Turn around. >> Why? >> And put your hands behind your back. >> Why? Why are we under arrest? >> What do you mean you didn't do anything? >> Am I going to jail? >> Yeah, that's why we're going to walk this way. And I want to get you out of >> Can you let my kids know I love them? >> Yeah. >> While the world is trying to build loving homes for children. The two mothers in today's story seem racing for the title of the creator of the worst hell under the guise of love. But what about the innocent kids who will protect them when their own mothers become the most haunting figures in their lives? Let this video pull back the curtain and reveal the chilling truth. Oh, congratulations to these two model parents. They've successfully created a living environment that goes far beyond any definition of hell on earth. >> On April 27th, 2023, Randolph County police received a report about children being locked in an unhealthy environment. When they arrived, they didn't walk into a house. They walked into a rotting den. Trash piling up everywhere. Maggots crawling all over. Pets on the verge of death. All mixed with the stench of the so-called living humans. >> Oh, they're just screaming and playing. They're running around playing. >> Okay, let us come in and check on them. >> You got the hole downstairs? >> Yeah. Uh, the place is a mess, but I am cleaning it, so don't worry about that. I'm working on it. I can bring the kids into the living or the kitchen. >> We'll come in and check them out. >> We only have two. We only have two here. The other three are in school. >> Izzy. Jasmine, come here. >> You live here? >> Yeah. >> Do you live here, too? You the dad? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> What? >> What is he? >> What'd he do? >> Yeah. She looked through the window and there was diapers. >> That's because the dog just got it out of the trash. >> Please. >> Please don't arrest me. >> Okay. >> It's okay. >> Please don't arrest me. I have I I don't >> Turn around. >> Why? >> And put your hands behind your back. >> Because I asked you to. Are you taking the kids? Are you arresting me? >> You're being detained at this time. >> Okay. >> Poor elephants. I need CPS. >> What's up? I told you we just moved back down here. We literally just moved back down here a couple weeks ago. We're literally cleaning the place up as we speak. I was literally just come in to see what's going on. >> It's okay. Okay. It's okay. >> Can I please talk to you guys? >> You can go right off. Come here. It's okay. It's okay. Hi, boy. How are you? What you got? Is that a noodle? >> You eating a noodle? [Music] I can't offic I'll sit here and say I can't I will I will go and >> we got [Music] straight. >> Amid the overwhelming stench and chaos, the sound of children sobbing cuts straight to the heart. It's heartbreaking to imagine them watching as cold handcuffs were locked onto their mother's wrists. And even more devastating to know they had been living in such a toxic, deprived environment for so long. >> Face away from me. >> Stand up. Face away from me. >> What's going on? >> You're both under arrest. Why? We're poor. We didn't even do anything. Why are we under arrest? >> What do you mean you didn't do anything? Your children are living in absolute filth. You understand me? >> Stop yelling at me. >> Sit down. >> Stop. You're making my PTSD. >> Okay, sweet. [Music] >> You want to go see my police car? Bear with my friend. I just want to hang out with me. >> You want to sit with mommy over there? >> Taking the dogs and everything. >> My friends, we're watching our kids. We have them down here. They're upstairs. You can ask them. Can you go upstairs? You can ask them. They've been staying with them. But we've been trying to get this place up. We just had them down here cuz they had something to do. Go ask them, please. Can you guys please go ask them? >> They're right upstairs. But it didn't stop there. Samantha and Peters even knew how to play the perfect victims. >> What's your name? >> Samantha. >> What's your date of birth? >> 22496. >> What's your name? >> Joseph. >> What's your date of birth? >> 39 1991. >> Say that again. I'm sorry. Can you stop? >> 3991. >> Pan on top of stove has live maggots. Can one of you guys take uh the >> Did you Are the kids living in here? >> No, they're staying with our friends. >> They're upstairs. >> And why are they here right now? >> Cuz they had to do something. They literally had something to do and they just got back before you guys showed up. And >> are you all living in there? >> No, we're upstairs. We're