tears after pulling his gun on a dangerous suspect I will shoot you again hands up up hands up got you on April 14th 2014 officers were following a suspicious car when they identified the occupants they immediately realized that this was not going to be just another routine night shift in the field 2 [Music] hands up all four of you hands up what were you doing why are you moving your hands first contact with the suspect the officer fired shots despite the gunfire the occupants in the car refused to obey the officer's orders left out take the back left out now hands up now out now come to me hands on the car hands on the I need medical no code to Stage we're 1038 Ramirez has been shot three times where I can see not move no stay right there move I got him covered if you want to cuff units to the scene to bring the situation under control and remove the suspect Richard Ramirez from the car at this point the officer who had recently arrived walked toward the officer who fired the shots and at that moment the shooter became extremely emot [Music] I got you I thought he was going to pull a gun on Me Maybe he was maybe he was Jesus CH you survived got you man [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] on out all right all don't know a Coroner's jury in 2015 cleared Mor of wrongdoing and ruled the shooting to be justified from one emotionally moving moment to the next this officer broke down in tears as he faced an irresponsible mother who couldn't properly care for her children are you kidding me God right now we're at baby has bres on his face bleeding out of his eyes in November 2021 in New Mexico a distraught mother dialed 911 desperately asking for help after further conversation dispatch determined that the 30-year-old caller Kira Milton was in the midst of a mental breakdown and sheriff's deputies were promptly sent to the scene little did officers know the roller coaster of emotions Kira's case would take them through as they handled a depressed mother and the harm she posed to her children hello ma'am you want come over here I can get you help just come with me no weapons on you no no that cigarette helping you out keeping you calm no I don't even home the officers discovered Kira had young children and their priority was to ensure the kids were safe and when they turned their attention to Kira they were left shaken by the mental state she was in hey baby how are you doing oh my goodness you're little one you want to come in here with your brother hey baby oh my goodness you are cute what's your brother's name brother's what's his name oh God this is embarrassing do you feel like hurting the kids I mean I get it if you do parenting is a lot frustrated uh-huh like when one stops crying the other one starts crying it's like you can't catch a break with the kids yeah and then on top of that I got anxiety like I can't break okay okay do you feel like hurting yourself all the time but do you feel like that right now say that do you paramedics had been to this house before and decided that it would be best for everyone if the mother was taken to the hospital for further evaluation state law required that they release a mental patient after at least 5 to 7 days but they released her the same day resulting in devastating consequences I called you guys I get that and that's why we're here trying to help you well why' nobody help me get a lighter and then my neighbors are being nosy what they're in their yard just leave them they're pointing their big old fat fingers over here let them why did it bug you they want to do that they do it day and then they feed my Chihuahua give her why your Chihuahua over there and pukes and why is your chihuaha even over there cuz she goes under the fence oh if it's going to leave your property then that's the owner's fault contact going put you and take to my car and then we're taking you to the hospital now contct as you going to listen to me keep doing this I know you don't fatal mistake a few days later 911 received another call from the mother and this time Kira had done something terrifying yeah spr right away get get go ahead man he's dead he's dead who is who is he my baby four months he's 4 weeks old shiff Sheriff's Office clear clear oh oh God are you kidding me the officers entered the house making their way to the infant's crib that was when they made the horrifying discovery the baby was uncontactable the officer's cries told a story of utter Devastation but then Panic surged as he couldn't locate the [Music] 4-year-old oh hey hey I found him he's was dispatched to a highway after receiving reports of a woman driving in the wrong lane fearing that she might be intoxicated the officer rushed to the scene however nobody was prepared for how this bit just your East B traffic came to a stop and the turbulent scene suddenly became surprisingly quiet when shots were fired at this point dispatch had just sent additional units to the scene having a good time the EMS just pronounced her deceased oh my God man on July 28th 2023 officers were dispatched to a tragic scene where a 13-year-old girl had been shot by 14 18-year-old poerio Brown initially the teen attempted to mislead investigators by claiming that the girl had passed away in a driveby shooting however evidence quickly pointed to a different story watch how things unfold as the officers arrive at the scene you said you do have down window to fire if you could proceed to the area of is there anything I can get she still she still has a p at the scene the officers were met by Amber lying on the ground and her brother was asking if she was still alive I'm going to have to ask you bro what you're doing right now is not helping I'm going to need either go sit down over the one that has like a