from Kentucky. >> I received information that there's a small child living here in poor living conditions. Why can't you get in there? >> Cuz we got a cow. We got two dogs. >> Oh god. >> To Arizona. >> This not my kids. You can't I can't go to jail. I cannot go >> and they eat like animals. >> From the dump. >> Somebody get the room >> to the jail. Not doing nothing. Come on. >> She lied on the thing. Cases of child keep being exposed, laying bare the true face of adults who know how to give birth but don't know how to be parents. This is not just a crime. It's a painful warning for today's society. The door opened. A foul stench hit their faces and in the dark corner, a child lay sleeping next to a pile of trash. On August 26th, 2024, an emergency call came in to the Simpson County Sheriff's Office. A child had been abandoned amid filthy piles of garbage, living in conditions so horrific they were hard to believe. And the parents, they acted as if nothing was wrong. Police immediately got involved, but it seemed the adults in the house weren't exactly welcoming. >> What's up with you? >> I'm good. So, I got some information that there's a small child that lives here that's basically being neglected. Uh three-year-old maybe or girl. >> What? >> Mhm. Is there a three-year-old that lives here? >> Yeah. Uh Matt's little girl, but she's not neglected whatsoever. >> Right. And she may not be, but I just got the information that she was. Um she here now. >> Yeah. You want me to go in and >> Yeah, I'll I'll have to I'll have to see her and check on just check on her or whatever. So, >> um Yeah. Is the living conditions any better than they were the last time we were here? >> Yes. >> As far as I know, yes. Well, Brian has a dang door lock. Let me go to his window. Hang on. >> What's up? >> Not much. >> How are you? >> Just got up. >> Yeah. Sleep your life away that way. >> Oh, yeah. >> Like I told him, I I received information that there's a small child living here in poor living conditions. I know you still don't have running water, so I want to I want to check on the living conditions in the child. All right. Let me see if I can get him up. >> Okay. >> How are you? >> Pretty good. >> You doing okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Like I told him, I got a uh report that there's a small child living here that's beinged living in poor living conditions. Uh no food, no running water. My job is to just have a look at your child, make sure she's got food and a place to sleep, and then I'll be on my way. Right now, we ate what we had last night, but I'm just got my K tap, so I go and go get some for today. >> Yeah, >> but she's not there exactly. >> Where's she at? >> She's asleep right now. >> Well, you can take me to where she sleeps and then um >> we have to go around to the back cuz it's harder to get to the dog. >> Okay, >> that's what I say. >> Or you want to go get her? >> No, I I want to see where she sleeps. I have to like go inside and see where she sleeps. [Music] I like to know who called cuz she's not in the car, >> right? I still need to see where she's sleeping. >> She sleeps with me and her right now. >> Okay. I'm still going to see before I leave. >> I can't get in there. >> Why can't you get in there? >> Cuz we got a couch and got two dogs. The one dog is a >> I've been here before, sir. >> I've been in this house and I know what it's going to look like when I go in here. I'm not going to be surprised at all. But I do have to check the welfare of the child before I leave this house. >> Can I go get her? >> I'm going to see where she sleeps. I mean, when you act this way, that tells me that it's not going to be good when I go in here. Okay? And as a parent, you should know better. There's no excuse for it. So, I'm going to see where she sleeps before I leave. Or I'll call social services now to come pick her up. It's up to you. >> And then a trash fil place came into view, filled with the sound of dogs barking loudly, so filthy that even the police let out a curse. No one expected that this hell hole was what a three-year-old girl called home. >> All right. Bye. All right. You can take me in. fish out. >> It's messy. I hadn't had time to clean it cuz I've been working. >> I know it's messy. >> I'm trying to get everything done, but everything takes money in. >> I had all this clean, but it's not now. But I am trying to hold on. >> She's right there. >> You get the dog. >> Come here. Here. Come on. Come here. Stay here. Turn. Come here. I tried to put him up. Come here. Come on. >> Baby's right there. >> This is from last night from the dog. >> It's okay. It's okay. >> It's okay. >> Which I got to get cleaned up. We use to keep it clean. But we do have She's been eating. >> Did your refrigerator even work? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. [Applause] How do you get to the room where she sleeps? >> Got to go over that. >> Okay. >> God damn it. That's gross. >> That's crazy. >> And the child sleeping spot. They had to climb through a death maze just to witness a kind of hell with a hole in the middle forming a place to sleep that torments the spirit. And this time the condition was even worse than the last time. I'm coming in here. Let me sit back there. Okay. Did you go on in for me? We have to keep our arms back here because then >> Where does she sleep? Back here. >> Okay. Yeah, we have our dog back here. >> Okay, I'm going to need you to move them away where I can see. Can you signal six amber back at DCBS and disadvisor? It's worse than the last time. [Applause] Oh, that's just gross. Oh god. Mother. Nasty mother. Oh god damn. Oh that's gross. >> That's the fridge. I got them too. I open the fridge. It's got electric. It ain't too bad. Bet in it hardly. >> I'll let you shine the lighting. >> Let me get in front of y'all where I can show you path. Just stay right there for a second. All right. So, we're going to go across this couch. >> Okay. I'm just going to Here, Tyler. Don't even Don't even worry about There's another door. >> So, you have to climb this and you go through that door there. >> No, there's a door outside that goes over there. >> Really? >> Yes, they can open that. >> Thanks for letting me know. Yep. >> The more officers arrived, the more the flashlights revealed the destruction caused by irresponsible living and the adults habit of blaming others. They had no idea that this terrible living environment was quietly destroying the health and spirit of innocent children. >> Yeah, but it ain't going to do nothing. Left one. body. >> I got mine. >> You good? >> Watch where you stay at back there. Yep. Careful because that's where I fell off the couch into this floor. >> Just losing. >> There's a soft spot in that uh couch somewhere. I got you back though. I'll hold you >> back on this back door. >> Yeah, you got to go in where that cover's hanging and there's a dresser you got to climb over to see where the child sleeps. [Music] >> When you said you fell, I was like, "What the heck?" >> Careful. >> Ain't no way. rolled right off that couch right here. Just rolled all around in it. >> Did you already get all this? >> Ankle going to be swole. >> Did you already get all this documented right here? >> Yeah, I videoed back there. If you'll take my body cam and do a slow p slow video just to kind of show it better effective for cut that paper right there. >> Oh yeah. Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Applause] Heat. Oh my gosh. The 35-year-old father and 33-year-old mother were arrested and held at the Simpson County Detention center facing three charges under current Kentucky law. Child use in the first degree, punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison with bail set between $50,000 and $100,000 or denied entirely if they are deemed a danger to children. Firstderee wanted endangerment carries a sentence of 1 to 5 years in prison with bail ranging from $5,000 to $25,000. endangering the welfare of a minor. Punishable by up to 12 months in jail or a fine of up to $500 with bail ranging from $500 to $2,500. >> Careful coming out. >> Where they at? >> Soft right there. Touch mine. Give my camera back and she can talk to them. I'm going to put one in your car and one in mine. That way they're not together. >> I know that's what this is, babe. >> Mr. An, you going to stand around and put your hands behind your back for me? >> Okay. What >> can I ask why? >> Cuz I don't. >> Well, we're going to talk about all that here in just a little bit. Okay. Social services is going to come talk to you and then me and you'll have a conversation on why you're going to jail. I feel like it's pretty obvious, but we're go up here to sit in my car. >> Think about going brother, too. >> The brother? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I have one more. Have a seat for me. I'll roll the window down. Okay. This story reminds me of a little girl in a poor rental block who was starved and had to crawl to neighbors for food whenever her parents got drunk or passed out. Everyone stayed quiet because it was their family's business until she collapsed outside and the neighbors had to call the authorities. What about you? Share your story in the comments below. While a child was rescued from a pile of trash in Kentucky and we barely had a chance to breathe a sigh of relief in Arizona, two other children were left stranded on the street hungry and covered in blood. >> She didn't tell me that matter. You're still the adult in this house with two kids running out in the street. >> On January 8th, 2024, police in Panal, Arizona received a phone call reporting that two children were wandering the streets. one with a bleeding hand and the other smelling strongly of feces. They rushed to the scene, but the only adult present at the time appeared confused, repeatedly denying responsibility, claiming they were simply asleep and had no idea what was going on. >> She said that uh for a minute she was in there sleep, but I told her she was leaving. >> So, who was walking back and forth? Him. >> Just two. Two two kids. >> So, who she on the phone with? >> Mom. Damn. >> Where's the other child? >> What's the other child? Is she the mom or sister? >> Sister. >> Your hand hurt? >> Ma'am, just do me a favor. Go ahead and grab your ID from >> Why did he grab my ID? Why is he writing a report on this incident, ma'am? >> Why is he not this? >> It doesn't matter. You're the adult in this house. You're responsible for these children whether your mother told you or not. >> She didn't tell me. >> It doesn't matter. You're still the adult in this house with two kids running out in the street. I need your ID. >> I need your ID because I need to write up child. >> I was not. >> It doesn't matter. You're the adult in this house. You >> She didn't tell me. I was >> That's not how the law work. Go ahead and grab your ID. Go ahead and grab your ID. >> Grab my ID because I didn't do that then. How about that? >> This is not my kids. You can't I cannot go to jail. >> How much you want to bet? How much you want to bet? >> How can I go to jail? >> You already investigation. You have to grab your ID. >> How do you want to play it? How do you want to play this game right now? >> Like what the can I want to do? That's crazy. What the >> Not saying you going to jail, saying we writing a report. >> Not going to hinder my investigation, man. Yeah, his hand messed up. >> Do you have any hands? Are you cut too? You okay? >> Is that slight? Where did he hurt his hand? >> Let me see. Come on. >> His big sister 22. >> Can she tell us what happened? >> Do you know what happened? >> Do you know what happened? >> She doesn't want no parts of this. She almost just got arrested. Leave them at your house people. You did not tell them. >> Do you know what happened to the child? >> She know what happened. She knows what happened. I don't know. I was not here when that happened. >> So stop lying to the people like I know. Do you have What's your phone number? >> Just check out the other kid. Y'all get a chance. >> All right. Just stand right there, buddy. I need another diaper for him. It sound smells like >> I just took him. >> Does he have chickens or something? Does >> he have chickens or something? >> A lot of these marks and stuff on him. >> He has asthma. >> He's got stuff under his arms. >> The kid has crap all over his freaking >> Yeah, he's got one on his leg, too. >> Oh, tight on money, but still managed to pop out nine kids. And each one eats like an animal, so there's never enough food. This mysterious mother, Anetta, sure knows how to turn hardship into jaw-dropping material for the public. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> Yes, I have. >> Can you go get it for me? Is your mom Angela? >> I know. >> What? >> I know. >> That wasn't your mom that was here with the kids? >> I know. >> Okay. >> All the children live in this house. Who's the guy that's in the back? >> You don't know? >> So, there's random people that are just in the house. >> That's not a random person. That's probably somebody she know. But I don't know who that is cuz I didn't see their face. I was in my room. >> Who was responsible for watching the kids today? >> I don't know. I was sleep. >> So, you don't normally watch any of your siblings? >> If she tell me I was sleep, ma'am, I don't know. I was sleep. >> There's no reason to get defensive. I'm asking question. >> I just told you I was sleep. You ask me the same question. >> Total. There's nine of you children that live here. Well, you're an adult, but >> my brother not here at the moment. >> So, that's eight. So, who else lives