Don't resist. Don't listen to me. Don't resist. Don't. You're being a white man and I'm getting my lawyer. This is ridiculous. You going to listen to me? I haven't sold anything. Okay. Well, are you going to I don't have anything on me. I'm on this trash. Some liberals seem to believe that being transgender or identifying as a dishwasher grants them immunity from the law. But what happens when the cops step in and they're met with a harsh dose of reality? I don't know why you can't give me your ID. I told you my name, dude. Ballard got warning off your arrest. Open the door. We're going to break it in. So, this is how West Streets trans. Here are the satisfying moments when cops humbled delusional liberals. We begin with the case of a delusional woman who had a complete meltdown after being caught shoplifting and thought playing the transgender card would somehow get her off the hook. I got my own hands. I'm getting discriminated cuz I'm black. It ain't nothing but white people here anyway. Hey, you're about to get tased. I haven't touched anything. Well, then why'd you run? Ridiculous. Cuz I'm a transgender. They don't need to identify me. I'm a transgender. So that's identification right there. On July 15th, 2022, an offduty officer spotted a shoplifting in progress and quickly called 911. Acting fast, he blocked the exit to prevent the suspect from escaping, ensuring officers could catch her in the act. But what started as a simple theft quickly escalated into something far more dramatic. Doing all right, though. So far so good. You want to go? I think they're He said they were right over here somewhere. He said she was skinny. That' be up to you. What's up, man? Yeah, we can do that. Go ahead and do that for me. This one right here. Hey, ma'am. Come back here. Blue hair. Don't even run. Come back here. What's going on? So, come back over here. What's the problem? So, they said that you're allegedly trying to shoplift. shopping for what? I have cash. Okay. They're about to close. I'm in a rush. I have to go to work. Okay. Come over here. I don't have a person. Do you want to go in handcuffs? Do you really Wait. Do you want to Do you want to go in handcuffs? I don't have anything for Step over here. Step over here. I'm not going to ask you again. How am I shoplifting if I don't have a purse or anything? So, you just said you had cash on you and you filled up a whole basket worth stuff, right? I didn't fill up a whole basket. Okay. And then you're saying, "Oh, you got to go now." No, I'm talking. Okay, so they're so they're going to borrow you. What's your name? Bar for what? What is your name? I don't care. Give me your name or you're going to go to jail. My name is When officers approached the suspect, she quickly started making excuses, saying she was in a rush and had to get to work. But little did they know this was just the tip of the iceberg when it came to the ridiculous excuses and poor decisions she was about to make. I got my own hands. I'm getting discriminated because I'm black. It ain't nothing but a bunch of white people in here anyway. I can't shop for my game. Stand over here. We're not I'm not going to tell you again. Stand over here. Okay. We're not going to play this game. I didn't I don't have anything. 298 central name and date of birth. Ask me about anything, but I don't have it. Well, they can borrow anybody they want. Well, they can barely come here. Stop. You're about to get my hands. Put your hands behind your back. My mom have her phone. Put your hands behind your back right now. Slow it down. Mama have her phone. She's coming here right now. That's discrimination. I don't have anything. I haven't did anything. This is discrimination. The store just happened. Is she the only one that ran? Y I have cash. It's ridiculous. Yeah, guess what? Running's ridiculous. I'm being arrested in the street again just for shopping in a store. Well, now you're getting arrested for running. This is ridiculous. I haven't touched anything. Well, then why'd you run? Everywhere I go, this happens. This is ridiculous. I can't live my life. I can't even shop in the store. Blue hair because I'm being discriminated against. Why'd you run? I don't have a purse or anything and I'm being accused of shot cuz I want to shop at sports academy. This is ridiculous. What? I can't even show the piece when that police call on me for shoplifting. Yeah, he was over there by this ridiculous cuz I was transgender. Put your feet in. I don't bother anybody. Y'all trying to stab me to the ground and chase me around, but shot Listen, I don't even have a curve. After the woman was placed in the back of the cruiser, one of the officers tried to explain why she was being arrested, but getting a word in proved nearly impossible. Listen, this is ridiculous to me. I don't have a purse or