On March 9th, 2026, at approximately 11:48 p.m., officers responded to a residence in reference to a suspicious incident involving a reported threat. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the reporting party who was speaking erratically and unable to clearly explain the reason for calling. >> Full entrance in. >> How you doing? >> Full entrance in. Your officers in. >> So, what's happening? >> Uh, I'm giving your officers per full permission to enter in. Okay. >> I'm recording in my pocket and pocket. Come on. >> What is happening? >> Tell me what's happening. >> Uh, there's not going to be any coming on the street. >> Tell me what's happening. Why did you call us? >> There is three tenants here that don't belong here. >> There's three tenants that don't belong here. >> Yes, sir. >> So, they're not tenants. >> And I have audio. >> Okay. Are they tenants or not? >> Absolutely not. This guy threatened me with a crowbar. >> What guy? as well as >> Is it any one of those two gentlemen? >> And I have the audio record. >> Is it any one of those two gentlemen? >> It's not Archurro. It's the big guy upstairs with the uh tank top on. >> What's his name? >> The guy there is in the instant. >> What's What's the guy up that threatened you upstairs? What's his name? >> He would not tell me his name. He just said >> So he doesn't live here? >> He doesn't. No. No. >> What's he guest? >> How How did he get in here? Um >> he's a guest of someone. >> He's my guest. He's your guest. Okay. >> How you doing, sir? >> Yes, sir. >> Is this the gentleman you're referring to? Do >> do you have any paper with your man? Is this your guest? >> It doesn't matter. I've already went down and talked to the city commissioner, Donnie Lee, as well as the city court clerk. Um, my eviction status >> is exactly legally sound. Um, there's no reason why I should have to leave this residence. She has to file a default, >> right? >> I did this roof. I mean, >> $9,000 worth of top. >> Relax. >> No, you're good. >> Do you get mail here? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. How long have you been getting a mail here? >> Uh, three and a half months. >> Three and a half months. >> Yes, sir. >> Do you have your ID on? >> Yes, sir. But I I do not need to supply you with my ID because I've not done anything wrong, sir. >> You're part of you're you're a part of this. >> So you do need to supply potential victim, right? >> You called in an assault, so you have to >> you can't try to play me. >> Let me get out there, man. So the homie and the black and then the other guy, they don't belong here. >> Okay, listen. Just have a seat for me. >> They're not tenants. >> That's fine. >> Peter, why don't you can you Does this chair uh is it workable? Can you sit down for a minute? I don't know. It's got a like a hole. >> I am in the presence of my own home. I gave you entrance into the property of my own home, which I have a key for. >> I do not need to sit down for you. >> You're right. But I'm just trying to see if you want to calm down and just take a seat. >> But I am not uncal. And you're telling me that I need to calm down. >> But you just told us your anxiety. You don't want to store up your anxiety. >> No. No. No. No. So I was just never said any word about anxiety. >> Okay. All right. >> So this >> You know what? You're right. You're right. >> I >> You're right, Peter. >> We just need to see your ID. Okay. >> Yeah. No trouble, man. >> He lives here. I do. >> I got this. You got your ID, buddy? >> If not, it's okay. >> My ating jail. >> You lost your ID at the jail. >> Okay. Can I just see that one right there? >> Yeah, it's fine. >> That's fine. >> Yeah. What I'm saying is sound and I hear video 94. >> I know. I heard you. >> Okay. Your birthday's on here yet. >> Hey, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> That's okay. Oh, you're good. You're good. I'll give this one back to you. >> I'm sorry. >> That's okay. >> No, I didn't talk to you ID when you're ready. >> Last time. >> Yeah, I remember. >> Last night when I got arrested last night, this lady was like calling me Steve. >> I'll stand by the liquor store. >> What happened last night? I wasn't working last night. >> Dude, >> what happened? >> This chick said that like I've been accused of stealing liquor from like like or like she didn't say liquor, she said wine from 3 months ago. And I'm like, yo, no. And she's like, no, you're trespassed. You're not allowed here. And then I'll show you the video. >> This all happened last night. And this is all going to be recording while this video is playing. >> That's fine. That's fine. Did >> you just talking about last night? I don't know what happened last night. I wasn't working. So, >> let me show you. >> So, this is the from the store. >> There's a police officer outside of your store. So this guy and you're holding the right but you're threatening violence against trespass where this couple times public in front of right here where I chose and he tried to fight me and then this guy and the green did not mark himself as an officer and attack me and tack him in from behind and I got the best of him and he didn't charge me with any Leo battery or nothing knowing he's a Leo. >> Um, >> did you see any of his video? >> I didn't. >> No, he nothing. >> So, what video do you have? >> Oh, he's talking about tonight. >> Yeah. Yeah, tonight. Tonight. Yeah, >> cuz you you said you had video of something >> where he's threatening you. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> You live here? Yes, I for three and a half months right there. >> Okay. >> And they entered my room. >> How do you know they >> while I was at work? >> How do you know they entered your room? >> Cuz they removed all my clothes. >> How do you know they entered your room? >> Cuz they removed all my clothes from >> How do you know they removed your clothes from >> Cuz I have a camera in my room. >> Show me that footage. >> Okay. So, look. >> How about let's start there? Cuz that seems like that's what this set set this whole thing off. So, why don't you show me the the >> This guy tried to attack me. >> Hey, Peter. Peter, one thing at a time. >> Show me the footage. >> Can you show them the footage? >> No. >> Show me the footage of him of them going into your room. >> So, there is no one else that lives at our residence and no other keyholder. I'm the primary keyholder as of court clerk city registration along with >> Are you saying you're the only person that lives here? >> I am the only key holder to >> Okay. No, no, that's not that's my question. My question is are you the only one that lives here? >> So, originally when I rented here, no one lived No one lived here >> right now. Does anybody live here other than you? >> No one lived here. >> Okay. Not past tense. Right now. No. Don't tell me. Wait. Answer my question. Does anybody live here right now besides you? >> No one. >> No one lives in here beside you. >> Arturo and so then they do live here. Okay. So >> what what's >> So these three other people, they have came in. This guy threatened to attack me. >> Okay. Show me the video. Show me the video that you said you have of them going into your room and removing your clothes from the hangers. And then you No, it does matter >> because you made I protected. Okay. So, >> and then Peter, you also said you had a like a a recording of them threatening you. Can you provide us with the that you got to show us something, man. So under my rights and protected in lure rent under the statues of Monroe to Florida County um I have tenants within my building that don't live here that are threatening me. >> I have a legitimate >> reason show me the video that you say you have. >> The reason why >> show me the video that you have that you said that where they're threatening you. >> I never said I had a threat. You said you had a chapter 83 of the statutes. You have established rights as a tenant regardless of whether your rent is paid in cash. >> We're not we're not the people living here and have been resident since January. >> We're not we're not that's not what we're questioning, Peter. >> Okay. So, >> what we're questioning is you said somebody threatened >> under the assumption that Okay. under the assumption that >> under the assumption that >> my landlord tenants that I'm going >> so do you want to talk to us or do you want to talk to your phone? >> Um, >> do you want to talk to us or do you want to talk to your phone? >> Talk to y'all down here. >> Okay, go down here. >> Okay, go down here. >> You know him, right? >> Yes, very well. He is signal 20 signal 60 if you may say so. Here's the bottom line. Came home, the guy that drives the truck right here, the dude in the black tank top and black pants. >> Yes. >> Came at me with a crowbar. >> He said, "You're not allowed here. You're going to get the out." Um, the other guy tried to chime in. Helena kind of just stood in the background. >> Guy sitting there. >> Yeah. Yeah. He tried to chime in. Helena Helena stood in the background and cried. >> Okay. >> Um, >> I did the best I could to deescalate the situation. I uh had done every proper procedure legally that I'm supposed to do within my right and follow my statutes. >> Uhhuh. >> And uh so she has once again breached the entrancey of my privacy after the corny. Sorry, my bad. >> County court clerk >> Mhm. >> told her that she is not to be within my room touching anything. >> Okay. Can I ask you a question? >> Until we see a judge. She cannot file a default. I am not a transient occupant. I've been here over res. So, let me ask you a question. Yeah. >> You said you have a camera in your room, right? >> I was just sitting on my phone. So, so do you have a video or anything saying that they were going to assault you? Anything of that nature? Like on your phone? >> Do you have any sort of >> You said you had a recording or something. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Let me Yeah, let's pull that up. >> Okay. Listen, >> who's Is that your float container? >> What? >> Your float container? >> Yeah. Is that your marijuana over there? >> Float? >> Yeah. In the pipe. The The marijuana. container. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. That's what I just want to make sure. >> Yes. And then this the whole basis of the problem here is they smoked delta and pot. Okay. >> And they went into my room and stole my medication. >> So this is this is this is where we're at now. All right. >> Okay. >> There was a piece of paper signed from the clerk of courts and a power of attorney of a 7-day eviction notice. >> But it wasn't a legal sit down. >> No, I filed my proper I read >> eviction notice and I talked to the city court. I need to speak to your supervisor. >> So regardless, this was signed this was signed on the 22nd of February. All right. >> So today >> today's the what? >> The March 10th. >> So that's 15 days. >> I have responded. >> So I have responded. >> You are I'm going to tell you right now cuz if you fail to come off the property, you're just going to get arrested for trespassing. All right. >> But I have responded to >> Have a seat. You're going to start walking up on me. All right. I've responded to my notice >> and I have proper I responded and went to 503 >> city commissioner court clerk >> just come this way >> and responded to my notice and I'm not on meth you can piss test me >> this [ __ ] got eviction notice so he does not want to leave >> there's no eviction notice there's a 7-day illegal property eviction notice illegal okay the power of attorney as assigned and clerked. So again, you are now >> pull up my notes from Commissioner Lee where the 7-day illegal eviction notice was illegal and not properly served by the Monroe County Court Kirk's office and I went to the proper steps. >> Peter, we are give you this is my last subject. The sergeant's on his way already. Okay, wait a second. Regarding the notice, >> while the notes don't explicitly name Commissioner Lee, they document the specific details you mentioned about the improper service and the legal inaccuracies you encountered. Regardless of the proper source of notice, you recorded audio of the claim that the 7-day notice contract came from the Key West Police Department, which contradicts standard legal procedure where notices are typically served by a landlord or a process server, not the police. Contested legal advice. >> Can we pull up the audio comprehension where I was told by officer house that they won't be involved in civil matters? Your records and the relevant Florida statutes support your account of the situation. I've pulled together the details from your notes and the legal context regarding Officer Holmes and the 7-day notice. One, the civil matter refusal. Your notes reflect a contradiction in how the situation was handled. While you were told by officer Holmes that the police won't be involved in civil matters, you also recorded audio of your landlord claiming the 7-day notice came from the Key West Police Department. The legal reality, Officer Holmes, is technically correct that police do not issue or serve civil eviction notices. That is a function of the court clerk and process servers. The discrepancy. If your landlord claimed the notice came from the KWPD, they were misrepresenting the legal process. Police only become involved in an eviction at the very end of a court case to execute a rid of possession. Two, the 30-day versus 10day rule errors. You noted that officer Holmes lied or gave incorrect info about these rules. Under Florida statute section 83.57, the rules for month-to-month tenencies changed recently. Rule your note/experience actual Florida law 2024 to 2026 >> notice period. >> This is a recording too. This is all AI Peter >> 30-day confusion. 30 days as notice is now required to terminate a monthto-month teny increased from 15. Now explain to the officer in front of me because he's innocent of the work in L of rent statute that protects me as well as the $1,000 that I gave to the landlord owner >> to the officer present. Under Florida statute section 83.43 this resident is a legal tenant by definition even without a cashonly lease. One, work in lie of rent is a legal tenency. Florida law recognizes that rent can be paid in the form of labor law. Stat section 83.4313. The agreement. The resident has performed specialized labor including a $1,700 hot tub removal and $750. Yeah, I see that as part of a work. You're being reported right now. That's fine. But listen to me. >> But but no, no, you're going to listen to me because I don't know any I I didn't see the paper. >> I didn't but I know. But you want to talk over me. I didn't see the paper. I don't know anything about the eviction letter. Okay. Officer Osborne saw that. I didn't see it. >> I've only talked to you since I've been here. Correctain, Peter. Stop talking to your phone and listen to me. >> Rice that Commissioner Lee gave me. Stop