We got an issue. Let's go. Bring your outside or call 911. I don't give a You ain't leaving this property unless I get you and I will stay out here all night. >> As the situation escalated, a woman inside the home called 911, reporting that she was too afraid to go outside. Meanwhile, the neighbor's aggression only intensified, pacing the yard, shouting threats, and vowing not to leave until he got a confrontation. >> Hey, you're good, dude. It's me. >> I'm going to get that. Leave your house. >> Okay. I have no Hey, he's >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. Hey, just come. >> No, you can rest me. >> I'm not going to, you know. Yes. It's something in >> we showed up here earlier >> thing runs his mouth out the >> next thing I know >> he knows who he is >> he does you guys know his name I don't >> you're going to get you >> don't police >> by the time officers arrived the yard had turned into a shouting match the suspect later identified as Drew [music] was furious officers moved in and tried to calm But Drew stayed wired, pacing and refusing to cooperate. >> Hey, can you can I step in and talk to you for a second? >> Just come on. Should we step in and talk? >> No, you're not. >> Okay. [music] >> There. They broke my gate. Dude, I'm trying to go to work. >> I couldn't even get out my back gate. >> What's that? >> I couldn't even get out my back gate. I was supposed to be at work, >> dude. I want >> he makes the board so it's down there on the ground. >> Go over there. Okay. And then I will talk to you guys in a second. >> I'm 104 here. You can slow down. >> Dude, I need to go to work. >> I was supposed to be at work already. Guys at my Walmart me. >> I mean, it broke my gate. I >> One thing one thing for one thing, what's your date of birth? >> Were you here when you broke it? Yeah, I was. They were all at my back gate. >> Who is it? Who is it that kicked Drew? Okay. >> Yeah, it is right there. Dude, I was at work. I couldn't get my back gate, [music] guys. I don't I've never seen my life were at my back gate and get the off my property like >> Okay. So, how what what all started this whole >> He drove He rode my bike to see if the tires were would hold air down my driveway >> and he was just started. >> Yeah. Okay. So, he was just driving up and down the road. She needed her bike first. I kicked her bike. I'm riding up and down the road. I come back in through here. >> I don't [music] drive because I have anxiety. >> Okay. >> I like her now cuz my anxiety is so bad right now. >> I said I'm I'm fine. We're I'm fine back here. Drew's being an issue. >> Yeah. Drew hurts me. >> Okay. But [music] >> I don't have a bike cuz I have anxiety and yet >> he he's over here talking saying I'm a dope head. >> Everybody's a dope head [music] cuz I'm a Victoria Secret book bag, dude. >> Like I mean my kids don't >> you live here? >> No. >> Okay. >> While officers kept Drew busy outside, another deputy spoke with the couple. The man said he'd just been trying to leave for work when Drew blocked his driveway and damaged his gate. They'd seen his temper before, but this time felt different, more unpredictable, and more dangerous. >> [ __ ] call me a child. I don't give a you. You, you. Yeah, I'm assho. This I that >> I want him out of the yard. And if he leaves the yard, I promise you he come back cuz I'm kidding. >> So what happened today? >> Earlier, [ __ ] goddamn fence. >> I called the first time when we got here. called first time 911 because the dude was beating up the fat >> and then this dude shows up running his mouth. I don't even know the mother I'm like dude I'll beat out of you calls me up. >> I don't give a you are shut the ups away. >> Go. This ain't something you want to get involved in. >> I'm down. >> Aviator mother is never going to call me that when he walks out that back gator. He walks out this Sunday. I promise you I'm going to jail for assault. I'm a mother. Every day I got to deal with my wife don't sleep in my bedroom cuz they got a chop shop in the garage. Y'all don't do this. It's a house. The fat sells. Literally look at the goddamn outboards in the building. >> They can't even chairs out front because they're >> so it doesn't smoke. They cook dope in the basement. >> Come on. I'ming done. I'm fighting every one of these motherers that walk in the yard and y'all get their arrest me. I don't give a [ __ ] >> I know, but >> I don't care. I'm done with the house. I promise you I'll fight every mother walks in here. >> I'm done. I'm stupid. >> Well, you know what? >> That was the last straw. I'm not a mother child. I got two granddaughters. I got four kids. I ain't no mother child shot from you [ __ ] took me up like that. I mean, >> you think that is going to [ __ ] walk away? He's not. I'm going take this away. I'm going beat the out of him, too. Christ. >> So, do what you got to do. >> They're not going to do anything. They're going to leave you alone, man. Unless you bother them. They don't care. Once dude gets out, you're doing their work for them. Leave them alone. >> All right. Go home. >> You guys are gone. Bye. >> I'm not I'm I'm not done. >> Let him beat him up later. Call him. >> I'm not done. Hey, if you stop, >> they'll leave and you can beat him up. >> Sweet. >> He don't even live there. He shouldn't. >> When deputies tried to calm him, Drew refused to cooperate, ranting about broken fences, drug accusations, and dopehead neighbors. He insisted he was just defending his property, but his anger escalated. Verbal outbursts turned into property damage right before the officers. And that's when the real twist hit. >> Um, he's going to be charged. Obviously the the Illinois version, you know what I mean? With the no cash bail, you know what I mean? If I can, right? Exactly. So, but if he does come back and causes more problems or sets foot, I'll trespass him from the property so he can't set foot on the foot on the property. >> I can threaten to I won't get an angel. >> It's It's Illinois, dude. Like, >> no, no, no. Like, that sounded that says that that sounded really >> just don't >> sarcastic like how how does that work? Like, you threaten me and there's no charges. >> No, he is being in charge, right? he is being charged. It's just >> they don't unless it's sad, but unless like it's not a detainable offense is what I'm getting at. Like I I can I can take him to jail. He'll be there for 15 minutes while he gets booked in. Then he immediately gets released. >> Oh, you ain't got lie to me. I know how the booking process goes. >> Yeah. Well, you know what I mean, though. It's the no cash bail, the safety act, dude. We can't. Whereas this would have been easy. You know, two years ago, I would have arrested him, taken him to jail, would have been done with it, right? So, >> but he's going to get a slew of different charges and we'll go from there. Okay. >> All right. So, y'all going to watch us kill off. >> Yeah. If you guys want to get a drink and let me put the dogs in there. >> Yeah. >> Come on. Come on. Satan. >> Nobody gets you. >> You guys don't want to do >> I don't care. >> I'm a convicted sex offender. Nobody calls me aing cuz I'm also a goddamn high classified skin head and I did all my time under mying flags as an >> cuz I didn't do this. >> Is Drew detained or anything? >> Yeah, he's going to be issued to several