anything. Listen to me. I'm getting my lawyer. This is ridiculous. Are you going to listen to me? I haven't stole anything. Okay. Well, are you going to I don't have anything on me. I'm on this trend. I'm trying to talk. Every time I go in the store, this happens. I think her shoes are somewhere in the road or she smacked my arm pretty good. Oh, damn. Those bushes almost got me. I'm going to get my lawyer. Are you done? I haven't touched anything on me. Can I explain something to you if that's okay? The store was about to close. I just put my stuff back. Listen. Listen. So, we get called because they're saying that y'all are sticking a bunch of stuff in carts. But listen, can I finish? Can I finish? Can I finish? I would never shot live. I live here. Okay. Well, can I finish? So, their intention was to ID you and then you'd be free to go. So, they're in the from my understanding, they were in the process of identifying you when you took off running. There was no intention to arrest you for shoplifting. I was going to be in question for shopping because they wanted to ID you to potentially bar you if you were shoplifting. But look, people do that all the time. And they always put stuff in the cart and then run out. It's not discrimination. It's not discrimination. That's going to school. But listen, why did you run? Because I shouldn't be questioned about anything. If my lawyer is not present, I have not stole anything. I We can identify you when they request a bar. They don't need to identify me. I'm a transgender. So that's identification right there. They don't like it. That That's not identification. Every time I go in the store, this happened. All right. We're going to drive you back over to academy. Okay. Haven't done anything. We're going back to academy. Okay. Coming up, the officers returned to the store to speak with the staff and determine how they wanted to proceed, whether to press charges or simply issue a trespass warning. All right, be right back. Let's go hang out with her. Ma'am, take a couple of deep breaths. What do they want to do with her? Yeah. That's twoear trespass, right? Yeah, that's right. Two. Two years is the max. This is a I guess they're about to make out with a couple buggies. Yep. So, do you want to come borrow the the female one? Absolutely. Do we have to positively identify her? All right. Let's make sure it's her first. Out in the police cruiser, the suspect still had plenty to say, and it was painfully clear she believed she was being unfairly treated. I have not taken anything. I'm going to back up a police car being arrested for not taking We're not saying that you took something. They were questioning you and you ran. Then why were they questioning me? They don't question anybody else. They have a bucket full of stuff. Because I'm black. Because I'm a transgender. I have not touched anything. walked out of that door with me without being paid for. I walked out of that door alone because they said it was going to close and I'm getting arrested and questioned because I want to shop. It's ridiculous. I don't bother anybody. Yeah, I'm being embarrassed in front of a bunch of people in my city because they think I'm shopping. I come here all the time. All the time. While the female officer spoke with the suspect, the other officers were in contact with their supervisor to decide what her fate for the night would be. So, after speaking with uh our supervisors, you are going to go to jail for obstruction this afternoon. Oh, no. Okay. That's a simple misdemeanor charge. I didn't do anything. You actually did obstruct. You're not going for shoplifting. You're going for obstruction. I haven't taken anything. officers were in the middle of an investigation and you ran from them. That is obstruction. That is the literal definition of hurt me. They were not going to hurt you. Yes, they were. All you had to do was stand by. They wouldn't need to let me leave. I don't have to be question without my lawyer. I have not took anything. All right, we're not questioning you. But when we get called for a call for service for no reason, it's nothing to talk about. All right. Coming up, the suspect was transported to jail. But you just told me I wasn't going to jail. Period. Now subscri what? Unfortunately, it was not my call. Yes, it was. I'm just transporting. I'm being discriminated against for shopping. I'm supposed to be on my way to work and I want to share for nothing. You should be out within an hour. I got one person. Male or female? Uh, female. Dang, that's a good song, too. All of them are. Do you need assistance? Nah, she'll get out in a minute. Okay. Come on. Don't make us call for assistance. Just come on. You want to do it on your own? Come on. You already did that. What am I being said for obstruction? What is that? So basically it's when you