as I pull you over. Got to have your tag visible. >> You have no probable to pull me over. I'm claiming the fifth. Whatever happens through here, I'll take it to court. >> Oh, that's why >> that ain't a license plate. >> That's private trust. I'm private trust and I'm operating in private. >> On this channel, you've heard me mention many sayings and two that I mention frequently are with age comes wisdom and they're headstrong, but they're dead wrong. And when it comes to sovereign citizen ideology, with age doesn't necessarily come wisdom. And a lot of times they are very headstrong, but very frequently they are dead wrong. Not only are they willing to lose a vehicle for their incorrect ideology, they're also willing to go to jail. This is one of those. >> What's going on? >> Hey, Deputy Robins County Sheriff's Office. Um, reason I pulled you over. Obviously, you know, you got to have your tag visible. >> Got done cut. Look, I'm all soaking wet and cutting the line. >> I get it, man. I'm just saying just letting you know. >> Um, so I just just get a trailer or something before >> Well, I don't do this often. >> Okay. >> I do it for the church. >> Oh, okay. I got you. Got your license, man? Oh, I don't have anything on me. >> Okay, man. >> Can I want to talk about the dog? The officer approaches on the driver's side and he places his hand on the vehicle as he walks past the dog. It is incredibly important if you're walking past the dog that you kind of get a temperature check of the dog to see if the dog is potentially aggressive towards strangers coming up to the vehicle. They want to protect their owner. A good safety tactic so that you don't end up getting bitten by dogs is say sir, is your dog friendly? What's your dog's name? Kind of get a little vibe from the dog. And it also works to kind of get you on the side of the driver. interact and knowing who the dog is cuz who wants to get bit on a car stop because it takes your attention away from a driver who could potentially be aggressive and the dog might only be trying to protect their owner. >> You know what I mean? >> What's up? >> You know what I mean? >> What? >> Um I'm I'm cutting fist. I'm not going to give no information. Whatever you got to do. Um I don't think you have probable that guy cut around me. Not to mention the guy went by me was doing 70 and you were sitting there and all that happened and you pulled me over cuz I got a lawn mower in your car. I'm claiming the fifth. I'm not I'm not going >> background. >> I'm going to go the private trust route and that's that. >> So I'm in the private I'm not in the public. >> Something interesting to K is the passenger doesn't have a seatelt on which in most jurisdictions if the passenger doesn't have a seatelt on you can get their information because that is a violation and you have to identify them for the violation. They have their seatelt on. Most jurisdictions you can't go further than that. Incredibly important observation. The other thing I noticed is this massively shattered windshield which is a violation in almost every jurisdiction that I know. And it's interesting the officer didn't mention that. And a lot of times if you have more than one, like if he had the plate that was obscure and you have the windshield, mention both of them cuz if you only sight for one, then the person feels that and you are giving them a break. And usually people will be appreciative of the fact that you're cutting [music] them break. But not mentioning the windshield a lot of times will play against you. >> I operate in private. >> Okay. So you don't want to show me a driver's license in your car? >> No, I don't have Well, I do, but I don't. No. >> Nothing. >> What's that? >> I claimed the fifth. >> You claimed the fifth? >> Yep. No more questions. >> So, you don't want to give me any uh driver's license? >> Zero. I don't have any you have no probable to pull me over. I'm claiming the fifth. Whatever happens from here, I'll take it to court. >> Okay. >> There was some radio traffic that officers will pick up on. The dispatcher said something about that she had him repeat his radio traffic because he had background. And it was when they were having that kind of contentious interaction. When officers hear that background, you don't even have to ask officers to roll to your stop. They hear that and they're going to roll. Unless you say, "I'm code for or I'm okay." They're going to roll to your stop. especially if it sounds like a contentious interaction between the officer and the driver or occupants of the vehicle. So, that's incredibly important to key in on when you watch these videos. One of the most important things is the driver's given us the sovereign citizen ideology. Talking about private, we got the ding ding ding right from the beginning almost when he started going into I'm ple the fifth and private and all this other stuff. You know that you're likely dealing with a person who's buying into the sovereign citizen