NTAs, but he's not free to leave and these people are leaving out the back. So, >> hey Drew, you got to stay over here, man. >> You're not free to leave. You got to stay with us. Huh? >> Are you detaining me? >> Yeah. You're not free to leave. >> All right. You're detaining me? >> Yeah. >> Here you go. >> Huh? Just sit over here on the curb. Just sit over here on the curb. >> No, you're detaining me, right? >> Yeah. So, don't don't move from here cuz I don't want to have to put my hands on you. >> Cuff me up. They're detaining me, right? >> I don't think we need to. Yeah, but you're not free to leave. >> You're cuffing me up? Yeah, cuz you know what I'm going to do. >> Yeah. Ask him. >> What' he say? >> You know what I'm doing, bro? >> You're good. ain't going nowhere. >> I don't know what I'm just charged with. >> We'll tell we'll tell you here in a bit. >> It's all good. >> Hey, listen. I gave Drew every opportunity >> about Drew, but you can't be disrespecting my mother. >> Okay. And then she can't be disrespecting me. >> I was so patient with Drew. I did everything I could. But we are >> Do you not see all these neighbors piss the >> Hey, listen. What? Why don't you guys do some black ops and burn it down? >> Okay, >> do something. >> Just stop. I'm sorry that I said that. Okay, but listen. I'm trying to I got to go pay. >> How many times How many times have have I personally been out here and been nothing but patient? >> Literally the other day. >> Yes. >> I took it down five last year. How many did you take? >> It is being is being worked on. >> Oh, it's okay. >> It's being worked on. >> Okay. Just don't step on the property. We're done. >> As officers worked the scene, several residents told deputies they'd repeatedly reported suspected using and burning illegal substance next door, claiming the house had been used as an active cook site. >> Who's that? >> The neighbors. They're pissed. >> Oh, >> this is aing active cook lab. >> Figure out what she's yelling about. >> It's aing active lab. >> She's mad cuz they didn't tell him he couldn't leave until he was over there and then they arrested him because he left. That's what she's screaming about. Y'all better learn how to goddamn figure out a backend way to how deal with [ __ ] If I can take down five labs on my own in a year, y'all can do one. >> Yeah, but they have to do it. >> No, they don't. >> Yeah, we do. >> No, you don't. Just put cover your cam one day and do things. >> They can't do that. >> I have no problem doing it. >> Hey, just cuss me out and told her they're taking you cuz she's tired of this [ __ ] >> You're going to back up. >> Hey, back up. Back up. We're going to do our thing. I won't. I promise I won't get >> Yep. >> I'll be out in a hour. There's no bond. Don't matter. >> In the end, Drew was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property, but due to Illinois's no cash bail law, he was released only a few hours later. Speaking of neighbors from hell, this woman [music] didn't just damage the building security cameras. She even had the audacity to call the officers racist while getting arrested. She did threaten her physically and scream at her and was very aggressive and violent violent. [screaming] >> Listen, listen. >> I was fixing the camera. That's my witness right there. >> Please talk to my witness. >> Oh my god. I will never have this building again. He's white. You racist white pig. >> You are racist. You set me up and you damage me and you can't me. On July 3rd, 2024, [music] tenants called police after a woman named Angie was caught on camera vandalizing security equipment and threatening members of her building's association. >> Hi, what's going on? >> We have a resident here. Her name is Ann Ganish. >> Ganesh. I know who she is. >> Okay. She's a horrible person. >> She took off the back. She knew you guys were coming. So, what she did was she tried to destroy cameras in the laundry room. She tried to destroy a camera the other day. >> She's in a black Lexus. Yeah, >> black Lexus. Yeah, we have her on video trying to destroy the camera and then she threatened a president of our association leader. >> She by herself. >> I think she's with her maybe her sister or something. I don't know. But she she threatened her. She >> tried to harm her. Told her get the out of here. She said you stop it, Lita. And then she claims that she wasn't trying to do anything. So I saw her on video. She she came in here and I told Lita about I'm like she's going to try to destroy this camera again. So, she gets the wheelchair, she tries to cover it with a sheet. She already destroyed the camera down the hallway and then she claims that she wasn't doing anything and she said, "Oh, no, no. I was just I just wanted whatever bull she lies about." And then she started screaming at Lita. Oh, she turned this on so she could >> Where's the camera? >> Where's the camera? Look at that. >> Did she damage the camera over here? >> Yeah. So, it's in the smoke detector cuz she used to come in here and shut everybody's electricity off. So, we had to put a camera in here and the smoke detector. >> Where's the other one that you jam into? >> That was down the hall. >> Was that today also? >> That was Yes. The police came here yesterday for that, I believe. >> I think they did. Yeah. >> This was with a camera. We had her on video destroying this camera. >> Did she live here anymore? >> Her parents live here. She moved her parents in. >> Ah, okay. >> But they're actually going to They haven't They owe >> They just went to court and lost. They they haven't paid their dues in like they owe 20,000 and dues are getting >> but she doesn't live here >> and >> Yeah. >> No, she lives where her parents used to live. They swap places. >> Yeah. >> And that's the camera she destroyed. We had it all on video of her destroying the camera. >> Well, that's from yesterday, though. >> But I have the video today of her trying to >> I don't know what you guys want to do with this. She did threaten her physically and scream at her and was very aggressive and violent violent. She didn't >> she didn't push her but she was very >> I mean how would you threaten >> Can you tell me what happened today? >> Yes. Um we came downstairs because >> I got to leave but I was a witness. Okay. One thing is she can here it's not good. >> She need to be away from me. >> You saw her here. >> Screaming. She was screaming. >> She charged me and did the same thing but she's she's right now she she assaulted Rodney last year. >> So we're going to court for it. Oh, you're um what's her name? >> Nick. >> I arrested her. >> You did? >> I finally found her. >> Oh, you were the guy that found her. Congrats. Okay. So, I'm the guy she assaulted and robbed and she's going to court for her husband Tony is still on the run. >> Yeah, I know. That's why I was asking if her husband was with her. I haven't seen him in a ever since, but I saw him maybe a couple times and I called the police on. >> So, uh over here say she's going to be wanted for criminal damage and assault. By the time officers arrived, Angie had already fled, but her neighbors had the proof, capturing her tampering with hidden cameras disguised as smoke detectors. Police began reviewing footage to build their case. Little did they know, their suspect was about to reappear just minutes later. >> Right here. >> That's her. That's her. Yeah, that's her. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> Hit it. Get over there. >> She's right there already. She pulled over herself. >> Yeah, that's turn away. Hi, officer. Stop. Listen. Wait. Wait. Wait. Listen. Let me stop. Mommy, don't have a heart attack. Mommy, wait. Wait. Let me Let me talk. Let me talk. >> Let me talk for a minute. Mommy, talk for a minute. I was in there. Sit down. >> Mommy, sit down. I was 15. Mama, stop. Wait for him. Excuse me. >> Let me get my mom just for a minute. Mom, I'm going to be okay. I was Let me Let me explain it to her. Honey, stop. >> Mama, stop. I was 15 minutes. Mommy, you got to stay calm. Grandma, >> dude, you got to stay calm. Mama, stop. You got to find your way. You cannot >> wait. See, let me tell. Let me calm my mom down. >> Mom, she's okay. You'll be okay. Mom. >> Yes, I did. Sir, I didn't do anything but fix it. >> You don't have anything on you? >> No, officer. The thing fell down. I was fixing it. And these two are trying to set me up. Tell my mom. You go tell my mom. I'm okay. Oh, don't put it tight. >> Mommy, mama, let them let them do what they got to do. just had mom. She just had a stroke. >> She just had a stroke. >> Okay. Stop. Stop moving. I'm not moving. Stop lying. >> Help me. Record this. Alicia, they're lying. >> Listen, that's okay. >> I'm going in here. I'm not doing anything. >> Okay. I'm trying to talk to Let me talk to you guys. >> I need you to sit in. >> But can I talk to you while I sit? >> But I need you to sit in. >> Listen. >> Listen. >> I was fixing the camera. See my mom. >> Okay. Officers spotted her nearby and moved in fast. As they placed her in custody, Angie broke down emotionally, insisting she had only been fixing the camera and begging for her mother. But no drama could stop her arrest. >> I was here. No one's got assaulted. They harassed her because she I take care of my grandparents and I went there so I could log in whatever case may be. And she said, "Oh, the thing up in the laundry area I was watching it came down for the camera. I don't know what that came in or whatever the case may be. And she came uh the one lady came out, the header with the short hair came out. What are you doing? What are you doing with the camera? Like in her face. And she's like, "What do you mean?" >> In whose face? I'm sorry. >> To end. >> Okay. >> And she said, "What are you talking about?" The camera came down. So, I would to put it up and then that Nick guy or whoever, >> he came out. He was in the hallway standing while they two was having an interaction. Um the I don't know her name Anna or whoever >> and they had an interaction and then she was saying I was fixing. Said, "What did you do to the camera?" No, you did. She said, "No, I fixed it like I did with the washing machine that you all had that was broken." I didn't do anything. And they said, "Oh, you on camera. It's in the cloud." this D and then they start all this attacking her pretty much and harassing her about it and she said I done nothing but fix the camera and that's how it happened and Nick threat I'm going to call 911 I'm calling the police right now I'm calling the police and said well call them cuz I'm going to call them as well you're harassing me you're calling me things you're saying things to me and you're being racist and d whatever that was their interaction with mainly and we end up going out the door and say you know what I'm leaving whatever I'm going to go to police place or I'm contact police my own stuff. So, she left out and then that was the end of this whole situation. >> Okay. >> Meanwhile, another argument broke out in front of the officers. A neighbor explained that no one got assaulted. The girl was just fixing the laundry room camera because it had come loose, but the other neighbors started accusing and getting in her face. >> Hey, Doris. >> Dory, come here. >> Too much. >> Is mommy okay? >> She's fine. She's fine. She's fine. >> Oh my god. I will never have this building again. >> N How you guys doing? So, we got an elderly. We're in the middle of a criminal investigation, but uh the lady who's not involved in the criminal part is uh here and she says apparently she thinks she's having a stroke. So, she asked us >> she asked us to call you guys and I'm not really sure what the situation is. >> Had a stroke about a month and a half ago or so. She just passed out. So, that's what made us nervous or anything like that. >> She's fine. Just you calm down. She'll calm down. Just calm down. They trying to set me up for something. >> Okay. Okay. Let them check out. >> Hey, can you can you go over there quick? >> We're going to roll down the window again. >> I might have to open the door. >> Yeah. Open the door so he can identify me cuz he's white. You racist white kid. >> Racist. You are racist. You set me up and you damage me and you memorize me. >> And while officers were still sorting that out, things escalated again. The suspect's mother said she was having a stroke and an ambulance was called. >> One of my handcuffs is off. One of my handcuffs is down here, too. Y'all, they're not off. Ouch. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. You are a racist police officer. Please don't touch me. >> No, my handcuffs came off. I didn't take them off. You want your chain off? >> Yes. Take my chain off to my camera. >> Alicia, let me get this right here. So, she did I'm not doing nothing. Did they ask you what was going on? >> No. They didn't ask you as a witness and you were standing right there with me. >> No, I just talked to the other gentleman. He finally asked that after this is this one. Look, look what you're doing. Take it. I'll loosen it. >> Turn Put your hand behind. Turn around. >> Put your arm, >> sir. I'm not going to run or anything. Loosen this up and look at my wrist. >> This is police brutality. I'm not going to run or anything. I don't want the handcuff. You're >> I want to be a handcuff. You don't like to put the handcuffs on the way. You got to turn around. Put your arms stand up and turn around. So, you got to loosen it. That's all. >> I'm not trying to This officer right here is racist. Oh, wait. Wait. See that? You're moving. >> I'm not moving. I want somebody to record that. >> Everything is recorded. Every single one of us has a body camera and everything is recorded at that time. >> That's too tight on >> I got separate. And just to let you know, there's a video that cooperates what happened and I got and I got I can't tell you. I'll let her call you. And there's two independent witnesses besides obviously Piglet. They have a prior issue. So I see it really doesn't count. So, we're not really put all the way to the end, but they have a prior instrument, but I got two other people, which is one of the victims, the witness, and a video. Shut up. This right here, leave your races. net. >> It's okay. It's okay. We We will get this be quiet, >> but they're going to go with you because net. They're just tickets. You're going to be released from You're going to be released, Nick. >> But I didn't do anything. >> I didn't have They have It has to be an order, but part of the order for right now, just be quiet so you can we can get you down there and get you pick you up. >> You can give me my neck. Thank you