trying to get it clean. We were just down. >> Is anyone upstairs? >> Yeah, Will and Leslie. Oh, but Will and Leslie completely denied everything Samantha and Peters had said. And at that very moment, a chilling secret was uncovered. >> Police Department. >> Hello, sir. >> How's it going outside? >> Oh, pretty good. >> Do the kids that are downstairs live in here? >> No, they live downstairs. >> They live downstairs. >> Yes, cuz they just moved back down there what, 2 months ago or something like that? >> Yeah, they don't live. They don't stay up here. >> Does it So, the kids don't live here and they don't live here. The kids don't stay here. No, I promise you because we've been having problems with them, too. So, >> they've been >> Are you will? >> Yes. >> And you are, >> Leslie. >> Okay. >> Trying to break away from them. >> We're trying to get away from them down there. >> I was going to let them know more about what's going on cuz I was going to try to record all the yelling and stuff because the kids was saying Jasmine, she's what? One of the youngest >> one, the little girl. Yeah. Uh she was we heard her saying no stop mommy or saying that hurts and so I was going to call but I tried to stay out of it. >> If you could please clean this area up. >> Oh I'm going to it's just been taking us a little while. >> Okay. >> My sister works at CPS. Oh wow. The cops must have been shaking in their boots. Too bad the law doesn't hand out VIP passes to relatives. And then the arrest happened. >> I can't get a hold of anybody from CPS. Well, you won't be able to do Randolph County. My sister works for CPS. >> I don't care. >> I was just letting you know. >> I don't care. Just because your sister works for CPS doesn't mean you can treat children like this. >> I'm not saying that. I'm saying that Randall can >> Hey, I tell you what. Go ahead and stand up and come up here with me. >> I I need shoes. >> You're all right. Come on. >> I'm not going that without shoes. >> Stand up or I'll take you up. >> Oh my god. I need shoes. >> You'll be all right. >> I'm not going in the jail house without shoes. That is not happening. >> I'm not looking for shoes in that mess. Nor am I walking from that mess in my cruiser. >> Can you stop hurting meat? Stop hurting me. >> I'm not doing anything but guiding you along. >> You were hurting me. >> Okay, go stand up. But make sure you don't have anything on you. Okay. >> I need somebody to come get two kids. I don't know who this female is, but she keeps saying that none of y'all can do anything because her sister works for you. Who are you again? >> I'm Samantha Oldacre. >> Samantha Oldacre is who she is. Samantha hastily pulled out the PTSD excuse like a dose of sympathy bait while casually ignoring the boooos on her children's skin and showing no remorse whatsoever for the hell hole she and her husband had created. >> The only thing I don't want is >> this place burned down after you walk out. >> Yeah, it' be good. Come here. Come here. >> Ron, I don't know if you seen it or not, but you got a cat up here, too. >> Yeah. I told him if it runs out the door, not much we can do, but if it stays in here, I'll get it. Put it in. Just got a little one here. We're going to try to coax out for a minute. I might have to just go get up my net and command a few small on >> I'm freaking out. >> You're going to have to be all right. >> I can't I can't breathe. I'm having a panic attack. >> Okay, I'll get EMS to check you out. Okay. >> Can you check on the one in my cruiser? She said she's having a panic attack. >> Hi. Can I see your toesies? >> Can I see your toes? >> What is it? >> Do you have tennis shoes? your toes. >> Look at the Oh, >> you got a boo boo. >> How'd you get the boo boo? >> I'll wait for them to get here and if they want to do a look over, I'll get you. I know. We'll be here with them. We'll do a look over of them. >> I appreciate you. Do you have any boo boos? No boo boos? >> No. >> Okay, good deal. Mom hurt me though. Mommy, dad, >> mommy and daddy didn't hurt you. >> No, >> you guys went inside. There's multiple kids of bed bugs spray in there. So, be aware of it. I >> think I think he's just more scared on the opposite side of this down that. You thought we were coming for those two kids in >> up here. They were putting them up whenever I knocked. >> Yeah, there's on that side. >> Yeah, I'm going to charge animal cruelty, too. >> Sure, anyone might try to get a little sympathy when they're cornered. But the more they squirmed, the more that so-called home looked like a disgusting mix between