment. He realized the mistake and secured it, waiting for the GBI to arrive so it could be properly collected. But when the sheriff showed up, the focus shifted from the deputy injured on the ground to something else entirely. >> Sheriff, we're we're just We're just coordinating the scene so that nothing else gets touched and nothing else happens. >> Listen to me. Move back out of the way. >> Okay. >> Got that gun? >> I do. It's right here. >> Where's the weapon? >> We moved it out of the way >> I don't care why you moved it, buddy. >> it out of the way >> Where's the Get the Get >> I'm not touching it again until GBI shows up. Unless you want to grab it, you can grab it. >> No, I ain't grabbing it. >> I'm not Yeah, I'm not touching it anymore. >> You You should know better than that, buddy. >> Really? >> Are you not trained better than that? >> Let me get a pair of gloves. >> Get away from me. >> Hey, don't tell me get away. >> No, get it. >> Hey, don't touch that. Hey, don't touch me. >> You listen. >> Don't touch me. >> Shut >> You're the one with the red hair. >> What are you doing? >> You're the one that shot him. >> What are you doing? >> What are you doing? >> You stupid son of a >> Stop it. >> Why did you pull a gun out? Why? You stupid >> Sheriff, Sheriff, stop. >> What are you doing, Sheriff? >> Please. >> Can somebody get a zone and get that weapon out with a set of gloves? >> Put your hands up, somebody. >> Holy We got a deputy sheriff. We're arguing out here. >> You listen. >> Don't touch me. >> Shut >> You're the one with >> What are you doing? >> Lay down there. >> You do understand this is all on camera. >> Son of a >> Sheriff, Sheriff, Sheriff, Sheriff. >> You're the one that's going crazy. >> Deputy Sheriff. >> Yes, we do. >> This is not the time or place. We'll take We'll get this taken care of, okay? >> We'll deal with this on the back end. >> I told him to give me the gun. >> Sheriff Kenneth Henderson demanded the item be put back. Officer Carvajal refused, saying he wouldn't touch it again until the GBI got there. What followed was a full-blown confrontation in the middle of an active scene, one so intense that the sheriff's own deputies had to step in and hold him back. >> No, I'm going to stay right here, Sheriff. >> to my attorney. >> man. >> I'll I'll touch you. I'll touch >> You want to arrest him? Go ahead. >> All right, you're going to get arrested. Turn around, put your hands behind your back. You're going to jail. >> Hold on, hold on, second. Let me go ahead and put this camera on. >> Yeah, go ahead and go ahead and get it out. >> Go ahead, have somebody go ahead do it. >> Yeah. >> Go ahead and have somebody arrest him, Sheriff. >> Yeah, you're arrested. I'll arrest you. >> come on, let's go. >> Turn around, put your hands up here. >> Come on, let's >> Get this gun off this man yet. >> Come on. >> I'll I'll I'll have to back up. >> 305 Towne, just to let you know, 101 is placing me under arrest. >> Yes, 101 is placing you under arrest. >> Here, let me go ahead and let me go ahead and take this stuff off. Okay. >> 101 is placing me under arrest. >> Uh-uh. What? 305 just got placed under arrest. >> And when I told him we needed to get that gun out of the vehicle, he said, "I'm not giving it to you." >> No, I didn't say that. >> Yes, you did. >> I must Hey. >> Yes, you did. >> Body camera, Sheriff. Go ahead, come on, hurry up. Put the cuffs on me. No, I didn't say that. >> That's exactly what I said. >> What's What's nice is that it's on body camera. It's all on body camera. >> care if it's on body camera, buddy. >> And that was on my [ __ ] camera, can I That's ridiculous. That's the most [ __ ] ridiculous god that I've ever [ __ ] seen in my life. >> Some deputies walked away, others stood in disbelief. >> That's what we're more concerned about, not this deputy. And that right there just shows >> Yeah. >> That's insane. The type of man, the type of leader. And Jose said, "I'm not going to do anything with the gun until the GBI gets here." >> Right. >> And then Sheriff come after him. >> How's >> And put his hand on him. Y'all seen the Sheriff put his hands on Jose first, didn't you? >> That's what I saw. >> That's what I saw. >> I'm not lying. >> No. >> When When the GBI talks, that's what it's going to be. This is so wrong. >> I don't even know if that's the word. >> This is immoral. He's more [ __ ] concerned with [ __ ] the city of Alwasee than the guy deputy. It's the This ain't the first, this ain't the second time, this ain't the third He's more concerned with that department than he is about our own god safety. That's the leader I've ever seen in my life. >> The sheriff ordered Officer Carvajal to be placed under arrest. His own deputies stood by in disbelief, some even saying it out loud. And as the officer was led to the back of a patrol car, it became clear this wasn't the first time the sheriff had let his temper get the best of him. In fact, the same kind of thing had happened back in 2022. >> You outside the city or out here? >> Just right here. >> Okay. >> I pulled myself >> You pull the video at Valero. You get on my traffic stop again, I will arrest you. >> Yeah, I'll arrest you right here. >> Do it, buddy. >> And we're going to >> Do it. >> charge you with your ignorance. >> Do it, do it, old. >> Go it, go for it. >> Do it, dust you. >> your mouth. >> You don't talk to me like that, I'm not your boy. >> I'll talk to you. >> Do it. [screaming] >> You a boy. >> Thank you. Thank you, sir. >> You have a buddy. >> Thank you. >> On that occasion, Sheriff Henderson had interrupted a Hiawassee officer during a traffic stop, arguing that the officer was operating outside the city limits. He made it clear back then that he didn't appreciate city officers working in what he considered his territory. And now, that same attitude was playing out again. >> I get him on camera and say Jose be be his best friend. Turn your camera on and let him make a statement as to what he did. Let him talk about it. Let him hit the sheriff on the backside with the Let Jose on our camera say I picked the gun up, you know, let him admit that he picked the gun up from the crime scene. >> Officer Carvajal spent over 20 minutes in the back of a patrol car before being released without charges. But days later, when a