on June 18th 2024 officers from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay Police Department responded to a public Lake for the report of a male who was swimming with no clothes on hello how's it going 749 will be out with one naked meal hey hey how's it going just took a little dip in the so is there a reason why you're swimming without clothes uh no I I I had clothes okay so I got reports saying that you didn't have clothes on it oh uh I don't know if there's evidence or that or ah yeah we got to complain about it were you wearing are you wearing boxes on the knes or what um no no you're so you're not wearing any clothes I just jumped I wait made sure nobody was here jumping jumped out cu that what happened you just jumped in got naked jumped in and yep just cooled off uh yeah you know just to prove that can you uh take information yeah did you have your driver's license on you by chance I don't know I don't or well I do but I just I don't want to be I don't want to intrude on anybody's life anymore and I just that was the end of it right there you know okay sounds good otherwise we got to check this information out and uh stay here with me partner and have to run some information and we'll come back and take care of that okay have you had any contact with police in the past Timothy oh yeah yeah about regards to what just you um just Disobedience and not following the rules Goa I didn't see a no be clo sign yeah you know no I get it I mean it's just obviously this is a public beach and you know it's we can't have people running around naked and stuff like that you know if there's kids I know you said that there was only one other guy out here but you don't know if well in this parking L there's no there was just one okay and did like when you saw them did you go over by them did you say anything to them nope I uh know okay how did they know that you were naked then I don't know and and he came around that side and I got my shorts on quick so really you know I mean I'm not and you just didn't want to get your shorts wet or why why naked you know um you know [Music] uh you know just punch L laps of judgment type of thing or no uh no perfect judgment uh you know uh this is this is what I'm about yeah other than the whole naked thing we obviously there's no issues with you jumping in the water and stuff like that it's just like you said I mean you don't know if someone's got kids if like we got a bunch of hiking trails and stuff right over here that it's like you know what if there's some kids hiking around on the hiking trails and all of a sudden they come across you naked and stuff like that and I know you don't mean anything anything bad by it let you know letting go there could have been some other options you know um but I need to let go so okay that's the best way to to let go you're just having some like issues in your personal life type thing that you need to let go or know or you know midlife crisis just look for answers in the wrong places maybe so you came out here just for just to kind of I don't know collect your thoughts type thing yeah I mean it's a I've never been here it's pretty nice yeah it's a beautiful area a lot of people come out here for sunsets and stuff like that and that's that's what I'm trying to I guess get uh explained to you is that there's a lot of people that come out here and use the trails and stuff like that so when the nudity becomes you know a factor that's where it becomes an issue okay right does that make sense I uh I mean nothing no I I get it so how was the water though was it was it pretty decent yeah it's it's warm okay yeah I know it's pretty cold this time of year type thing but oh man does it like have a drop off or should I'm not 100% sure I know we got a lot of people that are always out here fishing and all kinds of stuff I sure went deeper or further you know yeah I yeah how far out did you go just uh I didn't go to the wave okay well like I said Tim you're welcome to come out here and swim whenever you want but we got to make sure that you're properly clothed right okay as long as we're on the same understanding about that um obviously we're just kind of waiting for him and he's going to do his thing I don't know know exactly what he's going to do about this yet but um we'll you know we'll cross that bridge when we get there no warrants or anything that you're aware of I don't know uh I'm just no there no there's no warrants um okay I just have V for a no no War I are you on like probation or parole or anything no you're not okay finally done with that gotcha hey well I mean I'm glad to hear that you're you know trying to get your life straightened out and stuff like that you know we're not out here trying to make your life any any more difficult or anything like that I hope you understand that it's just you know when uh when we have stuff like this but kind of just see what's going on yeah okay so yeah we're just kind of going to okay and uh a better man and um just change change some ways and that's why you were out here yep in the water yep you thought that that was going to help you just come come clear type thing yep okay Fresh Start hey I mean everybody's got their own philosophies and their own you know ideas and stuff like that and if that's you know what you thought was going to work best for you in your situation what you're going through right now you know I I'm not here to judge you or anything man you know if you're going through things that's that's your business and you know not really is good well it's world right now right it's you know it's stressful time for a lot of people and stuff like that so it's good to you know sometimes get off of get off of social media and just you know