hinder law enforcement from being able to investigate crime allegations. So that being said um academy believed you were shoplifting but did not confirm. So they just wanted to identify to figure out what you were doing and then that was going to be that. But then in the middle of it before we could positively identify you, you ran away. So if you just stayed and we figured out that she were not shoplifting, we would have left. So I know social media paints such a bad picture on us, but if you just if you didn't do anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about. Once the suspect was brought inside, staff and officers began the identification process and followed other standard procedures. But things quickly turned out to be more complicated than expected. So basically, I'll explain Uh, she said she used to be Johnny. Johnny Johnny gave us a birthday. Um, the height and weight doesn't match. The height says 5'4. She's clearly not 5'4. Picture could potentially, but I'm not sure. Uh, both female names she gave were did not come back with anything. So, I don't know who they are, who she is. Okay. Well, it's a it's a boy. No, I'm a transgender. Okay, I got I got to get a search you though. You're not going to search me? I'm not going to search you. The suspect was charged with obstruction. If that case caught your attention, get ready for Valard, the wannabe tough trans who had zero interest in cooperating with police. But in the end, he learned the hard way that defiance wasn't exactly the smartest move. What you want? Well, one, your exhaust is loud. Two, these plates don't match his vehicle. Well, so what? What are you harassing people? Well, I don't know why you I don't know why you can't give me your ID. I told you my name, dude. See every one of you on park. On May 16th, 2023, officers were dispatched to search for a suspicious vehicle going around a campground. Upon locating the vehicle, the driver, Ballard, was pulled over for having an exceptionally loud exhaust and incorrect license plates. Hey there, my eyes. We're going to have What's going on? What you want? Well, one, your exhaust is loud. So what? Two, these plates don't match his vehicle. So what? What are you harassing people? Well, we've gotten calls on you about being at a campground. I was just curious what you're doing out there. Okay. All right. What's your badge number? My badge number is 919. Okay. Can I see some ID, please? You got no business. Pull me up. Well, I do. No, you don't. Yes, I do. You have a loud exhaust. Doesn't matter. And the police don't come back on this vehicle. So, you just go around running everybody's when I feel like it. Yeah. Why don't you give me your ID? Give me your ID. Why? Huh? Gotcha. Yeah. At this point, Valard refused to identify himself, and it was clear he had no intention of cooperating with the traffic stop. What happened next only pushed the officer further. Valard slowly rolled up his window, making it painfully obvious that he didn't care one bit about what the officer had to say. So, why won't you give me your ID? I didn't hear your name. Valor. Valoran, that's your name? Okay. Is your driver's license through Wisconsin or Minnesota? I'm just curious. I kind of got to know so I know who you're who you are. 3143. Well, I need to know where your ID is out of so I can run it properly. Good. I know how. She's not coming back. I've been doing this since before you were even a police officer. Oh, okay. What? Causing issues? Yeah, cuz I'm cuz I'm Well, I don't know why you I don't know why you can't give me your ID. I told you my name, dude. Away from my truck. Gotcha. So, your first name is is what again? Ballard. Ballard. I'm just trying to understand. Do you understand now? Ballard. Okay. I don't know why you got to be so hostile about it. All right. Another officer approached and informed Valard that his license was invalid, hoping it would provide another valid reason for the stop and open a line of communication. But Valard still refused to engage, showing no interest in speaking with law enforcement. And what I'm trying to tell you is it does not say you have a valid driver's license in Wisconsin because my system says you're not valid. My system trumps your word. You know, everyone knows but you have nothing to do with your driving status. You're nobody. That's fine. So I could leave. No, you're not free to leave. Why? I've explained to you. So you're illegally detained. No, but you are not free to leave. You're illegally detained. No, that's incorrect. I'll call probation. See if they want to put a warrant. Dispatch then informed the officer that Valard was on felony probation with charges including eluding an officer, criminal damage to property, and felony bail jumping. Shortly after, probation advised they'd be issuing a warrant, giving the