a dumpster and a kitty prison. And then the performance began. Dad stammered. I just moved in. Mom suddenly came down with a case of PTSD. And the neighbors, they did a complete 180. >> But what are the children's names? Uh the two that you have is Isabella and J. I also have three in school. >> You have three in school and they're staying here too. >> Uh they were staying upstairs with my neighbor. >> How old are they? >> Uh Isabella is two and Jasmine is three. >> Hi CPS. >> Kids are in that ambulance. >> Okay. >> The house at some point too. Just >> you absolutely can if you would like to. >> You want to talk with the kids and I'll go in the house? >> Well, the kids are two and four, but I can go check in on them and >> you already know the kids. >> No, I just know they're two and four. That's what was reported as. >> Okay. Two and four. And how old are the ones that are in school? >> 6y old 7-year-old. >> 7-year-old, six-year-old, and what? >> And a 5-year-old. >> They're in school, though. >> Can he talk to Is that dad? >> Yeah, you can talk to mom and dad. >> His mom. Where's mom? >> And a cruiser up there. >> Has a history of panic attacks. Panic attacks aren't crazy severe. Her heart rate. I felt her pulse. It's in the 120s, man. It's not Yeah, she's going to say she's got chest pain. She's going to do anything she can to try to get out of that vehicle right now. Other than that, no, she is recently pregnant. So, I told her, "Hey, for the sake of the kid that you have in there, you need to get shot." >> I'll check on her again. Turn this way, please. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> I'm not matter. >> Yeah. You're under arrest for child neglect with risk of serious injury. The other charges that I can figure out. >> What? Can you tell me, please? Just I I'm calm. Can you just tell me? >> Tell me. Tell you what. What all charges are you getting in those? >> Animal cruelty probably. I'm going have to read the code, but right now child neglect, we risk a serious injury. I >> I'm serious. If you go and talk to them, I'm talking. >> I I talked to them. >> What they say? >> That you all haven't been there for 2 months. >> I've had the kids up there. >> They said they have not had the kids in there or anything. What's up, >> I was just wondering. Uh he informed me that there was like some screaming and arguing. >> Yeah, we got a call about some uh kids screaming, possible arguments, and then uh we got here. Mom tried to keep us out and I told her that we were going to come in and check on the children and I found this. >> Okay, I'm gonna run through and just grab some pictures real quick. >> Yep. Go ahead. >> The deeper the investigation went, the more the police uncovered an air rifle hidden inside the house, neglected pets, and the lingering smell of bug spray filling the toxic atmosphere. It was a perfect portrait of a crime silently destroying a child from the inside out. But every wrongdoing deserves punishment. Samantha was charged with child abuse. All five children were taken to a safe place. >> Her sister works for Randall County CPS >> and that's why this has not been addressed previous. She said there was a CPS worker that was just here. Still doing okay. >> No, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. >> I've explained everything that's going on to you. >> Because of my PTSD, I can't process anything right now. >> You said that CPS has been here. >> Yeah, they said the place was a mess. I told them that I was cleaning it up and I was cleaning >> and they left the kids here. What TPS worker was that? >> I don't remember her name. I really don't. But she said it was okay because we were cleaning it up. >> When were they here? >> A couple weeks ago. >> Couple weeks ago. >> Yeah. >> And that's cleaned up from a couple weeks ago. >> Yeah. >> Okay. She said that one of you guys was here a couple weeks ago and saw it and said that it was okay as long as they were cleaning it up. >> Like we don't have any case history. I haven't done a case history. I'm just letting you know somebody somebody from you guys thought that was okay and left those kids there. >> I don't think so. >> I don't either, but that's what she said. >> I told him that you guys were on your way and he said, "Okay." Then immediately came outside and started cleaning up. >> Well, I just had them. There was a huge >> clean. I want to see if she wants if he wants to surrender the dogs. >> You talk to her or him, whatever you want. You roll them sign a piece of paper and share them with these dogs so they can be adopted. You'll