talking to your phone and listen to me. >> Please put your phone down. >> Yes, sir. >> I wasn't on the specific context of Monroe County and the steps you have taken. Here are the rights that apply to your situation. Particularly regarding >> and listen to me. That's all I'm asking. Okay. I wasn't here for any of the eviction process. How do you expect me to know exactly what happened in the eviction process if I wasn't here for any of it? You good? >> Just answer that. >> You're good. >> So, I got some grimy slum lords on some tweaker [ __ ] like this dude trying to bully me out. I know my legal statutes and my legal rights. I've taken legal steps and processes. I am not a transient occupant. I've been here for over 3 months. Made a super good agreeance. Did a bunch of work. And on top of that, I'm not high on any drugs. You can piss test me if you want. Um, >> I can't do that. >> So, like, I am protected under my legal statutes as well as the counter claim that I gave the day after the detainer summons was given to me. >> All right. So, Okay. So, I responded to the detainer summon that was given to me with the proper provided information and all the tools for my Google work place. And now I have police telling me here intervening saying that I have to leave. Is this legal? >> It is not legal for the police to force you to leave at this stage under Florida law. Okay, but listen to me. >> Chapter 83, though. >> But you're you're not listen by the >> Peter. Shut the [ __ ] up and listen. You're not listening to me at all now. You're being violent. >> I'm not I'm not But you keep talking. That's fine. You can record me all you want. I'm recording, too. But you're not listening to what I'm saying. And you keep trying to talk over me. Stop that [ __ ] >> No, I'm not. But you're not listening at all whatsoever. You're just wanting to talk to your phone and listen to your phone. You're not listening to me. >> I'm not trying to kick you out. I don't know nothing about this tenant issue. >> All right, then. We should stop at that. My bad. >> Sit down. Come over here. Sit down. >> We stop at that. >> Exactly. >> But I'm letting you know I know my rights and I followed a >> That's fine. >> steps and procedures and there's no way any >> I don't know nothing about that. Listen, Peter. I don't know nothing about that. I don't know nothing about that. Okay. I'm trying to ask questions and you're just talking to your phone. So I'm I'm done talking to I'm done talking to this you >> exactly and then >> and you don't want to provide us any details about that. So then I went into something else. >> I'm under attack but you >> you're not under attack. You are being recorded right now. >> That's fine. You can record me all you want. >> So I did not provide you details of anything but I told you completely that the guy upstairs with the black tank top on and the black shirt on had a crowbar. Then he came down >> and you said you had a video of it. There's no video. You said you had a recording of it. There's no recording. >> It doesn't matter. Is this person a tenant here? >> I don't know. I didn't get that far. I've only talked to you, haven't I? >> So, under Florida state law. >> See, there you go. Talking to your phone again. >> If someone is in my residence threatening me with a weapon that doesn't live at this residence, then please show up here. Am I in my legal right to attack that person? You're not going to attack anybody >> in a situation where someone is threatening you with a weapon. Florida law provides strong protections for your right to defend yourself. However, it is critical to understand the legal boundaries to ensure your actions are classified as justifiable use of force. What if I'm told by a police officer that I can't provide proof of this person trying to attack me, but I called that police officer as a call to help? If an officer tells you that you cannot provide proof or refuses to take your evidence after you called for helping a breakdown in standard procedure under Florida law and the victim's given no evidence at all. >> You have specific protections right to be heard. >> Yeah, that's what AI is telling you. That's not the facts of the matter. >> Constitutional right to be heard when relevant. You have given me no evidence at all right to be heard and relevant. >> You're right and you were heard but you have not provided any evidence >> and and you're right cuz they talk to other people. You have provided no evidence to me and I've asked you several times >> what do I do if a officer is intimidating me on my own property where I have done absolutely nothing wrong where I'm in completely legal standing of >> you called us dude. If an officer is intimidating you on property where you have a legal right to be, you are protected by specific Florida laws because you have established res have a labor for rent agreement and have already filed a response to the summon with the clerk. You are in a position amendment