officer the green light to proceed. What's that for? You're not getting right now. So, you're still detained. You are not free to leave. Why? I'm not going to explain it to you right now. Who you are? I'm not. Yeah, you are. Why? You're not free to leave. Why? So, hang out here. No, you're going to tell me why. For the same reasons I told you before. Why? You don't have a driver's license. You don't have insurance on I have a driver's license, mother. Look it up. So, you are still detained. You are not free to leave. For an hour, mother, get your supervisor. I'm getting my delayed hits on the night. You are not free to leave. I'm not leaving. When Valard was preparing to leave the scene, one of the officers promptly walked back to his cruiser to find spikes that would prevent Valard from fleeing the scene. I don't know if it was Hunter or not, but probation I say probation from where? Wisconsin. Where? Where in Wisconsin? The state of Wisconsin. Where in Wisconsin? Doesn't matter. Probation is probation. is you have to tell me where the I'm on probation from. You're out of probation in St. Croy County. Okay. The the warrant is issued in the state of Wisconsin. Okay. Okay. So, Wisconsin is also who I not just because I'll be out of jail in the morning and I'll be coming right back at Okay. So, the warrants's been issued. supervisors on the way, but right now you are under arrest. So I need you to understand that. So I don't want to make this any bigger of a situation than it needs to be. And a part of that is I would appreciate some cooperation. You're not getting no cooperation. You have no reason to pull up pull me over. Pull me over. Call it. You wonder why you guys are getting shot and you like this guy. I'm not under arrest. You're under arrest. It's been explained to you. We're going to call my PO. We're not. Yeah, we are. Yeah, we are. I appreciate if you step out on your own. We're going to call my PO. We're not. Yeah. Not right now. You going? As Valard continued to resist the investigation, they decided to take a more assertive approach. Ballard. Ballard, you got a warrant now for your arrest. Open the door. We're going to break it in. Um, I'm finding my chill. Okay, I don't care. Open the door. Don't talk at me like that. Okay, you're under arrest. Take anything out of it. You said I was coming out. Well, you now have to come out right now. You are under arrest. Your reasons are are the reasons I have a warrant. I wasn't doing nothing wrong. Don't care. Yeah, I know for your arrest. So, you can open the door. We're going to break you. I'm getting out. [ __ ] you. Okay. Get your out of my It's not going to happen. Out now. Get your out of my face. Out. Valid. Step out, man. You guys put your hands on me. We're going to have out. You have to step down and put your hands behind your back. All right. All right. If you do that, Valard, if you do that, it doesn't need to be any problem. So, just step out and put your hands behind your back. Ballard. Yeah. Out. You've had more than enough time. Yeah. And so if you guys an hour to tell me I was going to jail out. I am. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I am. Last time I'm going to put You ain't tell me. At this point, Valard was cuffed. And this was when it became clear as daylight that he was convinced that he was not in the wrong. I'll see every one of you in court. I'm suing you. You ain't holding on, mother. Hey. Hey. You better go me, dude. That's enough of that. Get your hand back. Yeah. Get your hand back there now. Get your hand back here. Let's go. You think you some help? I do. Make me drop my So, this is how Wisconsin streets transition their We don't know anything about you, bud. Yeah. Funny. You sure do. You got a warrant on me that quick, huh? You get in. Yeah. Is your body cam on? Get in. Get in or you're going to get Ballard was taken to jail and charged with non-registration of vehicle, failure to maintain exhaust system, operating a vehicle without insurance, and operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license. Moving on to the case of when a man disguised as a woman had been on a shoplifting spree at Walmart, but things didn't go his way. Did you steal anything? Yes or no? Okay, don't worry. This is just ridiculous. playinging games like we're two years old. Why can't I have my phone? Cuz I just said get the supervisor, please. On March 19th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a local Walmart after a loss prevention employee reported two individuals shoplifting. One of them, a man dressed as a woman. As the officer arrived on scene, the suspects attempted to flee in a vehicle, but he managed to track them down to have a firm conversation with them. Hello. Go ahead. Shut the vehicle off. Hand me the keys. Yeah, cuz I told you to. Huh? I'm not going to tell you again. Okay. Listen. You both have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court. Will you shut up for a minute? Maybe if you listen, you'll know what's going on. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court law. You have a right to attorney. If you can't afford one, one of these water question. Do you understand your rights? Do you understand your rights? Do you understand your rights? Yes, sir. But I do think Okay. Where'd you guys just come from? The store. Okay. Did you go in the store? No. You never went in the store? No. Did you go in the store? Yeah. Huh? Yeah. Okay. So, obviously you know why I stopped you. Huh? Okay. Did you steal anything there? No. You didn't steal anything there? No. So moss prevention's there. They got you on camera and stuff like that and you didn't pick anything. Coming up, it quickly became clear to the officer that he wasn't dealing with the sharpest tools in the shed. The driver genuinely seemed unaware that a valid driver's license was required to operate a vehicle. Do you have a valid ID? Do you have a driver's license? I do. I do. Okay. You know you're not allowed to drive without it, mate. You didn't know that? Okay. [Music] You enjoying cosmetics from there? Okay. I mean, I had some of my purse. Okay. Where'd you get them from? Um, some of them I got at R. Some of them I got at Walmart. I don't know 62. But none here? No. You didn't buy anything here? Oh, what are you looking for? Okay. Well, first of all, you got your cigarette in backwards. So, don't don't be smoking at all cuz I don't smoke. Take the cigarette out of your mouth and you can't find your ID or anything like that. At this point, a backup officer had just run the ID of the man dressed as a woman whose name was Christopher. The officer remaining with the suspects noticed cosmetics that turned out to be some of the stolen merchandise. What's this right here? Did it come from there? This didn't come from there either. Where' those come from? Okay. The stuff that they said you took from there, a flashlight and stuff like that. Do you have any of that stuff on you? It It is what it is. Did you steal stuff from there? I mean, we're going to go back over. We'll watch the video. At this point, the officer was growing increasingly frustrated with the suspect's stalling and clueless behavior. And it wouldn't be long before they started facing the consequences. I'm going to charge you with obstructing and all this other stuff because you're just delaying delaying the end. I mean, did you steal anything? Yes or no? Okay, don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Take Take this stuff. Take this stuff off. Take this stuff off. You're under arrest for your warrant anyhow. And then I'm going to charge you with a whole bunch of other [ __ ] just for you delaying all this stuff. Come on out. I ain't got time. I ain't got time for this stuff. You have any drugs or anything on you? No. You have anything else illegal on you? Can you what? [Music] I'm not [Music] I mean for the love of God I mean this is just ridiculous. We're playing games like we're 2 years old. Hi So, I'm not playing I'm not playing any games either. You're charged with obstructing official business right now. You're warrant. [Music] Yep. I don't know how that's obstructing. Anything in your shoes or anything that's going to get you in trouble in the jail? All right, let's go over here. phone. No. Let's go. I want my phone. My numbers out. Let's go. You're not getting your phone. Why can't I have my phone? Cuz I just said get the supervisor, please. This is how it work. You're in alliance. You're not in Canton. Have a seat in there. Why can't I have my phone? I just said that. Have a seat. Like I just wanted my phone. Oh, you don't get your phone. We'll all get into evidence. Once Christopher was secured in the back of the police cruiser, the officer returned to search his purse and requested an itemized receipt from the loss prevention team to determine whether the theft qualified as a misdemeanor or a felony. It's ours. Okay. Okie dokie. Well, I'll take him down. I'll book her processor and I'll bring all this stuff I got back. Can you give me an itemized uh thing of what you got so far? I can only give you what I had seen. Okay. I'm working on trying to find some cosmetic stuff. She only goes down a house where she knows there's nobody or no cameras. Gotcha. She has a warrant too for theft. I don't know. Yeah. Christopher Katrrol was charged with petty theft and obstructing official business. Now, we turn to the case where this entitled woman pushed the officer's patience to the limit, refusing to take responsibility for her actions and focusing more on being addressed with the correct pronouns than cooperating with the investigation. And right now, I just feeling