she never hit the child correct she when
she hit me it slid across my stomach and
hit him in his stomach on March 5th 2023
in Florida police responded to a report
regarding a woman who assaulted her
neighbors following a
dispute hi mom lives over here we were
taking out we just got new furniture we
were taking out the old furniture and we
were taking it to the trash can over
there to throw away in the furniture
section and we were minded our business
we were taking it off we didn't weren
even out the car for two seconds and she
came up talking about you don't live
over here you can't throw your [ __ ] over
here just like going crazy and kep
calling and mother and all of this crazy
stuff and we told her that we do live
here and she kept nagging and nagging
and she came up to us and I had my 9mon
old son in my head and she came up and
she pushed me and then she hit me with
her keys and then she hit my son with
her keys then she saring go when I got
in the mid of the the the sear she SW
her
keys you see the yeah see she hit me in
my back with her keys no it wasn't the
keys it was her dog chain yeah but the
keys on
it all a big metal piece and the keys
connected to the big metal piece on the
on the Le and it took everything in my
power to keep from because I'm a nurse
and I don't want my career messed up so
it took everything in my power when I
watching her yes and for she way in the
field officer she when I pulled up to
with my van let off the furniture my
daughter got brand new furniture so we
were taking the old furniture to the
dumer she goes You Are you supposed to
be doing that and I said excuse me she
said you don't live over here do you
over here yeah I didn't want to say it C
the children out here so I didn't want
to put in the I say yes ma'am I do live
over here and I and I continue to what I
so then I started then I started say
whatever you want to say but I can
understand three people speaking at the
same time

what you ask is she a human being that's
why that's what you as

business so then my granddaughter got
off with the baby off the back of the
trailer cuz she was sitting in the back
on the trailer riding to the dumpster
soon as she gets off she runs up to her
she gets in her face and she does like
that does like
this get out my P I have my baby my my
arms she then proceeded to swing with Dy
with the
kept hitting Desy with the thing she hit
me with so when I jumped in the you were
holding the baby when she hit you so
when I proceeded to get in the middle of
them

deal har as I'm moving Destiny um in the
middle them she takes her key swings and
hit me in my back and then I say you
please you need to go I know something's
wrong with her do you mind how old are
you I am 56 okay do you have your ID on
you yes ma'am it's in my van round near
the
dumpster and I told her I say I'm
calling the cops on you because what
you're doing is absolutely wrong you
shouldn't have never came over
here no she lives here she lives here's

not and then she then she oh this and
you know what she did she tried to stick
her stick her dog on me okay ma'am just
you witnessed it no no you just heard it
I was pushing the I was on the other
side of the van pushing the furniture to
where it's supposed to be and then I
heard this what was going on the
commotion she came around the corner
other than you guys yes I'm
here I'm not sure I don't know if nobody
did she hit you I'm the first person she
hit to me first when I had him in my
arms and she pushed me so you guys W in
the dumpster dumpster so you were like
dumping something sheo you guys blah
blah blah blah blah and then when you
guys start explain what happened like
when we're standing she was probably
like to the porches over there and she
decided to turn around and say something
to us about bab and after that what
happened how the heting begin she was
talking and just kept calling us all
these cuss words and everything telling
us we don't live here then she walked up
from where she was and walked up to me
and she pushed me and that's how it
started you don't have no marks right
only the only marks is that one that she
has do you have any marks
you I don't know she look like she back

see what her versions of events are um
but at this point t here she's looking

the fact that she right so if there's if
there's some other reason why she's
behaving the way she's behaving we'll
try to evaluate that but as of right now
that's kind of where we stand with it um
if she gives us a whole different
version of events then we'll also look
we'll look at that as well because at
this point if if what y'all are saying
is true and she can also validate that
then likely she'd go to jail if she
gives us a complete opposite story yeah
I was about say if she gives us a
complete opposite story and says hey
this person was the instigator and then
we have to pull camera footage it might
go to the state attorney's office first
prior to anrp and made okay but either
way it's going to be documented one way
or another stating that you guys are
also alleging victims back up okay so I

