Don't touch me. Take off. >> That's enough. Stop. You hit me again and you're going to >> All right, that's enough. Unfortunately, in policing, DUI arrests are quite common. And there are some behaviors that go along with those arrests as well. The flirt, the name drop, the denial, and the temper tantrum. And if you're drinking and driving, it's going to be a trip down to jail. This is one of those. >> North Bash and Napa Auto Park with a gray pilot. Honda Pilot 207. I'll be out with him. Real quick, I'd like you to take a note of these three words on the bottom. Mic, brakes, and lights. And whichever one is green is the one that's engaged. And it's not on all body cams, but on a lot of them, you'll see that. It's kind of interesting to see how that correlates with the interaction of the officers and the people. And lights meaning police lights. >> Pulled a U-turn right there in the middle of the road. Um, right in front of the gas station. My thing is a lot of times I tell officers, "What's the reason to look at each other when you're talking?" If you can just make it practice to keep your focus on the vehicle as opposed to turning and looking at each other, you can hear each other just fine. It's much safer practice to keep your eyes on the driver. It should feel unsafe and unnatural to look away from the vehicle that you're dealing with. >> Hello. >> Yeah, this is the side. I don't like to be on the side of the road. All right. So, my name's Officer Thompson. This is my stockings cuz we made illegal. >> I know. >> All right. You had anything to drink today? >> No. >> Where do you work at? >> Look at how good his positioning is behind the B-pillar. His torso is has that protect in addition to his vest. His torso has that protection. He can see inside the vehicle. I never see a reason that you should move your entire torso inside the vehicle. You'll always hear me mention that. >> Are you sure you haven't had anything to drink? Cuz I'm smelling some alcohol. >> No. >> How did not >> So, what was the purpose of uh the U-turn? >> Because I think that my uncle is police and I think I can do whatever I want. I think the ghoul is going to find me and you're not. I love you so much. So, Chief Taylor is your uncle. [clears throat] >> You know, >> I don't know if you caught that, but she said the chief of police is her uncle and she feels like she can do whatever she wants to do. I don't know if she's joking, but that is really not a wise comment to make to police officers. >> Of course he does. You came to my house and my husband beat my ass. >> I was there. >> I know he was. I don't get your beautiful things. Please, I got to go. Please. Hey, hey, wait. >> Please don't hate me. >> I want to know what your first name is. I'll leave you alone. >> You're so kind. Do you have a wife? I bet you do. >> I do. >> Of course you do. >> Please don't let me go. I have to go. I want this. >> Well, it's it's his stop. I'll I'll see what's going on here. >> I'll see what's going on here. Okay. >> That is his knees. Okay. But she she's learning her words, too. >> This flirt divert tactic. Flirt and divert the officer away from what they're supposed to be doing, which is being professional. And it looks like this officer is passing the test very well cuz that's a test that a lot of times will happen. Males do it and females do it. I'm not just going to put on one, but most of the time it's a female. But another thing I like you to take notice of is this officer's badge. You'll see that there's a shroud across it, which is an important point because I looked at the date and this is May 10th of 2025. This is right around National Police Week, which is an annual event that occurs where officers commemorate officers who have fallen in the line of duty and a whole bunch of other events occur. It's a really somber week for police because we think about the officers that were lost and we learn the different things that occurred to them. So during that week every year, you will see officers have their badges shrouded. It's a good piece of information to have. >> Hey Chief, we got a little bit of a situation here. Stop your niece. Um, she made an illegal U-turn right there at the first and southwash. Um, I walked up to the window. She rolled down the window. I could smell a little bit of alcohol. Uh, she's sluring her words and she's hitting Lindsay. >> Lindsay. Yep. >> Yeah. Also, another thing I want to note is we had a neighbor dispute and uh I forgot my