on September 5th 2024 police responded to a convenience store in response to a report about a male who appeared to be intoxicated while seated in the driver's seat of a dark vehicle the caller noted that the man had difficulty walking after leaving the store and nearly rear ended her vehicle here's what happened next roll down the window or open the door there you go what's going on man feeling container um but he is not in great shape right now like I said he couldn't stand um how do we go about doing SSS if just we have to ask and if you can't do it you can't do it that's it okay yeah we put them out on the line and okay start from good you want to do it yeah all right Michael here's the deal so I believe you're impaired right now I mean you couldn't even stand up at the car I can smell alcohol on you it appears that you've thrown up on yourself um you have a Melo in the passenger seat um so because I believe you're impaired I'm going to ask you to do some field sobriety tasks all right to ensure to me that you're able to drive safely all right are you willing to perform these tasks they're simple tasks I mean as far as walking in a straight line holding one leg up I'm
