All the stuff that I've been learning to combat these mother is where it come. >> You're not detaining nothing. You're not detaining me. You're violating my rights. >> Do not tase him. Welcome back to the Vanalian channel, guys. Today we head to Wisconsin for yet another traffic stop where a Morish sovereign citizen talks his way into a pair of handcuffs when he refuses to step out of his vehicle so the police can do a search after a K-9 alerted to contraband. Oh yeah, and this all takes place in front of his wife and two kids. Right, let's get into the video. And this is where that [ __ ] come in at right the [ __ ] now. >> Wow. All the stuff that I've been learning to combat these [ __ ] This is where it come. >> Yeah, by stuff he means the common law handbook, Abuvier's law dictionary from 1856, and of course, a YouTube law degree. What could possibly go wrong? >> Cuz if I was a goofy, I would have stepped out the car. I would have let them search the car. I would have answer all type of questions. I'm not answering [ __ ] on what your address. Don't worry about what my address is. >> If I was goofy. The word if is doing some heavy lifting in that sentence. Dude, you're a sovereign citizen. Your middle name is goofy. >> That's a lot of K9 unit. Good luck with that mother. You think I'm stupid, right? Like I'm really going to be blowing [ __ ] cannabis. How they doing this wasting mother time? And it's Supreme Court law that a police officer actually to step out the car. You got no do not. No, you don't have to step out the car. That that that is not a law at all, sir. >> Arizona v. Johnson, the Supreme Court ruling that allows the police to ask drivers and passengers to exit the vehicles so a sniffer dog can walk around your vehicle. And of course, Pennsylvania versus Mims, the case that ruled, "Please can order you out of your vehicle in the interest of officer safety." Says otherwise. >> Ain't no damn dummy. No. No. >> Air shot of the passenger. What that guy got to do? That's what I'm saying. >> That's not even legal either. Eric shot out the passenger. I'm like when he got pulled over before uh car coping everything from the window. So why you need him to step out the car? That don't even make sense. >> Sir, uh so there's a positive K9 alert. So I need to step out of the vehicle. >> What you mean a positive K9? No. I do not give no consent. Can I talk to your supervisor, please? >> Uh yeah, supervisor is right over. >> Okay. cuz I'm not I'm not giving no consent for the no car search. Especially not for y'all talking about you. No, you do not have power to search the vehicle. >> No, I give zero consent. >> Again, your consent is not required and denying the probable cause and demanding a supervisor is not going to make this go away, but I know you're not going to let a little thing like details get in the way of your delusions. So, please continue. >> Step out. >> I give zero consent. >> I'm sorry. >> I give zero consent for a search. >> Well, you don't have a choice in this. Yes, I do have a choice in this. I I actually do. Y'all do not have a cash deposit or nothing. No, it doesn't step out of the vehicle. No, it doesn't. >> Sir, I'm not stepping out of the vehicle. >> Sir, step out of the vehicle. >> No, I have my children and my wife in the car. No, I'm not stepping out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> No, all of us are not leaving out of the vehicle cuz y'all do not have consent for a search. You stop me cuz you said you had pulled me over for 82 miles per hour. Whatever you said. >> Other than that, I'm not stepping out of the car. Whatever ticket you have, you can give me a ticket and we can go on my way. I have 3 hours left to get home. I'm not stepping out of the car. Not I don't know you guys. None of that. No, I'm not doing it. Nia, record. >> Oh, don't worry, mate. Na's been recording this meltdown where for some reason you think you're in charge and the law doesn't apply to you the whole time and it's about to shift up a gear. >> I'm already recording. >> Can you Can you You got it to you showing them, sir. >> I'm not stepping out of the car, sir. I'm not stepping out of the car, sir. Anything you do is in violation of my rights. >> No, it's not, sir. >> Yes, it is. No, y'all don't have problems or nothing. No, you don't. You do not have probable cause. You don't have a search. Sir, you're touching me. Now you're touching me. Now you're touching meal. Now you're touching me. Can you stop touching me? >> You're resisting right now. >> I'm not and that's not I'm not obstructing anything. I do not give consent. I give no consent for a search. Zero consent. I hope y'all hear me. No consent for zero searches for this car. Zero. Zero consent. I give no I'm not giving no consent. >> You want your