Yeah, he's at home and drunk as hell. 2356. Please stop screaming. Stay on the sidewalk. Stop talking to her. Where's he at? He's in our house. He just got home like five minutes ago. So, I don't know what occurred within 5 minutes. Okay, let me talk. I don't need the ambulance and 500 people. Oh, that's for him to decide. Huh? Stop talking. You need to quit calling the police. Stop. Stop. Yeah, that's all you call. If you don't stop, you're going to get put in handcuffs. You relax. You stop talking to her. We say something else and we're going to have issues. There is no more talking. Say, where's your house? My house is right here. All right. Stay there. I don't want you going anywhere else. Stay there, Paula. What is the problem? Yeah. What is the problem? We've been home for 5 minutes. What did I just say? What did I say? What did I just say? She just laughed. Okay. Well, don't respond to it. She's not talking to you. She's a She has a smirky ass look on her face and you might get popped. Okay. It's a problem. Why are you guys here? Yeah. Please have a conversation with us. Where where's he at? Can I come in? Yeah, honey. He's by his truck. We literally got home 5 minutes ago. Where's he at? Is he outside? He's by the truck. Freezing, honey. Oh, freezing. Get over here. You close the door. Somebody said somebody got hurt. Hey, Mommy. I want to know what the hell. No. No. No. There's no talking to him. Okay. I'm telling you. Okay. I will talk to you in a second. Go over there. Go over there, my man. What's the issue? What's going on? This little hammer. Mhm. Go over fence. Okay. Talking to a dog and I had a hard time getting myself up. Okay. Did you break her fence? I don't know what the hell I did, but Okay. Here comes We're going to go inside. Okay. Go ahead. Are you okay? Yeah, I'm all right. Okay. I hammered fell over. Oh, you fell over. Yeah. And I was talking. Go on in. Go on in. Come on in. Come in. Okay. You don't need uh medical help? No. Just uh had some drinks tonight. Yeah, totally cool. Totally cool. That's fine. That's That's okay. I like I like whatever. Okay. Okay. Okay. Comes up there. Well, I think there's a big misunderstanding and there's some tensions between neighbors and if we're not needed and you don't want us to check on you, then we're going to get out of here. Are you good? All right. So, there's no time. Here's the deal, though. Listen to everything he's telling you. Okay. Play it cool with him. Okay. All right. All right. Be safe. Okay. All right. You okay? Thank you, my man. Just have a seat for now. Okay. Have a seat. Just sit down, Dad. All right. I Yeah, he wasn't driving. So, yeah. No, he wasn't. I wasn't driving. He literally got home five minutes ago. Yes, sir. I got to shut the door. So, you trying to talk to the dog or something? Yeah. Okay. What's your social? She has a female bike lab over there and I always go over there to dog whatever but I still so obviously she has an issue. No, you fell over the fence. Yeah. I was listening by the window. Okay. What's social? Huh? Your social. Why do you have to have a social and everything? You know your social security number. You have your ID. Why do you have to have a social though? That's why I'm identifying him and I'm talking to him. I don't understand that. David A. Wall. Put it down. Get your ID. Your ID. Driver's license, honey. Just give him your driver's license. I'm not giving no driver's license. You are. You are. No way. I live here. He's getting a warrant for disorderly conduct. She's going to get a warrant for disorderly conduct. And so are they. I'm not getting those. Yeah, you are. No, I'm not. I'm warning you for disloyal conduct. Or I could sight you. Okay. You just had warning. Okay. Yeah. You're social. But I'm not getting cited. I don't know. I don't know his social. So So what's going on? They just got home. We just got home 5 minutes ago. I was in the house. Obviously, he was outside and there was something that occurred between them outside. the neighbors over there. Yes, he has. But your other police officer saying that I'm going to get a disorderly conduct for I don't know what. Okay, we'll figure that out. Yeah, we we will figure that out. Okay. So, you were you involved in any way, shape, or form? You just heard in the house. Lower your voice. I'm trying to figure out. I have no idea what's going on. So, so grow up and talk to me like a human being and I'll be out of here with no ticket. Can I just go home? Yeah. Yeah, just go. I'm an adult [Applause] because you guys are a baby. Huh? It's aggravating. How are we aggravating, man? We We get called here. We have to ascertain what type of situation we're dealing with. And when I'm met with confrontation, it's hard for me to communicate effectively. Does that make sense? She just talks loud. Okay. There's no reason for it, though. Okay. She can decide to talk normal just like I'm talking to you right now. Just like you're talking to me. It's not It is her normal. No, ma'am. Hi. All right. So, what's the issue? The issue is he comes over here, he messes with the dogs, he busted the fence, and I'm I'm over it. Okay. Where did he break your fence at? [Music] This is stupid. Isn't enough. Hey, you can get off our property. Why is she over here? This is mine. Okay. To that light pole or that telephone pole? To that telephone pole is mine. Okay, that's fine. right here. So, is it is it broken link? It doesn't look broke. Is it It's not broken. Okay. So, he he he doesn't matter. He shouldn't be over here. Okay. Do you want to trespass? Yep. I do want to trespass. Okay. What's your social? He had an altercation with them over outside. They just got home cuz I heard it when I was in that. Okay. The dog that they have, he usually goes and pets. Okay. He usually goes to pets. He Yeah, they have a dog. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm following you. I'm listening, too. But yeah. Okay. There are friends and everything like that. And he went over, I guess, and must have tried to pet the dog and his drink and he fell either on the fence or something. This one that's right over here. This fence came out. This is what happened. Go ahead. I went over there. I got home. I drank a little too much. That's not illegal. And I was actually like petting the dog and then all of a sudden I come over there. Okay. So they're probably going to watch you trespass as well. So just don't go back to the property you get arrested. No, I'll call AMHA and I'll have them evicted. Okay, that's fine. And they don't deserve to live there anyway. All right, you're done. You're done. That's your problem. That's why your son committed too stupid. And now you're getting cited. No, I'm not getting excited. And now she's laughing about it. If you don't stop. She keeps asking me. Get in the house. She is about to get arrested. No, don't don't. Honey, she's out here screaming and yelling. I understand. So, you can go talk to her and tell her to be quiet. No, she was yelling, too. Hold on. All right. Hold on. No, don't even. Honey, what did you say? All right. What did you say? You go in the house right now or we're going to have a problem. She's telling her to quit talking her. Go. You're done. And now you're getting sighted. I told I told you to stop. me. You're inside. You are still Yeah, we're not doing all this, man. You came. You had an altercation over here. We have to figure out what's going on. She doesn't need to be carrying on like this. Okay. That's why your son committed. She had the opportunity to go home. Shut up. I I let her go home. So, let's not take this route. You came over here. You're getting cited. So, you're getting cited. Give me your ID. Yes, you are. Give me your ID now. Hold on. Stop. Give me your ID, ma'am. You're being arrested. Please, she's in my house. Okay, that's fine. I told her nobody. I told her to stop yelling. I told her to stop talking to her before she came back in the house. She came out here and started yelling. I told her stop again and she's doing it again. She Tell her to come out. Please. Come out. No, she is not going out. She's getting sighted. She's in my house. Yes, she is. She's getting No, she's calm down right now. I I try to be people talking down and you're you're all yelling. You're attacking. We're not smirking. Okay, that's fine. That has nothing to do with anything. You're getting cited. Yes, you are. I'm taking my son. You're giving me your ID. You're going to be arrested. Okay. You're going to give me your social. Hey, boss. Watch out real quick. You need to get out. You're going to get arrested. No, I'm taking right down the road. Okay, that's fine. Go that way. Let me take my That's fine. No, you need to go that way. She's going to get I told her to go home. She came outside obviously screaming yelling. I can hear her from inside here. What's your name, ma'am? I gave her the opportunity to go home and she came out here acting in a pool. Okay. Well, listen. But before we continue, show me where you fell. You guys are all I She guys are all trespass from there. If you go back there, you all be arrested. So, you're aware. I'm not here. That's fine. That's fine. She wants this whole entire house trespassed. You can't go back on her property. You'll be arrested. That make sense? Does that make sense? Yeah, I know. I know. I know what you're saying. So, now now we got that clear. I got We're just trying to calm down the situation. Okay, we're calming down the situation. All right. You're going to go in the house and you're going to be fine. Come here, ma'am. You're not going nowhere. Ma'am, you get in the car. You're getting arrested for Nope. Why are you on me? I just came home. I can hear you from inside the house. I just want to take my son home. Okay. I live right and then you can leave. No, I'm not getting inside. You're going to You're going to go Yeah, we are now trying to walk away. Don't touch me. Take him inside. Don't touch me. Ma'am, don't touch me. You're done. You're under arrest now. Identify. Well, she could be an adult and act like one. Thanks, Paula. Thanks for getting me arrested. Stupid. Stop. Stop. I don't have double lock, man. Hold on. Nope. I'm arrested now. Thanks. They're They're double locked. I hit these yellow buttons. Right in front of my son. Thank you. She's pretty bad. Right in front of my son. Thank you. Ma'am, we don't have to sit here and argue. You can go to court with her. Right in front of my son. Thank you. Well, you Well, you caused it on us. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. Just behavior. I wasn't even out outside when anything happened. Not acceptable. Yeah, but she she created the problem by coming outside. You can go in the house. Stop. I'm not If you're taking my phone, can you give it to my parents, please? You can keep your phone. All right, have a seat. Really? Can't get in here. All you got to do is just be quiet. But you don't say nothing to her. I did say something to her. I told her to stop. Like you don't want to arrest her for smirking and saying things. You're going to give me your social. Moment of clarity, huh? What do you mean it's a moment of clear? Means you decided to do the right thing. I wanted to go home. Well, I let you and then you came outside and started acting a fool screaming and yelling. I could hear you from inside. And at that point, you don't understand. No, no, no, no. Constantly on every It doesn't make what you did right. And then you did it in front of your son. It's a really bad example. So, yeah, I know. Like, I'm such a criminal. I'm not saying you're a criminal. I'm saying that was an unacceptable behavior. What is that? I see. That's I mean, the fence has got to be a civil thing. He's just We could do a DNx on him, but he's at home. Oh, this this fence. He fell. He was drunk and he fell into it. Not damaged, though. It's not damaged. I mean, he was on his property. He just called cuz he fell over, but he's on his property, but he fell over here. So, I think he can still get warrant for disordered conduct. And then she stopped running her mouth. She was just saying stuff and she was talking to me and then she was getting out and talking to her. So, she can still get known for this kind, but she's became an issue. I told her out here, "Stop talking." She came out screaming when before I got out of my car. Yeah. I told her to stop. Oh, when you first got here? Yeah. Oh, all day long. Yeah, for sure. She came here. She started screaming. I said, "Go in the house. If you do it again, you're going to get cuz that was what I was confused about when he told her about DOC in there." I was like, "Okay." All day long. Yeah. She came back out here. So, okay. We'll start writing that. I'll still do the whole report. Um, let's start writing that. I'll go try to talk with him since they don't they don't like both of us, but All right. So, we got the whole situation handled now. Okay. Um, can I speak with you? Is that Oh, please. Nobody else is getting arrested tonight. Okay. She's she's going to be released. Ma'am, ma'am, we do not have to sit and debate this. This is not a legal debate. Go ahead. Okay. Go ahead. Hey, she's okay. Go. So, you were you were on your property when you fell. Okay. That's going to be that essentially it's just a civil matter between you and them. Okay. They don't want you over there. So, just make sure you don't go over there. The fence isn't damaged. It's kind of like just bent over. There's no damage to it. We looked at it. There's nothing wrong. So, you're Well, I told you the truth, son. Yeah. Yeah. And that's why it's a little intoxicated. Yeah. Hear me out. Right. Uh, you're intoxicated, but you're calm, right? There's a difference. You have to overcome me. I'm not. I think you're trying to, but No, man. You're good. No. All right. All right. You're fine. You and I can have a civil conversation like this all day long and I'll have no problem. It's this that I have a problem with, right? When neighbors are trying to sleep right now especially, and I can hear. I didn't do nothing. And that's why you're not getting I didn't wake him up. You don't even need to get Yes, ma'am. That's we we have to correct that behavior. That's unacceptable. Dude, dude, what's up? I I fell over the fence. Yeah, that's okay. And I was having a hard time. Are you injured or anything like that? No. Okay. No need any or anything? I'm just weak. Okay. I'm old. Okay, ma'am. This was simple. I I told you stop talking to her and just be done. She can She's talking to me. She's making her remarks to me about you, but she's not talking to you. She can smirk, smile, and you're an adult and you have to go in the house. When I told you to stop talking to her, all it took for you is to just not talk to her. That's all it took. And then when I say you need to identify yourself, you have to identify yourself. You're not going to tell me what I'm going to do. Okay? I I am I don't know how many people you meet, but we are the police. And when we say you are going to identify yourself after I told you you're going to get cited, then you identify yourself. Not leaving, not taking off from us, cuz that causes issues. You cal down a little bit, ma'am? Yeah. Okay. What's your first name? Randy. Randy. I'm Nate. Okay. Mhm. We would have had no problems tonight if you had just not come out here and opened your mouth. That's it. That's it. You know, he he warned you. He gave you a fair fair warning. Mhm. Okay. I know that you're your mom says that's your mom, right? I'm not trying to offend you. Okay. She says you're typically a louder person and I'm okay with that. No, I am. But when I go inside and you immediately hostile with me, I just got here. So, what am I supposed to say? It's nothing. It's nothing with you. I hear you. I hear you. You're frustrated with them, but you're taking it out on me. How fair is that for me? It's not. And I'm sticking I'm sticking up for my dad. You should. I would stick up for my parents. I got I got no problem with you sticking up for your parents. I said we had a good night. We came home. I like literally Have you been drinking? Are you safe to drive home? Oh, yeah. Honey, I live literally at the Yeah. Right up the road. Okay. This is your car, right? Yeah. That's my car. I'm at the corner. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Mom said you're not far. Yeah. I'm literally four houses down from my parents. You're going to go home tonight. You're not going to go to jail. But I need you to understand that we have we could have charged it with failed ID because you know what I don't appreciate when she always constantly says that she has this thing. We never told her that we were AMHA housing. Who? My parents. They have AMHA housing. And the only reason why she knows is because if the maintenance comes over there. So when I heard her say that again like, "Oh, I'm going to call AMHA housing again." That's frustrating. Yeah. My dad is on social security disability. He had cancer when he was in his 20s and my mom has MS. Okay. It pisses me off. Sure. That's understandable. They don't get it. Like they're not going through what you went through and what Well, my parents need their housing. Yeah. So when she threatens their housing, that's what I don't respect about her and her smirk on her face and everything. I do I I can't stand her. Okay. And I'm not crying because I'm sad. I'm crying because I'm pissed. Okay. And listen, you're calm down. Okay. I'm going to get you step out. We're going to take the cuffs off. You're going to sit back in here for just a few minutes. We're going to write your citation out. You don't even have to go to court. All right. Unless you wish to contest it. Is that fair? That's fair. All right. Hey everyone, it's Trent, prior deputy sheriff, patrol sergeant, and canine handler. So, this situation up front is incredibly minor in the grander scheme of things. However, it is clear that there was prior drama and issues between these neighbors which just exacerbated the entire thing and took it down a route that it didn't need to go. But that happens sometimes. So, the original suspect, this older guy, telling these cops, "Hey, I was a little bit hammered. I was next door trying to talk to the dog and I accidentally fell over the fence and usually I'm over there petting the dog and it's not a big deal." So, could that be a minor criminal trespass if this neighbor had told him, "Hey, you're never allowed on my property ever." Yes, potentially. For something like a vandalism crime to be applicable in this situation, damage to property. Traditionally, for the state penal code, you are going to need two elements for that to apply. And that is going to be the two words knowingly and maliciously causing damage to somebody else's property, which obviously this guy didn't do. This was a total accident and there wasn't any damage to the fence as we saw. All they had to do is just prop it back up. So, not that big of a deal. And then really quick, that one cop asking for the original suspect's social security number and his daughter saying like, "Why do you need that?" So for cops, that is just another way for us to identify someone. It is not necessary. However, if somebody provides us their driver's license, state ID, or even passport. However, if a social security number is requested, that is something that just goes into the report and is not viewable by the public if somebody tries to obtain that report later on. And then obviously his daughter created a huge issue even though she was warned several times by both of these officers. Yet she continued to go outside instead of just staying in the house was yelling, screaming, cussing. I understand that other neighbor was outside too, but she's also waiting for the cops to come out and talk to her. But she definitely was egging it on some. However, the original suspect's daughter was definitely creating the vast majority of these issues when it's incredibly late at night and people are trying to sleep as these cops said. and they were nice enough to not take her to jail just to cite and release her because it's only a misdemeanor crime even though they were justified in technically taking her to jail. It was a misdemeanor committed in their presence and if it was likely to continue that would have been something that they would have been able to probably articulate. And then her saying, "Oh, nice. Arresting me in front of my son in front of my son while also her behavior in front of her son probably wasn't the best look either." But again, this was just a route that this situation didn't need to go. But but again, that happens sometimes in these neighbor disputes. That is going to be it for this one. See you guys in the next one. She was cited for disorderly conduct, released at the scene, and is considered not guilty unless proven otherwise in court. [Music]