do that. I'll get the paper ready and I'll bring it up here and you can sign it and I'll guarantee you that they'll be taken care of at the shelter. They'll get them fixed if they're not fixed and they'll go to good homes. >> Well, that's not as long as you sign it. You're the owner of it, correct? You guys are the owners of >> Okay. Now, if I get that if I get the okay from you, then then we'll be good. He's going to sign those over to Sounds good. >> I can't I can't go down. >> Well, you need to. >> I can't. I'm trying. I swear I'm trying to do right. >> I really am. I'm trying. >> Okay. >> I've been doing it all. It works that night. >> Her coworker is trying to order ratification. We're going to take emergency custody of these kiddos. We're going to have them transported to the ER. They have some superficial wounds that's not very hygienic. They may have some chronic stuff going on. We just want to have them checked cuz that's really >> why I have EMS up. >> Really disgusting. >> Yeah, it's terrible. >> What's it take to make a complaint to them? >> To who? a complaint to CPS. Call their emergency hotline. Did you guys contact uh the landlord? >> I did. >> Okay. You okay still? >> No. >> Okay. What What's wrong exactly? >> My chest is really tight >> because you're not calming down. >> I can't cuz my >> I talked to EMS. EMS says that you're perfectly fine. >> My mental health. >> Okay. >> It's still going to need a bed bug bomb for my cruiser. Do you? >> No. I don't want to spray it. I want to bomb it. >> You'll never smell it. I'm telling you, this is good. >> I don't know if you saw it or not, but there's either a gun or an airsoft gun or something here. >> I don't know enough to determine it doesn't have an orange tip on it or anything. I can show you where it is if you want. Right there. >> It's an airsoft gun. >> Okay. I didn't want to disturb it or anything. >> No, you're good. >> Wait till you guys check it out. >> Yeah. The three kids that are at school, you guys are going to go get them, too. >> Okay. Going on. I need to hurry this off. >> Safe or close? >> Yep. >> Step out, please. Up the stairs. Straight across the hall. Hopefully, after all this, they'll finally change. Leave behind their old ways and start over. Not for themselves, but for the children who were once forgotten in their own home. Do you think Samantha's sister, the one who works for CPS, should also be investigated and held accountable? Drop a five in the comments if you agree. But that was just Samantha. Now it's Amanda's turn. The mother who always promised, "I'll clean up." Yet somehow turned her home into a survival bunker, horror movie style. >> I actually was cleaning the date. I actually had it clean. >> On December 8th, 2024, police received a call about a 16-year-old who got hold of a firearm inside a home in Palm Coast, Florida. The Flaggler County Sheriff's Office launched an immediate investigation, and what they walked into was beyond shocking. A loaded firearm resting on a Disney DVD. Drug paraphernalia scattered around. Cocaine residue, marijuana, roaches crawling everywhere. No running water, rotting food, and a bathroom so foul it made your skin crawl. And that was when the arrest began. >> Hey, >> hey, can I talk to you real quick? >> Am I in trouble? >> Well, no, but we need to have a talk. >> All right, let's come out here. just following up with you. Alexi DJJ kept them last night. >> Yeah, >> they did. Okay. >> All right. And so, Alex and your three children that live here, right? >> Yeah, >> they do. Okay. >> Is there anybody home right now? >> Only the kids? >> This is just the three of them right now. >> Yeah. Am I going to jail? >> Yeah. That's why we're going to walk this way and I want to get you out of the kids. Hey, come on. >> Why am I going to jail? >> So, I'm going to explain that here in a minute. All right. Hey, we're going to get out of sight of your kids. I'm going to give you that respect. Can I at least have my daughter bring me my phone so that way I can call somebody. >> What am I going to jail for? >> You're going to go to jail on four counts child abuse. Okay. And I'm going to explain it all. >> Cleaning last night. I literally >> Well, >> can I get shoes at least? >> We'll get everything for you. >> We'll get everything. Okay. >> I have a whiskey. She's saying >> All right. So, what's going to happen? I'm going to take you to the jail. Four four counts of felony child abuse. Okay. One, as a mother, you're supposed to provide adequate >> I was cleaning the house. You >> adequate care for your