ideology. >> So, just hang out here. >> Okay. >> Um, you got any information on you, boss? >> Huh? >> You got any uh driver's license? Any information? anything like that. >> Why? >> Because you're not wearing a seat belt. You're committing a violation as well. >> Richard. >> Okay. >> Sorry. >> I'm trying to get on your shoes. >> You're good. >> Richard. >> Yes, sir. >> Richard. Comment spelling. What's the last name? >> Yes. >> All right. Middle initial? >> No. >> No. Middle initial? >> No. No. >> Date of birth? So, you're refusing to give me any information? >> I'm not refusing. I'm I'm exercising my right. So, this is a detention. This is considered an arrest. >> Yes. >> So, I'm I'm going to explain to you how this is going to go. >> I know exactly. >> I'm going to explain how this is going to go. You can provide me with your driver's license. >> Do you want Okay. Do you want to provide me with any driver's license? >> No. I am claiming the fifth. >> So, you don't want to identify yourself? >> I'm claiming the fifth. Huh? Exercise my right. >> Okay, that's good. How about for me? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> So, I stop trying to pull my shirt, which caught in there. >> Okay. I wasn't trying to >> I got >> I want to talk about this for a second. This positioning where we are. The dog was friendly at first, but that's his owner. And I know my dog would not be happy if someone's grabbing on me and pulling on me. Very often a dog is going to try to protect their owner. And then we have this uncleared vehicle and we're conducting business right in this space right here. Another practice, call the driver back to your vehicle. Conduct business at your office at the front of your vehicle on the hood of your car, away from the dog, away from this passenger that we don't know who that person is. And it's just another way to conduct business where we don't have all these other danger areas that we can potentially have [music] to deal with. So my dog everything's going to be screwed up because what improbable what's the probable >> because it's an improper tag display. You have >> impro you see the freaking lawn mower. It won't close with the lawn mower. >> The tag is not visible from 50 key. You don't identify yourself. >> So the guy that's cut me off in front of the head. That's okay. That's cool. >> I was pulling you over. I was going to actually talk to him. Do you have a warrant or something like that? Like what's I don't have a warrant. I don't have a driver but I don't have a warrant. >> Okay. So, like I said, I'm operating in a private under a trust and I'm not playing that that I'm not playing the court game, okay? The bank game, you know, >> you have your >> the bond game. Okay. Yeah. Go to jail. That's what game. >> Hey, what are you doing with my keys, man? Put them in my pocket. >> Just come over here. I'm putting them right here so no one drops off. Come over here. You got anything on you, boss? >> We're not going to run or do stupid. Come over here. You got anything on you? I'm done with playing this this corporate game. >> Okay, cool. You don't want to identify yourself whatsoever? >> No. >> Okay, we'll just fingerprint you. >> You don't want to identify yourself? >> No. Did you say anything else other than that? >> I thought I heard something else. >> No. Um No. I'm claiming the fifth. That's my I'm exercising my rights. >> So, what what we'll do um for the traffic violation, we'll go to jail for resisting. All right. >> I'm not resisting. >> You're not providing your information. >> You're allowed. That's my right. Yeah, I'm exercising my rights. You cannot punish me for exercising my right. >> That's no proof. >> You cannot do it. >> Yeah, you're refusing to identify yourself. >> No, it's not a refusal. It's claiming the fifth is a constitutional right and you cannot violate it and you're you're jeopardizing your immunity. >> So, let me tell you something. You're >> I'm going to tell you. I got a civil rights attorney. I'm telling you how it's going to go down. >> Probable cause. >> No probable. You have no probable. >> Yeah. It's it's it's a stop. It's a lawful stop. >> It's not a lawful stop. Yes, it is because it's improper tag display. You have your >> man. I have equipment in the car. It's not illegal. >> Okay. >> I'm so I'm not illegal and you're asking me to sacrifice my rights, which I'm not. And you're going to lose your >> supervisor's right here. So, you can talk to her about it. >> Well, I'm going to explain. >> He's claiming the fifth. He doesn't want to identify himself. So, I'm sorry. >> Perfect. We'll identify you. >> I'm um exercising. >> That's also a uh that's resisting. >> I'm not resisting. You are resisting. Exercising my rights is not resisting. Uh, you're not complying with the traffic, a lawful traffic stop. >> Okay, it's not a lawful traffic stop. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay, let's talk about a few things. Oh, when you hear a guy talking about immunity, he's talking about qualified immunity, I imagine. And that's just a guess. When you hear people talking about immunity, he's talking about likely qualified immunity under the circumstances that the officer is making a lawful traffic stop. Qualified immunity is not going to play into the challenges that this man is expressing to the officer. In some jurisdiction, they use the resisting charge for when a person is obstructing the officer's investigation. It doesn't have to be a physical act because most people through television and Hollywood, you feel like a person resisting arrest and then they're fighting an officer. A lot of places I found, my jurisdiction wasn't this way, but a lot of places use that resisting charge when they're obstructing the officer's investigation. I want to talk about the sergeant's arrival cuz I, as a sergeant, had to respond to a lot of situations where a citizen's either calls or I hear on the radio something that's like, I should show up to that scene. Under this circumstance, I want to talk about kind of what went down and ways that that can create challenges. So it's almost it was this continual motion of the officer interacting with the guy with the door open, the sergeant arriving, and then the convergence of the conversation between three people. One of the first utterances from the sergeant was perfect. We'll identify you at the jail because the officer said that he doesn't want to identify himself. So the sergeant's first utterance is I believe perfect and we'll identify you at the jail. And that was exactly factual what would happen. So it went from the officer's combo straight into the sergeant's conversation. And what people expect when a sergeant arrives is an objectively fair shake to tell their side of the story. So very often, and I took time for me to learn this because I was a sergeant for a long time. But then you know what you want to do is make sure they get their objective fair shake. They have the officer close the door to get the officer's version of what occurred. Then I go up to the person, I introduce myself, say, "Sergeant Curtis, tell me what your side of the story is or what is it that you're having an issue with." Then you hear the side of the story. And sometimes things can change. You don't want the person to go back end up making a complaint and saying, "The second the sergeant showed up, he was already the officer side. They didn't even want to listen to what I'd say cuz they say that very frequently. So in order to mitigate the potential of that happening, give them their fair shake. Then when you talk to them, explain the law and the policy. And most of the time that my officers would call me or I show the officer was 100% correct. And I end up saying that to the person, but I make sure that they get a fair chance that I listen to what they have to say. It's an incredibly important [music] opportunity. >> You decided to ride with, right? >> Huh? You decided to ride with them, right? So this is your information right here. Richard Brinson. Yeah. I'm just verify. No middle initial whatsoever. >> No. >> Okay. >> What' you pulling over for? >> Improper tag. Improper tag display. You can't see the visual >> because my tailgates up cuz the lawn mower and three cars. One car cut me off and another guy was doing 70 right on by. But he had busting in after they were clearly breaking law. Dude almost wrecked me coming in here. >> Give me one second. >> You can't see the tag in 50 ft. Can you see the tag? pretty clearly it was going to be fit. It didn't fit all the way. I mean, he could have actually taken that taken the screws off, loosen the screws, and put that handle down for sure. You got nothing else. Is this his car? >> I'm not sure. >> Can you see the tag? >> Oh, that's why. That's why. >> Okay. So, after talking to the guy and getting more info, the sergeant, if you didn't catch it, says, "Did you really pull him over for that?" Which is an interesting and legitimate question. She seems like she's got experience and she's a sergeant. You do a little investigating and then you find that there's a sovereign citizen plate. We see this private plate that's sovereign citizen plate. Obviously, we've seen these before. The question becomes, if it was a legit plate, then are we in a situation where is this really what you pulled them over for? So, these are things that you definitely have to think through. the broken windshield in the beginning. You don't even have to worry about whether that's a gray area of the lawn mower having the plate not being shown. It really interesting how these things work out. >> Yeah, you're good. Carry on. It's 100% welcome. That ain't a license plate. >> That's private trust. I'm private trust and I'm operating in private. You'll see. >> I'll see what >> you in court. You're losing violating rights. >> What right? >> My right to claiming defeat. He's saying I'm refusing. I'm not refusing to identify myself on a local >> if I'm operating in the