body cam dock on the the thing in the office. So, there's that. And what's that? Yeah, his is on. You still want me to fill out a map fault for both events? Okay. Yeah, I'm I'mma pull her out and at least do SF STS. And uh the other thing is I asked her what was the purpose for the uh illegal U-turn and she goes and I can do whatever I want. So >> she's acting drunk. >> Yeah, she's definitely acting drugs. I'll I'll do that. >> All right. Bye. >> This is really good information here. This is good stuff. So here the chief gets name dropped by the female and according to this call that we're seeing she is the niece of the chief. But here's an interesting piece that could have caused some challenges. The officer tells the chief that he left his body cam on the dock at the station which happens. In fact, a friend of mine just called me two weeks ago and we were talking and he said the same exact thing happened to him. He was charging it, left it and something occurred and so that can cause challenges and they have to document if they don't have their body cam and they can get disciplined for that as well. I don't know if that's what happens in this apartment, but this is some good information considering the gravity of the chief's niece named dropping him on a potential DUI stop. The officer was very, very forthright about the fact that he made this mistake. He tells the chief, and good on the chief for saying, "Handle your business. Do what you got to do because this is the kind of stuff that can tarnish policing if people start to get favors under these circumstances." Rooster PD so far, really good stuff. Go. You shut up, >> dude. Please, >> Lindsay. You got to step out. >> Lindsay, you got to step out. >> No. >> Step out of the door. >> You right in your ass. >> Lindsay, that's enough. >> He don't like you. >> Don't rip me out. ME OUT. >> LINDSAY, come on. Let's go. >> Lindsay, >> come on. Don't make this worse. Lindsay, come on. >> No, you wouldn't. >> Lindsay, >> no you wouldn't. >> You're new. You're >> Stop, Lindsay. Stop. It >> doesn't matter. >> It does matter. My uncle will you up, you piece of [ __ ] That ugly piece of [ __ ] >> Well, he already told me to do what I got to No, he didn't. >> Yes, he did. >> He don't give a >> That's enough, Lindsay. >> Don't touch me. >> That's enough. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. STOP. >> YOU HIT ME AGAIN and you're going around. >> You can. >> That was a battery on a peel that I just witnessed right there. >> All right, that's enough. >> OH, NO. TWO DUDES ON A GIRL. OH, YOU'RE HARD. >> OH, you're hard. Two dudes on a girl. >> Relax. You Sean, whatever your name is, you do not want that. How dare you dog. You dog. You and I have done that cuz him. >> Who gives a about him? >> Relax, Lindsay. >> No. Who gives a about him? You know I'm cool. What the >> You got anything on you? >> Yeah. Crack pipes and needles up my ass. Check. Check. Check. Go out. >> Come on. >> Make me. >> Just kidding. Just kidding. I'm going. God damn. >> Is it going to be the auto movie? >> See if Amanda's available. Is she working afternoons today? >> Oh, >> look at that. Look at that. John, look at that. I have no cuffs on. >> All right, she's out of her cuffs. >> Like, you're that mad. >> Hey, hold on. She just got out of her cup. Are you going to manhandle me? I'm not doing [ __ ] >> Okay, that's better. >> You don't have to be fine. >> Yeah, I got it. >> Yeah, he thinks he's got it. Oh my god, I'm so scared. Help me. >> I've been doing this channel like seven months and this is like the 12th female cuff slip in the back seat that I've done. And I just I I I just can't believe how much how often and how frequently this is happening. They're allowing her to be cuffed in the front. There are a lot of departments that only allow cuffing in the front if the person has a medical condition that prohibits them from being cuffed behind the back. If a person slips a cuffs and acting like this, in my opinion, not the wisest idea to cuff them in the front. Put your foot back in the car. >> What' she say? Have to revise that. >> Well, I'm going to call Sergeant at least let him know, too. >> Yeah. See if she wants to do SFSTs. I don't The way she's being I highly doubt it, but >> I'll see what she says. Lindsay >> you with your h you I did it again. What? Who am I going to fight? You're a bunch of dudes. The >> Okay. Do you want to perform SFSTs? Standard field sobriety test. >> That means >> do you