children. I don't think you've met that level. Based on our observations yesterday and just the culmination of everything, I I don't I feel like you're kind of culpable and negligent. >> Oh, can you please listen for me a minute? >> Is there any shoes that you want to or need? >> Yeah. Can you can you ask my niece and nephew to get me my um flip flops? >> Well, I don't want them to see this. Okay. They had a bad day yesterday. I don't want to I don't want it to double down. Okay. >> I literally have a case manager and I literally I'm being honest with you. Call Brian Chavez. >> Well, I'm going off my observations. Okay. >> No, I'm being serious. Call Brian Chavez and ask. That's why I'm telling you DC case manager is Brian Chavez. >> I talked to DC at this morning. My investigation based on my observations yesterday. Okay. >> Call Leilani. Call Leani. She literally took pictures the day before. Okay. >> Can you please and then maybe you'll have a different change. You'll have a change of heart. I'm being serious. Call Lean. >> I do believe you're going to want to improve your situation and I hope you >> I literally was I actually was cleaning today. I actually had it cleaned up today. That's a good start. I've been here several times. It has never You can say you're cleaning now, but I've never seen this property. >> All right. >> And it's basically totally his investigation and our we conducted. It's not just one day or any particular day. >> Can you please have go get my phone? Can you please get my cell phone so at least I can have it when I get out? Okay. Do you want to get there a wallet they can grab for you, too? >> My ID is in my wallet. Everything's in my wallet. >> Okay, I can get your wallet in. >> In my phone. That's it. Everything's in my phone. >> Because of her own negligence and lack of care, Amanda is losing everything, including her innocent children. She may have missed her last chance to hold them in her arms. And even worse, she's slowly losing the very role of being a mother. >> I just want my phone. >> All right. Um, I'm just going to do a quick You should back my hands. I got to search. You don't have anything on you, do you? I think it's a pug prod or be a hazard mouth. All right, if you could just lean forward over here right here. I may have a lighter in my in my just spread your feet for me real quick. Can you face that way? >> All right, I'm just using the back of my hands. Is there any pockets? All right. >> I don't even know my boyfriend. Can you have him come get the kids, please? >> I believe DCF's going to respond. >> Okay. Um, but if you >> can you have call him and have him come stay with the kids until he comes. >> Well, we're going to stand by with him um until DCF gets here. Okay. But you're going to come with me. Is there any other adults in the house? >> No. >> No. All right. >> That's why I asked you to call my boyfriend. >> All right. Lean back. You'll be fine. >> No. I'm losing my kids. I'm not going to get them back. And you guys don't understand. I'm not getting them back now. >> Well, no. Your phone's on your desk. >> All right. I appreciate Can you please dial my driven? I'll tell you how to get into it. >> This tight. >> What's truly infuriating is that Amanda seemed more worried about her cats, her dog, and her phone. Never once showing genuine remorse for what her children had been through or what they were still suffering. >> All right, Amanda. It's just paperwork. >> Can you please call my boyfriend and take care of my animals? >> We will. >> I I I honestly I'm hoping I can >> We're standing by with your house like yesterday. We're not going to leave any animals unsecured or uncared for. That's why I asked if you can call my boyfriend. >> DCF is coming out. Like I said, DCF may come talk to you at the jail and they're going to figure out arrangements for getting care for your children. Okay. >> Can you call Stacy Reading? Have him call Stacy Reading. >> I I don't I'm not going to be part of that. We're going to do paperwork. I'm going to be honest with you. Like just leaving yesterday like and just all my observations. >> That's strictly what this is based off is observations. You know, I hope that whatever comes in this >> Can you answer that? That's my son. >> Can you please please please? I need to know what's going on. >> Whatever comes of this, I hope you guys get to a better spot. Okay, but this is where it's going to stop. >> Please, that's my son. I'm begging you. Please. >> That's my son. >> Right now, I'm not permitted to answer phones like that. She's got animals