I'm trying to push her up off of me. And
I did bite her to get her off of me cuz
I can't breathe. On December 19th, 2024
in Ohio, officers responded to a report
of a domestic altercation between a
mother and her daughter. What's going
on? Yeah. Well, I've tried to ignore
this, but I was laying on the couch with
her daughter and she jumped on top of me
and I couldn't move. So, you know, I'm
trying to get off. I had to yell for my
other daughter to get her, but she said
she's not coming out. How's your How old
is this daughter? This one is 24, but
she broke a gallon of paint that through
the house. She's just terrorized the
whole house. She said she wants
restraining orders. I mean, you can Is
she on? No, she she's not. She's
me and my

her. Get away from me. I'll talk to you.
I'll do anything. Just follow me. Please
get her. Stay away from Hey, stop. Stop.
Calm down. Can you just walk in here,
guys? My stuff's in there. My daughter's

Well, so what's going on? Um, I got sent
to one the other day, right? Okay.
I have a lot of mental problems and
that's from where I was a little kid and
my stepmother touched me, you know, and
I've been trying to face those ever
since I had my first son. Okay. And I
try to be but I have all these people in
my life that keeperve and that's my mom,
my brother, and the people downstairs.
So what brought this home? Because she
was sleeping and my son asked her told
her to get up because her daughter was
crying. I was giving her a bath. I was
taking care of it. I always walk over
here a little bit. So, we're kind of
stepping on each other's toes there and
um they started arguing. Well, as soon
as you get her flared up, this is what
happens. Usually, if you just try to
ignore it, she'll calm down. And I just
want you to know I'm not my I'm trying
to protect my kids and keep my kids. I
got a CPS case. I'm clean though. If you
just take me somewhere with my kid
instead of just like What was all the
yelling about? Because she got mad
because I just tried to hold her down.
She said she was going to call cops.
Stop calling cops. Stop trying to yell
for help. Why can't you just talk to me?
Well, why were you holding her down?
Because she was biting me and she was
trying to call the cops. Stop calling
the cops. That's not going to fix our
situation. We need to sit here and fix
it by ourselves. Cuz cops scared me. So,
she was biting you and then Yes, she was
biting. I was just trying to hold her
down so that people downstairs would
come out and see. I'm just trying to
hold her down and talk to her. I'm not
trying to hurt her. She's my mom. So,
what what escalated to where what made
her bite you? I was holding her down
like trying to get her to stop trying to
stop like we need to talk. Stop doing
this. They were fighting and arguing. I
was like, I was going to call the cops.
So then she kept going. She said she was
going to get dressed and go to her
dad's. So I called her dad to I was just
recording so you could hear. But um she
started down the paint and it went from
the bathroom all the way. And I was
trying to film it. But she's just
destroying everything and won't stop.
I'm laying on the couch not talking to
her, letting her do what she's doing,
yelling at me, and she jumps on top of
me and I can't breathe. So I yell for
her sister to help me. Why would your
mom bite you? Like what caused Cuz she
wants to make me think I'm the problem.
You know, I've been I've been sick. I
was at the hospital the other day,
right? Like I told them to give me the
shot because when I was in some
behavioral the shot they give us they
honestly lift us up, cover our mouth,
put us in like a closet. So when they
hit us with that shot, we're instantly
out. We can't talk about nothing, you
know, because we're not in the right
state of mind. Well, now I'm in the
right state of mind and I'm clean and
I'm I'm right you I'm trying everything
to keep my kids. They're all living for
search. And I don't know how to keep him
safe without me trying to realize this
is I'm trying to tell you guys the truth
and trying to talk to you guys, but you
guys don't want to talk to me together.
You guys just want to play mind games.
I'm 25 years old. I'm exhausted. I'm in
business. I'm exhausted. Officer, who's
playing mind games? Will you talk about
your mom? My mom mostly. She was laying

trying. She's through that. She's

Yeah. When he last showed it stop
escalating cuz I told him to stop. So at
what point why it turned on you? She
always turns on me. Always. It's I do
everything. I'm She tells everybody I'm
a crack. She tells them that I'm a no
good piece of mom. I mean I can go grab
something. She knows her beat her ass.
I just I just went a train order against
my mom, my brother, and my sister and
and I'll be just taking you to take me
to Sky Road with my daughter for the
night so I know I'm safe. Yeah, you
can't do that. It's a little outside of
jurisdiction. Someone that can. How long
have you been staying here? I I I live
here. Okay. I have Mel coming in here
and so do my dad. I have Mel and I would
like a straightening order against my
dad.
Can I get those five straightening
orders and then I will talk to them. All
right. Well, take take deep breaths.
Okay. You're extremely elevated. So,
take some deep breaths, exhale out. So,
as far as training orders, you have to
you have to go do the ground work. You
have to go down the courthouse and fill
out the proper paperwork to start that
process. That's something I can't do for
you this evening. That's fine. Um, can
you help me just get a ride to Sky Road
somehow? Yeah, please. I I can't unless
you got money for a taxi, then maybe
that's a possibility. I have I have $50.