wife and kids in the car? >> I'm I know. And that's why I'm protecting my wife and my kids. Y not going to put us out no more. It is cold outside. I have babies. >> In what universe is having a meltdown and refusing lawful orders and getting arrested in front of your wife and kids protecting them? >> I'm not going outside. Zero. I'm not stepping outside. No, I'm not going in no cruising. No, I'm not being detained at all. Are you going to bring in my rights? Am I have my rights being read? Have I violated any crimes? What crimes have been committed? >> What crimes have I committed? >> That's what we're investigating. >> What? There's no crimes to be investigated. You just pulled me over for a for a traffic stop, sir. Anything else is completely unrelated. >> Never get problems. >> There's no problem. There's no problem calls for nothing. >> You brought a K9 not you fought a K9 unit for nothing. >> So, by his skewed logic, they can pull him over for a traffic violation. In this case, speeding, but they have to ignore any further offenses they suspect him of committing. And if they refuse, it's a violation of his rights. How convenient. >> Sir, sir, sir, stop touching me, sir. Why do you have to >> You're not detaining nothing. You're not detaining me. You're You're violating my rights. You're violating my >> Do not tase him. >> You I swear to God, you tased me, dude. No, I better not take my family out of this car. I know. I promise you, you better not take my family out this car. You better not take my family out of this car. You better not take my family out of this damn car. I promise you, you better not take my family. Do not take my family. Listen to what I'm saying. Do not take my family. I do not give no consent to no church. I'm giving no none at all. No search. Y'all did illegal K9 unit search. He pulled me over. Y'all be completely [ __ ] people right now. My wife is in court and I hope y'all know y'all getting a goddamn lawsuit. Y'all violating my rights. Y'all got me in [ __ ] hand. >> So that's where the arrest part of the video ends. He was arrested and charged with obstruction and spent 3 days in jail. And on his release, he posted this update where he whines about the search and pretty much blames anyone but himself for a situation he created. All right, what's good, y'all? I'm home from a uh very first fun, but then somewhat traumatic trip from Minnesota. and uh have a video that should be uploaded already to YouTube by the time I upload this. If not, I will be uploading it. But I want to show y'all of a traffic stop or supposed to be traffic stop that ended up in a as a raid. through my privacy. As you can see, they dumped weed all over the floor. It was in an ashtray. They dumped the ashtray. Thank you for confirming to me and my viewers that the police did in fact have probable cause to search your vehicle. >> And they the floor wasn't like this Monday night. It wasn't like this. Oh, you want me to show y'all more proof of a raid of my rights being [ __ ] And they want to say it didn't violate my rights. This right here, this right here is my safe. My safe has been busted open. As you can see, it's busted open. >> Is that because they asked you for the code, but you were too busy melting down over non-existent rights to provide it? If so, that's on you. And is that one of the reasons why the arrest part of the video got cut off so abruptly? I wonder. They went in here and took, of course, they went through my [ __ ] I mean, he went through this, of course. So, he must have saw this. He must have saw this. Of course, he has a fake Moish American travel document or card in a safe in the trunk of his car. That's a sentence I never thought I'd hear myself say today. >> Cuz he went through all my [ __ ] He took my firearms. And why would they take your firearms? Did they give you a reason? Were they legal? Are you a felon? A little context would be nice. I had a whole I had a whole bag of weed. It just goes to show you like me and Nia both said how they was on dirt because they took them how you take them all my weed. Not them. make took all my weed, but he left me a pin. He left all my wraps and he left this. I thought you supposed to confiscate everything. I I thought you supposed to take everything. Paraphernia, right? They took my trade, saying that my trade was drug paraphernia. They left all my wraps, which I'm thankful and grateful for. Sounds like they confiscated the illegal weed and left you with the stuff you are legally allowed to have. That doesn't make the search of the car illegal. And it still doesn't excuse your behavior, but this is evidence. When I post the video, I wish we could have got could have got the whole thing of the entire traffic stop. We only got them pulling me out the car, which is