harassed. I'm non-binary. So, okay. What do you go by? Kai, how can I refer to you tonight, Kai? Okay. Hey, I'm smelling alcohol. I know. How much have you consumed tonight? Like probably three drinks. three drinks. On June 18th, 2023, an officer pulled over a vehicle that was suspiciously driving against the flow of traffic. What seemed like a routine stop quickly took a bizarre turn when he came face to face with one of the most entitled and irrational liberals he'd ever encountered. What's going on? Nothing. Why are you driving in the wrong way of traffic? No, I just got changed around. I just moved here like 2 months ago and I just got changed around. Okay. Do you understand what's going on though? You're going in oncoming traffic. I know. And I just decided that it was better just to turn around really [ __ ] quick. Okay. But I'm sorry. Do you live here or are you just trying to I just moved here? No. But do you live here in like this apartment complex? Oh, no. I didn't. But So, you were just like, "Hey, I'm going to I'm going to turn around by coming in here." I'm sorry. Okay. Uh, this is your car? Yes. I'll get your insurance. Not my car, but it's my mom's cuz my car got kind of [ __ ] up. I'm so sorry. What happened to your car? It's with my dad. Like No, you said it got messed up. Yeah, like it has a bad oil change and stuff. So, okay. Is it insured? Yes, it is. Okay. Can I just have you step out? We'll go look it up on my computer and I'll get you out of here. The driver made things even more complicated by coming up with a string of excuses to avoid arrest. One of which involved gender. Sorry, I just have like really bad social anxiety and sess. Just a heads up. I don't want to be out here any longer than you do. We walk back to my car. I look it up on the computer and I get you out of here. Okay. Okay. Go ahead. Step out for me. Wait, what are you looking for? Your insurance, registration. I'm going to check your driver's license status. I'm going to do all that. Just go ahead and step out for me, ma'am. Okay. But do you have any weapons on you? Anything I need to know about? No, but that's the thing is like I don't want to step out whenever you're asking for stuff. Okay. Well, we're past that. Just go ahead and step out. I'll walk you back to my patrol car and then I'll talk to you back there. Okay. Sorry. Just like as an indigenous person. Right back here, please. Miss Perry. Am I Well, I'm non-binary, so Okay. What do you go by? Kai, how can I refer to you tonight, Kai? Okay. Hey, I'm smelling alcohol. I know. How much have you consumed tonight? Like probably three drinks. Three drinks. Okay. Judging by driving wrong way on that street. I know. That's the other thing that Well, hang on. Don't cut me off. Judging by how you're driving, the smell, I need to run you through some tests right now. Okay. That's why I have you out of the car once I That's the thing that I asked about before. I said, "Okay, so you're just giving me for my registration." And he said, "Yes." Yep. And now you're running me for other stuff. Yeah. I'm going to run you through some tests to make sure you're safe to drive. Okay. Okay. So, I'm going to turn off these blinking lights. That way, they're not affecting your eyes as I go through your your test tonight. Kai finally agreed to take the field sobriety test, and it wouldn't take long for the officer to realize just how intoxicated she really was. You said you had three drinks. What kind of drinks would those be? Rum and a cider. Okay. Are we talking like a mixed drink? Are we talking a shot? What are we talking about? Well, rum is going to be mixed drink. Cider is just a cider. Okay, perfect. Stand facing me, please. But I just want you to know that I also have very bad social anxiety. You and me both. Okay. Okay. Stand with your feet together, toes touching, arms by your side, just like I am. Hands outside your pockets, please. I'm gonna have you take those glasses off. You can fold them up. Put them in one of your pockets. Perfect. I'm going to be going back and forth with my finger. I don't want you to move your head throughout this test. I just want you to focus on the tip of my finger. Only moving your eyes. You obviously have glasses, so there's no contacts in your eyes right now. Correct. Any recent head trauma, traumatic brain injuries? Anything I need to know about? Uh, mental. Yes. Any recent head trauma, though? You haven't hit your head in like the last month or so? You have? Okay. What did the doc say? That I had a little concussion. Okay, so concussions heal. Any longl lasting effects? Sure. I don't know. I'm asking you. I know. Is there anything that would prevent you from driving that car? Okay. Stand with your arms by your side, please. I want you to focus on the tip of my finger. Okay. Focus on my finger, please. I am.
