What is the reason for being hog tied?
Because you were kicking and you
couldn't sit up. I was not. I was just
in that car, not doing a thing. On
January 12th, 2025 in Ohio, police were
called after a woman refused to leave
her hotel room past checkout. When

long and when you have to be out of
here, right? Okay.
So, you talked to the manager, right?
You said your ride is supposed to be at
11:00, right? So, now it's 11:4. It's
11:46. Okay. Well, it's 11:46. It's past
that time. They have a lobby that you
can wait in for your ride. So, you're
going to have to collect your property.
A ride at 11:30. Okay. And it's 11:46.
It's 11:46.
He needs to clean this room so he can
ride it back out. So, you're going to
have to collect your property and go
down to the lobby and wait.
All right.
It's time to get dressed. I mean, I'm
not quite sure why you weren't dressed
already because I mean, if your car ride
was supposed to be 11:30ish, you should
have been dressed, right? Around 11:30.
That's why I said 11:30ish is plus or
minus. Right.
So, you need to get your stuff together
and step out. All right.
She has 5 minutes.
You want to give her 5 minutes? Oh,
yeah. Yes, sir. No problem. I have a
nothing problem saying that it can take
10 minutes, but then she's out. Okay. 10
minutes. Okay. Yeah. Nothing problem.

Let's go. Lindsay got four minutes.
Time's a tick. That's a master key. Yes,
sir. All right. Thank you, brother.

leaving. I'm getting dressed. Okay. I'm
not going to sit here and play these
games with you. All right. I'm getting
dressed. No, you're not. Okay, go get
dressed. We're not shutting the door.
The door is not getting shut. It's a
little cold. Okay. Okay. Well, then go
put your clothes on.
I'm getting dressed.
Go put your clothes on. What do we have?
Like a trust. That's it. Is he going
to sir? I'm not violating anything.
You're violating your rental of this
room. You're supposed to be out here at
10:30.
I was never informed of what time I
Okay, maybe you should have read the
contract that you signed. Okay, put your
clothes on and get out. You don't have
an expectation of privacy.
You do not have an expectation of
privacy in a hotel room. Let's go,
Lindsay. It's time to go. It's either
you either go willingly or going to go
to jail. Okay.
All right. Stop.
Time to put my clothes on. Get out.
Close the door so I can put my clothes
on.

clothes. If she wants to act like this,
you can go. I'm not going to get things.

your stuff's just going to be and not my
mom who's coming to pick me up.
You've had plenty of time to have your
mom come pick you up and my friend. Two
people that are on their way to pick me
up. Then why aren't they here? You've
had plenty of time and I want to live in
the opportunity to pick me up right

opportunities to get your stuff together
and you did not. You had plenty of time.
I got my stuff together. You didn't put
on pants. you do anything you needed to
get out of the residence or essentially

Yes, you will be. No, stop. Stop moving
and I will let you relax. You keep
twisting and pulling doing all
craziness. I have I have a good job.
Then what are you doing here? Well, you
made a bad decision today.
That's the problem. You're not a bad
person. I have a good job.
[Music]
All right. Why? Where was this attitude?
[Music]
All right.
No. Do you want to put pants on or you
want to go to jail like this? This is
your last decision. Yeah. Okay. You want
to put pants on? Yeah. Okay. We'll grab
your pants for you and help you put them
on.
Here. Put your leg
in. Put your leg in. We're not going to
