Do you see the person who was saying that? >> You are putting this on a 5-year-old. You're putting this on your 5-year-old. >> No lie. >> I got a video. >> What would you do when you're pushed into a corner restricted at every turn while your child is forced to observe it all? >> He kept me out like me, grabbing me, putting me out. >> One-year-old baby's got real bad and black eyes. This is going to hang with me forever. >> In this video, we revisit real life [music] situations where adults lose sight of boundaries and children are pulled into complicated conflicts. The story begins with a light-hearted exchange between two young men, but gradually develops into a tense situation involving authorities and concerns about children. >> Two people called about that truck >> stopping to talk to some kids. On May 5th, 2023, local services received several calls regarding a man believed to be interacting with children in a way that raised concerns. Officers arrived and [music] identified two individuals with one becoming the focus of the reports. >> What's up, looking for a Leon or whatever his name is. Leon owns that truck. >> Uh, I don't know. >> You don't know? >> Okay. >> Is he home? >> Huh? >> Is he home? >> I don't know. >> Come on, man. You don't know if he's home? >> I don't know. I'm just here. >> Okay. >> I'm his friend. What would you do right now? Yeah. >> So, >> we'll do this a couple of ways. Okay. He's not in any trouble right now. Were you in the truck with him earlier? You know why we're here, right? The stuff you guys said to those kids over there. >> What kids? >> Tell them to come out here. >> The truck pulled up beside him and asked him if he wanted candy, a PS5, and a Switch to get into the truck. There's two guys that stopped in the black truck. Um, they asked us to get in. >> Tell him to come out here. >> He's in the shower right now. >> I'm going to pull everyone out the house. I'm going to get a search warrant for your house. >> Then when he's done with this, I That's not how this is going to work. Okay. He could come out here and we could be adults and cordial about it. >> He's in the shower right now. But >> then tell him just to come out and talk to us when he's done. Okay. >> Tell him to step it up though cuz we're not going to sit out here all day. >> Better know. >> Okay. Go let him know. >> The only problem would be >> you guys giving us red flags to not want to talk to us. That's the only problem that could happen right now. Okay. >> I got you. No problem. >> Thanks. >> Soon as you got I'll have >> Yep. Let them know. Okay. >> Yeah, I got you. >> Central. >> Love when they play dumb. >> Yeah. Let's go. >> Hey, fella. Do you want to stay in the shower? >> I told you guys. >> All right. >> Were you with them? Cuz they described a guy in blue shirt, blue shorts, and all that. >> That's funny. Blue shorts. Cuz if I was even sitting in the truck, you wouldn't be able to see my shorts. though. >> Sorry, you're full of >> You didn't get out then, >> huh? >> You didn't get out. >> No. Who the [ __ ] is getting out of that piece of >> I don't know. >> Nobody. >> I don't know. >> So, listen. Like he said, >> the kid with the deputy over here. You got You got a problem, dude? Do you want there to be a problem? >> Do you have a problem >> with you? I do. >> I don't I don't have a problem. >> No. Okay. >> Really? >> All right. Like >> I'm just wondering what what the attitude's about, you know? Like >> I just don't like cops getting do stuff on occasion. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Looks like it. I get it. We all do stupid stuff, right? Yeah, that's cool. >> One day you'll grow up and realize you do stupid stuff and mature. Whose Whose van is this? >> Oh, no. [clears throat] >> Yeah, people usually act like this when they know they just did something stupid. >> Shut up. Yeah. >> Yeah, you're really you're really getting there, man. >> Huh? >> Are my feelings? >> All right, buddy. I'll be right back. You get me? >> Yeah. >> Nice. Okay. >> Those look pretty good in that. >> Thanks, man. They're new uniforms. >> Oh, yeah. >> The second individual appears [music] and calmly denies all claims from conversations to actions that were described as inappropriate. Yet, the unease remains. >> What's up, man? Good. You drive this truck >> this night. Yeah. >> Okay. You were just out driving around earlier. >> No, I don't even run it. >> No, you were. Don't play dumb. >> No, earlier. Yeah. >> All right. Yeah. We We had two We had two calls from different people about about you driving that truck out. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> I don't care that you were driving that truck. >> No. Yes, sir. >> All right. Did you talk to anybody on here? >> No, it's not running. >> Did you just right now? >> No. Yeah, it's stuck in >> I don't care. Neutral or some [ __ ] >> Yeah. What were you uh What were you up to earlier driving around? rolled the truck over the weekend. I showed him it still ran. >> Yeah, I saw you were in an accident or something like that. >> Yes, sir. >> So, we got two reports of you stopping to talk to some kids on the side of the road. >> So, why you turning and looking at him? What's that look all about? >> They started talking kids. >> Yeah. See that look? That's like, yeah, we did something stupid >> and we're playing dumb. Somebody did something dumb and you know it was one of you. >> I don't even honest to God. I'm focused on >> Two people called about that truck. Oh, I believe it >> stopping to talk to some kids. Okay, >> I didn't stop and talk to kids. >> Yeah, >> not me. >> It was one of you. >> So, laying here said he was driving a truck, but I have no idea what we're talking about. >> Well, just listen guys. Um, so luring and enticing a child, a minor, an adult doing that. It's a crime. >> I'm I'm still unaware of what I did. Like, >> you can pull the camera footage from the corner store here. I never stopped and talked to no kid. >> Okay. Well, a 9-year-old reporting something like that to us isn't something >> he reported described your truck to a te. >> Oh, yeah. I don't sure. >> And someone someone who was not involved, just a random person saw you talking to the kid and called it in too before all the back stuff. >> Yeah, 3:25. >> Huh? >> That's where this happened. >> So, a 9-year-old is reporting to us that someone in that truck over on Sunny Brook. >> Yeah. right here by the >> made made some comments that hey you want candy you want a Nintendo Switch and there was a third thing >> like that bro I'm just telling you what happened right over here you can pull the camera foot you can pull camera footage from any one of these houses man >> something else was said where maybe the kid thinks that happened that be >> no sir >> something tell us I was just g I just rolled >> I thought you guys were going to be here cuz that thing was on the damn road cuz it's not road legal >> yeah I don't care we don't see it driving so I don't >> I understand but >> just if you drive it like that you can get stuck talked to no kid. You could pull any camera footage around here. >> Did you guys like I mean did kids cause you issues? Was there a group of kids you guys issues? >> No. >> Trucks. >> No. You can't miss my truck. >> No. I know, but I'm making sure we don't have the wrong truck. Did you guys see another Just >> [ __ ] If you said it ain't got no bed, I'm the only one around here. No bed. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I just took it off two days ago. >> So, but no, I never said if anything may have been yelling at him >> asking him if he wanted a candy. >> No, >> I never said candy. Nobody even said nothing. >> Kenny never came out of my mouth. So >> just you guys are being cool now, so we'll speed this along. But basically, we are investigating a crime. >> All right. At this point, still >> you told us you were driving the truck. We know he was a passenger. >> We're making sure if any IDs, official IDs can be made until I'm going to go call my deputy now to see if that's happening or not. >> I mean, you need my ID. >> No, unless we don't have it. >> I don't have my ID on me, but I did give him all my right. >> Yeah, you're fine. until I get that call that we're we're done here. You guys are staying right here. Okay. >> Officers decide to monitor the situation from a distance, handling the matter carefully with the child's well-being as their top priority. >> So, we're going to take a little short ride and like that paper said, don't feel pressured like you have to, you know, pick somebody out. All right? We don't want to accidentally arrest the wrong person. Okay. All right. >> I'm router location now. Now you guys can stand up. >> Stand about 15 ft apart. Just come on up. Come on up here. Want him just standing on the yard. >> Yeah. Just um you can come in the grass. You're good right there. Yeah, that's the truck. >> Okay. Do you see the person who was saying that? >> The blue one. >> This guy in the blue. >> Yeah. >> Okay. How certain are you? >> Certain. >> Turn the radio down a little bit. >> Yeah. Just down enough where he's about to say something. >> That's affirmative. >> 104. Which one? >> Blue shirt. Copy. >> After reviewing details and [music] statements, one person is permitted to leave while the other stays for further clarification. >> All right, I'm going to look up a couple things real quick. >> Yeah, >> you guys can sit back down where you were. >> You heard that, right? I'm look up a couple things real quick. >> Come in. >> You want to give me a swan record statement in regards to what what occurred? >> Yeah, I can. >> Okay. Do you know the meaning of perjury? >> I'll explain it. Uh, no I don't. >> Okay. Perjury is a crime in the state of Florida. It can be committed by telling lies or omitting information which is leaving information out while under oath. Perjury is a crime in the state of Florida. Do you understand what I explained about perjury? >> Yeah. Private taking a sworn statement I'm placing on oath. If you could raise your right hand, you swear or affirm the statement you're about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, nothing but truth. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, you know why we're here? We already talked to you earlier. Um, would you like to say anything about that matter at all? >> No. >> Do you know what I'm talking about? I know that we went for a drive, hit a trail, stopped at was Darcy's house, but we stopped there to talk to Chase cuz he's standing there right now. >> Okay. >> We drove back here. >> At any point, do you remember seeing any kids or talking or talking to any kids on the side of the road walking home from school? >> I don't remember. >> You don't remember? >> I don't think we did. I don't believe so. >> You don't you don't believe you talked to anybody? >> Okay. Your chance to be honest with me? Did you guys So, you're saying you did not talk to any kids on the side of the road at all? No, >> not at all. I mean, I was yelling at Leighton, but I was not yelling to no kids, nobody on the side of the road. >> Do you remember seeing any walking by or anything like that? >> I was not even paying attention. >> Anything you want to change that or delete from what you told me? >> No. >> All right, this concludes the statement. Time is 5:13 p.m. All right, you can go off seat over there. >> All right, Leon, you're free to go. All right, >> Joseph, are you going to be coming with us? Come on, stand up. >> Can I give him my vape? Oh, wait. His chargers in my pocket, too. >> Yeah. What's on you goes with you. Are you going to mail them? >> Can I get my shoes up >> so when I do get out of jail? >> Those ones right there. >> No, mine. Never mind. >> Forget about it. >> So, you're going for luring enticing. >> That's cute. >> It's not cute. It's kind of a big deal. >> Go yourself. >> Two counts. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Even if you're joking around, it's so stupid. >> Yeah. Go yourself. >> Okay. I just got something under your car. >> Sir, >> the man was charged with two counts of luring a child under 12 by a person 18 or [music] older. Under Florida law, he could face up to two years in custody and a $2,000 fine. What started as a simple joke turned into a [music] powerful reminder. Act responsibly, respect personal limits, and always put children's safety first. When the truth feels overwhelming, some adults shift responsibility onto those who cannot defend themselves. My 5-year-old has done this before far as like hit him with a toy and his eye has swollen up and he has a really like he gets in trouble a lot so he lies a lot too. >> On December 19th, 2024, officers were requested to check an apartment after reports of a family conflict involving a one-year-old with concerning conditions. When they arrived, only the mother was present and the child had already been taken to a care center. The area was kept under supervision to better understand the situation and ensure the safety of the other children. >> Hi there. So, uh, there was a child just transported from here. >> Is anybody else home? >> Just you. Okay. We're going to have to investigate that more and we're going to have to have you come out and we're going to have to This could be a crime scene cuz we don't know what's going on with the with the boy. You want to come sit in my car and stay warm? >> I don't know. We might have to get a search warrant for the place. Is this your house? Do you live here? So you're not getting arrested or anything? You what? >> Have a baby in here. >> You still have a baby in here? >> Okay. Yeah, we're going to have the baby come out, too. I don't know how long it's going to be. >> Like for hours? >> Yeah. >> We just come out here, have a seat in the car, so you don't have to sit in the cold figure out what's going on. >> I don't want it to be for like hours with a baby in there. >> I mean, it is what it is. Like there's nothing we can do about it. There's a baby in the hospital with severe injuries. So >> baby upstairs, you might step in. Yeah, we'll slip in and then get the baby and then we'll figure everything else out. Okay, you don't have any weapons on you, right? Okay, turn around. I'll just pat you down for weapons. One-year-old baby. He's got real bad skull and black eyes. Serge said they don't know if he's going to make it or not. And they're blaming the 5-year-old. >> How many kids are in there? >> I know that when I was here 2 months ago, he just has the baby. There's no other kids in there right now, but they said they had three kids, I think, stood there. >> But it was supposedly a 5-year-old that did this. That's what Sarge said. >> It happened today. Like the medics just transported the baby. >> Where was I? >> I don't know. Like Sergeant told us to come here and secures the the apartment. Yeah. >> Did mom go to the hospital, too? >> Yeah. He told me that the mom was found in the hospital. >> The 5-year-old they have written down as a victim as well. >> Victim of what? >> I don't know. Uh right now the narrative is blank. Someone is writing this up currently. What are you talking about? Is there somebody there at the hospital writing all that out? >> I don't think they're from the hospital. It could have been from one of the uh people that squatted the child in. I'm not for sure. >> Okay. >> Let me take down your name and number and let me find out what's going on at the other end cuz they're putting this in as an emergency. >> Our detectives are wanting to interview the dad and he has the baby. So, we really need um somebody to to start this way to get the baby so that we can interview the dad. Just want to add >> started on this as an emergency. There may be some I don't know if they're going out to the home or if they're going out to the hospital, but let me make sure that they're headed that way, too. >> I appreciate that. Yeah, we need that message to be relayed. Thank you. >> The mother is asked to come in for further clarification. She says she was not in a clear state of mind, but insists she is not responsible for the unusual signs noticed on her child. You >> need any more water? >> You don't remember. I'm Detective Casey. Okay. Detective Anchor, we spoke, we were uh at the hospital. Okay. I just want to get some basic information from you real fast. Okay. Since uh last night up till now, do you have any are you intoxicated right now or anything like that? Do you take any medications? >> I do take medicine. I take anxiety cuz I have depressants. Are you on them right now? >> No. Took me for a couple of days. >> Does it affect like your ability to understand what's going on or anything like that? >> Um, no. Sometimes the depression pill does kind of make me not understand but like dissociate a little bit. >> Okay. But fair to say that you know what's going on right here right now. >> Okay. Um, basically this form is your constitutional rights, your Miranda rights. We want to talk about what occurred last night. Okay. Can you kind of walk me through starting I don't know what last night like what happened? Everything was normal. I had just made dinner for them. They ate. I called my friend over um cuz my boyfriend went to work, so I was at home bored. And I know that she has her kids. I figured maybe the kids could play together while we drank a little bit and um just kind of chill out, not really do much. Everything was fine. The kids were playing. We were listening to music. We had a couple shots. She left. She went home. I put the kids to sleep. And I woke up this morning to do everything. >> You have three kids? >> I have three. >> Okay. Did she bring her kid around? She did. She did. Okay. So, you have four kids there just hanging out. How much you drink? >> We drank a whole fifth together. >> A whole fifth of what? >> Um tequila or >> Yeah. Um I don't know. I think it's No, I think it's um like blocker or something. >> Okay. >> I'm not sure. >> I thought it was tequila. I don't get tequila real well. >> You guys typically drink that much? Um together we usually drink a lot more when the kids aren't around though. But we were kind of doing it. I don't know. I I actually had asked her to get a half gallon. She just got a fifth. So we didn't drink much. >> You guys have anything else that night? >> No. >> Okay. Is that what you were taking shots of? Were you mixing? >> Yeah. No, we were just taking shots of it. We had juice, but we weren't like mixing it together. Okay. >> In terms of fit and shots, how many you think he took? >> Maybe probably cuz I have a double >> ever. >> We probably have like an equal amount. >> Okay. So, so be closer to like make maybe like 8 8 and 1/2 years. >> Yeah, probably. >> Yeah. Kids still up at that time? >> Um, yes, they were still up because her kid had just been leaving. So, they were still up playing. Uh, after she left though, I was getting them ready for bed. We didn't do bath time because we did it yesterday and they get sick easy and usually my windows open. So, until they get sick. >> They do. >> From what? >> Um, I don't even know. They just are easily sick from like outside or like just colds type thing. So, and plus, like I said, my windows sometimes open cuz I don't like to be hot. So, I didn't want them to get sick. So, I didn't do bath time. I usually let my 5-year-old put himself to sleep while I put the other two little ones to sleep. I put my smallest to sleep first after I got him into the crib and stuff. I started on my uh one-year-old and got him to sleep. But after he went to sleep, I went straight to bed. >> Where does one-year-old sleep? >> Um he sleeps with me. He has his own room with his brother, but due to an incident that had happened before that was kind of like this. I separated them because usually I close the door cuz my one-year-old sometimes wakes up, wanders, and we have scares and I don't want him to fall by mistake. He sleeps with me now though. The littlest one also sleeps in the room with me. Uh, my 5-year-old sleeps in a room, so they probably went to bed actually at night. Maybe around 12, maybe. >> So, you put them to bed. 5-year-old would have sick one of them. >> I guess not. >> Why do you say guess not? >> Um, I went downstairs. There was bananas gone. Um, >> yeah. >> Midnight snack. >> Yeah. Uh, the stuff was all over the floor, which wasn't like that before I put them to bed and stuff. It just was a lot going on downstairs, which automatically I knew, okay, he didn't go straight to bed. probably went back downstairs, watched some TV, ate up the kitchen, and >> okay, >> called it a day, I guess. >> About the signs seen on the one-year-old, she states that her 5-year-old had shown similar behavior before and implies he is often unreliable, a way of moving responsibility that leaves children carrying adult problems. >> You went to bed. What time did you wake up the next day? >> I woke up this morning at 9:00. I went to use the restroom and I when I had got up at first I didn't notice his eye was puffy cuz he was laying on his stomach so I couldn't see his whole face. I didn't notice his eye was puffy but I kind of figured maybe it was from him sleeping. >> Where is he sleep at now? >> He was sleeping right next to me but I sleep I sleep on the floor. We have an air bed >> but it has a hole in it so it's uncomfortable. >> Okay. >> So I sleep on the floor. I do let him sleep on the bed but he usually gets down and just get on the floor with me anyway. >> Okay. So he sleep next to you a lot. Yeah, he I go to the bathroom. I noticed his face was a little puffy, but it didn't really question me. He also did not have his pamper on, which was kind of normal because he's getting into pipe drain, so he's taking it off a lot. But I noticed that he had markings on his butt, like as if somebody whooping him. So I woke up my boyfriend to ask him what had happened because I appalled at this point. I don't know what's really going on. So the only thing I can think of is it being him. So I asked him. He didn't even realize that baby was even in that type of condition. So, I wake up my 5-year-old and I ask him like, "What's going on? What? Why does Junior look like this?" Cuz in all honesty, I don't even hate my one-year-old just off the fact that he's still a baby. I was thinking of everything in the book. I even called my friend to see if she knew anything or if what happened cuz I don't know. So, I just I You guys glory in your call. >> Yeah. Yeah. I wasn't exing out anything [clears throat] at this point. I just want to know why he looks up. My 5-year-old has done this before far as like him with a toy and his eye has swollen up and he has a really like he gets in trouble a lot. So, he lies a lot too. So, I really don't know if he's like when he says he doesn't do it, did he not do it? Because I also asked about the bananas downstairs. He said he didn't eat the bananas. So, it's like I don't know. I just know that my 5-year-old does have history with doing