here? >> My mom and her kids. >> Those four in school. So, who does the house belong to? >> Does she rent it or she own it? >> She rent it. >> How long have you guys lived here? >> Do you know how the injury to the finger occurred? How the baby got cut on the finger and the foot? >> I was not here. >> You weren't here. >> Those things happened. I was not here. Happy. >> What about your other sibling that's got like a whole bunch of marks on his back? Like healing scars and on his leg. >> He got everything. >> No, these are line marks. I mean, he's got a few little eczema things up in the back. >> I don't know cuz they play rough. That's all I can say. >> How does your mom usually discipline them when they >> She don't hate them. She let them do whatever they want. That's why house messed up. >> Have any animals that live in this house? I have to ask this. What is that smell that's in the house? Because it smells like feces. It smells like crap. Like it smells like that urine and whole bunch like dirty trash. And I mean the house is a mess. The kids dirty up the house every day. Now, if you live with them, you will know they dirt up the house every day. Yes, we clean up after them every day. They dirt up the house every day. They put juice on the floor before they left. They had juice on the floor everything before they left. They terrorized the house. If you live with them kids, then you'll know they mess up everything. They don't They mess up everything. >> I also had seen that there's no food in the refrigerator. >> There is food in the refrigerator. She got food in. She just went to go buy food last night and she got to go buy more. And she got a lot of kids. What? They eat like animals. >> I'm well aware of that. Like what yall saying? There's no food. It's little food in that she just got to buy more. They eat like animals. If y'all need to come live with people so y'all can stop assuming like that's annoying. Y saying it's no food. What the y expect? It's a lot of kids in the house. What the expect? >> Okay, I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. >> Okay, >> cuz I'm going to tell you, you could have very little money and I'm sure your mom gets food stamps and other things else like that, >> okay? And they eat like animals and you got to buy food every day. That's why she argue with you. >> Okay, then we don't have to talk at all. Simple as that. >> Then you can go back and have fun. She just slammed a foot in the door. >> And when the law stepped in, all Annetta could only repeat, "I love kids." And burst into tears in a very fake way. >> Release your hands. >> I'm not doing nothing. Come on. You better with the police station. >> Yeah. >> I ain't nothing seat belt. >> I don't want no seat belt. I'm good. I >> still got the seat belt on. >> I'm not aggressive. I just got so you don't hit this. >> Listen, I don't know what happened. I'm just here to transport you. All right. >> I'm going to jail. Police station. >> Go to jail. >> Officer, I need to change my pants, please. >> Your pants? >> My maxi pad? Bloody. >> You'll do that at the jail. >> They don't have no pads over there. >> They do? >> You should call my daughter, please. >> They're working with your your kids right now. >> No, but my daughter, my oldest daughter. >> Yeah. Yeah, they're working with your daughters. They're in contact with her. >> No, but I want to I don't got a number. >> You can't speak to anyone right now. >> Why? >> Cuz you're going to jail. But I know one thing, please. I'm not trying to fight. >> I I understand that, but you can't. >> I love my go to me. I'm happy. I don't have that. I'm be happy. I ain't going to let nobody trigger me. Take me out of character. I want to know why you tell me put my handcuffs. You make me my rights. Miranda right went to school for criminal justice I know about the system you a my right then you trying to trigger me and I speak to the sergeant my kids could tell them that what the officer did to joke me my son they was there hello >> so they could tell the people that they too but they talk very good proper they earn what they want they deserve what I'm doing wrong whatever help they need I try to get it myself helping me but now I'm going to ch like That's not right. That's not true. >> I can't call nobody. No. You don't got no more jewelry on here. Sit down. So, I'm not trying to think. So, I got Who I got to wait here for? >> The detective. When she comes, she's not talking to >> She at the hospital. >> She coming out. >> I'm going to get the sergeant to come talk to