However, we have this whole issue
between you and your mom of your mom
biting you, you holding her down. I was
just trying to I know I'm admitting my
wrong. I'm trying to
probably shouldn't have escalated up to
that point. But I took pictures of the
paint like cuz I was like I started
cleaning it. But you can see there it's
and it went clear to the couch.
But oh that's cuz I came in here taking
pictures of everything that was down.
But but that's where she's screaming
too. She was here. Okay. I went to
rehab. I've come back and I'm still
trying to fix everything.
Um but she has her own bedroom to go to.
The living room is the only room I have.
So I've asked her like just go to the
bedroom and she won't. She just she just
wants to see me just she Yeah. And then
she hit my side on my head earlier and
ignored that. But then now she with her
open hand smack side of my head. Okay.
And you jump up and listen to me and it
takes me to be like this before you
listen to me. I hear you. I just don't
So she jumped on you and kind of the
four back. Yeah, she was on me. I don't
really cuz Yeah, I'm just trying to get
her off and just I feel like I was being
smothered so it was kind of just get off
and she just on five floor. Yeah. So,
did she actually put her arm around like
not arm on your neck or was it just you
felt kind of like I felt like I mean
like she's on top of me so there's like
there's me fighting her that's she's
bigger than me. You know what I mean? I
just want to I'm just trying to clear
some things out. I just I didn't know if
like it just made you feel real I guess
across the but I'm on the couch and she
comes and jumps on top of me. So I mean
how am I supposed to feel? Yeah, I got
you. And I wasn't fighting back. I mean
I wasn't even trying to fight with her.
Is Troy like your sister? Yeah, Tori's

That's I was just curious.
And they're downstairs. All right. But
it's just you and your mom was upstairs,
right? Yeah. And I She was yelling for
help before anything. try to call her. I
was like, "You're not helping this by
yelling yelling for help. You're You
can't You need to sit down like a normal
family and talk." I mean, and she won't
do that. So, I was holding her down to
get her to stop like trying to come at
me and get in my face. I wasn't trying
to hold her down to hurt her. I was
trying to get her to realize, "Mom, this
is what needs fix. I've been to one egg
so many times in mental hospitals. I'm
just trying to fix what I've done. What
they've done wrong with me to fix what
I'm here and I'm too far behind. I'm
trying to get, you know, it's just a
struggle. I went to 1A so I could get
that shot and that 1A messed me up even
more. This shard messed me up even more.
I used to work out there, you know, and
they posted me on Craigslist and
everything and that's what really hurt.
So, ever since then, I've not worked
since then. She said she was leaving and
if she would just left, everything would
be fine. But like I said, I called the
cops last week, had them take her to
Adena. So, this is just like keeps
going,
escalating. Next time she Oh, she was
threatening me too. Like, you better off
you. Oh, one. Yeah. And I don't know if
I got that on record, too. But
I mean, I called her dad. Her dad's
heard it half, too. If you know when you
put him on speaker, you So, how did you
end up getting her off of it by
screaming and having her sister came up
to fight too, like to push her up out of
the way and get off of me. But then when
I told her I'm calling the cops now, she
grabbed me by this part and was trying
to trip me up because I'm trying to run
out. My phone wouldn't dial for some
reason cuz I'm standing outside trying
to call you. I had to call for dad to
call you guys to come up.
So, where's the other daughter at? Um, I
think they left. They didn't want to get
in trouble. They don't want any trouble.
We don't want any trouble. We just want
her to get help. But, are you diagnosed
with anything? I'm diagnosed with PTSD,
anxiety. Um, two different
personalities right here. But I'm
diagnosed with uh this uh
PTSD, uh, personality disorder, and I
take over seven pills together. I take a
anxiety pill, another anxiety pill, a
breathing pill, and then I take a heartb
burn pill, and I take an iron pill, but
I've been missing two pills for months.
So then I have to listen to music. I
realized when my first time when I I
there's this girl was in there and she
sung to herself. So ever since the first
time I was in there, I sing to myself. I
have to sing myself and keep music going
cuz if it gets too quiet, I will start
talking to myself and then I will not
know if I'm in my head or not cuz I'm
always alone. All I got is my kids, sir.
I'm always alone. So, what kind of bad
habits do you keep on getting sucked
into? Just like addiction or like my me
smoking weed. I got my my my medical
card. So, like if I can't get a ride out
there, I'll get weed where I can get it
from. And sometimes I not even realize
it be it be legs and I don't even know.
And then every time I go to the
hospital, this time I realized they
asked me about me. I didn't even I don't
know because I didn't know. I just
smoked. I smoked before I even got in
the car with the police officer. But I'm
so scared of police officer because I've
always been playing mind games and I
always I don't call the police, but my
family's always called police. And I
always I don't call the police cuz I
want to prove my rights with you guys
and my family. And I What do you mean by
what do you mean by mind games? Ever
since I was a kid, it's just been mind
games. Let's keep moving. Ever since no
one's ever sat me down at a table and
tried to really they've always said,
"Oh, you're disgusting. This and that."
For me to talk about myself, I have to
talk about myself in third person
through someone else to understand
myself cuz that's how traumatized I am.
Okay. So, what what would what are you
wanting to see out of this? She just go
just go until the morning and and she
can take her daughter and do whatever.
You know what I mean? Go to great view.
I I don't care. I'll go to your room for
the rest of the night. Just leave me
alone. Stay away from me. That's it. No
one wants to really take me serious
about my mental health. And the only
place that really takes me serious is
when A1 was send me off to behavioral
some behavioral. What did they recommend
for you to do to be able to get you in a
better a better situation? Uh the first
time they just sent me home. They didn't
really do nothing. Yeah. And then second
time it wasn't the second time. was the
third time I went to sit too cuz the
second time I was sitting from my house
but the third time I sit back there or
whatever I went to
rehab and I went to rehab for almost two
months. I just needed like I think one
and a half months left or something to
finish and a girl there triggered me and
I wanted to throw a pop at her but me
that trigger I stopped and I realized I
just got to go home. I am an addict. I
just got to go home because and here I'm
not on papers and you think just I'm not
on papers. I ain't gonna do nothing. And
I I hate the disrespect. I'm the nicest
person in the world. But the moment I
feel disrespect or lied to or my loyalty
has been portrayed. Oh, I'm just I'm a
monster. I feel like I don't want to be
no monster. I have kids, you know. I
want my own home. I'm Metropolitan
Ladies. I'm 156 now. I was 155 before I
went to 1A. Yes, but I'm 156 now. Can
you explain that to me? You want to
switch out? Can I get a Can you get I
need a water out of the refrigerator.