reporter asked the sheriff about that night, his answer only raised more questions. >> How are you doing? >> We've got the video of the officer, the Hiawassee officer, you ordering him getting arrested at the scene. >> Mhm. >> And so, we'd like to do an interview with you about that. >> And I can't do that, and I'll tell you why. Because this is an open investigation, and anything that's done at this point has to be through the GBI. The rumor all over is oh, the sheriff's going to jail next week. Sheriff said it's sheriff said it's the relationship between the sheriff's office and city police department. Yeah, and as far as I know, we have a good relationship, working relationship. The I don't know of any problems. In the end, a grand jury indicted Sheriff Kenneth Henderson on seven [music] counts, including violation of oath, false imprisonment, and simple battery on an officer. Governor Brian Kemp suspended him for 60 days following [music] a misconduct review. Deputy Austin Bradburn was later fired and arrested for making false statements to the GBI after it was determined he had injured himself. Officer Jose Carvajal faced no charges and returned to duty. Moving on to the next case, what began as a tense roadside encounter would soon take an unexpected turn, leaving one officer to answer for his own actions. I wanted to film the hypocrisy at its finest. I can do that. I can tell you to That's the first amendment. If you got a problem, get your sergeant out here before you keep doing this. I'd like a supervisor. And he said no. Am I free to go? Well, see you in court. On February 5th, 2024, officers from Adams County, Colorado were conducting a traffic stop when a man that wasn't involved pulled over and started recording. And when the deputy approached him, the conversation took a turn no one expected. Hi, how are you? Good. Everything okay? Yeah. Can I get your name and badge number? For what? What? For what? What do you need? So I know who I'm making a complaint against. For what? For speeding. Speeding? Yes, sir. Okay. I have you recorded doing 80 miles an hour in a 65 mile an hour zone. No headlights, no sirens, nonchalantly. Apparently, you drive like that all the time. So I wanted to film hypocrisy at its finest. Okay. License, registration, proof of insurance. No. Yes. No. No. Cuz now you're in No, I'm doing nothing. If you're going to start If you're going to start you get your sergeant over here. Get your sergeant over here. Get your sergeant over here. Get your sergeant over here. Now I'm giving you Get your sergeant over here. You pulled over on a traffic stop, so you had to give didn't over on your traffic stop. I pulled over here because I was I had to answer my phone. >> No. >> Yes, that's exactly why. You're not getting [ __ ] from me. If you're going to keep this up, get your sergeant out here. >> License, registration, please. >> You ain't getting [ __ ] from me. You ain't getting >> Then now you're obstructing and you're being >> Obstruction is a physical No, it's not. >> Look, dude, you better get your sergeant out here, okay? >> probably assaulting me. >> Get your sergeant out here. >> License, registration, please. >> can do that. I can tell you to That's a First Amendment. If you got a problem, get your sergeant out here. >> License, registration, please. >> You ain't getting [ __ ] from me. Get your sergeant out here. I'm asking for your sergeant for the last time. >> And I'm asking for your >> sergeant out here. >> Well, you ain't getting my [ __ ] >> License, registration. >> You ain't getting my [ __ ] You ain't getting nothing. >> The man behind the camera, Barry Z. Calic, and Deputy Berlin didn't start the conversation on the right foot. Neither man was willing to give ground in that argument, so the standoff started to escalate from there. >> Okay, then I will arrest you for obstruction. >> You do that, buddy, and I'll sue the Adams County. >> So, >> You better get a I want a sergeant here. >> Step out. >> I want sergeant here. >> Step out, and you're going to get tased. >> Okay, come and get tased. I have a weapon right here. >> Where? >> [ __ ] >> What do you have? Uh You guys secure that in here, okay? >> Huh. >> Do you have a CCW? >> Yes, I do. >> Yeah, he's a Denver cop, or he's a Yeah, he's a Denver cop. >> Really? >> my rights, too, buddy. >> Okay. Cool. Thank you. >> I want to get out of the road here so I don't get run over. >> Thank you for being compliant. Greatly appreciate it. >> Not a problem. >> Let me just check your hat real quick. All righty, sir. >> He said I was doing 85 in a 65, and he's just recording hypocrisy at its best. So, then I asked him for his license registration cuz he pulled up on my traffic stop, so I was dealing with him second, and he wouldn't give it to me cuz he's a Denver cop and he knows his what he knows his law his rights. >> Is he retired? >> I don't know. I didn't even see. I just saw he was a member of the guard. Fine by me. Denver reserve. So, how exactly did he return? Well, that's what we got to clarify. Well, I'm trying to get his trying to get it he came up here. If I don't honestly I could have I should have contacted him sooner but I didn't I waited for my time to go out so I can contact him. He's really cooperative. So, I asked him for all of his information. He's like he's not giving it to me. He wanted a supervisor. He was just video recording. And then when I was asking Did he walk up to your stop? But then you don't have construction. But when I was trying to get his information here He wouldn't give his information here. He wouldn't identify himself here. It's It's weak. Yeah, very weak but and I can tell that's what I said on the camera. And then I asked him to step out and he stepped out You stepped out lawfully? He just wouldn't identify himself. It's weak but I got it. By the time the sergeant arrived Barry was still in handcuffs but it didn't take long for the sergeant to realize something wasn't right about this arrest. >> I'm I'm driving down 85 and leaving Brighton I'm on my way to the Ford dealership to get my car back on on the starter. >> Mhm. >> I'm doing 65. This guy passes me and I look at my thing and I'm doing the speed limit and he passed me I mean pretty aggressively. >> Uh-huh. >> So, I started to go to catch up to him because