want >> you do not want to perform any field sobriety tests to see if you're under the influence right now? >> Obviously. What do you think, someone? Well, we got to ask him. >> Roll the window, homie. >> Why would you do that to me? >> Why? Why? Why? Why? >> Would you be willing to perform standard fields writing test? >> Would you be willing to choose? >> Would you be willing to perform? >> No. >> No. >> No. I'm I'm unwilling. I'm refusing. >> You're refusing. There's another option here that can potentially change the dynamic here. She should be referred to by her last name, Mrs. such and such. And the officer can correct her and say, "I am officer such and such." Stop the first name thing because the familiarity, in my opinion, can potentially have them act in this manner more or exceed what they're doing. It could go either way. But it's a good practice that if they keep referring to you as a first name, and sometimes in these smaller towns, these people have gone to school together and they do know each other. But you can change the dynamic to some degree by saying, "I'm officer such and such. I'm deputy such and such," whatever, and put that in your rapport because you keep getting this Shawn, you know, this first name familiarity. A lot of times it can create challenges. >> Why would you be willing to let him run? >> He's not running my life. >> Yes, he is. Cuz you wouldn't have done this without him. He's not running my life. Lindsay, listen. >> You need to calm down. >> You be nice to me. >> You need to calm down. >> I am cold. >> Okay. >> Let's keep it that way. Refusal. >> Refusal. >> And she's out of her cuffs again. >> Again? >> Yep. >> Oh, look. I did it twice. You want to manhandle a girl? I bet you do. I bet you do. >> You need to get back in cuffs. >> Oh my god. I DID IT TWICE. NO. RIM ME OUT. RIM ME OUT. GET BACK UP. >> Get that. >> Oh no, I'm Chris. You can't handle 52 100 lb. You loser you too. Sean you right ass. I can't imagine being so pressed and so desperate to a [ __ ] Let go of her arm. >> You ain't [ __ ] STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. KNOCK IT OFF. STOP RESISTING. KNOCK IT OFF. STOP RESISTING. You want to go down on the ground? We're going TO THE JAIL. >> GIVE me Relax. >> It's my son. >> Relax. It's my son. IT'S HIS BIRTHDAY. HEY, BOO. >> RELAX. >> I am. >> It's my son's birthday. Y'all, you're fat. Sean would never do this to me. If you weren't here, he would never do it. >> Get your hands off that cuff. >> I'm not Shawn to you. I'm officer such and such. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. This is just from my 2020 hindsight, but good training for officers who may encounter something like this. I'm officer such and such. I mean, whatever the name is. >> Oh my god. I'd be that [ __ ] You fat. You fat ugly. I'd be a [ __ ] too. >> Oh, yep. Sean, I don't >> stop resisting. >> One way or another, you're going to go back. >> Stop resisting. >> You like >> get back. >> Come on. No. Force me. >> Get in the car. >> Come on. >> No. >> You're making this worse. Come on. >> I know, right? >> Watch your head car. >> No. >> Straighten your leg. >> Find a girl. Find a girl. >> Straighten your leg. Stop. >> Hey, knock it off. >> Oh my god. I'm so scared of you. You piece of [ __ ] >> Stacking charges. Quincy, this is not good. >> You think I give a son? You guys do this [ __ ] all the time. Isn't this >> Okay, fine. You got me. Okay, fine. You got me. Hey, I'm going to put these out, too. You ready? And I'm knock. You ready? >> Stop. >> No. Put your foot back in the car. >> What are you going to do about it? I must have got this couch too. You stay on. >> That's it. OH, HERE HE COMES. HE'S COMING. I'M NOT even doing nothing. >> I'm not even doing nothing. Come on the other side, you. >> Okay, hold up. Let me get these off. One thing I'd like to share with you is that after I retired, I was an academy instructor for quite some time. And one thing that in the academy we do are called practicals. It's basically we do scenarios with the recruits. And one of the scenarios that's common is that you stop a person who's being very belligerent and they're related to the chief of police or the mayor or someone of influence and they see how officers would handle it. And I think that this officer, aside from the cuff stuff and any of the tactical things that I mentioned, handled it well because everyone gets treated the same under those circumstances. And when it comes to DUI, there