in the nose and she does have a bloody
nose like her nose she hit herself in
the face where her when she swarm her
keys she heal herself in the face well

charged with tonight she's getting
charged with battery against you battery
against you and then child neglect
because you were holding a child at the
time okay she never hit the child

standing and I was like this with the
baby and I was more turned like this and
then when she came up to me I backed up
a little bit and I had him like this
sitting up and then she swung it after
she hit pushed me she swung it and hit
us across the stomach she moved it so
fast I just tried to like jump in the
middle but he has no marks correct no
okay you don't have I tried to no I
moved back just in time as you open hand
smacked her you had the baby on your
side I did okay and initially what was
she coming to do she was trying to get
the vehicle tag or I don't know what she
was coming to do no she just walked up
no when I got out of the no when I got
out of the van she was way she was in
the field
I got out of the van and I was
explaining to her calmly nicely wasn't
cursing at her wasn't yelling anything I
say could you mind your own business my
daughter do live over here if you want
to know she has new furniture and we're
dumping out the old furniture that's
when she start she say um you don't
[ __ ] live over here you should just
start going off with the effort then she
walked Walked up to me she let the dog
come up to me and I said could you get
your dog back she wanted the dog to keep
me away while she tried to walk around
to the back of my um van when she came
she went to the back of the van did
whatever she was going to do then she
came back out I said what are you doing
before I can say anything my
granddaughter was sitting there she just
walk right up to her officer and just
bumped her with the shoulder she bumped
with the shoulder bump Desy did like no
the baby was here she did like that okay
and just went across her forehead like
that and then and then then she just
start swinging the thing and going all
over berserk okay that's what I wanted
to know and I did and it it could have
been a worse situation I did not let it
become a worse situation I did not hit
her I did not Fally touch her I stepped
in the middle when you see the camera
you'll see my arms like this and I'm
telling Destiny to get back I'm not
touching her as I'm test Destiny get
back she's still coming forward with the
dog and so I'm study moving Destiny back
then Desy give the baby to somebody else
and then Desy trying to get at her and
I'm we holding Destiny with one this
lady just would not quit but y'all have
seen this before or someone has
witnessed something similar to this yeah
we him too that's my uh son's dad we
were all outside one day and she had her
dog chasing the kids and we had to
literally yell at her and the dog like
try to scare the dog away so she they
couldn't get the kids and the little
kids the little two little girls just
asked me say Miss what happened and I
say this young this lady hit me and they
was like you know what she did to me and
my mom I said what did she do she called
me and my little sister chicken [ __ ] and
we went and told cuz she was chasing us
with the dog we went and told our mother
and our mother came back and cursed her
out L she doesn't have a very nice
personality and I hear they're lying to
you making all kind of racial comments
you know how those people are you know
this and that and that why would would
you want to live over here M if you're
going to be like that right this
community has all kind of races MH you
know for white people in and all these
people are like family you know I
understand I just wanted to update you
guys as to what we're doing going
forward I feel bad for I really do cuz
no I don't I don't it's been too long it
happened too many times I really think
she has a mental disturbance somewhere
and that's why there's some other things
going on um but it still doesn't negate
the fact in the big thing that came to
mind today is the fact that you had a
kid in your hand when all this happened
that's the and she chose me to walk up
too out of everybody that was outside
said of me I'm the one driving the and
she was the one talking to her I was I
am going to go walk her dog and then I'm
going to lock her unit up that way her
dog at least can go to the bathroom for
the day that's I got dogs too so I get
that I don't want to call Animal
Services if we don't have
to but you guys can't leave the dog
there alone if she's going to be in uh
she'll have appearance first thing in
the morning hello okay okay so if
something changes with that we handle it
okay good okay yes so if they yes please
long as you guys know that the dog Poli
about you good to hang out with her
right I'll go get the dog yeah over at
the jail I'll you can I take a picture