I wanted to pace him to see how fast he was going. He was going about 80 miles an hour. I recorded it. Like I said, he just passed me and all and he disappeared. Okay? So, my intention was I've got this on on on video. I was going to call the station and complain. >> Get a hold of me. >> Yeah, whoever >> That's who I come to. >> Right. So, I I had no idea where he went but I turned on 104th to go to the Ford dealership and he had somebody pulled over, and right at the same time my phone rang. So, um I I noticed that it was the same guy, and I thought, "Boy, wouldn't that be Wouldn't that something if he's given whoever he pulled over a ticket for speeding?" Just sat there, and I put my phone out the window to to record, um so that I could get a picture of the guy. >> Mhm. >> Um and then I just sat in my car, and after he wrote the guy a ticket and let him go, then he came up to me, and he said, "Uh can I help you?" And I said I said, "No." I said, "Can I get your name and badge number?" And he said, "What for?" And I said, "Because you were speeding on Highway 85." >> Oh, yeah? >> I said, "Yeah, you were doing 80 in a 65. No lights, no sirens, and no nothing, and I could tell that you were just you're casual driving." "Give me your driver's license, insurance, and proof of insurance." I said, "I'm not giving you my information." He said, "Give me your stuff, or I'll get you for obstruction." I said, "You didn't pull me over. I don't have to give you my driver's license. You didn't pull me over." >> Right. >> So, then he opened my car, yanked me out, handcuffed me, and here I sit. And I told him, "I want a sergeant. This is You have no to do this." And that officer that's going up to my van right now admitted it. >> Yeah. >> He said, "Yes, you you >> He's >> You shouldn't be >> That that deputy is right there. >> Um he >> So, I'd like these handcuffs off. I'd like to be going I'd like I'd like that guy's >> That's that's >> information, and I'd like I'd like like to go on my way here. >> That's going to happen. So, >> and I want an apology from that guy. >> After the sergeant realized Deputy Berlin was in the wrong, he tried to smooth things over, but by then Barry had already made up his mind. >> Some of these guys, they forget that it's not It's not against the law for someone to to video tape your your traffic stop. It's not against the law for them to to pull to the side of the road. It's not against the law to make a comment. Um I can't think of any way that that would interfere with it. >> And he really >> But some people >> And be And I even said to him at least, if their body cam's on, at least six times. When he kept asking me for my stuff, telling me he was going to arrest me for obstruction, I said, "I I I want you to I want a I need a supervisor before you keep doing this [ __ ] I'd like a supervisor." And he said, "No." And then that's when >> That's That's when I called the lieutenant. >> And that's when he yanked me out and threw me in handcuffs. >> Folks, I'll handle it. It'll be taken care of, I promise you that. I'm not going to let It's not going to just go away. >> Okay. >> Um it will be handled. Um I'm sorry I I will apologize for the sheriff's office. I'm not I'm not going to say that I'm sorry it happened to you and it shouldn't have happened. Like I said, let me go talk to him for a minute. And uh I'll be back in just a minute, okay? >> All right. >> Mhm. Well, here's my business card. Didn't mean it to go this route. Unfortunately, it did. So, that is my, you know, my apologies. But so I don't know what else to say. But >> You ought to know better. >> So uh I will I will bite my tongue on that response, sir. >> Yeah. Am I free to go? >> Absolutely, sir. >> Well, I'll see you in court. Okay, sir. Have a great day. Thank you, sir. Have a great day. No, sir. Enjoy your day, sir. Thank you. >> What the hell did he just say? >> He said I'm an idiot and to see me in court. And then grabbed his balls and flipped me off. >> At the same time as you had your hand on your cam? >> Yes. >> You know, stay further away, especially if he's an off-duty cop, really. That's stupid. >> He is? >> He's a for reserve. >> He comes and try and does put this He does He was screaming. >> In the end, Barry Z. Kalac was released on the spot, and the obstruction charge was dropped. The sergeant apologized to him directly, acknowledging the arrest shouldn't have happened. Barry later reached an $80,000 settlement with Adams County. Deputy Walter Berlin faced an internal investigation. No formal lawsuit was ever filed. Next up, an off-duty officer's family night out [music] spiraled into chaos, and one bad decision put her entire career on the line. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. >> So, you told him to >> You like to talk to him. >> I'm an officer myself. >> Do me a favor and stand over here. >> I'm an officer myself. I'll get I'll get up. >> He should have choked her until she fell out. Passed out. >> On September 15th, 2024, officers responded to a shopping center after reports of a fight breaking out between two families. When they arrived, they found a chaotic scene, and at the center of it was a woman who would soon realize this was more than just a bad night out. >> Ooh. Get out of my way. Excuse me. Sorry. Thank you. Relax. Relax. Relax. >> So, you told him You like to talk to him. >> We got to get you guys out of here. Come on. >> As officers tried to separate everyone, one family was demanding charges while the other insisted they had done nothing wrong. But what the victim was about to reveal would change the entire direction of the investigation. >> Which one? Don't do anything. Relax. Relax. >> [laughter] >> Relax. You want to press charges against him? Why is he still there? Leave him. >> [laughter] >> He hit my daughter. You hit my daughter. >> [laughter] >> He hit my >> I hear you. >> You are stupid ass >> Call with the captain 11. >> 980 >> Oh my god, that TV is not real. I remember his face, too. >> Listen You want to search this? Yes or no? >> No, they are Relax. >> Relax. >> How about that? >> Relax. >> You don't want to go about that life. You don't know about that life. >> He's talking, bro. >> 24 10-20 >> I'm checking. >> No, no, no, you guys don't even know anything. >> I don't give no consent >> No, no, no, no, at this point you are being under arrest. >> We got to report. Listen, listen, let me see your pocket. >> I said at this point just come here. At this point they told us that you had a knife. >> I want to check him. Listen, listen. >> That's what That's what That's what >> Check me. Go ahead. >> What are you doing? At this point just cooperate with us. >> He was mad because he grabbed my daughter and he hit my daughter and that's my husband. >> I was palm faking. I was palm faking. >> He got me pissed off. I get real pissed off. It's very back and forth, man. >> I got to check him cuz he might have a knife. >> That's all >> I don't. I was palm faking. >> Well, we're checking. We're checking. All right. >> That's a snap guy. Of course he's going to attack the dude. That's going to attack us. >> I just just raced my way about doing about it. I said >> Miss, I got to get an officer myself. >> You can do me a favor and sit over here? >> I'm going to get an officer myself. I get it. I get it. I get what you are doing here. I get it. Here you go. My ID is right here. Here's Here's mine. Come back, George. >> Okay. >> At this point the woman at the center of it all was identified as correctional officer Kela. She made it clear she worked in law enforcement, but her daughter Richella kept cursing toward the other family despite every warning. And then someone mentioned something that made officers pause. >> Do you know anything about your social >> She said she didn't want to do anything. She just want to press charges on them. >> I guess who I guess them. >> He said he pulled out a knife. >> I can't believe I was going to pee. I didn't even know what's going on. He disrespected my daughter. He saw it. >> So, what happened? >> I don't know. When I came out, they were fighting. >> Okay. >> It's my daughter, and I see guys putting my daughter and my husband in the hospital. Of course I'm going to get involved. >> So, what happened? >> I was in line. This girl came and yelled at some other girl >> Right. >> about cutting in line, >> Right. Right. All right. >> He looked at me. I said, "Bro, I'm not with them. I don't know." I said, "I already cut the line three or four times. I'm in my same spot. I keep going back cuz I know the owner." >> Okay, I got you. >> I know I ain't no manager. I said, "Go back and put over and over again." He said, "Oh, cool." >> Right. >> He didn't say nothing. It was over. >> Okay. >> Then another behind me. I'm at the line. I already paid my food. He didn't pay his though. So, I'm at the thing. He going to say, "Bro, you were talking crazy all You were talking crazy all night." I said, "Who? You talking to me, bro?" I said, "Bro, I didn't say nothing to you." He said, "Nah, you were talking crazy." I said, "You talking about me?" He was over there. People talk crazy the way cuz you just yelled at his girls about the line. >> Even though y'all was wrong. >> I said, "Bro, what I got to do with you?" >> Right. >> He was like, "All right." So, she was like, "Oh, I'm a cop. I'm this. I'm that." I said, "Bro, nobody care about all that." That's what she said to the girl. So, the girls got mad and just walked out of line. >> He attacked Shayla. I'm attacking him because he attacked my daughter. >> And where's your daughter? Is she inside with the other officers? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You all right, bro? >> I'm good, bro. >> You sure? >> Yeah. >> Trust me, I'm good. >> Yeah. >> I'm about to give him that energy. You give him >> Stop it. >> Speaking with the victim, officers learned the fight had started over a dispute in line and escalated from there. He explained that his wife had been struck so hard she lost consciousness. Meanwhile, Kyla was still focused on finding Rasheeda, unaware of how much trouble her family was already in. >> He going to say, "Bro, you were talking crazy all night." I said, "Bro, I didn't say nothing to you." So, he said, "Give me your coffee for a second." I said, "All right." The guy in the green. So, I go outside like, "Yo, we got a We got a problem. You got a misunderstanding, whatever it is." I'm in line behind you. I'm saying? >> I already placed my order. I don't want to I don't want back and forth already. Like I'm been done already. So he going to pull out a knife. The one green it was a little little black knife. He pulled out right here in his [ __ ] So my wife jumped up like yo what's going on? I said hold on babe hold on. He coming at me for no reason. I got nothing to do with that. He said let it go let it go. I said bro ain't nothing it's not a problem with it. It says no problem your man bugging. So my wife jumped in front of him and grabbed him from the side and was like chill out chill out chill out. He got a knife he got a knife. So his girl come out of nowhere and my wife she hit first. So she hit her. So her right there she hit him. And then he jumped in like oh he grabbed her. So I grabbed the girl and was like yo chill out. You fighting over no reason. It's a mis- it's a misunderstanding what you got going on. I already paid my food my bro. Like this shit's over. >> He said to me already too. I ain't have no knife. I ain't got no knife on me. >> Okay so you say you don't got no knife you don't got no knife. >> I don't. And you said it too. >> Okay. >> And I ain't want to hit his girl. His girl came calling in my face. I didn't want to hit her she came attacking me. I didn't after they hit her then I had to swing on her. Girls don't fight nobody. >> Oh my daughter actually she shouldn't even be in that cuz he's the one that attacked my daughter. >> What what's your daughter wearing? What do you want to ask her to come out here? >> The victim walked officers through everything that had happened step by step. His account was detailed but officers knew they needed more than just his word and that's when they turned their attention to something that would change the entire case. >> So he was like nah like I was wilding. Trying to talk crazy that I said bro you got a knife on you or or a number piece of So, he swing the knife and I grab the knife on my arm. I grab I hook him like you can put your arm out and I hook him like this. So, then I hook him and he fall back. What's up? Huh? >> Where was the knife at? >> The knife Yeah, he