wonderful. I couldn't agree more, but can we have more taser action next time, please? >> But I wish we would have got everything else, but they told Nia that she couldn't record. So that of course that's against our First Amendment rights. So >> So where's the clip of the police telling your wife to stop recording then? She must have been recording for them to make that statement. >> Y'all going to see the video, but again, again, we didn't do this. This has been like this ever since Monday night. They know how they left my car. Just like this. Now, I got to clean it up. But I'm recording this for evidence, though. This is for evidence cuz I got a court case because that I was traveling through Wisconsin with intent to sell. They said I was obstructing an officer. They said I was um that I didn't have a right to conceal and carry my firearms. So they took those. >> The obstruction charge I can believe because you absolutely did obstruct. But I call BS on the reason you gave for why they confiscated your firearm. I think there's something you're not telling us. They I had a I'm telling you I had a whole bag. I had a whole bag of weed. Now I shouldn't have had that much. But I didn't know I didn't want to leave my stuff where I was. We traveling to and fro. So you know what I'm saying. But it all started from a traffic stop. How does a traffic stop end up in or even escalate to them raiding my car without probable cause? They said they cannot gave probable cause, but they needed it before then. So, but that's okay. Why is this so hard for you to understand? You got pulled over for speeding. He smelt the weed. It gave him probable cause to call for a canine and the rest is history. >> You know what I'm saying? Like I said, I got I have the evidence. This is evidence. We're gonna get We're gonna get this right. Okay. We're gonna get this right by May 2nd, so-called or May 12th, whenever my court date is, so-called court date. We going to get this together. I promise y'all. They took my firearm out of the med console. I had a Glock in the mid console. They took that. They went a na wallet. I am going to stay for the record. I just got out of jail. I spent three nights in jail because they violated my rights. And then to try to say I didn't have any rights to try to say that I could that my consent didn't matter because they had probable cause. Just all type of [ __ ] You know what I'm saying? So, it's going to get right though. It's going to get right. Believe that. But I just wanted to make sure I recorded it. All right, y'all. So that was on the 5th of April and here he is on the 30th of June, the day before court in a video titled The Big Dave Eve. And that appearance, I told them to drop the trial, dismiss it with prejudice, meaning can you never again try to bring up these same exact charges against me ever again and for them to get my [ __ ] back. So tomorrow I'm gonna be expecting a phone call and I'mma let y'all know when it happened too. I'mma let y'all know after 10:00 to box. I'll be sit right up and I'll let y'all know. Y'all better hope I don't record it. Damn phone call and then telling me where I can go pick my stuff up at and that it's been dismissed with prejudice because the way I handle it. And I'm thankful and grateful for the [ __ ] that I went through for me to be able to handle it the way that I did. I had experience which I was gonna get into. You know how my experience actually began. >> Yeah, that phone call he was hoping for never came. I know. I'm just as shocked as you guys. And his court case went ahead and of course it didn't go well. >> Today I had to make a sacrifice. Freedom of looks. I still look good, but it was a matter of me having to handle my business in a timely manner. >> I think that's code for the judge shut down my sovereign citizen nonsense quicksmart and put a warrant out for my arrest. >> Well, I'm not going to say my business, but my affairs and I wrote in as of course me nafali making special appearance for the straw. They had put a warrant out for the straws arrest and [ __ ] cuz I didn't know that like going I did but I didn't you know learning this law [ __ ] especially doing it on your own is it's fun but it's it's it's challenging at the same time because like you really dealing with your freedom. You know what I mean? And if you don't know what you're doing you can literally let these people put your ass in the pokey and we ain't going I've been once. I ain't going back. >> I would pay good money to see his face the moment the judge put a warrant out for his arrest. I guess the saucet life isn't for everyone. I give him credit for dropping it though. I just hope his kids weren't too traumatized by his actions during the traffic stop. Right. Thank you so much for watching guys.