in there, too. So, we might have to call animal control. >> Can you please just call my boyfriend? He'll take care of them. Please. >> I really can't lose my service dog. >> You're not going to lose your property or animals. >> Can you call my boyfriend um to take care of the animal? take care of that. DCF will handle that. I'm >> serious. He'll take my my service dog. I have a service dog. >> Oh, you're talking about your boyfriend to take the dog. >> Take the dog and my cats. He'll >> give that info to Deputy Log. He'll he'll try to reach out. >> This time she finally seemed to remember she actually had kids. But what's infuriating is that even now the dogs and cats still seem to matter more to her than her own flesh and blood. >> They juvenile justice just called my phone. Can I please find out what's going on with my son? Please >> take care of it right now. >> I just want to know what's going on with him. Like I know >> he's in a safe place, right? He's safe. He's in jail. >> I just want to know if he's able to get out. That's what it is. >> We'll cross that bridge, right? So, I want you to know he's safe. You know, he's not on the streets. He's in a facility. He's taking care of you. >> What's a good number for uh your boyfriend? >> Can you get in my phone? I don't know the number. I think it's 864. >> Are you allowing me to get in your phone? >> Yes. >> How do I do that? >> Just hit the screen and push up. No, it's a little My phone's not If you can if you may have to hit the side button. >> It's upside down. >> Yeah. >> Then swipe up. >> Yeah. Okay. And then go to um you can go into the phone and you can go to contacts. No, contacts, not recent cuz I know you can't. Um go to um Richard. >> Richard? >> Yeah. >> Right there. You want me to call him on the phone >> if you don't mind? >> All right. >> These are local. >> He lives in Hastings and he can even take my kids. Can you loosen these? These are >> kids up to DCF. >> These are hurting. Can you alone? >> Yeah, they'll take he'll take care of them back. He's going to be going to be here for a while. >> Hold on. Let me leave a message. Hey, Richard, I'm getting arrested. I need you to come get Mutley and the and the cats, please. >> Worst case scenario, Amanda, they'll go to the maid society here and they'll take care of them until you get out. >> That means they're >> they're not going to like give your dogs away or put them up for adoption or anything like that. So, they're not, you know, they're not taking they're going to hold them and like kind of care. >> Yeah. Well, the house isn't >> You just got to let us know how many animals there are cuz >> I do know there's the cat that's in the pen is the one that I let outside. You can let her out. I just >> leave her out. >> You can leave her out. just make sure she has food and water. >> Um >> um the other two cats, I don't know if you'll be able to catch my my big male cat and then I have my service dog and then I have another cat. >> After everything, Amanda broke down in tears, pleading, can you let my kids know I love them? Can those late words of love erase what she has caused? However, in the midst of that tragedy, the police remained humane, helping her contact Mindy to take care of her children and pets. Perhaps that is the last bit of comfort left in this crisis. >> Can you let my kids know I love them? >> Yeah, we'll tell them. They're going in there now. I guess two of them are waking up. >> No, they're getting ready for church. >> They're getting ready for church. >> They're getting ready for church. >> Where they go to church at? >> They're going they go to um Calvary. >> Did you want to talk to your your daughter real quick? >> If you don't mind. >> Any questions, man? What's going on? What you being charged with? Anything like that? You don't have any questions? All I know is I'm working with DCF and I've been trying to get this a trying >> I literally just have a case manager. I have a case manager and I have >> listen to me. What you need to do >> is try harder. >> All right. So, it's just paperwork here on out. Okay. And >> I really do hope this is uh the point where things change and improve for you. Okay. No, cuz you guys just got my niece and nephew taken from me permanently. >> That's not up to us, but >> No, it's up to the legal the litigation case that I'm in. >> I didn't put your name in. >> Can you answer that? >> Hey, Mindy. Oh, can you come? >> Hello. >> Hey, Mindy. >> Hello. >> Hi. This is Deputy Vox with the sheriff's office. I've got Amanda's phone. >> Yes, sir. >> She's requesting that