stuff like that. He does it to the dog as well. And I actually been trying to find a way to get him like help. >> I'm not sure if that comes from maybe when my boyfriend had um we had a domestic situation or what or why he does that cuz he doesn't he he wops the dog a lot and he >> your boyfriend or the baby? The 5-year-old the dog a lot and he punches the dog a lot. >> You know, he was asleep. The baby wakes up there. >> He woke up next to you, though, right? Baby. >> Yeah, he should have. Yeah, cuz he was next to me. >> He went to sleep next to you and woke up next to you. >> Yes. But we were in different positions. He was farther towards the door. I was more by the window, which is like a good distance. Usually we're together. Was the 5-year-old in? >> No, he was in his sleep. >> No, he was um >> How big is your 5-year-old? Was he like, you know, how much he weighs? >> I don't know how much he weighs. Um I would say he's kind of he's tall, but he's kind of like I guess small. He's skinny. >> 40 lb. >> Probably like the average. >> To support her account, she talks about feeling disconnected even while receiving professional support. As far as injuries, I mean, describe the injuries you saw to like once you had time to see him in life, like take off his clothes and diaper. Where all did you see it? >> I saw some on definitely his butt. Obviously, his face. I saw that he had little mark on his side. >> What side? >> I think it was his right side. >> His right side, >> I think. So, his arm was a little bruised up at that moment. That was all that I noticed was like his face, his arm, and then his butt. You never noticed it the night before? >> Last night? No, he was perfectly fine last night when we went to bed. So that's why um I don't really know what's going on. >> Last time I had no markings on him. >> No, he was fine. >> Which ones did you take uh yesterday? Today? >> I didn't take any for a while. I running out of my depression pills, so I'm trying to like kind of like cling on to them cuz I don't have a doctor to represcribe me. >> How's that? How's that been? I know that can be tough to to fluctuate. It's been harder than most days considering um the holidays are coming up. My brother passed last year. Um his birthday is also coming up. So, it's a lot of stuff on my mind. That's also why I've uh been drinking more than I usually do. >> And are you working right now or just >> Yeah. You're pretty much responsible for kids 24/7, right? Does that hurt, too? >> Yes, cuz it's just me and him. I mean, my mom helps with my 5-year-old every once in a while, but as far as support or anything, it's literally just us two. >> Are there financial troubles, you know, or everything going kind of smooth? >> Yeah, that's it's going. >> You mentioned sometimes your pills can cause you to feel like dissociated. >> Yeah. >> What's What do you What do you mean by that? Like, >> um, example, me and my boyfriend were talking one day. I just couldn't get into it. like I couldn't get into the conversation. Like I had stuff to say, but it's like I just I didn't connect with him like that. So, I use it when I'm really really really depressed. Sometimes it makes me just zone out. Like I zone out like I'm not in touch with reality or anything. >> When was the last time you think you needed to take one of the pills cuz you were feeling that way? >> I could have took one yesterday. I decided to drink instead. Um cuz usually when I do consume alcohol, it does kind of quiet the voices that are in my head. I really like voices, but like my brain is constantly going 24/7. It's like I have to think about everything or I'm going to forget or I'm not going to do it or it's just random stuff. My brain just constantly is spiral. So >> So would you say maybe you have like racing thoughts sometimes? >> Yes, all the time. >> Okay. Is that distracting or does it help? Does it get hurt to sleep sometimes? >> Yeah. Um I also get sleep deprived because of not being able to sleep. And then once I do sleep and I wake up, it starts all over again. Yeah. So it just like doesn't stop. I come from a strong headed family. >> So it most days it don't bother me. I do be stressed out, but I'm never to the point where like I don't want my kids with me. I don't want them around me. I or feel like I have to physically hurt them to get any point across or any anything. So, usually it's really not a big deal until it's like, "All right, my boyfriend is working all the time and I do need a little break." And even then, I still just suck it up, do what I got to do cuz I know I am a parent at the end of the day and I love being a mom, honestly. I really do. But it does get hard having and feeling like I have to do it all by myself even with his support like you said like but he's really not there cuz he has to work. >> However, officers remain cautious guided by a basic understanding. A preschool child cannot do things far beyond their abilities. >> He slept pretty deep. Didn't wake up during the night. >> No. >> Okay. And you don't hear anything? >> No. >> You wake up in the morning. 15-month-old is on the air mattress but a little bit closer to the door. >> No, he was on the floor. on the floor. Exactly. Got you. And he's out of his out of his pullup or diaper. And then you you make some phone calls. Uh you try to talk to Gloria. You tried to You did call your mom, right? >> I did call my mom. >> And then my mom comes over. Then we decide it's time to call. >> Um my auntie actually made it there first. My mom just came to the hospital. So my auntie is the one who told me that I should still go to Children's just to make sure his head was okay and stuff. >> Make a decision for your children's. Everybody in the world asks you questions at the hospital. We get here uh we ask you questions, right? And I'm imagining the story you told the hospital, the social worker and us is the same story. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, we're going to have issues like where you're telling one thing and okay, very good. The main issue we have is we don't believe the are consistent with a 5-year-old. >> Yeah, that's what they told me. And I mean, you don't expect a 5-year-old to do something like that. But >> So, do you believe the 5-year-old came in or what do you think? >> I don't think he came in. I think maybe my one-year-old woke up cuz he usually does that sometimes, especially if he's uncomfortable. He wakes up. >> What I'll say just to I don't mean to cut you off, but it's not saying that they it's not like usual for a 5-year-old to do this or like they don't believe a 5-year-old would do this. it like it's more and five girls not capable of being more >> I don't think that he beat him up like that. I think he is the >> we don't think you could have. >> We know he did. >> Yeah. >> Well, I didn't do it. >> So that that's that's kind of where the >> that's where I'm trying to also figure everything out as well because when we put him to when I put him to sleep, he was perfectly fine. I wake up this morning and he looks terrible. Like I said, my 5-year-old has also done this before him with the toy because he wouldn't stop crying in the room. That's why they're separated now. >> I mean, you you pointed to to your left arm, right? >> Yes, I'm left-handed. >> Okay. Wait, when you said he had right >> him? I don't know. I think he has on his right arm because the >> I'm I'm not sure. I didn't really leak deep into his arms. I just instantly seen his face and it just threw me off. But he's got on his arms where somebody's holding on to him. I mean, and he's got kind of like almost like somebody open like smacked him in the face. It's not consistent with falling down the stairs, >> you know? It's not. And I know y'all wasn't there. >> Small child. >> So, I mean, I'm not I don't even do that to my 5-year-old. So, let alone a one-year-old is insanity. I I don't even result to my kids. I put them in corners. I make them hold cans I make my 5-year-old hold cans of beans. Like I don't >> mean we're not saying this is typical of you or even something that's ever happened before. What What I I think I think we've painted a pretty good picture here that I've also never been drunk enough tea even. I have frequently drink. I've never never >> No. And and this is we painted we we paint a pretty good picture. This is a pretty it's a it's a hard time of your life. That's a hard time of the year. There's been difficulty getting the meds you need. Uh you you've felt like drinking because things are very hard. >> It's not abnormal for me. >> No, I'm just saying if something very out of character for you happened, I I can understand that remember. >> So you don't remember any kind of activity with with him? >> No, other than putting him to sleep. And at that point, I was asleep, too. And the fact that I didn't hear anything also concerns me cuz it's I've never been that deep in asleep. Even if I am drunk. I mean, I have a 4month-old, so as soon as he gets to crying, I'm up. I I'm never that deep in a sleep that I don't hear anything. I just I I really don't know what to tell you. >> It happens fairly fairly often where someone who's under a lot of stress and someone who's who's going through a lot might get more than like the typical, but >> I would have did all that. I don't see him. >> But the other issue is is absent an explanation. There's no there's no good explanation. It's I mean somebody else in your house and you were too deep asleep or maybe too drunk to notice that that was going on cuz we we don't think again. No, he did not fall down the stairs. >> We don't think the 5-year-old's capable of [clears throat] that extent. >> I do. She continues by saying she noticed the 5-year-old act that way toward the baby and even a family pet. But when asked for details, her answers become unclear >> because I've seen him do it. >> But then again, you're not able to wake up to hear your 5-year-old. >> I mean, he could have been in his room. He could have been downstairs doing it. Like I said, I've never been that deep in the sleep to where I don't hear nothing. >> Does the baby go down the stairs on his own? >> No, he does not. But my 5-year-old knows how to pick him up and take him downstairs, which he does that a lot. Even >> the baby downstairs, >> huh? >> Carries the baby downstairs. >> Yeah, sometimes he does. Why? >> Cuz he just wants him to go downstairs. I mean, and the one-year-old cries to go downstairs. So, he I guess he just wanted to pick him up and take him down there with him. >> And then carry him back up the stairs to put him in your bed. >> No, no, the baby goes upstairs by No, I'm not saying that they were downstairs. I'm just saying it could have been that. I don't know. The baby knows how to go up the stairs. because he doesn't know how to go down. I'm not saying that's where they were. >> Mhm. >> I'm just saying I don't know anything. My 5-year-old because I know he's done it before. >> When you say you've done it before, you said you've watched him do it before. >> No, watch him. Explain. >> Okay. So, like 3 months ago, they were sharing the room. I shut the door so the baby doesn't go downstairs if I'm like asleep or something and he falls down there or anything. >> I was um going back to my room to watch TV. I hear just the baby starts crying out of nowhere like like someone. So I go in there. I'm like, "What's going on? What's going on?" It's They don't have a light in there, so it's dark. So I have to bring