for that, >> Nick. Please, >> please just just just just stop talking for a second. Stop talking. Please just stop talking. >> We got to wait for >> just stop talking. >> As officers moved in to detain her, she erupted again, accusing one of the officers of being racist and claiming he always tries to arrest her. Even as they tried to adjust her handcuffs and calm her down, she kept insisting she was the real victim. >> Yes, ma'am. I will be I will take I will take charge of the case. Okay, ma'am. I just met you, ma'am. >> I This is the first time I met you. I don't know. I don't know. >> I I never met and this officer is a racist and he's always trying to look out for Nick. Nick is the one standing in the middle of the of the parking lot. He doesn't he's not on the board. He has nothing to do with any cameras and he's not nobody's witness. He's not supposed to have access to those cameras. >> All right. And >> this officer always agrees with Nick. He's on the tape. >> Always agreeing with me. >> All of this drama that you guys for me help me out in my building where I live. >> It's a ticket. You guys always lying. >> There is no bond. You're going to get out after your process. You >> process for what? >> You're going to be charged with criminal damage and assault. Sir, I did not crimally damage anything. >> That will be for a judge. That will be for a judge to make the final decision. >> Sir, I did not crimally damage anything. I fixed a camera that was hanging down. >> Okay. Why would you even touch it? Makes no sense. >> Because I live there and it's our building and the president said that the cameras were broken. So, I was fixing broken cameras. You were okay. Whatever. >> I'm talking about how I touch anything. I touch everything in our building. >> Let's not talk about it cuz you're under arrest. We can't talk about it. So, >> no, I'm not nervous. I'm telling you the truth. >> No, I'm telling you we can't talk about it because you're under arrest. If you want to talk to me, that's fine. >> You're arresting me. >> You are under arrest. You're in custody. Crim criminal damage and assault. >> Who did I? >> No, not a not battery and assault. >> I didn't Okay, you guys are trying to make my case. >> No, I'm not making any go to jail. I was not there. >> You're trying to make a case. I did not cause criminal. The karma was broken. >> Okay. And I was pushing it back up. It was hanging down. >> Okay. >> So, am I in trouble for fixing the seat? >> That That's your defense in that. You can tell that to the judge, >> sir. >> And that I'm not >> What judge? >> When you go see a judge, you're going to get a court date. >> Oh my god. You are so Let me call my lawyer. >> When you get Yes. When you when you get to the station, you will be allowed to call your attorney. >> Sir, why are you arresting me for something I didn't do and you didn't listen to my witness? >> Your witnesses? There was someone standing right there with me. >> That's your sister helping me. >> That's your family. >> Excuse you. >> That is my mother's nurse. >> Okay. >> That is my mother's nurse. You always work for Craig Randall and Nick. >> Craig Randle. >> You are a crooked cop and I'm pressing charges against you. You are a crooked, lying, two-faced cop, and you're wrong. This cop on the other hand is nice. >> Chicago, >> you are a crooked cop on the tape. >> Okay. >> And then you guys bring all these cops. I came back there >> to find out what you guys was coming for. She told me he told me he was calling the cops. I was coming back there. >> That's fine. >> Cuz I did nothing. >> Okay. >> And then Annette was taken to jail. But even in the back of the squad car, she didn't calm down for a second. She kept insisting the officer was racist, claiming he was protecting the neighbor she had argued with and accusing him of arresting her before without ever hearing her side. >> You are a crooked cop. You always was and you always with me. I've never been arrested for anything in my life. And since I met you, I've been arrested twice because you insist on instead of hearing both sides of the story. >> You guys never heard my side of the story. You even asked me what happened. No, >> wait. Wait till we get in the station. We'll talk about >> Did you ask me what happened? >> When we get to the station, man, we'll interview. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Just uh in the meantime, >> why don't you guys lie and say it's a ticket? >> Sign and release. >> Sign and release, man. >> Be released. >> So, >> no. No. I don't want to be arrested for something I didn't do. >> And then you will go to court and explain your side of the story to the judge. >> No, he knows I got to go to court in August. He knows that because he's the one that had me arrested. So, he's trying to bring up another case so that you guys can put me in jail. He knows it cuz he's the arresting officer for something I didn't do. I supposed to attack me every time. A person that's not even on the board. I'm on the board at that building. I'm the treasurer at that building. I have every right to fix anything that's broken at that building. bringing him over here to identify somebody. How about I identify him? Where is officer Michael Murphy? >> Uh he he retired. He left. >> Yeah, I need Michael Murphy. Every single time that boy attacked me, Michael Michael Murphy came over. I'm having him come to court and testify against you. Every time you came out, all you did is arrest me. Once we get inside, my finger pops off. >> Yeah, cuz like right there. >> This one right here. >> Yeah. Once we get inside. >> Okay. When I move a certain way, it's cutting off my circulation on my wrist on this side. Okay. Okay. >> He cannot leave me alone with him. Period. >> And you you got to keep In the end, Annette was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Up [music] next, another neighbor from hell who didn't just cross the line. He marched right over it with a knife in his hand. >> You see that? I'm [music] going to stick this up. Y'all >> hand me. Hey, what you doing? You made me drop my turn around. >> I will turn around. >> I will turn around. Why are you behind your back. >> There's two felony charges. One for threats to kill and one for >> aggravated assault. >> On February 28th, 2025, deputies in Flaggler County, Florida, responded to a quiet Palm Coast neighborhood after a Ring camera caught a resident threatening his neighbors with a knife. Months [music] of tension and prior police calls had already set the stage, but no one could predict just how he'd react when deputies showed up. >> He's not going to open up. Roy. Roy. Got it. >> Here. Come here. >> Put your hands up. Put my hands up. >> Wait a minute. Don't. Hey, what are you doing? Hey, you made me drop my turn around. >> I will turn around. >> I will turn around. >> Why are you put your hands behind your back to me? >> I'm resisting. >> I'm not resisting. Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Behind your back. >> I will. Give me a second. Why are you treating me this way? You >> got it. >> Tell me that, will you? >> You're under arrest. >> For what? >> When deputies arrived, they knew he was inside, but he wouldn't answer the door. They tried talking. They tried warning, but he ignored them. So, they waited. And sure enough, he eventually stepped outside. The moment they moved in to arrest him, he resisted immediately. And once he learned why, the situation spiraled even further. What are you What is this all about? Hey, >> can you at least tell me? >> Yep. Let me stand you up. >> Why did you try and just Why did you attack me? >> Cuz you stopped. You weren't listening to us. We told you to turn around, put your hand behind your back >> and then you stop and then you touched up on us. >> I did. I said, "Let me get my phone out of the way." >> That's not how it goes. We tell you what to do, you do it. Understand? >> Don't be such a jerk, man. Stand up. I got you. All right. You >> mean guns or anything? >> No. >> Hey, call Robin. >> Okay. I need to know what I'm arrested for, please. >> All right. So, there's two felony charges against you right now for some incident that happened last night. >> A felony charge. >> Yep. Yep. So, let's put your dog inside real quick and we'll uh You got them. >> Okay. I want to know what they are, please. >> I'll tell you. I'll tell you. Come on. >> And why did you have to Why did you have to manhandle me? I wasn't. >> Yes, I was. >> You looking at me? >> What? I can't look at you. >> Sorry. Walk to the car. >> Start walking >> that way. Look what you did to my phone. >> That way. >> Come on. >> Wait a minute. Time out. Time out. >> No. No. There's no time out. Come on. I'm glad to go >> and do as we say, >> man. Okay, tell me what film he's on. >> So, you got to kill. >> Yep. And act stalking. >> What? >> I I'm not saying that. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> You guys are awesome. He was being arrested for two felony charges stemming from the incident caught on camera the night before. Written threats to kill and aggravated stalking. >> You're the worst people I ever You know, I understand why they call you fellows that first person I heard to say that. >> No, I'm not. >> All right, Roy, real quick. All right, so we're going to start over. All right, I'm deputy with Flight County Sheriff's Office. Okay, I know you just asked a question about your dog. We went ahead and secured him back inside. All right. Um, there was some sort of incident that happened last night between you and your neighbor. Okay. >> I never saw that. >> I'm just I'm just explaining to you why this all happened. All right. Um, based on the investigation by Night Shift, not us, they determined that two felony charges were put against you. One for written threats to and aggravated stalking. Okay? And um that's where we're at right now. Okay? That's why you're in handcuffs and that's why you're going to be taken right to the jail. Okay. >> All right. So, we're just You have a small cut on your hand, so we just have an ambulance coming real quick just to make sure that >> No, I don't want my ambulance. >> You're good. You don't want any uh >> I don't I don't Nope. >> Okay. >> I'm going to show this to my lawyer. >> Okay. Yeah, that's fine. >> No problem. >> Just pull [music] it up one more time for me so I can make sure that we can just tell Med that they don't need to come. >> Yeah. It's not It's not It's not >> Well, here's the thing, sir. When we tell you to put your hands behind your back and not to resist us, you were not. Okay. It took three of us to bring you down. >> No, you did. I was I'd be more than happy to turn around. I had my hands full if you did not notice. Give me a chance just to set that stuff down. And I would have been happy to do that. That's all I was trying to do, dude. >> Okay. Okay. >> And y'all didn't have to treat me that way. I was not [music] going to to to cause you guys any trouble. If you going to arrest me, you're going to arrest me. That's the bottom line. >> The suspect insisted he'd done nothing wrong. He claimed he was being misunderstood, targeted, and mistreated, but deputies had clear evidence showing the threats. >> Okay. So, what happened this morning when we came here? >> What do you mean? >> What happened? >> I went to the I went to >> What happened last night when we came here? I told you I was going to sleep. >> I was That wasn't me. >> But with the deputies that wanted to talk to you last night, you said you're going to sleep and you didn't want to talk to him. >> I'm not talking anymore. >> Okay. Well, that's why things like this happen. Okay. If you would have talked to us the first time, then none of this would have happened. >> Well, >> all right. >> Why is it happening right now then? If I mean it. So, you're taking these people that are >> Well, I wasn't a part of that investigation, sir. So, I'm not even going to discuss anything. >> I don't even know why I'm talking. >> All right. had the radio breaking. >> This wasn't the first time he caused trouble. The night before, deputies had already tried to make contact with him about the incident. But instead of answering the door, he avoided them, even peeking through the window and refusing to speak. With no cooperation and video evidence already in hand, the case moved forward without his side of the story. >> What's going on around? You almost ran over this gentleman. You're blocking in an ambulance. Where do you think that makes sense, >> right? >> You want to find out what happened to your husband? We told you he's going to jail. >> Nobody told me that. >> I heard her on the phone talking to you saying he was going to jail, right? >> Okay. Okay. >> Did you Did you hear that from her? >> Yeah, I heard that. >> Okay. Okay. So, you know he's going to jail. >> Okay. But you all Okay. Who did I talk to on the phone earlier? >> Her. >> No. >> No. He talked to me. >> Okay. So, you said you just want to talk to him. >> Yeah. Which I which we tried numerous times to. We tried last night. He didn't. We tried this morning. He was gone. No, he was not. This he peaked out the window. >> Oh, wow. >> And then last night when they tried to talk to him, he said he was going to bed and they just decided they ignore them. Okay. So, now we try to talk with him and he started resisting us. All right. He has two charges going to jail. He has two charges. >> He has two felony charges against him for an incident that happened last night. >> It was something with the neighbor. >> And I want to apologize to that guy because I would never do that. >> Listen, I'm sorry. I would never do that. I've had to use an ambulance before. >> I'm going to somebody else charging the jail or >> Yeah. Uh >> um do you live in his house? Yeah. Accus and everything. His stuff's right inside on the table inside. Okay. He's going to jail for charges that were happened last night. Were you here last night or No, >> no. I My daughter's been in the hospital. I've been taking care of her and her kids. >> Okay. Clearly something happened between him and the neighbors. >> Okay. >> Okay. There's two felony charges. One for threat and one for >> He didn't threat aggravated assault. >> Okay. >> To her. >> There's video footage, ma'am. Yes. So, he's going to jail for those. >> He tried talking to him. Get us out of the story. He decided not to talk to us last night. Okay. >> We tried talking to him today. Okay, he peaked through the window at us. He didn't come to the door. >> Scared of y'all. >> He left the house. He comes back to the house. That's my car right there. I follow him to the driveway. He tries to hide in the