hit anybody's vehicle oh no I pulled in and and I got my uh exactly what I needed from Walgreens okay um cuz we got a report that you hit a GMC Terrain that was parked there and somebody has some damage on their vehicle now damage what yeah there's some paint transfer on their vehicle and it's lining up with where you would have pulled in for real yeah man come on now uh her statement the paint transfer that I saw on her vehicle yeah it it' be on my vehicle right yeah why we take all look yeah almost down so you're saying there won't be any possibility take a look in reviewing in reviewing the video footage no that wouldn't even be it I mean that's a not even even there man that is there you just erased it what I I mean that's you're going be receiving a citation for hit and run okay you're going to have a non-mated court date at theor Municipal Court yeah I'm serious man seriously you can't just you can't just wipe it off and say WIP it off and it ain't even did you accidentally hit her no I didn't hit her the camera's not going to show that no it she seemed like she was being belligerent the way that she was parked so when I pulled in when I pulled in she was like you know why are you pulling in all so close up to me and then and then I pulled up close to her but but I pulled right up straight up you talked with her I didn't talk with her no uhuh then how do you know she's saying that because I could tell that she was by the way her vehicle is parked well no she was being belligerent man when she was when when I was so when I pulled in she was like why are you pulling in so close to me but it it seemed like that okay and then I was like well I'm just pulling in I'm just pulling in I'm I'm going in to get my medication and [ __ ] okay I'm just doing myit sure it it she seemed like she was beligerant about it and then when I got out of the car I I didn't I didn't hear car man but look hold on all on so if I hit her car it would have been on pass on your front passenger side because it was her rear driver side pass so it lines up from what I'm seeing so help me understand that Robert what so hold up so so I did hit her I think so yeah you think I hit her yes yeah whether you intended to or not whether it was an accident the evidence signs up her statement she said she felt her car move and I got a little blemish right there correct I didn't say it was a big TR paint transfer but still two vehicles making contact requires that you need to exchange information with the other driver all right so whatever I got to do okay it's going to be it's going to be a ticket okay all right right nobody's injured things could have been worse you got to understand though something that happens like that you need to make sure that you're uh you're handling those you know I know a lot of older people like to get and like to be upset about stupid [ __ ] and I understand that it's okay but but I understand the the sequence so it's okay so if you got to take a me you have insurance for your vehicle yeah okay once you grab that for me I'm just going to take some pictures of your car then my um my driver's license isn't updated to um the once you come up come on up here I'm going to explain your paperwork to you and then we'll get you home okay based on the evidence I have right right until I review that video I'm going on the statements I got the evidence that I saw okay so you are receiving a criminal Citation for hit and run okay it's criminal because the vehicle is occupied okay you're going to have the same and you saw my vehicle I did so and saw the paint transfer that you wiped off when I was in contact that little white stuff yeah come on man that wasn't man come on now that's what we're that's what we're going on right now okay for real all of your court dates have a mandatory court date I mean it was like powder on there 2024 at 8:30 a.m. at the DNE County Circuit Court okay okay all of your citations have this court dat okay first one's for hit and run this is the form that I read to you where you said you would submit to the breath test okay my signature down here there's two different possible violations for Opera of the influence okay first one is impairment that's what this is okay all right it's opera The Influence third offense understandable this is the test that you submitted to here okay okay you gave those two first samples they didn't correlate so we have to do it again okay okay first sample you gave was 279 and the second one was 281 okay your final result that's going to get reported is the lower of these two 279 and what's legal and it takes off that third digit 88 is 08 so your final report value is 27 okay all right because you're over a 08 that's a separate violation in the state of Wisconsin don't understand understand this is this is that violation operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration same court date and time Downtown Madison okay okay all right because you were over that this is um it's called a notice of intent to suspend your operating privilege okay read through this because you're going to be receiving some information from the dot advising you that 30 days from the notice date your operating privilege will be suspended and an order of suspension is going to be mailed to you by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation you have 10 days bot or my my normal driver's license your normal driver's license okay will be suspended correct however okay keep that in mind okay 10 days after this notification you can request a hearing that the suspension be reviewed okay and this also does not um backtrack you have an opportunity to go to Dot and apply for an occupational license so you can drive to work okay yeah so make sure you read through all this information and then I recommend you also uh look at an OCC how long does that usually last um you your driver's license privileges I don't want to miss I thought it was either is it 90 or 180 days I'm not I'm not positive I'd recommend you read through this and then you can give you can give I can take that home with me man Yep this is all yours yeah it's all right so your license is still valid for 30 days okay but then you're going to be receiving some information from dot all right any questions about the citations at all no no I'm okay man and I apologize guys you
