on August 6 2024 during a traffic stop for running a stop sign a woman refused to provide her ID to the officer alleging hostility and requesting a sergeant on scene yes you ran the stop sign right where I was there you kept going and I put the lights on you and you kept going and the car is recording yes ma'am this is a stop sign right there and there's a stop sign right over there and I guarantee you I saw you that's why stopped you we just don't stop you for no reason and my supervisor on the way okay is this your car yes this is M okay what's your first name Gabriel delar 3 can you I wouldn't give it to you because you couldn't tell me where ma'am stop playing games you so ma'am he doesn't he doesn't actually even have to play you the thing is when when he turns on those lights that means you're detained sir ma'am I'm telling you I'm just telling you what it is so when you don't give your driver's license he actually has grounds for arrest right now and it's just not necessary I'm trying to help you out right over h once they come in there if tell you giveing the driver's license you can speak to them and you can make the complain what you need to make okay I right there on the uh by the YMCA coming out there she ran the stop sign went straight without stopping soon as I got there put the lights she was going to try to try to make it home got on uncomp stop the vehicle as I got there she starts complaining oh coming hostile I'm like Well ma'am you're not stopping I want to get your driver's license she says I'm scared cuz she says I'm she feels hostile she's scared I'm like well did you get a license she wouldn't give it to get a license show the license take her to jail all right all right all right excuse me my sergeant says if you don't give me now I can i d you this he's my witness he's right there if I don't get the driver's license you going to jail cuz now he's right here and I'm not going to talk now this is my sergeant right there so you have a choice now I don't understand why you're being so hostile ma'am not being hostile can I have the drive Li okay I am not talking this is right it is can I get the driver Li the reason may I speak to him please the reason can I get the driver license because I felt unsafe because of you I one time ma'am do not touch me we don't got time come on do not touch me let me go are shamed and I told you exactly what was going to happen you're still doing to I had it in my hand I just wanted to talk to somebody who wasn't [ __ ] shaking you still could have done that I wanted to speak with you sir ma'am ma'am listen it's not like that the deputy as for your license you have ma'am that's not that's not a time it's not a time place to do it right now I understand that so in the meantime you go to jail for that that is not I understand that he asked for your license several times I as for the supervisor I couldn't speak with you do you see how crazy that is you sat here and I couldn't speak with you it's not up it's no that's not how it worked that's not how the operation work that is that's crazy I understand four people on me right now I understand you have you have plenty opportunity to give your license to anen I had it in my hand but you didn't do it and I I told you that you should have give to the D that's that's actually crazy I'm literally working right now I'm I I understand that but you should have gave you license license reg insurance is required it's not ma'am hear me out it's not that you call for a supervisor no no it doesn't hurt like that he asked for your license I was literally about to call 911 myself good thing you did would have been another charge that for what 9111 because I felt UNS like literally hey I can't wait he was shaking