the baby into the hallway where the light is. I see his eyes instantly swollen. His lip is My 5-year-old him with a toy because of whatever reason. He does the same thing with the dog. He the dog profusely. He beats the dog profusely. The dog literally cries. And I have to be like, "What are you doing?" Like, "Why are you in here up the dog for no reason?" Like, "Why are you doing that?" That is also why I asked the social worker to try to get him into some type of therapy or something because I don't have the typical 5-year-old. >> So, the on your on your 18-month-old that that you saw, the puffy eyes, the marks on the arms, and all that stuff. How many times do you think you would have got a toy to have that happen? Do you think you would have you would have woke up to his crying? I think I don't know because I didn't wake up so I can't really answer that. I think maybe if I hadn't drank I would have heard him crying. I'm not saying he would have to worry or anything but at first when I only saw the face and the buttes. I figured okay the butt bres look like they were from the dog collar. He usually takes the collar and the dog with the collar that he the dog doesn't use anymore. >> 5-year-old. >> Yes. >> You were drinking that night. >> I did not. >> There's no argument there at all. Okay. You were drinking from 7 to 10. You guys had a fifth. >> I was No, no, no, no. We weren't drinking from 7:00 to 10, though. >> 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. You guys weren't cuz you told me that. >> No, we drank the whole fifth, but it was in a short amount of time. It didn't last up. >> It probably took like an hour. So, you had eight shots in an hour >> probably. Yeah. But I've never been sloppy drunk. >> Up until she left. >> Yeah. But we didn't keep drinking without uh within that other couple of hours. >> So, you guys just frontloaded and did eight shots in an hour and then took 2 hours off. >> I mean, cuz we didn't have any more. Yeah. >> Okay. And then she was able to drive and she drove home with us, >> I assume. So, yeah. >> Okay. You had eight shots within that time period, though. That's a lot of alcohol. >> I've had more before though. >> Okay. >> And I've never done that. >> Your story right now is not adding up. >> What do you mean? >> Okay. You're you're you're putting this on a 5-year-old. Let's be honest. >> No. No. No. No. No. No. If I feel like he wouldn't if I feel like >> you are putting this on a 5-year-old. You're putting this on your 5-year-old because you know something else happened that night and you don't want to admit to it. >> I think we take a lot of detective tests. I don't know anything. That's why I >> You don't know anything. You don't remember anything? I don't know anything. That's why I woke my boyfriend up in a panic asking him if he did it. He said he didn't do it. >> Okay. >> I called my friend to see if she did it. She did not answer the phone. So, I didn't because she was priority. >> Exactly. So, that but I I told you I wasn't exing out any options. And like you said, anything could have happened. >> Okay. >> I feel like I would have remembered that if I didn't. >> Mhm. You never watched a pool of kids like that before? >> No. >> Never. >> Never. I I >> the markings on your son, your 18-month-old. Did you see them personally, like what they looked like, photographs and everything? >> Not from the photograph, but I >> He has marks that are not consistent with it with a toy. I'm not saying he only hit him with a >> But you understand what I'm saying right now? >> I do understand. I'm just telling you that a 5-year-old did not make these marks on your child. >> I'm not saying that he did it. I'm saying he probably did. I feel like cuz he's done it before cuz I >> You're saying your 5-year-old probably came in in the middle of the night. >> I would say probably for real. >> That's your 18-month-old out of bed without your >> No, no, no. I said I felt like I said I think my my 18-month-old woke up on his own. >> Okay. And then he was then the 5-year-old did this to him. And then your 18month-old was able to get back into your bed or next to you rather. >> Well, I don't know because he was asleep when I woke up. Yeah, but he was able to get back to where he was asleep, where you put him down. Correct. >> Not the exact spot. No. >> Okay. Same general area. >> Yeah. Yeah. Same. Same. >> Okay. See how that sounds. >> Yeah. But >> I don't think you're a bad person. >> I don't think you're a bad person at all. I think you want to tell me what exactly what happened. I don't >> I can't tell you what I can't tell you what I don't know. >> Okay. Telling you right now, story is not adding up. I have a 5-year-old at home. >> Your 5year-old is different from my 5-year-old >> and I have an 18-month-old as well. And I can tell you right now, my 5-year-old, my 18month old will not leave those marks. I know that personally. >> Once. >> So, over the course of from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., you're telling me your 5-year-old worked over your 18month-old? >> I'm not saying that. I'm saying >> that's what you're telling me. >> But no, that's not what I'm trying to say. What I'm not saying working. I'm saying like I did not do that. I don't know who to put it on because I didn't do it. What I'm telling you is my 5-year-old has a history with my 18-month-old and the dog. I know based off that that he is capable to do that to my child. >> Okay. Feel free to send her a statement for me. Give me a statement. >> Okay. All right. >> After extended review, officers determined that her account does not match expert evaluations and she is held responsible under the law. based on everything that's happened today, based on what we've observed and what we found out, um we don't believe your story. Okay? So, right now, you are going to jail. You are getting arrested. You are getting charged with child. Um from here, what's going to happen is you're going to place handcuffs. The deputy is going to escort you. Yes. Okay. So, what I ask you to do >> kidding me, bro? >> So, what I ask you to do is go ahead and stand up for me. >> Cover my face. [clears throat] This is ridiculous, bro. >> It's crazy. I would never, bro. I think cuz she said I wasn't going to jail. >> You won't get a phone call when you go to jail. >> Has nothing to do. Wait, this is ridiculous. >> The mother was charged with three counts of child inuring. Under Ohio law, she could face up to 10 years in custody. When adults lose their balance, children feel the impact first. And sometimes the most caring choice is to accept responsibility instead of placing it on a 5-year-old. What would you do to protect yourself and your child if you were being excessively controlled like the mother in this story? >> He was dragging me here and there when I was trying to leave and he was like being like, "Hey, you have to stay." And I was like, "I don't want to stay." On October 2nd, 2025, officers were called to an apartment in Key West after an urgent call from a woman who said her partner was preventing her from leaving despite her attempts to take her one-year-old son outside. When they arrived, she was standing near the door holding her child, appearing worn down after hours of tension. talk to me. >> Yeah, >> he it's DV like she he tossed her around, dragged on her around. She kind of has something um I didn't want her to feel because of that blood. Feel the back of her head. >> Yeah. No. >> Can you kind of go over what you told >> me? >> Okay. So, you guys are in an argument. >> We've been arguing for hours. We've been yelling at each other for hours. We've been disrupting his sleep for hours. All I've been trying to do is say I'm so sorry. He's been accusing me of being I didn't say this earlier. He's been accusing me of cheating on him being on put me in the shower and sprayed my face cuz he thought I was on and I'm not. And I told him I haven't done anything. You guys can even test me. I haven't done anything. I left earlier medicine at CVS for him. Get sinus and stuff cuz like I told you he's been really sick. He just got really sick. He's had a sinus infection for the last two weeks. So I'm sure he's miserable [snorts] that he got athlete foot and I'm not doing enough to feed take care. I can't take care of him. He said I can't take care of a sick person. I'm incapable. So I must be incapable of being a mother, too. >> He's not working. >> No, I take care of him. I'm his sole provider. I work 4 days a week. I'm a tattoo artist. I I make the only money and I That's fine because I want him to be home cuz I don't have a babysitter or daycare. >> Yeah. So you'd rather be >> So I'd rather him be with his father, hang out with his father. I know his father would never hurt him. Mhm. And then we got we we just kept moving back and forth. He kept making me he kept me out like shoving me, grabbing me, putting me out sometimes. The other times I would leave because he's like, "Love, get out." So I was like, "Okay, I'm leaving. I'm getting out." And then I leave and I go to my car and my car is just sitting over there. So I'm sitting in my car and he's looking at my location and he's like, "Hey, you need to get out of here. You need to You're upsetting my son. You're upsetting his family. This isn't [laughter] your family." And then so I'm like, "Okay, I'll leave." And then he's like, "No, I wish you would work on stuff with me. I wish you would talk to me." And I'm like, I am. I'm here. I'm talking to you. And he's like, you're not here. You're not here. You've never been here. And I'm like, I am here. [laughter] And then we got into this last big argument. And he's like, this is the 16th time I've given you a chance and the 16th time that you it up. So I was like, okay. So he kept basically screaming and I got it's been to the point where I'm like, "Hey, I'm done. We're done. I can't do this anymore. Please, I'm begging you. I don't want to scream anymore. I don't want to do this anymore." And he's like, "You're waking up our son. Go get it now. King, son, and get out of here. You can have exactly what you want and be done. And I don't want that. I just want to bring him to a place where he can be safe like his grandparents. And maybe we can figure this out later. And he just won't let me go. So I had to call you guys because >> What was he doing there? I'll let you go. >> Shutting the door. I'm unlocking the door, >> the main door to get out. >> So I get him up. He's screaming at me. He's saying, "Sorry, buddy. Your mom is disrespecting you and getting you." And then I get him. I'm holding him. And I'm trying to open the door. I'm like, "You're crazy. I have to go with you and I have to get out of here." He's slamming the door and he's like, "Why can't you talk to me?" And I'm like, "I am pawning you. I can't deal with them anymore. And I'm trying. I'm trying so hard. You don't see it. You don't care." And then he I'm sure he tries to take Ethan from me. So, I'm like swirling, trying to keep him. >> After taking her statement, officers checked on her condition. They found no immediate concerns around her head, but noted the discomfort she described and older marks on her arms. >> And he grabs him and he me and my head hits the wall of the kitchen. Not hard enough, but definitely hard enough to where I was like, "Oh my god." It was like right here. >> I just want to check you out. >> I don't think there's anything there, but it definitely hurt for a second. And that's