is very little discretion. And in my opinion, I get it. It makes sense. For people who would name drop, think about what the chief has to go through when this video does the rounds and he's inside of some kind of council meeting or something like that. It's very embarrassing for him except for the fact that he was honorable and a standup person and said do what you have to do and handle business. So just a little bit of information about how we do practical examinations and this is a very common example and he also did well except for forgetting his body cam >> rolling up the window. >> Yeah, get your AC on. >> Mark resisting. We got it under control. >> Oh, that's so pretty. I'm so calm. All right. >> Please >> get out. >> Give me the direction. >> This way. Come on. >> I am. I am. >> All right. >> Just take these off. This is super annoying. Sean, >> we're going to put you in him. He's fat and ugly. You're not. You're hot. So, just >> we're going to put you in way more comfortable cuffs. >> You're not going to do [ __ ] Oh, hell no. Oh, look at you. Look at you, Charlie. >> More comfortable. >> Oh, I'm scared. Who's this guy? Who's this guy back there that is that Okay. Also, can you give out 60 bucks to the [ __ ] that I was going to? You just made me lost my job. You would not have done that if it was not for this fat piece of ugly [ __ ] No, you wouldn't have. No, you wouldn't have. I know you wouldn't have. The world hates you and we all hope you die. >> Come on. Way more comfortable. Well, >> this is just polishing now. >> Tight. >> THIS IS JUST >> OH MY GOD. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO? I'm a little teddy girl. Like, I'mma fight two dudes. The Are you scared of me, Sean? No, you're not. >> Your policy. your policy and you >> That's not nice. >> Come in. Come get it. >> I'm joking. I'm joking. >> Those restraint belts are very effective at restraining the mobility of a person. Those are not normally carried in the patrol function inside of a police car. In a jail facility, you will frequently see them. I want to talk about double locking because someone in one of the comments mentioned that they didn't understand double locking. This cuff is not double locked because it can go all the way around and ratchet. Once this cuff is double locked, when you depress this [music] button right here with your handcuff key, then it won't go either way. And that protects the person that's in custody cuz it can't ratchet down anymore on their wrist. So the double locking process is something that's in nearly every policy that I've seen. And this is something that I've seen that the officers did here. >> Come on. >> Oh, look. Look at this. This is like some saw [ __ ] >> This is Brewster Police. Oh, don't you dare, Sean. >> No, I'm not. I'm going to sit down. >> Okay. >> This is what y'all do. YOU JUST DON'T DARE, SEAN. >> I I won't run. I swear. Get the [ __ ] out. >> With her behavior, I would be thinking something more than just booze on board. There's possibly something else from that behavior. I don't see the evidentary test, but from a person who has the DR background, the drug recognition expert background, there's some behaviors that I see that are indicative of just more than booze on board. Although it could be just booze, so I'm just saying from some of the behaviors. >> This is what y'all do for fun, you guys. Come on. Come on. >> That's wild. >> Hey Sean, guess what? >> Hey Sean, watch this. Isn't that so annoying? >> All right, we have to read this to you. >> You I don't read. >> You don't read. >> I mean, I couldn't tell. Okay, go ahead. Read it. No, read it to me. I want you to read me every word. Every word. >> This is for you to read along. >> Read it to me. >> I'm about to. >> He's going to. Nobody cares about you. You >> suck. >> But he's going to read it to you. >> Well, look at you and then look at him. Like literally 255. Okay. Consequence consequences of testing. >> I'm driving. Don't pull me over. >> RC4511 192. >> You are now under arrest for >> good under the influence of alcohol, a drug, or a combination of them. Operating a vehicle while under the influence. >> Oh my god. Look. I'm whacked to the ball. >> Holy [ __ ] >> Alcohol consumption or having physical the vehicle >> while under the influence. >> If you refuse to take Listen, this is important. >> You >> if you refuse to take any chemical test required by law, child will be suspended immediately and you will have to pay a