you. >> Hey, I need a drink. >> Even behind bars, Annetta wouldn't stop making excuses. She single-handedly took on every role. victim, legal expert, devoted mother, and the leading actress in her very own reality TV style family tragedy. >> Hello. >> What's your name? >> I'm Louis. >> Okay. So, >> finish telling you. >> When I was I was in the hospital, I had this morning. I go drop my son off. My other kids, four kids off school. My other two kids came out, but my daughter was home at the house. And they trying to say I'm the one is my my reason that my daughter my kids came out. >> Okay. >> I want to take the kids out. So when I got to the hospital cuz my son had a cut right here. >> Okay. >> It has this but you know it's open to close. It got to close on its own. So um I had wrapped it but he took it out. But when I I bought more wrap and I came back home but I had stopped. She called me saying let me get the car first because I'm doing remodeling in my house. >> Okay. So now in the hospital, she talking, she talking, she didn't say nothing. She said, "Put hands around you." She standing on the floor detective in front of my kids. They want me to scratch me and I got back injury. >> Got scratched. right here just scratching your love. >> Were you resisting? >> No, I was not doing nothing. When he came, I was not resisting. I walk normal. I know not to resist. I learned that cuz I was the victim to do me violence. So when my baby that was attacking me, I learned how to become for my classes. So I know not to resist extra charge. >> Okay. >> In front of my kids, my three and two, you ask them what the police did to their parents. They could talk real good. That's why. And I said, "Why you did that front of my kids? You should have took me out the room cuz I know I do nothing wrong. >> So you weren't sleeping in my >> I'm in pain and I eat all day and I'm dehydrated. >> Do you need fire rescue? >> Yeah, I'm in pain. I need some pain medicine. >> What? What do you What pain are you in? >> They was stepping on my back and my back. My I had a rod in my back. >> So they stepped on your back. >> Yeah. The one the one step on my back and then I have to go outside so people know how they can see me for >> they close the curtain. outside and I tell you come on. >> So they're like fire rescue for you. They care. Okay. >> So again they put the hand up tight on this hand and you'll see how tight they put it. All the bruises. >> Mhm. >> So I'll have the officers give you the form for a a complaint. These officers are just transporting you. So they don't have anything to do with the job. >> Yeah. You're going to be transported to jail. >> Well, I came here for it. >> Because we have to do paperwork. This is just a holding facility. >> But I can't call nobody or nothing. >> You have to wait until you go down to the main jail. >> How about my kids? What's going on with my kids? >> Bravo 41. >> I don't know. The kids were there, right? >> In the hospital. Yeah. >> So DCF might have came and took custody of the kids or a relative or something. >> I don't know, but I want to know what's going on and I'm hungry. I got to be here for how long? >> I don't know. I'll find out though. >> Could you take the charges while I'm here for it? I will I'll find out and I'll >> So how I don't understand how you I'm in here but I don't know why I'm arrested for it. >> I don't know. >> That's what I'm trying to say. >> Okay. But I told you that I would find out and I'll let you know. >> Children of all ages and genders began to appear covered in bruises. One claimed they ran into the TV. Another said they tripped and one quietly whispered, "I got hit." But every story clashed with the marks that don't lie. >> Hey Michaela. >> Hello. >> What's going on Michaela? How you doing? Can we take a look at the kiss, please? This is my friend, Mrs. Reed. She's going to holl at y'all for a little bit. I got to talk to Michaela. You guys step over here and I'll talk to Michaela. Let her know what's happening. I don't know what happened with your mom, but she flipped out in the hospital. She ended up fighting me and fighting the detective that showed up. So, she's at the police station now. So, at the very least, she's going to get charged with resisting since she decided to go berserk on us, which is why DCF is grounding up all the kids. >> All right. So kids tonight are going to be going with her. Well, all the kids. I think the other two are there as well. So your mom is definitely going to get arrested for what she did at the hospital. And then