So, I had a couple hops last weekend on
her for 72 hours. She did this straight.
She's not taking her meds like she
should. I I can tell that I don't want
to see her get in trouble, but I can
really take so much. And so, her
daughter was laying with me. I'm not
fighting back with her. I don't want to
fight with her. And I know if I keep my
mouth
shut after usually after a while, she
stops. But she come over and she picked
her daughter up and I thought she was
just moving her to the couch with her
cuz she always tells me I can't see your
kids when she doesn't. Yeah, you guys
live together, right? Um and then she
come over and she jumped on me and
that's when I'm 5'4, she's 6'4. I can't
push her. I'm trying to push her up off
of me. I told her to get off of me. I
screamed to get off of me to ch my lungs
and she just she wouldn't. But um any
particular reason why she did this? And
I still couldn't figure out really like
what started. She was sleeping and she
got woke up. She has a bedroom. Okay.
The living room is the only bedroom I
have and she knows that. But she stays
in the living room. So my phone rang and
woke her up. And she just got pissed
off. That one's not even playing for
some reason. Do you have any marks or
anything like that when she was holding
you down? No. There's no marks. In a in
what manner was she holding you down?
See, that's where I'm like she's on top
of me so I don't know. I'm trying to
push. You know what I mean? I'm not for
sure. I just know she's petting me on
the couch on my Well, I have the like
chair couch right there. Yeah. By the
window and that's She's jumped over
there and on top of me.
So, is it just non-stop with her just
like this thing? It was 72 hours and she
was screaming. She had no voice by the
time the cops came last time. Yeah. What
did they end up doing with her last
time? They took her out to the hospital
for me. Okay. I'll probably offer that
with her. um offer that to her this
evening.
And I'm not crying for attention. I'm
not crying. I'm crying to get this three
guys. I'm tired. I'm
25. I got two kids. I'm trying to make
right with breaking cycles and everyone
hurts me enough.
Is there any other resolution you can
think of that might work out better for
you? No. her dad. I mean, she was
supposed to go to her dad's, but her dad
is so upset with her right now, too. But
maybe that wouldn't be a good good
option either. So,
okay. So, just see if she'll go in her
room. And is the uh the child okay
sleeping on the couch? Yeah. Yeah,
that's fine. No, if she takes her in
there, that's fine, too. I'm not arguing
with her. Whatever she wants is fine.
Okay. Maybe we can make content with
that.

the rest of the evening? So, my my I'll
tell you what my perception is, right? I
can't have you and mom arguing
throughout the rest the remainder of the

and he says yes. So, I'm not going to

can try that, but it sounds like he's