had it in his little his little thing his little pocket [ __ ] He pulled it like this like boom. >> Did he put it back on you? >> I don't He had it out for a little while. He probably dropped it underneath the when I knocked him on the >> So, all right. Is girl after she >> Oh. Of course she my daughter He hit my daughter so hard, bro. >> Can you spare two people go upstairs and check for the for the knife is anywhere up there? >> He had no knife. He had no knife. I got a mad witness in this situation. I I got a mad >> Yeah, we seen it. We have We are looking for cameras. >> Is my daughter down there? Is my daughter down there? That's where they all going. Can you please say anything? >> Yes, she's she's she's detained upstairs. >> She's detained? >> Yeah. So, just like just like you're detained, he's detained, she's detained upstairs. >> Yes, sir. >> I don't know. He said his name is So, I'm just looking around. I'm going to look outside and I'm going to look inside, too. >> Did the fight happen in here or out there? >> Outside. >> Outside? >> Sir, can I just get your ID real quick? >> For what? >> Cuz we have to identify everyone who's on scene. >> For what? >> Cuz you're involved in an incident that we have to identify you. >> I got jumped so I don't get it. >> I get it. So, we have to identify you if you were jumped as a [music] victim. Okay? >> want to be a victim. >> It doesn't matter what you want. You're a victim. So, we have to identify you in this situation. Your wife or whoever she is to you, your girlfriend, she provided identification. We just need to identify you guys. Doesn't mean you're in trouble. So, I'm hearing you want to press charges. >> Yeah, cuz you had If you had a problem and you felt like it was with me, then take it with me then. Why you putting hands on a female cuz she jumped in the middle to find out why you had a knife on me. >> Where's the female that >> The one she fell on us She fell out. She started choking us. >> She what? >> She started choking us so she fell out. She passed out. She started choking us. She upstairs. >> Oh, she's upstairs? >> Yeah. >> Who is she to you? The one that that got taken? Your wife? Okay. >> With so many conflicting stories, officers began reviewing the security footage from inside the shopping center. What they found would leave no room for argument. >> We're trying to look at the video cuz we have so many different stories going on right now, but we have two that are involved and aren't even here now, so we're trying to figure everything out, you know? >> Did you see anything? >> The Yeah, the girl with the paint in the jeans, he dropped the knife underneath the taxi and he had it with him. >> Okay. Um, you know where the other two went? Cuz there were witnesses who saw them leave. >> The two girls? The one girl. >> The one girl and the guy with the >> With the black hair. >> No, that girl didn't do anything. >> That's that's her mom, though. >> No, the mom is here. The daughter's not here. >> So, the taxi driver saw him drop the knife underneath the taxi? Thank you. >> Whatever started this [ __ ] started over there. >> 10-60, she be the receiver. >> Rodney. >> Keep Rodney in here today. >> Hello, hello, 10-49. >> Yeah, he does. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, he is. >> He has a ring in his right hand. >> Yeah, it is. >> So, was this the chick that he punched out? We had Look, the chick that is down right now in the corner. >> Yeah, that's the one. That's the one she went to the hospital. >> That's what I'm saying. >> So, she was assaulted by him, too? >> Yeah, exactly. Yeah, she got punched in the jaw, as well. Yeah, she just got transported. >> the ground a couple of times. >> We still have the guy outside in the green? >> They got her pinned up. Like they hold her and [ __ ] She got up. >> You guys turn your cameras off, guys. You can't have your cameras on. >> The footage showed Keila's husband, Pinero, dropping something near the taxi stand. But, that wasn't the only evidence officers had to work with. A bystander video had also surfaced online, and it captured the entire incident from a completely different angle. What it revealed would leave no doubt about who was really at fault. >> Yo, yo, get out of there. >> For what? >> What he's saying is wrong. >> Okay. >> All supposed to be in 10. >> Give me your >> No, no, no. >> She got the number right here, man. >> For what though? You got stupid, yeah. You heard the video. That [ __ ] still recording. You stupid. I know. Make sure you get that. I like the decorations. Attitude was all right though, but >> You can say whatever you want, bro. >> It wasn't. It wasn't. You made a mistake, bro. >> But you're being disrespectful calling everybody a robbery, you know? Do I look like a robbery to you? >> I've never been disrespectful. That's good that he's being recorded. Oh. >> You remember You remember when we was right there? >> Oh, yeah, cuz the way you played it back, bro. >> I'm just saying to relax. That's all I was The whole time I was saying to >> You forgot I'm recording, too. >> Relax. You can record. >> With the evidence now stacked against them, officers moved in to make arrests. But even as the cuffs went on, Keela still wasn't done. What happened next would only add to the charges against her. >> My daughter, she was out here. And then she went inside to come after him, cuz he's the one that hit her. >> Okay. >> All right, where is she at? >> You talking about the one that was banging on the doors, right? >> My daughter with the black shirt. >> She never came in. >> All right, so where's my daughter at? She was out here. >> She stayed out here. We don't We don't have your daughter, man. That's what I'm saying. >> Yo. Yo. >> All right, just back Just stay away from the door. Just back >> Yeah, but that Come on, that's uncalled for. I didn't touch you. >> No, we didn't >> No, I didn't hit him. I didn't hit him. I didn't hit him. >> He's not under arrest. He's not under arrest. He's being detained. Okay. >> He a [ __ ] He hit my daughter, bro. He a [ __ ] >> All right, relax. >> All right. >> He hit my brother so hard. >> And that's why they're watching movies. >> Oh, y'all not seeing us, cuz y'all not She Where my daughter at? >> All right, miss, relax. Okay? Miss, you want to stay