if there are additional charges, reference, child, anything, then that's the detective is going to decide that. You have any questions for me? >> No. Good luck to you and hopefully everything gets a little better cuz that was really weird. All right. All right, bro. Let me see your back. Turn around for me. >> I figure out how he got all these scars. >> Yeah. Yeah. Where all those scars from? >> Glenn. >> I don't know about that. >> All right. You pull your shirt back up. >> Can I use your phone to play Roblox? >> You got these marks on YouTube, too? >> Yeah. >> Let me see. I don't I don't believe you. >> I do got >> Come here. Cuz you got bumps. I don't got marks. >> Let me see what you got going on, man. >> You got a bump right here. >> What is all that? >> I don't know. >> Hold on one second. Let me get uh big man. >> Is it rain? >> Yeah, it's starting to rain. What happened to your head? >> From what? >> I got pushed into >> got pushed into the TV by who? No, I just tripped in a a table and then I >> There right there. What happened to your eye? >> That is a good lie. >> I I got I got hidden on the oven. It makes no sense. >> Hold on. So what So tell me what happened to your face. >> A dog bit me. I said that's >> Hold on. Hold on. Tell me the truth. What happened? >> A dog bit me right here. >> What happened to your eye? >> Good. Good. >> And I got hit in the oven with this. >> Hit in the oven? >> Yeah. >> How? Don't move. Don't move. Stay right there. >> I accidentally put pushed my I accidentally hit myself in the oven with my eye. >> But how you got that bump? >> Yeah. How'd you get the bump? You said you pushed into a TV. >> No. Yeah, I got push. Someone pushed me into the table. >> How'd you get that? >> Somebody hit me with a >> Oh, shoot. My bad. Hold on. Somebody hit you in the room. >> But did any Did you go to the hospital for that? >> Not yet. This one starting to hurt. >> This one starting to hurt. Where? >> Back. >> Oh, let me get Did you go to the hospital for any of these cuts that you have on you? >> He did go I didn't go for this cut. They were supposed to take me because she don't have no car. >> All right. Hold your shirt up for me, B man. Oh my gosh. How old are you, bro? He's going to lift your shirt up over your head. Okay. >> Lift up your hands. We're going to we're going to take it off for a second. Okay. >> How'd you get all this stuff on? >> Oh my god. >> She keep whooping you. >> The mothers and children's statements suddenly conflicted. It shows that having many kids isn't wrong, but having them without the means to raise them is a real tragedy. Mothers often lack money, time, and knowledge while the kids get trapped in the same cycle of poverty, dependence, and violence. >> Okay, listen. You can't be making all of this noise in here. So I spoke to the detective. She told me that it was seven counts of child, seven counts of child, seven counts of delinquency, contributing to delinquency of the life. Whatever it is like you contributed to whatever they were doing that they weren't supposed to do or whatever your kids which >> I don't know. I don't know what they say. when you go down to the jail, okay, and you get released or whatever, you can see all of that. You can see what you wrote and all that. >> I want to what I did. >> Okay, listen. I just informed you of what I was supposed to inform you of. Ask me what the charges were. Okay? I'm explaining to you what the charges are. Okay? If you want to see any other documentation that is uh related to that, you're going to have to wait for that. So, seven counts of char seven counts of child neglect and seven counts of continuing minor. >> Who's that? >> You're just asking me to my kids. >> Yes. Who else kids? >> What I did to them? >> I don't know. >> They lying. Come on, man. >> Okay. That's why you go to court. Okay. How do you know for that? >> I don't know. That's something you're asking me. I cannot ask you. >> She's not finished doing what she's doing. >> As long as you want to do nothing. >> Okay. Well, that's what the court system is for. You're going to go either back to the hospital or something and you're going to get what you need. However, you have to calm down. Okay? You can't be in here yelling and stuff like that. There is no need for that. Okay? But I ain't doing nothing. That's what I'm trying to say. >> Okay. Plenty of people say they didn't do nothing. That's in jail. Okay. I just left to bring my other kids to school. Come back home. >> You pleading your case to the wrong person. You asked me a