when I was like, "Oh my god, I have to call the police now. You're hurting me. You just keep hurting me. >> So you the one time into the wall. Why let you out of the apartment? >> Because he we've been he's been physical. So I finally had it and I went get away from me. You have to get away from me. You have to keep your hands off of me. And that's why I was trying to leave. >> Just one time. >> Yeah. Just into the wall. >> Was he throwing you around the apartment at all? No. What >> was he throwing you around the apartment at all? He was dragging me here and there when I was trying to leave and he was like being like, "Hey, you have to stay." I was like, "I don't want to stay." So then like >> you grabbing you by your arms and >> arms mostly. Just my arms. >> There's some old >> That's old. I do things different than the other guys. How long you lived in Key West? >> It'll be 2 years on Halloween. >> Okay. Look at me, please. You're doing great, by the way. Put your arms out. Um, >> sadly the child had been pulled into an adult conflict when what children need most is a daily sense of safety. >> So for hours you've been arguing he's been keeping you stuck in the apartment telling you to leave and then trying to keep you in the apartment pulling you away from the door. >> Well, I've been leaving getting in the car sitting in the car trying to >> This final piece was he wasn't letting you leave. >> He wasn't letting me leave with Ethan. And I get it cuz he thinks he thinks that I want to run away with Ethan and him never see his kid again. He thinks I want to vindictively take his kid away and have full custody and all grabbing on you while you're holding your son and trying not to let you leave. >> I'm holding Ethan like this. So I'm holding him with both my hands. He's either grabbing my arm here or he's just forcing the door shut and I'm trying to leave. It wasn't anything like he was hurting Ethan. >> He pushed you when >> after he got Ethan in his arms. Did he rip the baby from you? >> He grabbed Ethan. Yeah. But I let him go intentionally because I don't want to just keep a hold on to him and him. So I'm like, "Okay." And then I'm saying I'm screaming cuz I'm also offensing. I'm trying to talk to you and you're not letting me. And he said, "They're going to take me away now. You don't lie to me." You put >> Well, that's not your fault. Like I just told him in there. >> I really don't want it to go anywhere. >> Every couple argues. >> I know. But when you get to the point you're doing that your son that's a fault you want your son to learn that I don't know right >> I tried to stop I know it's my fault too but I tried to stop >> everybody that's not your fault shouldn't be grabbing on you anymore stupid right cuz what if your son would have gone >> do you want to press charges >> no I don't want him to go anywhere >> he's gone tonight we'll tell you that right now >> I tell you he's going to he's going to hate me forever >> and I'm going to tell him that his face is your fault. You didn't want to press charge. I don't take it lightly when people just go around in front of kids and miss you, right? >> You're smarter than me. >> Please. He's going to hate you forever. >> He'll get over it. >> He's going to hate me forever. >> He'll get over it. What's more important? >> If he loves you, more important is if he love you and your child, he will care that you guys are safe and that this is something you will get over and maybe do therapy, whatever, if you choose to do so in the future. And I'm going to tell him like it is like a myth. Okay? You are going to be fine. All right, just wait here. >> Even though the mother did not want her partner to face [music] consequences, he was still required to cooperate with officers because protecting safety matters more than avoiding the issue. >> 10:15 taking pictures. Do you mind calling [clears throat] once I get him out? I'm going to go that way. >> Okay, perfect. Oh, her head back to the lake. I don't know if you pass. >> I'll um I'll grab that assessment. >> One detail mentioned was the partner's use of an unhealthy powder-based habit, showing how unhealthy lifestyles can push family conflicts too far. >> We're walking out now. You're going to go back in your room. He's probably overly tired. >> Yes, he needs to order that cranky. >> You think you think part of the problem [crying] tonight was the coke? You think part of the problem tonight was being hopped up on Coke? >> Probably. >> Yeah, >> probably. >> Is that good to have around your kid? >> Is he? No, >> I haven't done any coke. >> No, him. >> No, him. Yeah, I think that's definitely attributing to the anger. >> Yeah, I would think it is. >> Yeah, I think so, too. I've asked him to stop. >> Where did he get it from? >> I can't. I have no idea. When you're his money, you're his source of income. I'm not trying to miss you right now, but that's what matters to me. I don't have anything and I haven't done anything. I don't know where he gets it from. >> Hey, take a picture. Let's call call that three for me, will you? You can go back in your your apartment for now. One of my partners is going to be knocking shortly to hand you a victim's rights for sure. Has he ever gotten violent with you in >> No, this is the first time. >> Okay. So, you're not in fear for your life or anything? >> Not anymore. Not anymore because of what I just did and because >> because I was able to contact you all and I >> put him in an apartment and relax and someone's going to knock on the door in a minute. >> Go away from no rush, man. I know where to go. >> Look, it's not the end of the world. >> No, I just want to know what I'm going to do when I get out. What I need to do moving forward? Do I need to move out? >> So, we'll do what men do. We figure it out. You can figure out dive tables and you can keep yourself alive and do dive plans. You got a brain. All right. That's what we do. >> Typically what happens from here going into the jail house, obviously you guys process me. You said maybe go see a judge this afternoon. >> Yeah. So once we get out to the jail, the deputies will tell you everything. That's when you become their responsibility. Okay. They'll get in it. They'll let you know everything. You'll get to make a phone call. They go step by step by step. Keep the same demeanor you have now. You'll be perfectly fine. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. You have no need to fight or have issues. >> He's doing just fine, huh? Put it back in. >> Yeah. >> Whatever it takes. >> Just watch your head. >> All right. >> Okay. I'm in. >> Yeah. >> You all right, man? >> Yeah. >> Just thinking hard, right? >> Yeah. >> All right. I You know, I think you guys need to do like this. You got a lot of making up to do because the kid was there and she seems like a very good woman. >> She is. >> She obviously cares about you. We all say things out of anger. >> You just haven't slept in a couple days >> cuz of the coke. Actually, no. That that was tonight. >> Oh, okay. Well, he's slept in a couple days. Using a something to keep you up, it's not going to help you much. >> Thanks, smart. You guys married, dude. We're going to get buried in December. First week, [snorts] she told me she didn't love me anymore. That's what sparked all of this. So, I don't I don't know anymore. I don't know if she's going to want to do it now. That's uh that's for sure. >> She does. >> I don't know. I've been asking her all night she doesn't love me. She tells me she hates me. She doesn't want to get married. So, I I don't know. You're right. I am getting depressed over something. I don't know. Yeah, >> you're right. >> All right. Now, I just got to make it up to that kid. The mother's boyfriend was charged with domestic battery, false imprisonment, and possession of a controlled substance. Under Florida law, he could face up to 11 years in custody and $11,000 in fines. Even without direct involvement, being around arguments, blocked exits, and physical tension can leave lasting emotional impressions on a child. And the message is simple. Protecting your child sometimes begins with finding the strength to say enough for yourself. Some families fall apart not because of outsiders, but because of long-standing conflicts within the same home. >> You've been bullying me ever since you've been here. Judge is putting in YC for a year. >> On August 11th, 2023, officers were asked to check on a house after reports of tension between a grandmother and her grandson. She believed he had taken her pain relief medicine, while the teenager said she entered holding a pointed household item and spoke in a threatening way unless the medicine was returned. >> Hello. You think he took your pills? >> I know he did because see what he did? He claimed he sold my Roxy for See, my daughter controls them for me. I have to take two a day for my surgery. He come in his daddy's room claiming that he found a pill by the bed. I had it in my nightstand drawer. Now it's gone. He told me he sold it to Mr. Phil for $5, which I know is a lie because Mr. Phil would not do that. I know he took it. And as far as the knife incident goes, my lawyer says I have a right to defend myself. I've never uh hit him with a line. No, you're lying. I have a right to protect. >> I got a video. She trying to stab me. >> I had it in my hand, but I did not throw. >> Yes, she had it today. She came in the room. She said, "You better get my pill before I stab you." She had not today. >> Stop you lying. >> All right. We ain't lying. >> Oh, God. >> Cuz all you do is lie. I knew he took it. Then he told me it was quantity. All right, show it to me. >> I took it already. It's got pills over here. Yes, it is. I got more. >> Tell me about the incident. >> Was it today or the other day? >> The one today? >> Oh, today. So, she came in the room and and she said, "Where my pill at?" She br she said, "You know what this is?" "Yeah, a knife." And she said, "Stop messing with me. Get my pill back." And I said, "I didn't have no pill." >> So, did she threaten to stab anybody? >> Yeah, us. Him, too. before >> if you didn't take your wife to try to get Mr. Bill involved he bought you Malcolm to bully the elderly you've been bullying me ever since you've been here judge his putting him in YDC for a year >> it's not for >> yes he is my lawyer talked to me it's for a week >> my daughter and I was afraid this was going to happen y'all be ashamed >> the police over that I didn't take >> yeah you have no proof I took it >> well then why did you claim you sold it's Mr. Bill $5. >> I never said I showed you a bill that was yellow. >> You said you wish we was never born. What are you talking about? >> Filling everything basically that's happened today. >> Yes. >> They're saying that was full. You said that you had a knife. I need statements from each person on what exactly occurred. All right. Y'all go to the back of the car and fill it out up there. You can fill yours out right here. Just write what occurred today in this box. If you need another one, I'll see if I can get another one. Oh, and I forgot to also I put on there, he bullies me on a dayto-day basis. James Hipman's already put that in the statement. When he come out here, he won't leave me alone. When I tell him to get out of my room, he won't do it. Having him put R YDC, he don't want to do nothing. And he's also destroyed property over here, too. Busted my windows, >> my doors up. >> It's like a year ago. >> It don't matter. You