nothing like I said we we're we're we're trying to access other systems to make sure that our computer system the results is giving us is true and correct as of this time but like I said 99.9% of the time the information we have at hand is typically correct there I had like 108 toll violations back in like 2016 yeah those are all the ones that are showing up on our computer so I had to reopen all the cases with judge gagleard she was amazing honestly she she really helped me out I had to pay like a $1,200 $1,200 they put me on a payment plan they did all this crap so you paid that in 2020 pay that all right I'll go look that cuz I can see that I'm telling you I paid it I paid it okay I promise another minut you're saying you paid those toll violations I pa did you pay your license reinstatement fees I went yes so you don't it so here's your problem you have to pay the fine but you also have to pay all the fees associated with that I did I went right all right I'm going to go look [Applause] that's what I'm gonna go look at so she did pay some of them and then she went on a payment plan for the rest and didn't do a payment plan she's still suspended so so she is huh so she is going oh yeah hang up the phone ry's on I'll call you right back baby okay I love you by Love You by I did pay it right no yes that's ma'am here's what I I did I only looked at one ticket because I wasn't going to go through all hund whatever tickets I looked at one and it was I could see that some of them are closed which means you paid those and you still have a lot of open ones and here's I'm going to tell you what it looks like the payment plan just the one one and again I'm not going to look at all the 100 or whatever are still open it's 126 yeah it shows it shows that you went on a payment plan you know what it also shows what you didn't complete the payment plan and then now they have continued to find you and find you and find you so much so that if I if I recall the date in 2021 so last year they even continued to send you notices and then they sent you to collection you're in collections for those you haven't changed your address so you obviously wouldn't know that either you can also get a ticket for that so that's on you not on us you created this problem you didn't do what you were supposed to do you get to go to jail today go explain it to the judge and that's officer you're you can take it with you you're not call making any calls turn around put your hands on your back did you tell my officer that you had a license that you left it at I did whatever Club yes IND Theo room yes yes I don't I don't I'm sorry but I don't know how that's even possible I know you get this every day you know thought every day I have someone suspended times 126 but but who who who committed those toll violations it wasn't I hold on who committed them it wasn't me no it was an officer in tes right I had a roommate okay then it's my fault it's my fault okay whether you pass out or not well you're not going to pass out in the back seat of my car tell you that so I'm I'm fine we can just go no no we can't because we're going to need to get you checked out uh then we're going to probably need to take you to the hospital get you medically cleared and then we'll have to take you to jail from there so I'm okay no ma'am you made the complaint I didn't I didn't I said I was going to pass out that's yeah yeah and that's the complaint the medical complaint now we have to do what we have to do so it just prolongs the process um so we'll get you over to the jail as soon as we can as soon as the hospital says you're you are okay to go to jail I feel better now that the air is like I can feel the air uh-huh okay [Applause] suddenly when we explained she was under still under arrest and she wasn't just going to be let go uh she feels better now that the windows are open and she knows that information does she want assessed by well we we just need you guys to at least get an AMA on her and and just say she's good to go so she she can't make the complaint and US ignore it so I was just writing a red light ticket I was just writing a red light ticket it was so red it couldn't have been any more red great move with the kids in car I know try again all right let's get her out of here Hospital you don't need to go to the hospital she's not complaining of anything you don't need to go that's the most amount of suspensions I've ever seen that's a lot I had one that was almost 200 back in my traffic days um they're all for tolls