question and I gave you the answer. But I can't find my kids either. >> The kids are daring custody of either or a relative of yours. >> That's crazy. >> Okay. >> Hey kids, >> I got low low pressure. time being since I dropped the school money. That's more money. >> I don't need nothing. Fire rescue is going to come and check out your pressure and all of that kind of stuff. >> With no one left to blame, the mother tried to pin everything on her 22-year-old daughter, then played the poverty card. But no excuse could cover up the plain truth. Two children had been left alone in a dangerous environment. You >> see the blood guy? >> Let's start from the beginning. So you're at the hospital. Is that what it is? >> It's from my heart. Okay. >> Not going to do I'm I'm only going to deal with the part once you got in the hospital. The doctor came to check the kids. My son had a cup. But that cut it can't be no stitches. So I had to rap. My son did. When I left talking, he rap is in my bag. >> So um they said, "Oh, um yeah, I'm under arrest." But they never they said, "Put put ham on." I'm like, "Why you put hers on me? Why you pulling for my kids?" That's when she pushed me. Just go ahead. You want see all the scratches? You want see the scratches? >> Let me let me let me snap a picture. Okay. >> Put the hand right here. Put his hand. >> Let me see. You said somebody's face too. Let me see. >> See if I was home. They ain't supposed to come at me like that. My daughter's 21 years old. She wouldn't allow the kids to come outside, right? Well, that's not my child. But you you know I left to get the other kids. Can I ask you to take off? >> You want to go get the other kids? >> I'm going to drop the other kids off from school. And then I was trying to go get me a car and I went to get stuff more beach to clean up. I'm still trying to move. I'm go to big lock to get the bunk bed. Um the match up with the bunk bed and one bed. That's why I was missing. And I got a pass in pink cuz I'm fixing my house up and my furniture wasn't gone. And look what happened. But now I got seven other kids in school. I got seven kids went outside. I don't understand that. >> That's going to be that's going to be up to the detective. You obviously you get opportunity to see the cause. Obviously, you get opportunity to take a look at the probable cause every day to see what what's written down in there. Like I haven't seen 10 times. How's two kids going to get involved with the other kids? That's two kids only went outside and I was at home. How you going to charge for all the other kids? That's wrong. That's not right. I'm going to call affair. >> I'm going call a fair and I'm going to call I'm going write a letter to um to the president cuz it don't make no sense. That's lying. And I got nine kids. If if my house not in order, you know, you got they got this on me. I'm like, last night they call it cuz they help me. I said I'm I did a rapid loan to fix my house up. You see, I'm throwing everything. I'm throwing stuff in garbage. So I don't I don't got stuff in order. My house dirty, my dick. I got stuff. I got to paint. So what what's going on now? >> That's going to be something you you'll speak to your attorney about. Let them fight that. >> I don't know how I get out how much my bomb will be. >> That there's no way we would know. So once you get down to the jail is uh what's my um charges? >> It's a seven count this seven count. I don't know what it is. >> You get opportunity to see it. Honestly, I like I said my part is to I want to address that detective. When I want you out of here soon that there's a water problem there. If you push >> the Yeah. So you sit by the cups. We don't have no other setup. >> But how long to be here? Cuz I eat all day. No, I I that again that >> screaming, struggling, refusing to cooperate. It seemed Anetta still hadn't come to terms with the fact that she was in a holding cell. >> Here's what's going to happen. What did you do with that? >> That's my bra. >> Listen, I'm going to tell you what happened. How you got in trouble last time? I'm going to explain it to you before I put your hand. >> Here's the issue we have. >> That's my bra. >> You taking your bra and you putting stuff around your neck. That's a problem. Okay. No, no. We don't want you to do that. I want you to comply with me. Do you understand? >> Yeah. Let me sit down. >> Okay. No, I'm going to let you sit down. I need you to comply with me on you. Huh? I'm going to put it in the back. Okay. >> In the front. I'm put it hurt in the back. >> I