right here? Just right here, okay? Just relax, okay? >> I don't want to stay where he knocked us. Y'all can see Y'all can see the cameras. He hit my daughter. >> Just relax. >> That's her stepdad. He said that when he came She came outside, you know, and he looked at her going with the outfit she had on, and he was like, "Damn, you look good, Mommy." Of course, he's going to react. And her man right there, so he reacted. That's my That's her stepfather. >> Okay. >> So, he was like, "You crazy? You" And his girl was like there, but >> I want to sit right here, man, just like this, please. >> You're good. >> Just like this, bro. Thank you. I appreciate it. Yo, what happened, bro? You can speak to me, bro. I ain't worried about it. I I respect you. All right, yeah. >> All right. Um what we're going to do now is we're going to transport you down to the holding cell. >> Okay, yeah. >> Okay. Um >> Don't worry about it, yeah. >> I got you. So, >> For For what, though? What is it for? >> Uh as far as I know right now, it's going to be terrorist threats. Um I think >> Terrorist threats? >> And simple assault. >> Simple assault? How? What the You special child or what, man? So, I might have a >> So, you want to talk to your social worker? I got you. So, we're going to go down there, and fill out a sheet. >> I'll be released then? >> Yeah. >> I know my rights. >> Listen, so if you don't have like you said, you don't have >> Oh, no, no, no, no. I know. >> So, if you don't have any So, >> No, no, no, no. I'm not worried about it. >> So, if you don't have any active warrants or anything like crazy, like >> No, no, no. I'm not worried about that. I respect you, bro. >> So, then it'll most likely be a summons. Once you get done with the charges, it takes about an hour or two, maybe two hours or so. >> to make this as simple as possible? >> I'm not going to be the one doing the charges. I'm just transporting you down. >> The one who's doing it is pretty fast, though. >> Yeah, yeah. >> Yeah, it'll probably just be like an hour. >> Keela's daughter, Raya, had already left the scene by then, but Keela was still making choices that would only make things worse. After more than a decade as a correctional officer, she was about to learn just how much one night could cost her. >> So, if it's a simple assault, >> Do you think it's going to be >> It's literally going to be taking a >> I'm not worried. >> It It don't make It's probably going to get dropped in court. >> No, I wish I did have a >> It's literally It's literally a ticket. You have a court date on it. >> You got to go to the court. >> So, the court >> Kela decided to press charges against the victim if he pressed charges against them, but little did she know that all the evidence was against her. >> So, listen to me. If you want to do the same thing, she's going to do the same thing back to you. So, you want to do it, yes or no? >> Press charges. >> But she's going to press charges on you, too. >> You got the video. I didn't touch >> Listen, listen, listen to me. She said she want to press for simple assault. >> I didn't touch her. I didn't touch her. I got witnesses in the camera. I didn't touch her. You can see it. >> Well, so >> I never touched her. She's just saying it. >> I know. >> Yeah, you can see it. I didn't touch her. Like she I literally grabbed her away from the cuz she's a female. I don't I don't care to press charges on her. He's the problem. That's my problem. See, I'm trying to deal with him. But when you punched her in the forehead, you see the mark on her face. That's where it came into play. >> She probably had like like to punch her. >> And then >> So, there's a punch in the face and then on top of that is the kicks in the head. She was on the ground and >> They all three of them came over All three of them came over and kicked her for no reason why everybody else told me to back away. They were kicking us for no reason. >> Because the thing is she does lose consciousness at the end of it. >> I'm so sorry. But um just relax. Everything going to be fine. >> [laughter] >> In the end, Kela was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault. Denaro faced charges of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and terroristic threats. Rochelle was later identified and charged with aggravated assault. Next up, a deputy thought his off-duty actions couldn't hurt [music] his career, but his colleagues would show that the badge wouldn't protect him from having to take accountability. >> Cooperation goes a long way. >> Absolutely. So is the truth. I'm a truth seeker. >> We'll talk about that. >> I was in class all day. I don't even understand what's going on. >> On July 20th, 2023, officers from Charlotte County responded after a report of a domestic dispute involving a local detention staff member. Identified as 22-year-old Dylan Landmark. To get to the bottom of it, the first [music] step was sitting down with the woman at the center of it all. >> Statement, I'm going to place you under oath. >> I don't think we need to do that at this point. Let's We're going to deviate just a little bit because we just before I I I don't want to put you under oath right at this point, but there's a what's going on. But what we're here for is an allegation that you're being physically abused by a partner of yours that you're currently residing with and that member is a member of the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office. That's why we're here. Okay? So it's my understanding that um s- an a current injury brought some suspicion by other members that were concerned for your safety >> [music] >> and that's why um it's now in our hands and we're here talking to you about it. >> As detectives began questioning the victim, Rebecca, it became clear that getting her to open up about what really happened wouldn't be simple at all. >> So we're just doing some fact-finding at the moment. I heard you went to the hospital Monday. Was it Monday? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is there anything that you want to talk about on that injury? >> No. >> Okay. So you got nothing to say about it whatsoever. Is there anything that you feel the Sheriff's Office should be involved [music] in? >> No. >> Is there anything we can do to help you out >> [music] >> with anything? I mean at this point if if without you divulging any information and talking about what we're kind of hearing on the sidelines, is there any hope that the sheriff's office can help you to get out of that situation? >> No. >> Okay. Would there be anyone that you would feel more comfortable to talk to about it? Or you're telling me that nothing physical is going on, there's [snorts] nothing criminal going on by the other person? >> I just don't feel comfortable talking about it. >> Okay. >> You know, our biggest concern is making sure [music] that you're okay. So. >> And I know you have children involved and that's a huge concern in this whole thing. Are they Are they home tonight? >> Yeah. >> They're not Are they with the father? Is that where they Okay. >> Okay. >> [music] >> So, there's no issues there, correct? Okay. The situation at home right now, are you safe if you go home? >> Yes. >> You don't have any fear of there being any violence or anything like that? Cuz, you know, we can get you help tonight. You know what I'm saying? >> No. >> Okay. Can I ask who you're currently right now that you're residing with? >> Do I have to answer that in court? >> I'm not putting you under oath right now. So, I mean, I I've heard that he's an employee. I've heard he's an employee in corrections. >> [snorts] >> Right? A Dylan? Is that Is that who I'm >> Dylan Gettman. >> And there's nothing you want to discuss with us in this atmosphere right now? >> Okay. >> At this point, Rebecca made it clear she wasn't ready to say more. So, investigators turned to someone else who had been watching the situation unfold from the sidelines. >> So, what, in your own words, recently happened that was brought to your attention about uh those two? >> Over the last few weeks, I've just noticed marks on her. >> What specifically were those marks that you noticed initially? >> Uh black eye. It goes for a red eye. >> Okay. Something about what was another injury? Her >> Well, she mentioned about a busted eardrum. >> Okay. >> And then off duty, we had went out and she had some bruises on her arms. >> Right. And what when you saw those off duty, did those bruising look like? >> Like fingerprints. >> Like finger like she had been grabbed on the shoulder or something like that. >> Yes. >> And at the time that those happened, which had been several weeks, correct? These those week ago, two weeks ago? >> Within the last couple weeks. >> Okay. So, within the last several weeks, you noticed those injuries. Did you have any concern or did she she being Rebecca did she bring any did she discuss how those happened initially? >> No. Can't really recall how I said it. I think I had said to her maybe about did he give you a black eye? >> Right. >> And she had said shook her head yes. And then I said, "And what about the busted eardrum that you said that you had a few weeks ago? Did he do that, too?" And she said yes. >> And then did she say anything else to you during the course of that conversation with her? >> About what? >> Anything. Did I mean did she did she at any point um I mean she admitted to the three incidents. Did you ask about the marks on her arm or no? Once she just talked about the eye, the ear, that was enough for you. Okay. >> And then I had just questioned her on if she had somewhere to go, if she was going to be leaving home, and she said she couldn't leave until her lease was up in July. >> And then did she but she never said anything that you recall about her still being in fear of what he's going to do to you, her concern is she just doesn't want him to get in trouble and and lose his career over these actions. Is that how you're feeling? Not that she is in immediate need of assistance from the sheriff's office? >> I can't recall what everything said or she mentioned being in fear of going home at all. >> Right. But she hasn't said that to you since. >> No, I don't think she's made that comment. Just more of not knowing how he's going to react once this comes up. >> Got you. >> With the supervisor's account raising even more concern, investigators knew there was only one person left who could answer for it all. So, the next day, law enforcement went straight to get Dylan. >> Dylan, we got to talk to you, buddy. How are you doing, buddy? I'm sorry to interrupt your conversation. Please your car is in protective custody. Dylan? >> Yes, sir. >> What's going on? >> I Yeah, I was on the phone with my friend. >> Okay. Are you done with the phone call? >> Yeah, I just hung up as soon as I walked up. >> So, there's some allegations of domestic violence here. So, we'd like to talk to you and get your side of the story. >> Okay. >> Do you want to talk to us? >> Sure, absolutely. Let's walk. >> Okay. Well, that's what we're going to go talk about. You know we're going to go to the office. >> I know that. I've been here waiting for you. >> Okay. >> So, is she okay? >> She's okay. But, the allegations are serious and we have to talk to you about them. >> Okay. >> Okay. Because you got a firearm, I'm going to take it. >> Okay. >> We're going to go over here and make sure you have no other weapons. >> Yeah. >> Is anyone else in your car? >> No one's in my car. I just picked up my car. Keys are right here. My wallet's in my car. I got no weapons in my car. Can I shut it off? >> Uh yeah, we'll shut it off. You want to secure your car? >> Yeah. >> We just got to got to make sure you have nothing on you cuz you're with You know how this goes. >> I understand. >> We'd like to get both sides of the story. We never want to go off of one side of the story. But, we have to treat it as a criminal investigation. You understand? >> Right. I understand. >> I know you probably do understand everything, but I have to make sure I tell you that. You know what I mean? You have no knives? >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> I just had the firearm. >> Hey, I appreciate your cooperation. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> And let me check. Because you We're going to take you in an unmarked car, okay? To keep it discreet. >> Okay. >> And we're going to go back to the office. >> Right. >> Okay? Cooperation goes a long way with me. >> So does the truth. I'm a truth seeker. >> Yeah. >> So I believe you just as much. Detective Rusty, he's going to double check you because you're a law enforcement officer, you know. >> Definitely. Can I go back to the car? >> Okay. >> If you're good with that. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Okay. What what We'll talk about it. If we do it out here, it's not professional, man. >> I I mean, I understand that. >> Yeah. >> I was in class all day. I don't even understand what's going on. >> I know you been I know. That's why we're going to give you the opportunity, brother. You know what I mean? >> Right. >> here to hurt you. >> Can I put this in my pocket? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Where are we at? >> My car's right here. >> Is it a Toyota? >> Yeah. >> You want to sit in the back? >> Yep. >> In the end, Dylan Landmarq was arrested and charged with felony domestic battery. The initial report led to a criminal case and an internal administrative review within the sheriff's office. Since then, Dylan has been placed on administrative leave without pay while the agency is conducting its own examination into the incident. The case is pending. Next up, a veteran officer who had spent years enforcing the law suddenly found himself facing the same system he once served. >> I have not committed a crime. >> Have I committed a crime? How? >> I'm not doing this with you. Stop. >> Hey, you know what? >> I'm going to put an Indiana State Trooper, one of their own >> On July 27th, 2023, officers from the Indiana State Patrol caught a 12-year veteran trooper identified as Zachary Smith operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Instead of the encounter ending there, the problem was about to follow him home. >> You can come in. >> I was about to call the police. >> They won't tell me anything. >> Go get the dog. >> No. >> Come here, Zach. Hey. >> I don't want to know why this is happening. >> Come here, Zach. >> Come with me. Just listen. Hey, it's not worth it. >> Huh? >> Come here. Come with me. It's not worth it. >> No. No. >> Just go. Listen. >> First thing in the morning, 10 contacts. >> Listen to me. >> You want to put me in jail? Leave me alone. Jill does her >> Listen. Listen to me. Hey. It's not worth it. Trust me. >> This is supposed to be the night you're going to come take my dog. >> Do you think I want to? >> come no. Come on. >> Hey, you're just here because I told you >> in. You guys need a search warrant. No, come on in. >> Despite the initial tension, officers made their way into Zachary's house without a search warrant. But when they came back outside the residence, things started to escalate. >> What? Get the dog. What? >> What time you going to get the dog? >> What? >> Zach, I'm not going to have an argument with you, Zach. You're You're intoxicated right now. I know I can see it on you. And you just drove somewhere, hopefully not with your kids, while you're >> No kids here. >> It doesn't matter, dude. >> Why are you Why are you doing >> This explains why I'm getting the dog. >> Why are you doing >> Come on, Zach. Let's get the dog. >> going on? Let's get the dog so we can go. >> Come on, man. Let's get the dog. >> What am I being arrested for? What am I being arrested for? Did you see me driving and what I'm being arrested for? Did you see me driving? >> Yes, I did. >> No, I'm talking to this trooper right after he arrested me. >> I didn't see you driving, no. >> Yeah, thank you. >> I have probable cause to believe operating a vehicle while intoxicated. I must now offer you the opportunity to submit to a chemical test and inform you that your refusal to submit to a chemical test will result in a suspension of your driving privileges for 1 year. If you have at least one previous conviction for operating while intoxicated, your refusal to submit to a chemical test will result in a suspension of your driving privileges for 2 years. Do you understand what I read to you, sir? All right. Will you now go down and take the test? >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> There was no traffic stop and no probable cause my traffic stop. So I have no clue how you can do a DUI stop when you don't have a traffic stop. I have not committed a crime. Have I committed a crime? >> Yes. >> How? >> I got a DUI. >> Did you watch me? >> I watched you drive. >> Okay. Did you Did you watch me do a vehicle violation? Did you do a probable cause stop traffic stop and have probable cause that I was intoxicated? I'm not doing this with you. Stop. You're rolling in my house. Cuz I'm predisposed >> getting a warrant. No problem, cuz they have no traffic stops. They have no field sobriety, no field no PBTs. They go, "You know what? I'm going to put an Indiana State Trooper while they're out." So, what's going on with my head? This is going to be fun. Nobody nobody conducted a traffic stop. >> I don't know, man. I I >> I mean, you know, I'm just asking. Do you understand this is not All right. >> Zachary made it clear he wasn't backing down, insisting he'd committed no crime. But, the disagreement would be taken somewhere else. >> Did I do anything wrong? >> What's wrong? >> No, nothing. I'm a state trooper, you understand? >> Yeah. >> his dispatcher. >> I asked cuz I was wondering about you. >> I know you did. >> Do you have the kit? >> I'm not. Yeah, that's not going to happen. Especially that warrant is signed by somebody who never saw me do anything. And there's a lot of problems with this. It's not going to happen. No traffic stops, no nothing. And you can't do it by force. New rules. So, I'm not going to do it by force. >> I don't think you have a choice at this point, Zach. >> No, you can't take it by force. It's new rules. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. I'm not going to have it. You're lying. >> Who are these guys, then, Zach? >> You don't have a trap you don't have >> Zach, listen. >> Listen to me. >> We both know, and all of us know, you will all fail in court. Zachary was arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail. He was released shortly after upon posting a $200 bond. The Indiana State Police immediately placed him on administrative leave. As of August 2026, there is no official confirmation that Zachary has been fired. The reason is that ISP policy generally delays final discipline until the criminal case is resolved, and this case is still ongoing.