right. >> We're going to figure this out either way. You're going to stay here for whatever time. If there's if there's problems that are keep coming, why are you going to put yourself in the situation, you know? >> Um, >> so >> so >> if they get the eviction notice, then you have to abide by it. >> But >> if you're going to stay here, >> document that officer, >> go ahead. >> Sonich, I legally presented him with >> presented me. fact that I was attacked by a person within my home and then I will be presenting this to the commissioner's office. >> Go ahead. You haven't provided me anything. >> You told me that I should leave my home because I'm legally not allowed to be here legal steps. >> I didn't say that cuz I haven't seen the eviction notice. If you were listening to me, you would have known that. Sir, you told me if I don't sit down that there's going to be consequences despite your active court case. They are likely misinformed. >> I'm sorry, sir. I have no more questions for you. I have nothing but respect for the guy with the body cam as well as the man standing right here. Um, let's uh I also want to pull up this >> 104. Thank you. Going back to one, >> Peter. I didn't say any of that to you. >> Let's pull up the fact that I let the officers into my entrance and close the door >> and then as well get your ID last night. You have dropped my ID. I try to give it to you and you will >> remember that last night I was accused at public name Steve that stole liquor 3 months ago >> and I am not named Steve and on presention of my ID I was told that I was lying about my ID then tackled and attacked >> by >> take a seat over there >> an undercover officer >> that was in a describing >> now this is my homie >> for the uh homeless guy and uh simply um grabbed two chimney shots. She became extremely rude. He interceded and became extremely rude. >> Is that you talking? >> Well, you hold the right to refuse service to anyone. >> I'm going to show you something. >> But you did if you act like that was good. But you hold the right to refuse the service to anyone because you said that they stole liquor or wine from your store 3 years ago. >> Threatened violence against me. So he was going to punch me. It's on camera. >> Is this the today or is it yesterday? >> Yesterday. Last night. >> Okay. What about today? >> Um there's nothing's happened. There's nothing that's going to happen. So now wait. >> Stop. >> I see the guy. Yeah. He's not an undercover. >> Wait. This is not an undercover >> right to refuse service. >> So, this guy attacked me from behind. >> Um, >> okay. I I get it. What are we going to do right now about this situation? Cuz we can't be >> tomorrow. I'm going to be going to >> service the district attorney's office. >> I'm going to show you this. >> Grabbed two chimney shots. She became extremely rude. He interceded and became extremely >> now. Why? >> Okay. Uh, well, you get what you're saying. >> No, no, no, no, no. I have to show you. >> I know what you're talking about. >> No, no, no. I have to show you the right one. There's a guy in a green shirt that did not announce himself as an officer that tackled me from behind. I choked him out and got the best of him. Then the police officers came in and said, "We're going to tase him." And I fell back and I was like, "Yo, don't tell me people." >> So, >> let me ask you a question, Peter. >> This has to be See, that's him. You seen him? [laughter] So, if he is an officer, if he does not have a badge, he cannot present himself as an officer. >> He has >> But wait, wait. I'm going to show this to the district attorney, and this is on film, but he did not present himself as an officer. this guy from behind me, homies. And the next thing I know, I feel like I'm getting jumped by people. Then I have two cops on top of me telling me, "Tas him." So at that point, I say, "No." >> All right. Listen, we're not going down memory lane anymore. I I >> No, no, no, no. You're saying we're not going down memory lane, but you're on body cam and I have done nothing outside of my legal room. What are we doing right now? You're responding to a call where there is two individuals upstairs. One with a black tank top and black pants tried to attack me with a cob. >> We're past that. >> So why are you coming at me? Why are you not questioning me? >> Look, look how you're acting. >> But you're telling me, look how I'm acting. You're gaslighting me. >> Okay. When was the last time you used? Get the flashlight out of my face. You're on my property. >> You're right. I am. You called us. >> You're on. Sir, you're on my property. I caught you in a lie about your statute. >> What lie? >> I'm going to present this to the district attorney. >> Please do. >> Tomorrow's nothing or these cops out here. >> All right. Bye, Peter. >> Bye. >> Bye, brother. >> All right. Call us again. >> All right. All right, we're done. >> Peter, listen. >> We're done. >> Peter, listen. Listen to me. Being reasonable. >> Listen to me. Okay. >> Tonight. >> Yes, sir. >> Just go to your room. Don't bother these people at all. I'm going to tell them the same thing. >> I have done. >> Okay. So, listen to me. Listen to me. Stop talking, please. All right. You You told me you had video. You didn't show me any video. So, I think you just think that. Okay. Just think that. >> Yes. Because you said you had video and you didn't produce it. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. Produce. Okay. I'm just going to keep on going. >> Produce it then. >> Okay. >> I'm He told me he didn't have anything. He doesn't even have a camera. >> Okay. So, I'm just going to tell you, don't bother them. If I have to come back here and they all tell me you're bothering them, I'm going to arrest you. >> Do you understand me, Peter? >> Sir, >> do you understand me, Peter? >> I these >> Do you understand me, Peter? These >> tenants don't live here. >> It doesn't matter. They're guests of the one that does. Okay. So, do you understand what I'm saying? >> Sir, >> I'm going to take your silence as yes, because clearly you understand English and clearly you're >> telling me that I am in my legal home and that tenants that don't live here that do not live in my legal home are allowed to attack me. I've called >> No, they're not allowed to attack. I didn't say that. No, I didn't. >> I'm telling you to leave them alone. >> I'm telling you to leave them alone. That someone >> It's not easy. Leave them alone. Okay, leave them alone. Don't mess with them. If I come back and they tell me you're messing with them, you're going to jail. That's how easy it is. >> Stay right there. Stay right there. Stay right there. >> So, this is going to be a DA. >> You want to come in? >> I'm not worrying about it, bro. You showed it to us. >> We're not getting anywhere. No, I'm not going to sit. >> I'll [ __ ] with her. I [ __ ] with him. >> You just told me you didn't with me, >> dude. >> You just said, "Oh, I lied about anything." And I had didn't see anything. >> Do you want to hear it? >> No, you showed me. But you also said I lied about you. Actual physical evidence proof. Or do you want to go off what you're saying? >> Ego's in check. Emotions in check. Jaco taught me this. >> You need to calm down, sir. You Show me >> are out of your lines. You don't even know the Florida statutes for eviction laws. You came here, right? >> You told me I had to leave this residence. >> I didn't tell you you had to leave. >> But you did not know that. >> No. I told you I didn't know anything about the eviction process. >> No, no, no. Everyone here said you got to go right now. >> I didn't say that. But you guys don't know my rights and don't know that I've taken the proper steps and I will be talking. >> You don't either cuz you had to use GPT to figure out what >> I've been talking to AI since I got here, Peter. >> Yeah. So AI tells me the truth and when AI tells me the truth, I go down to the commissioner's office and they say, "We got your back." >> Do they? I don't know. I I won't go down with you. I don't know what they say. >> So what's your name? >> Officer Sonic. >> And what's your badge number? My name is right here. I don't have to give you a badge number. These are my supervisors. You legally have to provide me with a badge number. >> The information that that AI is giving you done anything that could be resisting in any type of way while I'm on camera. Same as last night. Have I done anything wrong? >> Just listen. >> So just listen now. >> Yes. But last night I was jumped by undercover officers that were on. >> That's not We're not going down memory lane. We have evidence of tonight. >> You're in violation of evidence of tonight. >> This is the homie right here. He has a body cam on. You're on camera. >> That's fine. >> So maybe we should expose Monroe County Sheriff's Department for some of the up [ __ ] y'all are doing because the keys doesn't need this. Well, >> good thing we're not the sheriff's office. So, you're slowly approaching towards me. >> Yeah. I'm just want you to know like just go ahead and Okay, go inside. That's perfect. >> No, I am within the vicinity. >> Possibly coming inside. >> I have done nothing wrong. I'm not drunk. I have PTSD. You are making me feel uncomfortable. Close my gate right now. I gave you permission to come into my home >> with the permission that the gate be closed >> and I own Listen Peter >> all of this this >> one thing I can't do is go at go at it with you all night. All right. I've been smooth with you. So all I need you to do is relax in a second. You're going to go back inside and you're good and you got nothing to worry about. Tomorrow morning you go down to the clerk of courts to the DA's office and you show them all the evidence you got. I don't have to show anything. >> Okay. Well, you >> Why do I have to go anywhere? I've already taken the proper steps and procedures and measures, paid the money. So, she has to receive a court date within 3 weeks.