understand it hurt, but if you were doing what you're supposed to, it wouldn't happen. So, do me a favor because I don't want to be here. >> Do me a favor. I understand you want to be here, but there's a process. So, this is what you're going to do. I need you to stand up for me. >> I need you to stand up for me cuz you can't make allegations saying that anybody did anything to you. I'm explaining to you. I need you to stand up. Please stand up. Okay. Now, put your other hand behind your back. Put your other hand. It does not work. We don't have I understand that. But if you would stop doing what you're supposed to do, then you won't have to worry about being bruised. Do me a favor. Put your hand behind your back. >> Wait. Wait. >> Without your weight. There's no weight at this point. Put your hand behind your back. It >> hurt. >> It's going to hurt if you don't put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. And the blood. >> Yeah. >> I don't I don't understand. >> Now ask your question. What is the problem? Do you know why you in here? >> No. just told me. They just told me about >> No. Was it? But wasn't it in the text of someone at your house? >> I was not here. No, but it was at my house. I was at I was in the hospital. >> They didn't tell me nothing. I didn't call nobody or nothing. I left my son with my daughter and they came outside. >> Santa, I'm going to pat you down. Make sure you don't have nothing else on you. Okay. I'm using the back of my hands. Okay. >> Despite all her excuses and fingerpointing, Annetta couldn't escape a long list of serious charges. seven counts of aggravated child abuse, seven counts of child, seven counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child, and resisting arrest. She was held under Arizona state law, facing a potential sentence of 2 to 10 years in prison with bail set between $12,000 and $24,000. >> All right, let's roll. >> No. >> What? >> You see this? >> Yeah. >> Okay. This is the form for IIA to make complaint if that's what you want. No, go back in there. This is the form. >> You say you want to find a group right now. >> Okay. This is the form. Okay. I'mma put it in your purse so it'll be there for you. You understand? >> The detective. >> No, >> the detective left her already do that. >> What you mean? You want you gone? What you mean charges? >> No, I already told you what your charges are. Seven counts of child. >> How does Hey, let me tell you. You asked charges. That's the charges. >> That's what the charges are. >> She lied on the thing. Only two kids at my house and I was not going. You say you want to go. We out of here now. >> I came from the sin. Listen, >> I got Listen, you have your day in court. Don't worry about the detective. If she wrong, she wrong. Drop them. >> I know. But um how about my bond to come out and they took my kids? Come on. >> It's going to be a no bond on that. The jail's got to set a bond. >> That's what I'm trying to say. >> Right. >> Do you need to go to the hospital? Cuz if not, you're going to waste your time. If ain't nothing wrong with you, they got a nurse there that check you out. >> I want to get to the jail and then you're like, "This hurts, that hurts, this hurt." >> In the jail, they'll give you something. >> So, you don't need to go to the hospital? >> No. >> Okay. So, just listen. when you get there. >> I know I ain't going to come just okay. >> You don't get mad cuz they lot on the paperwork. >> So you got you have your day in court though. >> And I did have food in the refrigerator in the top in the bottom. I cleaned it out to go buy um milk and stuff cuz yesterday when I went to Walmart, I bought breakfast stuff so they could eat something quick in the morning and they had meat in there. >> We're good, right? Going to be cool. >> Okay. Well, listen. We cleared that up already. Your results already came back that you had nothing in your system. So that that helps your case. Okay. That helps your you got to think positive, especially for your kids. >> Okay. Well, then whenever you get out, you have to do right by your other kids. And if and if you think that she needs to go, then you have to make those those changes. Okay. >> I went to the jail, man. >> I left my daughter home with the kids. She l said she was sleeping. I think I got set up. >> Got to go to the back. We're going to the hospital. >> They did this thing already. >> They didn't put in. You're saying that you had a miscarriage? Then there's not much I could do. >> They said not pregnant, >> huh? Let's go and turn around.