Richard go to her house and I guess secure her animals. Wait, what's going on? >> Uh, she's being placed up. She's been placed under arrest. >> Okay. Where are the kids? Where are the kids? >> They're with deputies right now. Um, the Department of Children and Families is going to be responding. >> No. >> Amanda was trying to get a hold of Richard. >> She doesn't know him. >> Oh, you don't? >> I don't know him. I do not know him. >> Never mind. >> I thought it said Richard on the phone. >> That's my nephew's name. >> No. Oh, I adopted her. So, wait. Um. >> All right. Well, I've got to drive. I It said Mindy Richard. So Richard was a guy she wanted me to reach to get >> No, I was wanting you to answer it. So she >> My son's name before I adopted him was Richard. >> Okay. I'm sorry. That's okay. >> I've got to go. >> They're at the house. Um but DCF going to be responding there with with deputies right now. >> I'm on my way over there. Thank you. >> Thank you, Mindy. >> All right. Bye. Due to a series of violations, 37year-old Amanda was charged with four counts of felony child neglect without great bodily harm and booked into the Flaggler County Jail. Her bond was set at $10,000 along with a strict no contact order with her children who are now under the care and protection of the DCF. DCF is responding. Okay. Before we release, DCF is going to help us determine who your kids are going to be released to. Okay. DCF usually tries to find a family member first, whether that's the father or your mentor or whoever. They're going to come up with a a safety plan or parenting plan. >> They can go really soon to my boyfriend, >> but they're going to probably be in contact. They're probably going to come see you at the jail. I'm going to talk to you. Um, all right. They're going to come up with that. As far as your bond and stuff, the booking will talk to you about that, but I am charging you with four felony counts of of child abuse. Again, you're innocent until proven guilty in court, so you'll have your day in court. Um, just remember that the jail staff, they're here. They're just doing a job, okay? They have nothing to do with the investigation. I'm not a mean person, so you don't have to worry about that. >> Amanda, I've How long have I been working with you? Make it a bud. I remember when your kid got hit with the seat belt buckle on the bus. I came out and did that report. I was there when >> And he's still been hit by a kid. >> I was there when I guess the that 106-year-old friend of yours that passed away. I was the one that managed that for you. I've been out with you a lot. I don't think you're a bad person. One bit, not a bone in my body thinks you're a bad person. >> Okay. I do think you're in need of some help. I do think things need to change. I was working on that. I I literally had a case manager or I have I don't even know. >> So, no, like I'm going to tell you this, okay? >> No case manager. No other person's going to make this stuff better or change it. >> I was She was just out the day before. >> She was out the day before with Family Home Builders and she took pictures and she goes, "You need I want this done by the time I come back on Monday." >> So, we were working together to to make a plan for everybody everything to get done. >> And there's a culmination of things going on. I do think you've had a rough year. I understand that. But and I get it's not easy, but there's also some things. It's got you got to try harder. As my supervisor even said, you got to try harder. And there's some things that you need to step it up on. Okay? And and my genuine Oh, okay. From the bottom of my heart is that it starts here. Okay? And I hope >> it's not cuz I just lost my the two little ones permanently. You don't understand the litigation case against them to prove I'm not a fan. You just gave every single piece of case to them. >> I'm holding you accountable for what I believe you need to be held accountable for. Okay? Like I said, there needs to be a change and I hope this is the start of that change for you. Okay? >> Hopefully, from the ashes of this neglect, these children will be given a chance at a new beginning. And thanks to the Flaggler County Sheriff's Department for giving Amanda this thoughtful message on my behalf. There needs to be a change. And I hope this is the start of the change for you. Two mothers, two toxic homes, and countless shameless excuses for crimes that can never be justified. But in the end, justice spoke, and the innocent children were finally freed from the nightmare they once called family.