disconnect from all that stuff because it can be it can be pretty overwhelming and stuff like that can't it right yeah um not I mean lot of noise is good to keep like noise that you hear or like what do you mean just the input radio yeah I get it that's you know when you when there's so many different things that you listen to and there's so many different sources of information sometimes it's well I I don't want try to listen to it no do you listen to like Spotify or anything like that listen to some like you know music you ever try anything like that music music does a lot of good for a lot of people a lot of times I hear you know yeah um the right right [Music] right Vibra yeah I'm just I'm just going to chill here for a second yeah we're just we're just hanging out once once he gets done over there figuring out whatever he needs I'm sure he's just running your information and figuring out whatever whatever's going on over there and then he'll be back here to talk with you and then we'll go from there how's that sound okay no drug use or anything like that tonight though no no alcohol no nothing like that okay it's always coming in and uh 18-year-old was driving his motorcycle he like hey yes a heads up there's a Nick and mill on the beach so I'm okay I'll check it out he said he wasn't scared or anything yeah uh but and then I drive here and then I see him pulling out naked and then goes back and pull in his shirts on his pants uh so my GP is not working okay if his driver license you think I got enough for DC or right um yeah so that's the only thing um like I said the guy said like he gave me his phone number and and he said he wasn't scared or anything like that too so yeah but this is a public place it's only 9:00 at night yeah down here yeah get a phone call Oho uh nothing Well no I just stopped uh by the water and rinsed off a little bit and head it home now uh well I I don't know no goe go ahead um I don't know where are we this is Green Bay Wisconsin yeah we're in Green Bay I didn't I didn't know if it was uh you're just on the east side of Green Bay east side of Green Bay um what are you doing or what's the other question okay well no well I mean you can have next time I think Tex talk instead of getting a phone call in the middle of whatever I'm doing and then I get question from all directions maybe I can dinner tomorrow and I can tell you wife girlfriend mother mother okay she said I don't even know what you're talking about when I said send a text message for meeting her food and then you can you know yeah hey sometimes moms just don't get it you know they get old no I mean I love my mom no I love my mom too don't get me wrong but sometimes just you know the the age difference gets the best of us type thing right actually no I I should because I don't ever tell she wondering where you're at or what yeah it just hasn't seen you today so gotcha you normally go over there pretty much every night though um yeah I sleep there yeah I don't have the anwers answers for what so were you in the area putting in job applications or um no or I don't know why I walk away life be life enjoy little fun yeah yeah just trying to go that control so that's did you hear that in like a book or something read that somewhere that you heard of jumping in the water will help help with that or uh no well bunch of different scenario B water jump are you a pretty good swimmer um I I make it ACR make it across the whole lake no to where them lights there how far is that that's got to be a long way that's probably a mile or two maybe not a mile or two I I guess I don't know how far it is but that's pretty far aways I don't know if I could swim that far I'm an all right swimmer though I'm not any anything speci more than a mile yeah I would say that's probably right around a mile yeah yeah where that those aren't headlights those those must be like a building lights or something like that cuz those red lights out there are the cell phone towers so I know it looks like headlights cuz they're right next to each other that's not cars that's actually like a building or something must be a business or something I know it's deceiving though do you do any fishing out here ever at all no uh I I want no not much are you a fisherman at all no I I just thought it the other day when when I had my first I first start get in trouble I I quit the out stuff car stuff you used to do car stuff you said or you still do I just you know quick fixes I don't try to like as a side gig working for people type thing well it'd be nice just to you know I could I don't know where the funds come from but I get to keep I I could stay busy all day got all right looks like the other officer is back to to speak with you here so hey Michael so everything comes good so what's going happen you'll be getting expectation for disorderly conduct okay yep swimming on the lake on a private beach and being naked this a lot of people walking around okay and that's how we got the first report is uh a person reported you swimming naked okay otherwise it's not a mandatory court date you can go testify on court if you like or otherwise you have to pay one of those two okay so so your court date will be on July 31 2024 at 8:30 a.m. on the BR country District you can pay it online or you can show up to court and try to contest it okay those are your two options make sure you take care of that okay otherwise make sure you like locking up the Park police presence always here all the time so you know being naked taking a uh a dip is unacceptable especially we got a lot of kids coming in here which can actually can lead you to a criminal offense okay that was yeah we don't we don't want that so oh your information and your ID and