still did it. >> Are you the one that originally lived here? >> I've been living here for 23 years. My neighbors will tell you I don't bother nobody. >> What's a phone number for you? >> I don't have one. Where' the ambulance go? >> What ambulance? >> I wanted the ambulance called out here for >> be seen at the hospital cuz I just had surgery. >> You want them still? >> Yeah. Get them out here. >> All right. How old are you? >> I'm 23. >> You're 23? >> Yeah. >> I look older there because my hair wasn't colored. >> You're 23. Born in 19. >> I mean, not 23. I'm 63. >> 63. >> I'm sorry. I think I got a little bit of dementia, too. >> Okay. >> They going to put me on that. >> Did you complete high school? Go to college? Anything? >> I didn't go to college. I went to 12th grade. >> My hand train. >> She came in the room said I stole her Roxy appeal. And then I told her I did it. So she went in the front room, got came back in there and all of us and we just came outside. >> So this is ongoing thing between y'all. >> Yeah. Oh, he bullies me too. >> You? Well, my concern is the use of the >> That won't never be pulled again. >> Okay. >> Five days in a row. >> No, it wasn't no five days and you shouldn't have me. >> We did it. >> Yes, you did. You threaten me. I know what you told me you wished I would. That's >> She trying to She said myself. I had >> You're damn >> I got the video. >> You showed me. You said >> I don't have pistols because I already I said I already That's why I don't have >> Yeah, I know. You think it? No, you're the one that's mental. >> I was I don't want to kill myself. I would say something. >> No, it's not that I'm depressed. I'm tired of being radio. >> Oh, you're a damn lie. You bully me every day. James already told the law that you bullied me. So, don't lie. >> We're not bullying you. >> All right, just wait on the steps. You guys stay down here. Both sides repeatedly give different versions to defend themselves. The grandson says the item was held very close to him, while the grandmother says she was only trying to protect herself, showing how generational gaps can turn disagreements [music] into serious situations. So, basically, I got called here in reference to a pill that was supposedly stolen and sold. Well, she seems high to me, but she's wanting to get checked out, I guess, cuz she had surgery or something is what she was saying. >> Okay. >> She's claiming that the taller boy here stole a a single pill. >> Just one? Yeah, just one. But she is blitzed. Not on alcohol. >> You threw that. You hit that trunk. >> You in trouble, bro. If you busted that windshield for real. >> I don't know. >> You did. I heard it. >> Bro, you probably brushed the windshield. >> You better pray nothing's broken. >> Go to jail. >> I've already got her witness statement. I got their witness statements. Dad's asleep inside. >> He didn't say none of this. >> No, he didn't say nothing. He was sleeping. You got a video or just audio? >> But here he's seen it before. >> No, not a video. >> She's seen it before and he came inside. This is the other day, right? Jane was in the living room, right? >> And then got that bushing down. J was like, >> it was like three times in a row. She tried to >> J was like, don't go back to it that night. She said, I don't give a >> So that's Teresa hard. >> Yeah, she's high as hell. >> And what' she do with the >> just came up with just put it to my chest and I got up and left. Came outside. >> How long ago was that before I pulled up? She had to walk all the way up there to call the police for probably like 30 minutes. >> They let me out here at the road. So, >> and what's she saying? >> I mean, she didn't deny it. She admitted to having a knife, but her statement says that something about not going to pull it again or something. >> She eventually pull. >> So, obviously you guys give her a hard time. >> But that still doesn't excuse the fact of grabbing. You don't know who she's related to. She just lives here. >> Yeah. >> Her daughter lives here, too. >> Yeah. Our mom. >> Our mom. >> Okay. Well, that's why I said who she related to. Was she here the other day? >> Yes. >> Yeah, but she leaves at 3:30 to go to work. >> Okay. So, she just held the to your chest. She never tried to slash or nothing. >> Nope. >> You guys know this stuff on the ground. >> It won't go away. We got about pain. >> Well, that's one thing. But if they actually see that, they will. You understand that, right? >> Who can over there? >> No, I'm talking about the others. >> No, not >> what I'm saying. They don't have to come over here. >> There's a lot more than you think. Be careful. >> You have to delete this. >> This is what I can do. >> You got money? go buy some paint remove or something. >> Paint over cuz you never know who drives by sees you out here and just decides that's an easy target sir. So basically all I got to tell you is what's going on. So evidently the mother-in-law pulled a knife on them. They all three have the same statement. She didn't deny the statement. She said that she won't pull a knife again. Leaves me to kind of believe what they said. Here's the deal is I basically had to tell you what's kind of going on. She shows back up. you need to call us to come back out here because we're going to take her to jail. Okay. It's a serious matter. So whether or not there was, you know, an argument or whatnot going back and forth, it's besides the fact she shouldn't had it. I just got to make sure you're staying here the rest of the night. >> Yeah. >> Okay. They have to be with an adult. Had to make sure you're aware. So other than that, that's about it. >> All right. >> But uh yeah, if she shows back up, call. >> All right. Appreciate you, sir. A third person, the grandmother's daughter, steps in to support her mother and talks about her declining mental clarity, reminding us that the emotional health of older adults also needs attention. >> Why am I going to jail? I ain't do nothing. >> Sweet. >> I know y I know exactly. So my mama's going to jail because he does and I can make five phone calls right now and I got understand I wasn't here tonight cuz I was at work. But I I think it should be both. >> Okay, ma'am. Listen. in my >> listen listen right now it ain't it's we've done a number of reports on your son we're limited what DJJ can do and you know that we've explained it to right now we've got to deal with your mom tonight okay >> we do this on a per occasion situation come out when it happens tonight your mom was in the wrong >> yeah I wasn't here so I don't know what happened >> well like I said we're going to get her we're going to take her she'll have a bond sometime in the morning >> how much do you think it's going to be though she can't do a property it'll be on a judge okay it's not something that that I'm privy to. >> I pay to see her go to jail, you know, but I don't know what happened, you know. I can't say, but like I said, I could call five witnesses. They'll tell you boys are >> We're not disputing anything you're saying. Okay. >> Oh, I call y'all all the time because these boys are bullies. They won't go to school. You know, I had to go to jail for school and get a bond out. And you know, I'm not going to go to jail for him not going to school. I mean, I'm trying to do right. I go to work every day. I told her she was going to jail. >> Did y'all just get back? >> Uh, yeah. About 20 minutes ago. I had to miss five. >> She said she stayed in the bed. She's not coming outside. >> Hey, Teresa. Hey, dear. Go and get dressed. Okay. >> Look, this boy's been bullying me. I got witnesses. >> Okay. Do you want to ride with what you got on? Was that what you want to do? >> I can't believe y'all going to lock me up. And these kids was bullying me. >> Well, I'm not disputing that they're bullying you, but like I said earlier, you can't pull a knife on somebody. >> I pull a on him. >> Missing that chance. Standing there talking. >> You got some flip flops or house shoes? I'll get out and I'm going to prove my case and I'm going to wind up dying in jail because of you. You need to get van to tell. >> I already told him I got five witnesses. >> We got witness but I wasn't here mama so I can't say what happened. I can't bully you. >> So since my mama's going to jail, you're going to jail tomorrow. But >> I don't give a [ __ ] arrest me. I don't >> No, she tried to get me in trouble for nothing. I ain't do nothing, bro. I'll go outside. Okay. >> I put a on nobody. >> I have not hit him with a knife. >> Hey, dear. Come on. We're not Listen, we're not having court here, okay? You'll get to see a judge. Okay. >> Yeah. >> I know he had told me something about a knife and she admitted to it. >> I mean, I told the truth. I had one, but I didn't use it on it. He was bullying me, and I have a right to defend myself. My attorney said I had a right to defend myself. >> Mom, I told you what you need to do because I already told you what to say. I can't give advice cuz I wasn't here tonight. But you need to tell the judge. You got five witnesses. You do bully grandma. I did not try to you would know. I didn't touch you with that. It was have it in my hand. God knows I'm telling the truth. >> Well, here's the thing. If you're having issues with him, you have to call so we can at least document it. >> I've been doing it >> with him bullying and stuff like that. Yeah. It'd be elderly. >> When I get off, they're telling me this. >> But that's what I'm saying. She's not calling. She called today. >> Yeah. Cuz she ain't got a phone. That man over there took her phone. Mhm. >> And they're getting him from mental. He didn't take my mama to the doctor for 5 years. You know, >> James has a phone, though. James has a phone. >> Yeah, but he be at work during the day with his phone. She'll walk to the neighbors and call to get a ammo. >> I think that's what she did tonight. >> Yeah. I'm hurt and I'm hurting because she said she couldn't find her pain medicine. She accused him of getting them. My kids doesn't take pills. I can do a test. They can do a test. Like I told my mama, you got to look for your medicine. I have her medicine hid because I give it to her because she's sweet. to pills and she tried to herself and the cratom that's in the store because he was feeding it to her. He refused to take her for 5 years to the doctor. He's going to end up going to jail for mental. So now I'm not even going to be able to make a will out. Well, it's already made out. I got it in there. I just got to get it notorized. Now, can I how about me going about doing this when she's locked up? >> You call over there. But my best >> 6 to 8 months to live. >> My best my best advice is to contact a lawyer. There's pup you can call department of family and children service. think set you in somebody that might be pro bono but I mean we can't get people to live by especially in when it comes to a civil matter like will states and stuff like that >> well she told me she was 23 years old twice >> you got to be kidding me >> so she is that dementia Alzheimer's >> I don't know she mentioned after that >> her down to medical when you get her there because her chest her heart's been pounding >> yeah I can have her get checked out when she's there but >> she just took her heart medicine I gave it to her >> does she need any medication to go with her >> heart medicine? Yes. Her nerve. This is the potassium. She's got to take that for her iron and stuff cuz she's uh uh red blood cells, white