On July 10th, 2024, police received a call from a woman reporting to have been sexually harassed by the owner of a car repair shop. >> I'm waiting on the owner, bro. Y'all can't do that. >> Ma'am, you have your ID on you. >> You have your ID. >> Oh, no. Ain't no ain't going over there. Ain't nothing happening over there. >> I understand. But they want you trespass. >> Ain't no trespassing with no crime over there. >> Okay. I saw three ain't in the first interaction with the officer. All these I ain't You ain't. This ain't it ain't going to be good for her if she keeps on down this road. It's very clear that this is going to be a contentious interaction right from the jump. You don't need a crime to get >> not a crime. Then you take over the office, sir. >> Trespassing is a crime. >> Let me ask you a question. >> Trespassing is a crime. Hold on a second. I'm gonna address one concern at a time. You said trespassing is not a crime. Trespassing is absolutely a crime. >> Can I ask you a question? >> Go ahead. >> Let me ask you a question. >> Go ahead. >> Did you take a oath of affirmation? >> All right. So, the oath of affirmation says all laws are no void. >> No, it doesn't. >> Bingo. This is a sovereign citizen type situation. When you start getting that whole oath of office, oath of affirmation type verbiage, this is almost guaranteed to be a sovereign citizen type interaction. We'll see how it goes from here. >> Under the article in the constitution under the sixth article, bro say all laws are non board. >> No. Are you are you a mor citizen? >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Are you a mor? >> Oh, no. I'm indigenous. I'm not a citizen. >> Okay. >> A citizen is an American that came here. >> So, here's what I'm going to tell you. That car needs a license plate on it or I'm going to or I'm going to tow it off. Put it on there. I'm going to tow it. Okay, real quick. The Morris citizen is a sect off of the sovereign people who claim to be indigenous United States but not citizens of America. There are lots of different little nuances to the two. But if you were to consider a sovereign to be a group and then you would consider the more group a subset of that from training that I've had in my interactions with them. >> No, that vehicle cannot be driven. You need a license plate on it. >> Yeah, it got a license plate. >> So come put the license plate on it before you move it. >> It's in the shop. >> So go get it. >> It's in the shop. Ma'am, you're not driving that vehicle. Just kidding. Like I said, your trespass from that piece of property. You go back on there, you'll get arrested. Also, your license is suspended since last year. >> I turned all of that in. I don't >> I'm telling you right now, your license is suspended. You drive, you're going to either go to jail or get a ticket. >> I do not drive. Travel. >> No, it's not. We can play this mor citizen all you want. You get behind that vehicle and operate that vehicle, I will take you to jail. Do you understand? >> No, I do not. You do not understand. Perfect. I'll make you understand when you get behind the wheel and I take you to jail. >> I do not drive. I'm traveling. License suspended. So many times this is the case because many times they won't engage with citations or with the DMV or any of the other government agencies. So the license privileges are suspended. And then to say they're traveling and not driving, it's just a word salad. That is not the force field they think it is. >> We could play this game all day, but I'm going to win at the end of the day. >> No, no, no. You're not getting in operating that vehicle on the roadways in the state of Florida. Perfect. Your license is suspended. >> By the way, I'm not worried about that, but I'm not a Morris said. I'm not. >> 65 of 28. The RORO is going to be a Morris sovereign citizen. >> Do these people want her here or what do they want to do with her? >> She I think she works there. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> So, who called on her? >> She called >> about what? >> About her truck being over here and it being broken and they're not wanting to fix it and this guy make the owner making sexual advances towards her. He texted her, "Hey, come get your truck. Hey, I like you more than a friend. you wanting to do something this weekend? She says that's sexual harassment. >> When you get a sovereign citizen, this is this is their game. And then usually the more advanced ones will try to offer you paperwork and it looks all legitimate. Um it's all fake like what she's doing right now. She wants to engage in a conversation about the Constitution and my oath and all that, but that's what a sovereign does. >> Very true. And the paperwork is confusing. It takes time and drains resources. And here you see three officers at least dealing with this situation with this female. And from what I'm seeing, she's not a yes person or even a maybe person. She's a no person. And this only looks like it's going to escalate from here. >> Go ahead and read that line, sir. >> This is a