She is a smart girl. Like, why in the hell? She should have just literally I told her be careful cuz I did not as a parent, I didn't feel right about something. But she's 27 years old. I'll be 27 next month, so I couldn't really, you know, I'm like, be careful. >> At the end of the day, we, like I said, we gave her more than enough opportunity than we would usually give somebody, seeing that she was extremely intoxicated to go home, but she just insisted on keep trying to fight this one. >> To be honest with you, I don't even think she saw us there. >> Probably didn't. >> I mean, we were sitting right at the front door. I just wish somebody would have called me. I could I'm literally 7 minutes away. But like I said, >> I'm like just laying there and something just mother's intuition. I'm like something's not right. Something's not right. And I'm looking at her location and I'm looking at her location is here. And I start to come. I'm like, "Okay, she's just a few minutes away from the house." And as I'm seeing her location and I keep calling and keep calling and keep calling, it's passing her house and it's saying Gun Club. And I'm like, what the >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. >> So, I don't know how it's going to she >> She'll be out in the morning. >> She'll be out in the morning. She has They probably won't be able to release her because of how intoxicated she was. >> Um, so they might have to hold her until she soers up a little bit, but she has we gave her a court date. >> Okay. >> So, but she she had >> she will be let go tomorrow or if she had a judge or anything. uh if she doesn't get released, she'll probably go see the judge, but it'll be it's an O charge. It's a misdemeanor. >> Okay. >> And and if I'm being 100% honest, I don't The other girl that was here, >> she wanted to press charges at the time, but when it comes down to it, she probably is not going to want to press charges. Oh my. This girl has, when I tell y'all, she has a really good job. And she only came out for this young lady's birthday. >> Who was the birthday? Who's the birthday? >> Her name Jessica. >> Okay. >> Hispanic. Um, chick. Very nice. That's And that's the only reason why I came out. I said, "Okay." >> I don't know why she We didn't Nobody like came to her defense. It was kind of just her >> trying to fight the other girl. And then the other girl's friends were like trying to to stop it, but she just kept coming back and back and kept trying to fight. >> She she probably got hot. She probably got >> something told me. But I told y'all something told >> it's probably it's it's the alcohol that I'm telling you. She was severely intoxicated. She probably had no idea what she was doing >> and she won't in the morning. She won't. >> We literally yelled at her multiple times to stop. >> Yeah, she probably won't. And that's the And that's the thing. She was telling me, she said, "Mom, I'm I'm I'm" And this was, she was doing really good. She was like, "I'm I'm trying to stop, you know, drinking because it takes me to another place." And I told her, I said, "Yeah." And she was doing really really well, but I didn't really think anything else of it because she knows Jessica. I know Jessica. So, I just said like, "Okay, 2 and 1/2 hours for me." You know, I really drinking. I was tired. I've been working all long hours. >> Just take me home. you know, I you know, so I said, "Are you >> How long ago was that?" >> I got She dropped me off maybe about two cuz we left at 11:00. >> She must have did some Was she like so like relatively sober? >> She seemed like it. She seemed like it to me. She seemed like it to me. >> She must have did some drinking when you when she came back here cuz she was >> Yeah, she seemed like it to me. I like I said, I was like I said, we were sitting at the bar. It wasn't cuz I didn't do a lot because again I'm I'm tired and I just and I could I couldn't go to bed. That's why I was like, "Okay, >> what does she do for work? What am I?" >> She does accounting. Oh, >> we both do. We're both accountants for two different companies. >> That's what I'm saying. She does a good job. She >> It seemed like everybody inside, even though that she was causing an issue for everybody, >> kind of just wanted her to leave, >> right? But we just so happened to be sitting out there of us sitting out there, you know, and it's like we can't really turn an eye on her trying to fight somebody. >> Right. Right. >> So >> somebody something some she's not a type of person and not not saying because it's my daughter. Somebody said something to her. I can't I can't tell you this girl's name cuz it like the paperwork that she signed, but it sounded like the argument started over um your daughter walking up to her and saying something like like she knew her. This this girl allegedly doesn't know your daughter. >> Okay. >> But I guess what your daughter was saying to her was making her think that she knew her. >> Okay. >> Basically like take care of your kids or something like that. I don't know. I Yeah. I don't I wasn't inside the bar so I can't really >> Right. >> I can't really say whatever she told me is actually true either. So >> Okay. So she you think she'll be able to get out tomorrow or >> she her charges are misdemeanor charges. So they're they're >> the only reason that they would hold her is for her safety because she was so drunk, >> right? >> So that would be the only reason to hold her. >> Okay. >> Um so I'm sure they'll let her take a little nap. >> Okay. >> Wake her up, see how she's doing, and probably let her go. >> Pick her up. >> Yeah. You're you're more than welcome to um I don't know that the number down there. Um there's a deputy in the lobby the whole time. So like if you rate like another like it depends on how she acts when she gets in there. >> Yeah.