private. I'm not in your jurisdiction. >> There's no not operating in the private. >> There is. You're Wow. Okay. You >> I've been doing this for a minute. >> I know because people haven't been exercising their rights. >> Yo, they're not correct. >> Yeah, you're okay. You're incorrect. >> You can believe what you want. >> You are incorrect. >> Okay. I'm operating in private. I'm not in your jurisdiction. >> So, you're refusing to identify yourself. >> Putting your lights on without an emergency is against the law. So you're refusing to cooperate. >> I'm not refusing anything. I'm exercising my right. >> Those are not the rights. >> My right is to remain silent and give no information. >> You have to identify yourself. >> No, I do not. Not on unlawful stop. >> It's lawful. >> It's not lawful. >> You have no probable. Zero. And honestly, you see you're going to put my dog jamming him up. Okay. He's going to be in the pound. Okay. They'll probably put him down. And >> who's your friend? Can he drive? >> No. He's habitual. So it's getting towed. Oh, yep. >> So, but what did he do wrong? So, now you're going to laugh at him because he's habitual because of your system. >> Because he can't drive. That's his problem. It sucks. You're right. You're right. But it's not funny. >> I didn't do it. >> It's not funny. >> It is funny. >> It's not funny. Especially if that dog gets put down. It's not funny. So, we have to maintain our professional bearing because we don't have to say everything that we think and maintain our professionalism. And again, this is from a position of being constructive because the officers in my opinion procedurally are doing everything correct. And I said the same before, what you create with your hands, you can destroy with your feet. You know, I care about dogs and the dog is innocent in this thing. So, we don't want the dog to have to go to the pound and be put down. And the habitual offenders, let's talk about that. That's the passengers, they identify as a habitual offender. In most jurisdictions, what that means is that a person who commits a series of traffic violations, doesn't fix them, doesn't take care of it, and their driving privileges are either suspended or revoked. And that's on them. Everything that the officers are saying are 100% legit. just that my concerns become that we want to maintain our professional bearing when we interact with people when someone says this is funny then the professionalism of policing I don't see that potential of the dog getting put down being funny >> it's not >> he did it to himself >> see you guys all right you don't because you work all the time you're not paying attention we're back under constitutional law that happened in 2016 >> we went out of the the United States of America incorporated is dead the um the um IRS is gone okay and the Fed is gone >> we still have They're tearing down the fed building. It's already gone. >> You're a delusion. >> No. No, I'm not. >> Are you diagnosed with any medical conditions? I'm telling you, specifically mental conditions. >> Wow. Really? >> Ask me. >> That's no answering questions. But what I'm telling So I'm allowed to tell you things, but I'm not I don't have to answer questions. >> Cuz you still have to identify yourself. >> Listen. >> I've been listening, buddy. >> Okay. I know you have. So, >> I'm not trying to argue with you, man. >> What's up? >> What's up? >> Yes, I have. >> Sound good? >> Yeah. Just give us one second. We're figuring out the car and stuff like that. Where do you say I >> Okay, perfect. >> Those are not the right facts that you have. >> No, you're wrong. >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. Well, since >> I've been doing this for a while. >> Okay. Well, that's why that's why. >> Look at those. I even got some of those. >> I know. That's great. That's awesome. I'm I'm proud of you. You know what I mean? >> But you're wrong. Listen, the facts are the facts. You haven't been informed. The judges and the and the sheriffs are going to get prosecuted for breaking their oath. You have taken an oath to to protect and serve the Constitution from foreign and domestic. Okay. >> Along with all this, go ahead. >> Just Just give me one second. I'm going to get with my supervisor. Yeah, you should you should be cool. You should be get on your way. I'll work on that. >> I completely understand that. >> Hey, that's not a legal t. I am operating in the private under trust. Whatever. Um, do you want uh is anyone can someone come for the dog cuz we're towing the car. >> You're busting me for nothing. >> What's up? >> What's up? >> For the key so he can let off the windows. >> You got the key? >> I got the key. >> Okay. I want say you can let I go let off the windows or y'all go. >> We're going to tow the car. It's all good. >> I have the right. I didn't do anything wrong. So you have no problem. I didn't speed. I didn't do turn or change lanes without a signal. I was in the turning lane when he pulled me over. A