trespass warning. You are hereby. >> All right. That says you're trespass over there. You return, you're going to jail. >> Let me explain trespass because a lot of people are confused about trespass. Trespass warnings on private property, especially when it comes to businesses, a person has to read and warn them that they've been trespassed. Then it's documented and provided with the opportunity to leave. Not every jurisdiction, but most jurisdictions, that's how it goes. That's why you see this gentleman who is either an owner or representative of the owner, reading the trespass warning in front of the officers. They read it to the person. They're at that point trespass and provided the opportunity to leave. [music] If they do not leave or they have a subsequent return, they can be arrested and that trespass warning is logged into some kind of database. How you gentlemen doing contract? I don't want you guys to leave. Do >> y'all know her? >> Does she work here? >> Please don't go away. >> She's just randomly on this property as well. >> Go away. Trespass over there. >> Take a walk towards me. Do not touch. >> You don't want I'll put it in your truck for you. Don't worry. >> You go back on that property, you go to jail. >> Take a hold the office. >> Is that recorded? >> Take a hold. >> I'm recording. If you go back on the property, you go to jail. I get the out. >> Have a good day. >> Name badge number. >> Name and badge number. >> Who? Me? >> Name and badge number. >> Are you asking all of us? Cuz we'll give it to you. >> Bad number. Are you not going to ask >> Vilch 11306? It's on your piece of paper, man. Put that on my property. Thank you. >> Okay. Pick it up or I'll take you to jail for littering. >> Pick it up or I'll take you to jail for littering. >> How do you do it? >> Go pick it up or you going to jail for littering. >> You throw that there. Pick it up or you're going to get arrested. Go. That's a lawful order for littering. 100%. >> Oh, okay. But I don't >> Do not put it on my car. That's littering as well. Of course, it's not. >> Ma'am, you put it on my car, you're going to jail. >> You think I'm playing with you? >> That's trespassing. Now you're going to jail. Come here. >> I didn't touch nobody's car. >> You touch his property, you're going to jail. >> I didn't trespassing. >> Absolutely did. >> I got it. >> What's that? >> She's trespassing on the property. >> Yeah. And she she put it between the gate. >> You got me. >> I know. I got you. >> Thank you. Told you to stay off the property. You went right back on it. >> Property. Don't do that. >> On your back, ma'am. On your back. On your back. >> On your back. Give me a sheriff. Give me a sheriff. >> You got three of them right here. >> County 3302. We have a adult female in custody for trespass after warning. Can you have FD response? She's complaining of uh she can't breathe. >> She is conscious and alert right now. >> Do you hear the officer say adult female? This is not adult behavior. This is childish behavior. And are we possibly dealing with a person who has a mental health issue? I don't know. Obviously, I am not a psychologist or a psychiatrist, but is that possible? And then you couple that with this sovereign citizen weirdness that is going on and you have a nightmare type of call that you have to deal with that can last for hours. >> Control your breathing. >> Deep breath. Deep breath. >> No, I need to go to the hospital. >> Deep breath. >> We have an ambulance coming. This won't stop the arrest. But >> it's okay. >> Okay. >> I got to go to hospital. >> It's okay. If you stand up, I will double lock the cuffs so they don't get tighter. I >> got to go to the hospital. >> You're going to go to the hospital? That's fine. >> Take me now. >> I can't take you. the ambulance for me. >> I can't breathe. Can't breathe. >> So, she's saying she has to go to the hospital. This does not seem like a situation where a person would have to go to the hospital. We in policing sometimes call this incarceritis, which is a person who feels like if they go to the hospital, they're not going to be arrested and have to face consequences for the behavior that they just previously did. So, incarceritis is obviously not a medical term. It's just that they fear incarceration. >> Yeah. Keep her keep on her side. >> Stand your back, ma'am. >> I'm [ __ ] on myself right now. Let me go get the ambulance. >> The ambulance is coming. We've already called for them. >> You want to stand up? Yes or no? >> Let me go do the airplane. >> I think she said that she was pooping on herself, but she said the [laughter] the word. I think that's what I heard. >> You want to stand up? >> You want to stand up? Yes or no? MA'AM, [screaming] [crying] help me. Y'all help me. Help me y'all. Don't think about me. Y'all help me y'all. This officer is definitely rethinking his career choice. And I've been in that situation before or the fact that he ended up getting this call. And if he took this call for someone else, when he sees that other officer they took the call for, he's going to have some words for him. >> Help me, y'all. I'm a woman, y'all. I didn't do anything, y'all. I didn't do anything. Look at him addressing me. Help me, y'all. I didn't do anything. Y'all help me. >> We're trying to help you out. >> I need to help. >> Try to calm down. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. >> Help me, y'all. how they do it. Y'all saw me. Oh, my life is threatening y'all. >> Help me, please. >> I would like cuz you guys I don't know if I'm being kidnapped at this moment. Nobody recited their oath of office to me and nobody. So, I don't know if you guys are right. >> That's not going to happen, man. >> That's that sovereign citizen, their oath of office. I'm being kidnapped that same thing. And that 2B level acting, it's not going to work in this type of situation. And again, I still think about the fact is this lady may be having some kind of mental health crisis as well, which is really sad if that's the case. But again, you're still responsible for your behavior as an adult human female. >> Transport you to the hospital. >> We can have a supervisor. >> Can I have a supervisor? >> Can I have a supervisor here? Not allowing me to have a supervisor. >> We will have the supervisor meet you at the hospital. >> Can I have a supervisor here? >> At the hospital. >> Is there a supervisor? They won't even allow me to have a supervisor. >> We will make sure the supervisors are aware and meet you at the hospital. >> Where? >> Think about the optics of this. A car drives by. What is it going to look like? There's a black female screaming, "I can't breathe. I need a supervisor. She's on the ground and you got three white guy cops standing on top of her. What does that story become when they get home? We don't see even everything, but we know that that portion of what a person sees, that snapshot that they see when they drive by for two seconds, can become a completely different story when they get home. So, think about that when you see something or hear a story that's spread around about the police. >> What's up, gentlemen? >> Good. Sovereign citizen. As soon as we or arrested her for trespassing, after the warning, she says, "I can't breathe. She didn't need to go to the hospital. I've got a bunch of medical explanations. >> So, but again, she is a sovereign citizen. She's been cleaning all more stuff. She's not driving. She's traveling. All the, you know, I don't know if that makes a difference for y'all. Now, you push against our arms to pick you up. Ready? >> Push back. >> 1 2 3 go. >> Help me. >> All right. You know what? Then lean forward. I'm going to take those cuffs off. Go on the other side. Grab one. One. Give my property. Head on the head on the garden. You're falling off, man. Give my He's hurting me. He's hurting me. Please. >> I'm literally pushing you, >> sir. He's pinching me. >> He's pinching me, please. Sir, let ask him to let me go. Please. He's pinching me. You don't feel it, but he's pinching me. Please. >> Please. >> The medic. >> Please. >> I'm in fear for my life. >> He's hurting me. Why did you kill me? >> I'm not hurting you, ma'am. I did not squeeze you right now. >> She's just trying to play for the camera. >> The ambulance has >> I did not squeeze you, man. >> One second. Okay. >> Putting on the paperwork. I'm a person. I'm not a person. You about to call me another name. That's not me. So, you kidnapped. >> Got to get in the back seat cuz you see that they're now what appears to be the hospital medical personnel placing some paper covering over top of the seat in the car. So, maybe when she said that she pooped herself, maybe she really did. This is not a win in any way. Transporting a person in that condition is just is really not fun. >> Thank you. >> Nope. >> Get up. >> You didn't want me to get in and out, bro. >> Yeah. Sit on top of that. >> I'm going to sit down. >> Sit on top of that. >> But don't hurt me, though. >> I'm not hurting you. Sit on top of that. >> Scary. All right. Stop. >> Get up. Stop acting like a child. >> Ow. Ow. Help. Ma'am, help. Ow. Help me. Get in the car. I'm getting in. Don't do that. >> Dang. What are you doing? >> There you go. SIT DOWN. SIT DOWN. >> [screaming] >> OF [screaming] ATTACKING ME. OH, THE CAMERA'S RIGHT THERE. Help me. >> Huh? >> Yeah. She's just She's been doing that the whole time. >> Help me. Help. [screaming] Help me. sovereign/mor citizen who claims they're not. Bro, it's been like this since like 10:15. They're at like 3:00. >> So, the officer saying that 3:00 and it looked like about 3 hours had passed. If I looked at the body cam number, he's been tied up that entire time with this person. She's ultimately charged with some trespassing charge for putting the paper back inside of the fence. And then this resisting charge that we continually see with people who attempt to apply the sovereign citizen thing. Please share this with someone who thinks about utilizing the sovereign citizen route. It doesn't work. If you like this kind of content, please like the video, subscribe, and send it to a friend.