blood, red. You know what I'm talking about. That's her heart medicine and this is her nerve medicine. She's got to have that. She just took one of them tonight. So, make sure you >> as far as the potassium, they'll have something they can give her. >> Tell them that she just took one of these and she just took one of them. She takes them twice a day. >> That'll work. Okay. >> And let her know I love her. >> We'll do. All right, guys. You have a good night. Okay. If you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statement. You understand each of these rights I've explained. >> I do. >> You do understand? >> I do understand. Okay. So, what happened? The best that you can remember. >> I don't remember everything. And then the fact that you trust them. I know that you trust them cuz legally they're supposed to have the kids, but I don't trust them. And I'm the mother of the kids. The father of the kids. I could call the father of kids right now. >> Well, no, no, no. I I want to I want to do things one step at a time here. Okay. >> You can't even ask my work. This is >> But you're not >> You don't have any contacts in right now, right? No. >> Okay. Do you have uh any kind of diabetes? Anything like that? Anything that affects your blood sugar? >> No. >> No diabetes. Okay. >> Just if you want to be honest, I just I I'm a really anxious person. I understand. >> I got you. >> Well, listen. The the the quicker we can get through this, the quicker we can move forward. Okay. Do you have epilepsy? Like seizures? >> No. >> No epilepsy? No. Okay. All right. Just stand. Yep. Right there. Can you stand with your feet together and your arms down to your sides for me? Just take one step forward. Right there. Nope. You're Yep. Perfect. Okay. I'm just going to check your eyes. Okay. Do you see this green light here? >> Yes. >> Can you go ahead and use your pointer finger and point to it? >> Okay. Put your hand down. Right now, I do believe that your normal faculties are impaired beyond your ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. What What I What I need you to do, I need you to turn around. I need you to put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> You're under arrest for driving under the influence. Okay. >> No, we just come on and I was just playing. Please, I'm not lying. Please. >> Tell Fox. Please. Please, please, officer, please let me try to fight for my right. >> Stop doing that. It's going to get tight on you. If you're a parent, remember, never put your children at risk on an unsafe ride. A single moment of negligence can [music] have irreversible consequences. A call from a child led the police to a confusing situation with unclear explanations and conflicting statements from the adults involved. >> The kids that were here, they're outside right now crying cuz they thought you were >> what? >> Yeah, that's what >> on March 27th, 2023, the Oklahoma City police received an urgent call from a child reporting that their mother needed help. They immediately rushed to the home and woke a mother who was in a semi-conscious state. You okay, ma'am? >> She's moving. >> She's responsive after I kick the door in. >> Hello. Police department and fire. >> Can you move? >> Okay. >> Drawers in the way. Y'all got better tools than I do. >> Mad. >> Yeah. >> Let's break the door. Huh? >> Is that her right there? >> Yeah, that's her. >> Yeah, she's getting smashed. her leg. >> I cut her leg or something. >> Anybody got uh anything to smash against real quick? >> Nothing in here. That's heavy enough to do that. >> Hey, >> you been drinking? You've been doing >> 39. She's semi alert. Uh fires work with her. We will need him. So, never mind. They're 97 tin foil there. Brown all over your nose and wrist. Hey, how about we be some honest here since we got kiddos that called us and you're over here passed out. >> It is ridiculous. You're leaving kids unattended while you're over here getting your little high fixed. That is ridiculous. So, let's work with them and try to help some things out. >> But instead of a reasonable explanation, she claims someone had laced her prescription medication. >> You got any idea, ma'am? >> What? >> Identification. That's why. >> This is ridiculous. >> It is. It sure is. >> Has nothing to do with me and my kid. >> Actually, it does. are the one that called 911. >> Who called 911? >> The kids that were here, they're outside right now crying cuz they thought you were >> what? >> Yeah, that's what >> Oh my gosh. >> What's your last name? >> My last name is Weber. Has nothing to do with me. And and >> what's your first name, Miss Weber? >> My name is Ashley. >> Can you spell that for me? >> S H L E. So, who called >> your kids or somebody's kids over here? The young child. What's your date of birth, Ashley? >> I'm telling you, the cops came and we spoke with them earlier. We explained all this to him to the police. The actual policeman. He apparently did. And the lady that is over these apartments, which is my best friend's mother-in-law, um is a jud. And we explained all this to her like she was here. They had all this done. >> Can again, can you shut that door? Um I the neighbors has been nothing beside crazy since cuz and that was because the people that owned here apparently it was a big old house before I got here and I was not at work. I'm just trying to figure out why there's aluminum foil in the bathroom. >> And I was just in the bathroom and apparently that's where he'd done that. Right up in that shelf or not the shelf, the ceiling. Literally just took my medicine and was getting ready to take a shower and get my kids. >> She then spun a long story that she hadn't taken the strange powder voluntarily and had troubles with the landlord. >> How were you not able to leave the bathroom? >> Sir, I just got here. We was starting to clean everything to get out. The next thing I know, I took my medicine. Next thing I know, how did he just leave you passed out in the bathroom? >> Sir, he was not here. The cops just picked him up. The cops just got him within him not functioning or not functioning with them or anything. I literally opened the door, took it's a Jared name on there. >> So, when was he taken away? >> Went on 1 2:00. >> We got here like maybe 20 minutes ago. When we got here, you were passing. >> Are you not hearing what I said? But you were unconscious of that. >> I just took my medicine. Went to the bathroom to pee my It was I take it three times a day. Apparently that's where he had his medicine baldled up in that with a foil a bag or whatever. I was literally on the pot sitting there within the time and then the next thing I know I was in the floor and this has happened. So I mean I I can't tell you exactly. Um I was not willingly taking no medicine. Um, I was on the phone with my friend and I told her I was going to call him to work because all this crazy stuff has happened. All he the owner could say was there was this Watting Mexican that stayed here and that was that it was hell getting him out. I was not aware of any of this until all this started happening with the landlord and them or the HOA fees. And like I said once again, um, the lady was literally a judge. Like that's what she is, a retired judge. her daughter-in-law has went to prison, all this crap and she was my best friend. I was not aware that this place was hot. My dad passed away, went through a divorce and they offered to start written this team within month in the month and I thought it was just a good idea to start up here, start working at Mercy Hospital and just went from there. So >> you can look at my you can look at my veins or all this crap like literally it just happened. So, like what happened when I got back? >> I got back, the door was locked. I was getting ready to take a shower. The next thing I know, I woke up to this. Someone called, my kids called. What? Like, we was getting ready to take a shower. I was getting them ready. We were doing homework and we were going to just grab something from the Mexican restaurant at the mall right through here days >> and tried to deny responsibility for the presence of foreign substances in her medication. Well, according to the notes that I saw when we got dispatched here, >> from what I've gathered from us being here, you weren't able to let yourself out of the bathroom. In fact, you were slumped up in the bathroom, weren't able to open the door, and then the kids got upset and called 911 cuz they were concerned about you. >> Is it that strong whatever he had in that bottle like that was all clipped up in my to just be on my medicine and me take it and be whatever happened. Is it that strong to do? Like I don't know exactly what was in the bottle besides of what I heard y'all say. >> Shouldn't make it pass out. >> Not my medicine. I'm saying the stuff this powder stuff that was on my medicine in the bottle. >> Depends on what the powder was. >> They said it was fentanyl. That's what he was on. >> Well, if it was fentanyl, you wouldn't be breathing right now. It's going to be a whole different situation. >> That's what he did. It was powder form. He done got it right down here from the people above down below there sellers of it all. She even insisted that the police being there was unreasonable, a sign of disrespect toward her. >> So, is that what you took? >> Huh? >> Is that what you took, >> sir? I didn't take it, Lily. Did you not just hear what I said? >> No, I I walked in after the fact. >> Can you not yell at me? I'm just asking. >> Okay. Don't give me attitude either. Okay. I walked in after the fact. I just showed up. Okay. All I know is you were passed out. That's all I know. >> Okay. When you get the rest of the story, we can talk because we're not going to I'm going to argue. >> So, then just keep your mouth shut then. Okay. We're not talking. I'm not asking you any questions or anything. >> Excuse me. I can talk. This is my house. >> All right. >> And actually, um, could you step outside cuz you can step outside unless you have a warrant. You're not >> I have a legal reason to be here. So, >> okay. Well, like I said, my mom is a judge. >> That's fine. This is recorded, so that's fine. >> That is completely fine. There's no reason for you to trick me like I'm a drug addict. I just got the guy out of here that was. >> You do not have to be disrespectful and neither do I. >> Who am I speaking with? Are you the paramedic? >> Okay. Can I get a shirt on? Cuz I do not like being treated by this officer like I am some freaking like I have no clue who he is and he's not going to come here and disrespect me in my home. >> What does he have to do with me? >> Add nothing. But he's not going to sit here and act like this to me in my home. This is ridiculous. >> Can we do a few more questions? Get it over with. Get a shirt on and get everything over. >> What's your first and last name for me? >> My name is Ashley Weber. >> Okay. SH Kelly. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes. >> However, the more she explained, the more unclear her story became. Some conflicting details seem to shift responsibility onto others with her ex-boyfriend, Michael M. mentioned most often. >> You really need to go to the hospital. >> I don't I'm not I don't want to unless my mom is here for my kids. I do not. I literally checked my medicine. That's why the guy that was here this morning went to jail because he has been doing dental or boxes whatever it is from the neighbors downstairs. So it was not willingly me taking this medicine in my medicine bottle and his was a powder form that was on my medicine I guess. So no longer than me coming in taking my medicine going to the bathroom getting ready to take a shower. Apparently I was passed out. >> All righty. We got to do one more step since you won't go to the hospital. We're going to have to talk to our medical director. Can you talk to him real quick? All right. Thank you. Oliver, are you there? >> Yeah. >> So, how long you lived here again? What did you say? A couple months. >> No, I just moved. We got here in August. August >> and everything was fine. And with the per with the path of that, my now ex-boyfriend was working at this liquor store up here. Um, so it was a big old deal of the neighbors or the people that owns here is my they lived here in the past and she went to court. She's been to prison all that, my dad passed away. I went on a 30-year marriage. So anyways, I work nights 24-hour shift. And apparently in the process of these me working and him working these hours up here, he was messing with these people down here literally self and the girls pregnant too. Anyways, all this was happening when I was at work. Come to find out, I found out everything that happened and started kicking him out with the cops. He was turned in. They knocked on the door this morning. I will let him in to get for him. So >> So he's in jail now, right? As of today. >> Yes. And it's not for something he did. I guess they have a hold on him. He has 10 business days to let Oklahoma City or not Oklahoma City, Sequoia County come and get him from Oklahoma City. So he had it all like in this bottle with aluminum pool. He had it all like in my medicine to apparently I guess to hide what he literally clueless when it comes to medicine. I don't know until I started the people that did live here. They said if we find any or whatever it is from them and they said they had it hid in that right there. >> Is that that's where you had it? >> No, they said that's where they always right there. See that thing that comes up? Yeah. >> So anyways, um it was all that happened and I guess that's where he decided to. So when I figured out all this stuff, I said I would not allow this around my children. um was in the process of kicking him out and then he kind of ripped and was like almost to the process of like um I wouldn't say uh holding like he would let me go as long as he was with me if that makes any sense at all. Like I would rather I'd be able to go through my day as long as he was there. >> However, the situation was not ended. The question now was how far would her story drag Michael? So anyways, after I get literally went to get something to eat, took the $10 in gas and came back here to take my medicine and that was the thing. Um, he had enough wool, the whole box, and used that drawer right there. The far drawer >> over here. >> Yes. He always seems to work. That's just what he used. >> What's his name again? >> Michael, like he's never been in trouble up here or anything until this happened. And the people downstairs is Daniel and Lacy. I don't know Daniel's last name, but I do know he hates me because we offered him fentinel more than one. more and cuz we had a dog that which is my mom's now. Every time we'd go walk the dog, he was out there on working on his uh I don't even know it's a silver SUV type thing. I couldn't tell you. But he would be up there till like 3:00 in the morning and um every time that he would he had contact with my feet. It was over >> it was over the dent until finally I caught him flip and um that's why he's out. that he was using my medicine bottles to put his stuff in gone completely which is not a big deal to me like I don't take them every day literally as needed and it was usually like if I needed it was the time to be like when I came home to go to sleep and it wasn't every day but this all happened like I came home took my medicine was getting ready to take a shower packing see the boxes packing his stuff and then I guess this happened in that process time >> scary >> it is scary that I literally walked in there and then I woke up and y'all was here so that's how bad I That's so strong this and the lady that works here or that owns it best friend's mother-in-law. She don't play about anything like that. Like she even put her daughter-in-law in jail. She's gone. >> Is there a landlord out here today? >> That No, >> but that's the thing. She don't care if it's family, daughter, whoever. You're doing something wrong. She's going to >> She's going to I guess she did them, which I was not aware that this was a house prior to that. All they could say when he came over here, all he could say was there was a Mexican squatting in here and took for months to get them out. That's what his exact words was every time. >> The lease on here. Is it under your name or is it his name? >> It is not at least in anybody's name. Like it was just my best friend. >> I was here and they let him. >> He just took over then after that kind of just took over. I started paying the rents and everything. >> It was never with him like now I'm scared. I have to have this medicine every day that I take. So now I don't know like if it happened like that then I don't know if I should throw it away or what I but if I don't take it I'm going to be sick. Faced with this the police had to explain how to handle the medication and powder and told the mother to contact her doctor to clarify the truth. If you do start to feel worse, if you feel faint again, please, please, please, and I cannot stress this enough, hold us back. Because if you pass out in there again, for whatever reason, I'm not interested in, okay? I'm solely here for your health and wellbeing. Okay? If anything changes, you start to feel faint or feel more sick or you're going to pass out, I need you to call 911 right away. >> Okay? >> That's I mean, yes, sir. That's fine. Um, that is me. I don't know what should I not take home medicine away. I'm supposed to take it three times a day. >> Only take your medicine as is recommended by your doctor. >> Don't take any less or don't take any more. That's fine. If you're taking the medicine that's recommended by your doctor, >> I'm saying if that powder that was in there, I don't know how much got out of what he had whatever. >> So like that's what I'm saying. I don't know like as soon as I took that apparently was in there. I don't know what it was powder form. So I don't know what's on the bottle and what's not or you know the peel or should thrown away or I mean I don't know. But I'm still taking my medicine. >> And if this was prescribed medicine and it hasn't been tampered with, I wouldn't throw it away. I would continue taking it as you're prescribed. >> It was That's exactly what I took. >> Yeah. If that's prescribed to you and you're taking it like you should continue >> with his powder in there, though, is what I'm saying. >> Well, I don't know what that powder is. So, I would probably get the pills away from the powder, right? I'd probably put them into a different container. >> What I'm saying, it was already all over the pills and I don't know. >> I would I would say follow up with your doctor. I can't identify what that is. I would give your you have a primary care doctor, right, who prescribe that to you. I would give them a call as soon as possible, explain what happens and follow their recommendations cuz I'm not a doctor. They'll be able to recommend you more professional advice than I would. Please do follow up with your doctor as soon as possible. As far as the pills and having the powder on them, I can't say for sure whether to continue or not taking them. I can't give you advice on that because I don't know what the powder is. >> When her story ended, the police made the arrest. Although adults may have their reasons, for children, safety must always come first. >> What was your first I'm sorry. I I said I walked in after the fact. You know, I don't I all I knew whenever I was coming here is that there was a, you know, female passed out in the bathroom. Kids were in the home and they were they were concerned. Okay. They actually thought that you were gone. Okay. So, they were scared. So, I I show up here. You're obviously, you know, up and breathing, talking and so on. I don't know what what's going on. I don't know the backstory. So, my name is Alum City. >> Okay. What is your name? Ashley. >> Ashley. Okay, here's what's going to happen. Okay, like I said, I don't have details as to what happened or anything. There's another officer that was here before me as well as my supervisor. What I need you to do right now, what we're what we are going to do right now, actually, is you and I are going to go downstairs, okay? I'm going to have you sit in my car while I speak to other officers and see what what we're going to do. Okay? Obviously, we need to make arrangements for like he said, you know, he'd like another adult to be here with your kids, you know, concerns and and all these things. Okay? For you to sit in my car, you will be in cuffs in my car. Okay? You can't sit in the backseat of my car without cuffs. Okay? her policy. >> Excuse me. >> Can y'all not come in here and sit with me? I'm not >> No, we'll have to go down there. Okay. And your kids are down there. I mean, I'm not going to do I'm not going to cuff you in front of your kids, but I'll I'll I'll I'll have you sit on my car and your kids I saw them when I came up here, but I don't know exactly where they're at downstairs. Okay. >> I mean, I don't feel comfortable going. >> Okay. Well, not too bad. We're going to stand up and cuffs. We're going to go and stand up. I don't care. We're I don't care how comfort you feel or not feel. We're standing up. >> Okay. Okay. I mean, what am I going to What is going on like as far as Can y'all explain me what I'm getting? Like am I going to jail or for what? >> Cuz I took my medicine and it had been Are you serious? >> 100% serious. >> This is not okay. >> You admitted to him that was in your hand. >> I did not admit to that. That was a lie. I told y'all that he just went to jail this morning. This is ridiculous. My god. >> Sir, please do not be rude to me. I don't know. >> I'm not. I pulled you want me to be rude. I could have left pulled you in front of your kids. Cuz I pulled over here so your kids not seeing a handcuff. That's not being rude. That's being >> considered not explaining to what y'all's doing. >> I just told you you're going to jail. This is ridiculous. Y'all are sitting there saying this and it has to do with you and it's bent powder with all my medicine from the people downstairs. >> You smoke your pills, huh? >> I don't smoke my pills. Like y'all are not listening. >> Okay. Well, I was there when I kicked in the door >> and I opened y'all in. >> They did not. You did not. Fire tore the door off the hinges. >> I'm talking about this morning. And we weren't here this morning. This is this afternoon 6:00 in the afternoon. Oh my god. This is ridiculous. Like you're sitting here saying I said I smoke my deal. That was not said either. >> That was not like what the [ __ ] >> You got inside your body or inside your cavities or anything like that? No up inside your body. >> I'm a nurse. No, I don't. >> Okay. Checking. Make sure you drop anything back there. We'll go this way. I'll stay in front on the off chance you throw up that way. You're not accidentally getting me with it. Don't think you will.