guy cut me off when I was turning. Almost crashed us all, but he didn't look at that. So, so the problem is for with me, and I'm not trying to be argumentative, is that you working for the sheriff and the corporation, the United States of America, and you haven't been informed. They keep you in the dark. Okay? It is honestly factual that we are under constitutional law. What's this factual coming from? >> It's called um executive orders >> from >> from 2016 2018. They're still coming out. They are >> complete gibberish. Everything he's saying is nothing but a silly word salad. And you would think that at his age that he would know better than this. None of what he is saying is correct and the officers aren't falling for it. >> Is there anything in the car we should know about? >> No. Okay. >> That's not how what we've been told. So it's not that. You know, you have not you're not the way they are. No, the way they were. >> What you did was illegal. So you are not being it's not >> the way they were. >> It's not the way it is. >> What is your name again? >> Have a good day. Listen, very pretty. I'm very proud of you. >> You can go to jail to John. >> I know. I'm going to go to jail for no reason. That's the thing is. And so >> this could have been >> You're kidnapping me. You're kidnapping me. >> Could have been a simple ticket. >> Simple ticket. >> Well, then give me the ticket. If I give you my ID, you going to give me the ticket and let me drive? >> It's his traffic stop. >> No, it's not. He's going to take it personally because I I I exercise my right to remain silent. So now you're going to write down in the police report that it's a refusal. I did not refuse. I said I'm going to exercise. >> But then you said if it was just a ticket, you would identify yourself. See, you've just contradicted your own self. That's crazy. You cannot if somebody exercises their right and feel that you have first of all and I'm not in your jurisdiction. Second, cuz in private I'm not in your jurisdiction. It's not a thing. It is a thing. Absolutely. >> You're wrong. Um, I'm not going to argue. It's weird. You went around We already went around this once, right? >> Keep going. >> Okay. You became a sergeant because you've been >> obeying their rules and policies. I'm not under statute or rules. >> They're not They're not constitutional. >> Are you a United States citizen? >> No, I'm American national. >> Okay. Yeah. >> You were born in You were born in the United States. >> I'm not an American. I'm not a citizen of I'm not a citizen of the state of Florida. >> Security number. That's federal. That's federal. That's federal. Not not state. Look at husk. Holy cow. >> It doesn't apply. >> What do they feed you, man? >> That's a big dog. >> So, you guys bust out the big dog. You want to come rough me up, too? >> No, I need to show you. >> I'm just around. >> I'm not sovereign. >> That's exactly what? >> No, it's not. >> In the private >> private is a trust and it makes me not in your jurisdiction. As soon as you got in that car and you drove >> No, I did not drive. I traveled. >> Jeffree, hold up. >> Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hey, can you watch him? >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Does he not have a gun? >> I don't know. He's not identifying himself. >> Oh, yeah. He's going definitely going to jail in. >> So, how long's he been driving around with a lawn mower in the back seat so nobody could see this the license plate? >> You got somebody to come pick it up? >> No. He's getting to >> Yeah. just getting to >> Yeah, we're probably going to try the vehicle. You might want to >> Yeah, you're good to go, man. >> He He said he's good to walk. So, >> sir, >> I say this in a lot of my videos, and it's only the officer that can answer this question. When you start your shift, look at yourself in the mirror and say, "Am I in the shape to be in the fight of my life?" Because it's not any given Sunday like football. It is any given shift. There is a person who could potentially attempt to harm you. And it's not just the external, but it's the internal things as well. Am I in the shape to be in the fight of my life? Only you can answer that question. Oh [ __ ] Tell it doesn't have any registration on it. >> Don't have it. No, it just has that. Oh, it has the VIN. Yeah. >> Yeah. Register. >> It's technically registered. Yeah. >> We'll inventory it real quick. >> You got anyone that wants to pick this up? >> I don't have any. But listen, my wife passed away right when we got up here. That's where I was going. >> Do you have anybody to come get the dog? >> No. He's got to go. I have no work. Nobody. So, I'm up here by myself. >> Animal control. Complete purchase land, right? >> The ticket. That's how I got I got five tickets. Listen. Listen. There's really important paperwork behind the scene. >> It's going to get It's going to >> listen. You got to get that. >> Your important paperwork is going to get towed with