on December 3rd 2024 at approximately 5:57 p.m. Deputy Harris was conducting traffic enforcement when he observed a black Kia with Florida plates traveling Northbound which appeared to have illegal window tint attempting a traffic stop Deputy Harris noted that the tint was so dark he could not see the driver or any objects inside the vehicle he recalled previous encounters with the registered owner ebony who was known to be verbally hostile toward law enforcement and suspected of possessing narcotics after activating his emergency lights at the intersection the Kia continued Northbound without stopping the deputy then activated his siren remaining within two car lengths of the Kia which failed to slow down despite passing several opportunities to pull over safely here's what