fee. >> You have literally made me lose my job. I don't get what you're saying. You have a prior conviction of of an OVI or operating a vehicle law under the influence of a listed control substance or elicited metabolite of a controlled substance under the state or municiping 20 years. You are now it >> like you're so fancy. >> You refuse to take you will face INCREASED PENALTY. >> STOP MY are convicted of the >> Look at me in the police station. >> [snorts] >> Oh my god, I'm so worried. I am so pressed. >> Okay, >> I hope you understand that. >> And no, no, I don't understand that. >> Okay, so you could submit to a chemical test. >> No, I can't. >> Well, it's just a yes or no. You can submit to a chemical. >> It's a no. It's a no. No you. >> Okay, >> Sean. Just get my throat. Imagine that. >> All right. >> Can you imagine hating your girl so bad that you just torch YOUR LIFE? WHY? FOR WHAT? FOR WHAT? SEAN, WHY? I want an answer. Why would you? >> Lindsay, I didn't do this to you. >> Yes, you [screaming] did. >> No. You wouldn't have cared if I took illegal U-turn. No, you wouldn't have you. So why? You made me lose my job. You will not youring camera. Please, please loosen it, dog. Please. >> Oh, good. [laughter] I won't bite you. You can beat ME UP ANYWAYS, DOG. YOU ALREADY DID. Loosen it. The cuffs are not that tight. >> YES, THEY ARE. >> BUT if you keep trying because you keep trying to pull out of them. >> And did I hurt you? No, I didn't. Could you me up? Yes, you could. I'm not doing nothing. Please, dude. >> No. >> Take it off. >> We already checked the tightness. You're fine. Quit pulling out of them. >> No. >> Because every time you do that, you're messing up your own hands. So, you're doing it to yourself. >> Oh, you're lying. Who birthed you? Like, does your wife even love you? She doesn't. That's why you're the who you are. You don't have parents or something. Like, something is wrong with you in Harrison. >> Imagine being so careful that you pick on a girl. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. What? >> So, I HAD A PILOT. I just Are you going to fight me? >> We're not worried about that right now. Uh, clearly you are cuz you just asked me about it. >> Well, we're wondering about it. >> You are that pressed about it, Sean? Why are you pressed about it? >> Tell me. >> Don't worry about it. >> You're pressed about it. You're >> We're not going to worry about it now. Come on, >> tag them on. >> Let me out. >> Great. Now I'm going to They're going to look at my butthole. They're going to stare at my butthole because of YouTube. >> I noticed that she doesn't have a seatelt on and I've noticed this in a lot of videos and I know that there are some departments who have a policy that you have to seat belt in prisoners. It's a seatelt restraint which protects them in case there's an accident. I don't know why this in some departments they don't do that. But if in your jurisdiction there's a policy that says that they can't. It's interesting to me that you don't have to seat belt people sometimes. But there may be a reason why they did that. [screaming] Yes. Drag me the out. Sean, you better sit here, fat boy. I've been waiting on this here, Sean. I'm getting next to the door. I I don't want you. I didn't ask for you. Oh, wait. You, fat boy. >> So, we saw the battery on the PO that I witnessed, the resisting, the initial charge of the DUI, and then the illegal U-turn, which was what the officer said. So, I believe that those are the charges this person got booked for. and I noticed that she was wearing medical scrubs. And usually people in that profession are extraordinarily professional, especially the ones who make comments in this comment section. And I just wanted to shout out the medical people because you put a lot of the most informative comments about people's behavior as it relates to the medical field. So I just want to take a moment to say thank you for doing that because this is educational and it helps me, I learn as well. So, if you know someone who might behave like this, and I hope that this person makes better choices going forward, because this is just completely unacceptable and [music] unfortunate that she had to expose the chief of police to this connection that they have, and it was just so embarrassing and so unnecessary. Shout out to Brewster PD for doing what they're supposed to do under the circumstances because no one is above the law, especially when it comes to that DUI situation.