it. >> No. No. Please. It's my birth certificate. All my information. >> It's going to get towed with >> I'm going to lose the car. >> Why are you going to lose the car? >> Because I'm going to be in jail for freaking ever. I'm taking this all the way to this. >> So, please >> taking what? >> The charges. I'm I'm not going to get bonded out. I don't Okay, there's nobody here that's going to bond me out. I just So, I lost the keys. I just got the key made today. Is he the brand new >> Your dog mean? >> No, he's not. He's very friendly. He'll say hi to everybody. He'll He's protective in the car. Let him out. He'll come say hi to you. >> We're not going to let him out. >> What I mean is that >> is there any We're going to inventory through the car. Is there anything in there? Listen, the Bible and the fre the >> that's going to stay in >> the files. Please don't let the files go, man. That's my birthday. >> Where the files at? >> They're right there behind this the passenger seat. I just put them in there today cuz I was Listen, the rain came out of nowhere and I had them out and I ran and got my files. I threw them behind the seat trying to get them to stay dry and then I couldn't find my key even though I just got it made. So, I have a whole set of keys for all my vehicles. Okay. >> I have two that right there. No. Well, that's one of them. That's all the titles, but the Oh, can I just show them the >> What about a license plate? A registration. >> There is no I'm going private. I'm not Listen, I'm going. >> So, you guys laugh >> and that's sad. Are you exmilitary? >> No. >> Oh, let me look at the >> So, um you you took a Well, your sheriff did for sure. I don't know if you did. Don't hold our constitution. >> Yes. Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly that I have the right to travel with impunity. >> Yes, you do. Yes, you do. Yes, you do. >> Except driving is not a right driving. >> I'm not driving and I'm not commercial. That's commercial. >> Wait, so what are you doing? >> Please move. >> Can we just stop this? Traveling. >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. Cool. >> So, I know you think it's a joke, but it's not. Okay. So, can we please just get the stuff? >> Can I just walk with you to get show you have insurance on it? >> That's kind of cool. That is >> I said now we can travel to jail. >> He's just refusing to identify himself. That's fine. We figured it out. >> So >> he You want to know why? It's cuz his license is about >> You want to know why? >> That's why That's why he he's doing all this. >> Well, this he just rides around like this so nobody pulls him over because they can't see his plate. >> You always hear me mention it. This is part of our channel. We're team tac bun. If you have hair that's long, male or female, if you have it long and down like that, the best and most tactical position to have it in, even not only law enforcement, but any carefare where your hair could potentially be grabbed, is rolling up and putting it inside of a tactical bun, is the best and safest route. Because again, think about it. What degree of force are you going to go to if a person ends up grabbing your ponytail? And again, they can grab a lot of things. I know people in the comments go, "Well, they can grab this, and grab that." Why don't we just make it the least amount of possible things that we don't have to escalate into that degree of force. Protect yourself. >> I pulled Colin to the side. I was like, "Did you please Oh, yeah. That's good. That that plate says it all. Can you verify the plate?" Yep. Yep. We're good. >> You should have called it out. Be like, "Papa Romeo India Victor Alpha Tango Echo." Uh, >> there's $80 on the console with the >> You want your You want your phone? >> Yes. Please help me get my property. Come on, man. Just It's not Just let it >> You said there's $80. >> $80 in the right. >> I'm going to get it right now. >> Okay. And the the phone and my ID, of course. >> Where's your ID? >> It was right there next to the $80. It's right in the front part of the console. >> Ethan, is there $80 and an ID in there? >> Right on the front. >> Right on the front under console. >> Right. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Right in front of the shifter. I hope you didn't grab my $80. >> It's all I'm about to No, I mean here. Oh, Richard. Yeah, it was $80 sitting there. >> Do you want to come and get him over here? He's right at >> No, if there's not He's not a thief. >> Oh, okay. >> But he might have taken it knowing I'm going to jail, >> maybe. >> No. Oh, >> I don't know what these are, >> sir. >> My back is cramping, man. I got I got titanium in my back. >> Sit like this. >> Hey, boss. I'm listening. >> Let me tell you something. Your your phone your phone and your driver's license is going with you >> and nothing else. >> No. >> How about the red file with all my titles to all my property? >> Put your feet in with the vehicle. >> Hey, listen. You're treating me really