house again. Obviously, we have to go talk to him. He comes to the door, tried to not talk to us. So, now he's going to jail for that, too. >> I was scared of y'all. >> Meanwhile, deputies spoke with his wife who rushed outside confused. She claimed no one told her what was going on, but officers made it clear this wasn't subtle. >> We're in aggravated assault, and resisting. Those are his charges. >> Wait, Sam again. >> We're in Aggravated assault resist aggravated assault. You all >> I have no idea. I didn't handle the call last night. Okay. He woke up this morning with those charges. All we told is go talk to him about it. He didn't want to talk to us. Now he's going to jail. >> It's because he doesn't want to talk to you. >> Yes. Mainly because he has charges. >> How law enforcement works is we have to talk to both sides of the both sides of the instinct. Okay. We only talk to one side. The other one doesn't want to talk to us. We go for just one person side of the disorder. Okay. If he doesn't want to talk to us, probably just get established and let me come look for him. That's what happened. He didn't want to talk to us. If he didn't want to come out and explain himself last night, it could it could have went a different route. But today, he did not. >> Cuz the woman, we're just tired of her. >> Like like the deputy said, I suggest you do not go on our property. >> Do not knock on our door. That will make the case 100 times worse if you do that. >> I will not. >> Leave it alone. Let it go through the court system. >> I will not. >> I don't need any more trouble. Where is he? In a car. >> He's already gone. >> Yes. So it is an act of violence. There will be no bond to see a judge tomorrow morning. >> What' you say now? >> It's an act of violence. So you will not see a jud no bond judge tomorrow morning. >> Now with video evidence and two felony charges on the table, there was no more talking it out. The moment he kept dodging those conversations, this stopped being a misunderstanding and turned into an arrest. >> And just to clarify, you do have the keys of the house, correct? >> The dogs inside and his properties on the table inside the door to the left. Okay. >> This is not good. This is This is why we don't trust you all because you >> and you committed a crime. >> The thing is there is evidence. There's video evidence of what he did last night. So when he go out of jail, >> when you get out of jail tomorrow, you can read the police report. >> Well, my daughter's trying to look it up, but you could not find it cuz >> you're not going to. >> It's not in records yet. >> He's going to have his own copy of the report tomorrow morning. He's going to call the [music] charging update. He'll be given a copy of it. You could read it. >> Okay. And then also there's evidence, good evidence. Otherwise, we wouldn't be making this arrest right now. There's solid evidence of the crime he committed last night. All right. Did he touch anybody? >> No. >> Okay. As long as you make a threat to somebody and you're able to carry out this threat. So, you made a threat last night. You're able to carry this threat out. This this person was in fear. That's why he's going to jail. >> She's she's always in fear. >> I don't know what's wrong with you guys, but >> yeah. And one day our dog was barking. And And she's like, they say the dog can't bark. She walks outside [music] and says, "You're 3 minutes. You're 3 minutes into your 20. She has done this. >> I feel like we've answered all your questions about this. >> I know you have and I'm sorry. I just need somebody to talk to. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. And please apologize to that. I wasn't trying to hit him. I I was trying to get out of the way so cars could get by. That's all I was trying to do. I would never do that. I had to send my daughter to the ambulance in an ambulance last week. I would never do that. >> So, just know for now he'll call you once he's done being in process of the death. In the end, the suspect was charged with written threats to kill or commit bodily harm, aggravated stalking, and resisting arrest. He was booked into the Sheriff Perry Hall detention facility where he remains in custody. Moving on, what should have been a quiet block turned toxic when a racist neighbor decided pepper spray was the solution. >> Was it like [music] >> was it like a mist or was it like a spray? >> No, it was a mist and it was brown. >> Do you all have any residue on your skin? >> Well, I don't I know it's in my chest cuz I can feel it here. >> I have no peace here. Black people are nice. You know the difference between [music] black people and >> it's nice. >> On August 14th, 2024, deputies were called to a quiet Nevada neighborhood after a woman reported that her nextdoor neighbor sprayed bear mace over the fence at her and her young child. This wasn't a first time argument. This was the moment months of tension finally boiled over. >> Hey honey. >> Hey. What's going on? >> So me and my and my they were just out here um back >> doing bubbles. >> Okay. And my neighbor, she out every day. Every day. I called the police. Yeah. She's sitting there with her camera >> and I and she has cameras. So she she I don't know if she watches, but she she can pull that camera footage probably back up. She walked to that gate and spray bear bear mace or whatever at me and my and my if you walk probably that way, you can still smell it cuz it got in my like into my chest or whatever. But then she walked back and sat down and she every day is like, "Oh, you you and get out of my neighborhood and where like this is like we have footage of her of that." But >> that's [music] like But I wish I would have had her just now. She literally walked to that gate right here. >> How far were y'all standing? >> We were right here. I feel like I had my baby throw the little thing down. So we were standing right here. >> Right here. >> Yeah. Cuz she had her thing >> and she was at the fence. >> Yeah. She said the other day when she was out here, I wasn't here. I had a graduation yesterday and I was getting my stuff done. So, I didn't know that this is her second time. My daughter said she did it to her while she was out playing in the pool and told her she wish she drowned and I didn't know nothing about that until I just called the police. >> She sprayed then too. >> Yes. But I didn't know anything about that time cuz I wasn't here and she just told me she sprayed it and I told her I didn't. >> And that was when you said >> when I got my eyebrows done yesterday Thursday. >> Thursday. >> Thursday. >> So, yesterday? >> Yeah. Okay. Do you want medics just to check y'all out or? >> Well, my chest is hurting a little bit. I don't know. But she should have that big old whatever. I thought the lady had a damn gun, honestly, because they say she pulled the gun on those people over on the other side of her. So, I don't know if she's >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, I didn't know where she at. >> Want medics to come check you out? >> I just had some water and I just dropped a little bit of gadel. >> I'm going to see if I can try and smell it when I walk over here. Was it like >> Was it like a mist or was it like a smell? Oh, it was a miss and it was brown. Like I've never seen >> Who was all out with you? You >> just me and not her and my >> Okay. What What did she say when she she walked up and did it? Like what was she saying? >> She just say, "You stupid." And just and just spray it. That's it. And that's that's her favorite. Like I'm not even My daughter probably got 100 recordings of her. Like this is like >> Would it be all right if I can see one of the recordings? >> Yeah. Feel like she's sotted down when Yep. That whatever. Yeah. Yeah, >> cuz she had just I'm going to say whatever she had just sat down with it and I had to grab the phone tried to get it the whatever that big old black thing is. That's what she came to the fence and sprayed. >> What does it look like? >> Like it looked That's what I said. >> Is it have a canister? >> Yeah, like a canister. >> What color is the canister? >> Black. It all looked like it was the handle was black, too. like it all looked at black and then she sprayed I was like I didn't know what she had and then she held it up and sprayed it in like a big old black mist and it was so like that's I was like it must be bare mace cuz I done Id been sprayed with regular mace before. >> Are you wanting to press charges? >> Yes. Okay. >> When deputies arrived the suspect identified as Ida refused to come out insisting everyone was lying despite neighbors having clear video of her approaching the fence and spraying. The victim explained that just days earlier, the same neighbor had sprayed while her daughter played in the pool, but the suspect's version told a completely different story. >> Do you all have any residue on your skin? >> Well, I don't I know it's in my chest cuz I can feel it here. Like I can feel it. And I'm trying to find these other videos cuz I know I have more videos of this lady doing stuff, but it's barely just >> And then they would tell me she'll make like when they walk past she'll make like gun sounds like um >> Hello. So, um, so what's going on today? >> Them people keep making threats. >> Mhm. Like, so >> they're going to come over. They're going to beat my ass. >> Mhm. >> And they're going to smash my face in. >> Okay. >> Cut the little kids up to come over to the fence and throw stuff at me cuz all I do is sit on my back porch and read. I don't know who they are. >> Mhm. >> I couldn't even tell you their names. >> I don't have nothing to do with them and I don't talk to them. >> Okay. So, what happened today? She come over to my fle they they keep trip cell phone thing. I don't know what it is. They they put the little cell phone in the little kid's hand. Make them come over to the fence and they tell them to say stuff. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And then they hold the cell phone up like this here. >> To do what? >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> Trying something. And then she that woman she keeps saying she's going to take care of me. Okay. What's exact? What she's saying exactly? >> Huh? >> What she say exactly? >> I can't hear her. >> Okay. >> I can only see her the motions and what have you. Okay. >> Okay. >> But they sit on that back porch over there and they'll come out and they'll pay something down that fence saying stuff. I ignore them. >> Mhm. you know, and they just back and [music] forth, back and forth, and then finally they'll go in one door, out the back door, pat something shut and down and the front door, out the back door, patient down. And that one guy over there, I don't know, there's a whole bunch of them. There's supposed to be four people, a man, a woman, and two children. >> Mhm. >> There are 10 people living there. Okay. [music] But then he takes paces up and down the fence line [music] and makes all kinds of horrible noises, whistles, you know. >> Mhm. >> I have no peace here. >> Ida insisted she was the one being targeted. According to her, the neighbors had been threatening to beat her up, sending their kids to the fence to taunt her and recording her every move. She claimed she stayed on her porch and kept to herself and that the entire situation was an ongoing setup designed to provoke her. >> Black people are nice. You know the difference between black people and >> I hope you do anyway. But black people and I work for black people. I like black people. I have some know some [clears throat] real good black people. I don't like >> Mhm. >> There's a lot of drugs going on over there. A lot of cars coming in over there. >> It's important. >> Okay. And and that pot comes over. >> Okay. >> Okay. I mean, I get a second hand of all that dope they're smoking and they smoke dope. >> Okay. >> Matter of fact, Gary can tell you that across the street, the lady on the other end down there and tell you that. >> Okay. So, I'm not going to let them hurt me. >> Okay. >> I will use whatever means I have to. >> And what did you do today? >> I used pepper spray at them. >> Okay. You p >> Did you spray it? Did it them? Like what? What? Where? Where did you spray it from? from my right outside of my door. I didn't spray to hit them. I just want to let them know I have some protection. >> So, you didn't like go up to the gate and start spraying like at them and the kids or anything like that? >> One big shot of spray in the [music] air. >> Okay. >> I have a taser and I will use every I can get my hands on. >> I want to go down and file charges, >> but I don't know their name. >> Okay. And I called on her and and they >> So that's that's what that's what you call us for, >> huh? >> That's what you call us for when you know few weeks ago, months ago, however long this has been going on. You call us when this happens so that you don't have to. >> You'll do anything. You'll do it. >> I mean, it's better than not calling us and us not doing anything, right? Cuz at least when you call us, we at least know about it so that when we come out here for something else, we we kind of know the situation. Cuz this is the first time I've been out here that I know of. Well, there was She called them on me before. >> Mhm. >> They came out. And >> what happened then? >> Nothing. >> But what? Like, no. What happened? Why Why did they Why did she call? What did she do? What did you do? >> I was sitting on my back porch reading. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And I yelled at the kids, I think, twice, cuz I scream in their top of their [music] lungs. I told them to shut up. >> Mhm. >> They don't have to scream [music] that way. And >> she didn't like that. >> No. And you know, they didn't like that one bit. So the the two girls over there, they always telling me to kiss their ass. They'll bend over and stick their heads up at me and go kiss my ass. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And that woman, she's did the same thing. Tell me to kiss her. You know, they bend over, stick it up, and put their finger right there and look at me. You can tell what they're saying. While speaking with deputies, the Ida tried to turn the situation around entirely, claiming the neighbors were involved in illegal activity, using illegal substances, and causing trouble in the area. >> They don't like me sitting on my back porch, and I'm going to sit in the back. >> And you can do that. That's your property. You can do that all you want. >> I do. >> That's fine. >> Then I pay a price. Two of us. >> So then, so then when they do something or they say something or they're harassing you, you document it. You call us. You get it on camera. Show us them doing that to you over and over and over again and we can work towards something being harassment. >> Oops. >> But I will use every means I have available to protect myself and they keep making threats. >> But so if they stay on their side of the fence though, you you can't be doing that type of stuff. Okay. >> Doing what type of stuff? >> Spraying mace at them if they're on their side of the fence cuz now they're on their property. >> They come they come off on their property at night >> to your property. Mhm. >> So then call us so we can do something. >> But if they're on their property, you can't stay on your property and spray bait or bear mace or anything. >> That if they're still on their property, you cannot do that. >> So I know you already told him what kind of what's what's kind of going on between y'all. >> I can't really I don't know what's wrong with them. >> Yeah, >> it's okay. Pumpers, >> they do drugs. >> Okay. I mean, everybody in the neighborhood knows that there everybody's watching. >> Mhm. >> They're keep making threats to me. >> Especially those two girls and that one woman. >> Okay. >> Okay. Uh for some reason, I don't have I don't have nothing to do with them. I don't talk to them. I don't even can't even tell you who they are. >> Mhm. >> Okay. But I do get out and walk. I had to pick up their trash out of my yard. Bags of dirty baby diapers. >> Mhm. thrown over my I don't know who did it, but they were dirty baby diapers and that's the only baby over there that I know of. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, there's a lot going on. >> Okay. >> Um they keep telling me how they're going to punch my face in. They're going to take and come over and beat the hell out of me. >> Ida kept on insisting she was the one being threatened, but the officers had already heard the full story and they weren't fooled. So, she was served what she deserved. >> All right, Miss Ayah. >> Cuz I haven't done anything except live in my house. >> Yes, ma'am. I understand. At this time, though, I do need you to put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> No, you don't do that to me. >> Ma'am, please. Don't Don't fight us. Don't fight us. >> Ma'am, I'll move them to the front. >> What are you asking me for? >> Okay. It's going to be simple battery. Okay. >> No, I haven't touched anybody. >> I got you. I need you to put your hands behind your back. >> Ma'am, Miss Aya, >> no. >> I got to take care of this animal. >> Is there anybody that we can call for you? No. >> Okay. So, >> we we'll take care of the dog. We'll let him inside. >> I'll put him inside. Okay. >> What are you going to do? We >> I'm going to let your dog inside. >> No, but what what are you trying to do with me? >> You're going >> They're being placed under arrest. >> For what? >> For a simple battery. I just >> I haven't touched anybody. >> I need you to put your hands behind your back. >> Miss Ayah. >> Ma'am, don't make this difficult. >> I got arthritis in my shoulders. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Well, so yep. So, don't fight us and it just we'll get it to the front. I don't understand what you're trying to do here. I haven't done a damn thing. Okay. Can I call somebody? >> We'll figure that We'll figure that out in a minute. Who are you trying to call? >> My grandson. >> Yeah, we'll we'll work on that. >> Do you know Do you know his phone number? >> Not right off the top of my head. He's supposed to >> So where So where's your phone? Do you want us to do you want us to grab it and bring it with you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Okay. No, wait a minute. >> No, we're not stalling. I need you to car. It's either we grab the phone. >> You want them to see you see you do this, don't you? The officers sensed that the woman's behavior wasn't likely to improve anytime soon, but they left the scene since her trashy verbal outbursts were directed at them and [music] not anyone else. However, it didn't take long before the neighbors called back this time reporting that she was making serious threats directly toward them. >> The neighbor is over there, Galania, currently, correct? >> Yep. Uh would you be willing to uh aid in prosecution if we can develop uh some sort of criminal threats from this? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Um what is she saying to you? >> She told me that she's going to shoot me in my head. That her gun is on her way down here. She's going to set my house on fire. That I'm dead to her. She knows I lose everything. Like she's called me several times. >> Okay. We just have to tell you all this. >> But I'm just saying, do you guys like as just as people, not as cops, you guys understand that that like really sucks. Like if someone were to come to your house, were you going on vacation and take your wife from you? >> At this point, you should not be saying stuff like that. I'm just saying like as a person that you said Nick was the one who called. >> No, Justin. >> Justin, >> I can understand that it's extremely difficult situation, >> but there's just other stuff going on. >> So, on our side as professionals, >> I understand, but as but as a person, we understand how shitty that would be. >> Yep. >> The suspect desperately [music] tried to make the officers understand her side of why she was a little upsetty spaghetti, but they stuck to procedure and prepared her for transport to jail. This is so long on vacation right now. >> So, what were you saying to your neighbor? >> I told her she was a snitch and that she should have let my husband hide. >> What else? >> And then I hope she did with anything else. >> No, I hope she like she should have let him hide or he should have ran. I just I just wanted everything to go back to normal and just go on vacation with my husband. >> Did you threaten her at all? Did you say you're gonna her with a gun? >> No, I don't even have a gun. I wish you would have done something other than tattle on him, but I should I shouldn't have said those things, but no, I don't have anybody that can bring me. I don't have anybody that could do that. I didn't say that. >> And you were aware that your husband, Nicholas, was in the house, right? >> No, I did not know he was in the house. Well, >> he had just gotten he had [clears throat] just gotten here. He hadn't been in the house. The first time he came in the house was when he saw you guys. He had just gotten here. >> Exactly. I'm sorry. >> Okay. Well, how am I supposed to believe you when you were already lying to us before and now? How am I supposed to believe you about this? >> Well, because I was trying to protect my husband. >> Well, now you're probably trying to protect yourself is what I'm getting at. >> But no, I'm not. I own everything that I said and that's what I said to her. >> Don't you think that in front of my daughter? Don't you think I've learned my lesson? Don't you think I'm not going to lie to you anymore? >> No, I think you are lying to me again. >> But I'm not lying to you. >> Your daughter's not even here right now. We're just here. >> I know that. But this my daughter's in the house by herself right now waiting for her grandma. Okay. And I'm supposed to be on vacation right now. >> I'm so I'm sorry.