spinning Barrel okay he pulls out one of those it was a handgun yeah okay the girl tells the officer that a group of friends was inside 14-year-old poerio Brown's home when the boy pulled out a handgun and pointed it at Amber's face and then he ends up pointing it at her and she went to she let to go give me give me one second okay pulled out a a 22 was it a 22 what kind of revolver do you don't know you just know that you just know that it was a revolver handgun right yeah I know one of those rest got you okay and he points it at her and she went to go like like take it away from her face right all of a sudden you just hear a boom I look and I see her fall to the ground next see you know she starts to ble so he shot her in the face with with the handgun yeah I where where where were you guys when he shot her with the handgun um oh I think uh the kitchen you guys were inside the house when it happened yeah and he points at her and so she like went to go move it MH and that's when you just hear the loud bang and a little bit of a light and then she drops and next you know she just starts to bleed okay multiple Witnesses later explained that it was poerio Brown's idea to come up with a drive by shooting scenario yeah he he made that story up whenever uh he shot her and took her outside when how what did he tell you about that he tried to make up the story that the driver happened like right like next to that dumpster in front of his like on the road try to see a driveby happened right there and that her brother went to his house freaking out about it and they ended up dragging her over there at this point the father arrived at the scene and an officer was about to deliver the worst message a father could imagine receiving that his daughter was gone sir I understand sir can you talk to me for just a couple minutes um the EMS just pronounced her deceased oh God man she's gone what he's gone can I please go see yes I'll have one of my guys meet you I'm trying to stay out here to block this off yeah I'm fine I'm fine I'm fine 404 406 you have the father walking in now uh he's got a carpenter knee pads on a blue t-shirt and a baseball cap I'm sorry sir my my condolences I thank you I'm honestly I'm going to do my damn this to figure out what happened I I'm sorry I I don't know but my son called me a oh God I know I can't be at this point officers began securing the area going inside Brown's home to get him out of the home however it soon became clear that not only the guy had a role in this shooting but so did the shooter's father though you said you didn't know if he hid or did something with the guns yeah like multiple guns yeah so what do you mean by multiple guns cuz even at first before everything happened he even pulled out like an AK and or it seemed like an AK it looked like it and then some sort of other gun I don't know my guns but it was like about I would say maybe about this maybe a little bit bigger it was camouflage and they were full rounds like the clip was full forero was taken into custody and so was his father you the silent anything you say or do and it will be used against you in court of law you're the right ter attorney if you cannot afford one one can be provided to you at no cost you also have the right to have your parent present during questioning do you understand your rights um about what all took place and as far as a black SUV it's not that's that's not panning out okay does that make sense if you're saying I don't I can't tell you cuz I was at one okay and I get that but um another thing that you need to understand is there's a lot of guns in that house right and none of them are secured uh most of them are secur I have a few that are out you have a few that are out who allegedly owned the Firearms was charged with negligently making a firearm accessible to a minor resulting in death he was booked into the TOs County Detention Center and his son was booked into the San Juan juvenile detention center from one unprovoked and heartbreaking crime to another a knife attack on an innocent mother and her son took place in the Giant Eagle grocery store parking lot yeah I will be ready let me know when you're ready on March 3rd 2024 officers received a call from a woman reporting a knife stabbing a bystander informed them that a random attack had taken place in the Giant Eagle grocery store parking lot when officers arrived the atmosphere was thick and everyone was in sh shock let's go do that [Music] [Applause] squad's pulling up now squad's pulling up now the scene in the parking lot was devastating as the medical team worked tirelessly to resuscitate Julian who clung to life she off good good all right yes all West guys [Music] let me know when you're up out the cart and that's when it fell over and they collapsed over here and the lady just continued to walk off and that's when everybody just kind of came out of nowhere yeah and I I got out the one guy he said what happened I said I don't know I'm going to go look um I came about halfway and I saw her trying to get away so I hopped in the car and chased her down okay um to almost where that that white building is yeah um that's when I called 9111 and um like literally 30 seconds later you got showed up okay all right cool so the kid was in a car in the car yeah by this point other officers had been on the hunt for Bianca Ellis who was found with the knife used to commit the brutal attack I need a help the kid he in the first couple a where's your who's gots Slow Down slow down tragically passed away at the hospital his mother Margot was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and was expected to make a full recovery however the emotional trauma will likely stay with her and the family for the rest of their life