bad, man. >> What? >> I got titanium rods in my back. >> We're pretty close to the jail >> cuz I'm cramping. I can't sit up against so tight like that. That's all my sea time so I can upgrade my licenses. I'm a merchant marine. >> Captain's license, but not a driver's license. Listen, listen, listen. >> Put your feet in for me, boss. >> Wait, wait, wait. What the [ __ ] >> The red file, please. Listen. >> The red file. >> File. >> Red one. You had it in your hand. >> Yeah. That red foul. >> Where's that? >> It's all It's all his paperwork. Those captains are dead. >> Put your feet in, man. Put your feet in there. >> I'm craving it. I'm craving. >> Nothing said that this officer had to go back and get this guy's paperwork. He's not taking it personal. He's going the extra mile to get this guy's paperwork so he doesn't have to go through more challenges that he created for himself because justifiably, I imagine the officer could just tow the vehicle with all the paperwork inside of it. But he's not taking it personal. And that's important in policing that even if you're at odds with a person that you don't have to take it personal and if you can go the extra mile if you can and you do it, it speaks volumes. And your oath of office isn't just to the citizens who do things right. It's also to people that you have in custody. So, it's good to see this in spite of the challenges that I have with certain things that I mentioned. These are not to say that [music] these officers are bad in any way, shape, or form. This is a way to say, are there other ways of potentially [music] doing things? And if we look at the charges, which are in the original video, which is pinned, I always pin the video for the original video. And this guy does a lot of good videos. I've done several of his videos. So, shout out to that channel. I think it's called Body Cam Lockup. The charges look like they're resisting license plate violation or refusal to sign a citation. There was nothing about the dog. I'm going to hope that the dog is okay. look like a really cute dog. Which leads me to the next segment of our show, which is really fun. This next coin that I'm going to introduce because this is an international coin and I'm going to first read the card and I was given permission to mention the name. Dear Sergeant Curtis, firstly, thank you so much for all the time you put into your channel. I find it so informative and entertaining. This is really good cuz this is international. This person has great handwriting. It looks like it's a type [music] almost. Although the laws in New Zealand are pretty different to yours, drivers are breathtested at every traffic stop if suspected of DUI. We also have checkpoint roadblocks or booze buses. They call them booze buses where all drivers are stopped and tested. Please find the enclosed New Zealand police challenge coin. It's not as intricate as some you've received, but it may have traveled the furthest. I think that it has. I've also included a keychain. I thought you might be interested to see what our patrol vehicles look like. So, we're going to see the coin and we're going to see what their vehicles look like. I love learning this kind of stuff. This is phenomenal. It's a beautiful coin. It's really beautiful. It looks like the New Zealand flag. So, I'm going to put it up close and [music] tilt it. put my hand really behind it. New Zealand police valuing diversity, professionalism, respect, integrity, commitment to the Mari and the treaty. Wow. And empathy is on here, too. So, that's the coin. Beautiful coin. Now, here's their vehicles. This is what their vehicles look like on the keychain. And I'm hoping that I can get so you guys can see this. They're they got cool looking cars. I hope you can see that car. It looks really cool. And as a thank you, you know, when I do an international, takes me forever to find the flag. But if you're going to take the time to send a coin, shout out to all the New Zealand people. And on that note, I want to talk about the Sergeant Curtis one-year anniversary contest. [music] Lots of apps are rolling in. If you're under officer on a department of 100 officers or less, you're going to submit a video of your oath of office and what you plan to do utilizing your oath of office going forward. We can set up travel, all expenses paid, travel, pdeium, hotel, brand new body cam, and brand new body armor to the winner of the contest. And that's our one-year anniversary to give back to this channel, which is about education. If you're not subscribed, please subscribe. Also, the Legacy Memorial Scholarship, which is $1,000 scholarship that's going to [music] go to a student who is either a high school student going into a criminal justice program for school or current criminal justice or related field in school, $1,000 to go towards whatever educational things that you want. And all the details for the DOT Legacy Memorial Scholarship are listed and pinned in [music] the video and on the channel.
