On September 1st, 2024, an officer from the Columbus Police Department responded to a BP gas station for the report of a disorderly customer. When the officer arrived, an employee explained that a customer fled on foot after damaging items because her car declined. While looking for the suspect, dispatch advised of another disturbance at an AMO gas station with a female matching the description of the previous call. I just wanted a cigarette. Yeah, but you can't act that way to get cigarettes. I wasn't acting any way. I tried to not here at the other place. I didn't act that way. Yeah, you did. How? She was being rude to me. 4226. I have one detained. 4226. Sorry. I'll be back for you. I'm in full. All right. How late are you working till? 9. Okay. I'll be back. Okay. I just have to buy some coffee and some pork rinds at the other store. Okay, that's fine. But you can't act the way you are acting. Act anyway. Okay, let's just take you over here. Was being rude to me. Don't worry about my stuff. I'm going to put it in the car with you here. Everybody said don't call the police. Nope. Uh because the police are bad, are they? Yeah, that's what everybody said. The police are bad. Okay. Well, but you can't act the way you're acting in the store. I didn't act a certain way. So, I came here and I tried to buy some Marorrow Reds and some Reese's coffee and the pork rinds and I don't know. And then I said, "Well, what's the cheapest thing I can get?" And I said I they did not understand their their cashiers aren't I don't know. I'm just trying I was just I have the cash, the $5. I was trying to buy it that bag of pork rinds and the and the coffee and then she she told me I was being rude and I was like, "What? Okay. And then I just got upset because I'm hungry and I slammed but I didn't mean to be. So you got upset and you slammed the stuff on the counter. It's like just the coffee dump, but I said I'd buy it and she told me to get out. I was trying to buy coffee. All right. Is that against the law? Well, you can't act that way. I'm not, but I'm I'm tired and I'm hungry and I was just trying to get I can understand that that you're tired and hungry, but you can't act up. I normally do. Okay. I paid for it. I was going to pay for it. Told me to get out and I can never come in again. They told you to get out and not come in again. Yeah. And I just wanted to pay for it. Okay. Well, let me go talk to them quick. Okay. And I'll be right back. [Music] Okay. Okay. I have her in the car. She just acted up down at the AMO station again. Yeah. So, I need your name. Okay. When does this happen? Um, here. Give me a second to pull up my details on my picture because that's probably going to be the best option cuz that tells me time is when I took a picture at 4:11. Between 400 p.m. and 4:15, I would just say. Okay. And where's the stuff that she Well, she damaged this and then she wants to hit the counter. We have a bunch of electrical crap underneath here. Is that resellable? Um, I'm going to be putting it in my bag. I might get credit for it, but I just don't want her to be destroying other [ __ ] Okay. Elsewhere in town, especially when she's swinging her bag and almost knocks down this entire rack right here with this glass on. So that's Okay. So what does what did she say to you exactly? Um she said that I just want to buy something somewhere. And I'm like, ma'am, I wouldn't have cared if you bought something, but with the attitude you were giving us, I I do have the right to refuse service to anybody. So I would suggest please leave. Thank you. And then she wants to say, "I have my" And then I'm like, "Ma'am, I do not care if you have any disabilities. You're treating me and her very rudely. I suggest, can you please leave?" Okay. I do not want this anymore. And then she's like, "You guys are closed. I'm never going to come here again." And I'm like, "I I honestly don't care if you come here again or not." Have you seen her before? No. Okay. and she was at her register and I had to step in to say, "Hey, you need to leave. You cannot be treating us like Okay. And what's your name? Okay. What was what was your encounter with her? Uh, she was just loud. What did she say? She was like, "Why is my car not working?" First she was like, "No." And then then, "Why isn't my card working?" And it was just it was everything that Michaela said, but it was just standing right here. The other 49 43 and once it got to a certain point is when I stepped in because I'm not going to have her start chucking things or breaking things in the store. Okay. So, she was throwing things and breaking things. She grabs this and does she throw it on the counter or does she put it on the floor? She grabs her bag and swings it around to almost knock down this right here. Okay. Do you want her in the store again? No, not. So, you're banning her from the store particularly. I'm not the manager. There is something. This is one of the owner's kids. Okay. I'm just asking if you want her in a store again cuz that could create preferably. Okay. Not if she's going to act like that. Yeah. If she's going to act like that, I don't. If she can come in here as a civilized customer, you know, grab her things and then, you know, go on with her day, I don't care. But if she's going to, you know, start, you know, thinking that we're the problem, why her card is not working and I gave her, you know, solutions. Hey, if either is wrong pen, insufficient funds, it's not insufficient funds. I'm like, then you might have a lock on your car. You'd have to contact your bank. I gave her solutions. Got angry at us. And I'm like, sorry, ma'am. That has nothing to do with us. Hey, how much does that can of what is that? Soda. What is it? It is like a coffee. It comes $4.31. She had put a $5 bill on the counter. We let her have her $5 bill back and we said please do not come back. Please leave. I call sunissed or something. It is a Reese's iced coffee. Okay. All right. Well, thank you. Sorry about you know you guys didn't give her permission to act you guys didn't give her permission to act up or anything. Okay. No. All right. Like I don't want you in here for you to be acting like it's me. Okay. Thanks. And she uncooperative with you? Um, well, I've had encounters with her before. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Um, she's the one that me and Brander had where she said she was an FBI agent. The the next door neighbor was a young girl. She's banging on his trailer and she then accused the lady across the street from her of the same thing and the person on the other side and she wanted to see her grandchild. Um, so okay, I'm going to script her just early conduct um for both places. Okay. And then uh I can stand by till you release her just make sure everything's good. She lives in the trailer park over on street north. So okay, I'm going to do that and probably give her a ride home and drop her off. Okay. Hey Lori. Yeah. Okay. So the situation is you can't act the way you were acting. Okay? You can't go in the store and if you don't get your way or if you don't have enough money or if you your car doesn't work, you can't start throwing and damaging things. But I wasn't doing that. Well, you damaged the can. Well, I was going to buy it. But now it's damaged and you didn't buy it. Well, I was trying to. She told me to get out. I have the $5. You want to buy it for me? You have enough. How much is that soda? The candle was $4.90 something without tax. I have that. Well, you didn't show it to them because I was trying to. She told me to get out. You used your card. Yeah. And I told her I had cash. Okay. But now you damaged the stuff. So why can't I buy it? Because you wanted more than that. You wanted Pork Brian also. Well, then I'll just buy the soda. Well, it doesn't work that way anymore. Now you created a disturbance. I did. Yes. Oh, you did it and you left and now that's why we're here. Well, what do I do now? Well, what's going to happen is you're going to be issued a citation for disorderly conduct. You can't go in and act like that. You created a disturbance in this business and now they don't want you in there anymore. Okay? Then you went to the Amico and did the same thing for a pack of cigarettes that you couldn't afford and you uh then were asked for another pack of cigarettes, the ones that have meth nicotine. So, he gave you those, but you have them. So, that's no harm, no foul. But he doesn't want you back in the store. Okay. Okay. So, can I just go now? Nope. What? Because we're going to write you a site two citations and then I'm going to take you home and let you go home. Okay. Okay. Sorry, I couldn't pick up my glasses. I just fell to the floor. We'll get them in a minute. Okay. You know, my hands are cuffed, so I wasn't creating disturbance. My glasses fell off. Family Dollar. I tried to buy cigarettes there. It went through and she messed everything up and they sucked everything out of my bank account. So, this is not fair to me. So, who sucked it out of your bank account? Family Dollar. Did you go there and buy stuff from Family Dollar? I did. And then I turned my back and the cashier took my money out of my account. Okay. You sure that happened? Yes, because it went through. It said it went through. pull out your card. And then she acted all stupid like she couldn't return it back to my card. So my first sale went through at Family Dollar. So where's all my money? I had money. You must have used it. No. Where are you from? Columbus. You have a Wisconsin ID? No, I have a Colorado driver's license. Colorado. Okay. I So I can't drive. So I walked here. Okay. But you didn't change your ID. How long you been here in Wisconsin? Four years. Yeah. But they know that at the courthouse. Well, I don't drive cuz it's have to drive. Just get an ID for here. Well, okay. What do I do now? It's legal. My ID, right? No. The driver's license is mean. It's not expired. You can't drive. You just need an ID. Well, that's an ID, isn't it? A legal driver's license. That is a form of legal ID. Okay. And it's not expired till April 14th, 2025. So what's the problem? You're supposed to change your address within 10 days. I did in the courts in Colorado. So what do you want to call them and find out? Cuz I did here now, right? They know and so does my card knows my zip code. Okay. All right. Well, I did. I was called in for jury duty and I told them my address. True. Call the courts. I was an insurance agent in Colorado and legally you don't need a driver's license to travel because the constitution says you have right to travel. Isn't that true in a court of law? It's the insurance companies that want you to have it. Do you have insurance on your car, sir? Do you know the laws? Copper cuz I do too. Insurance laws same as yours. You call me out. People are What's your address here in Wisconsin? It's a trailer park. It's one behind the White House. Awesome. Like I I live at the graveyard basically. 53 what? 5 what? Where am I? 539. What? Your zip code? Oh yeah. 53925. Anyways, I tried to buy creamer over there. He said no cream. I can't have any. That was weird. And then I came to buy cigarettes and some coffee and some pork rinds. And then in in the other place I had coffee and cigarettes and a candy bar cuz I'm hungry. And then they keep messing up with my card. So, it might be a glitch right now because they all messing with it, but I don't know. I've tried three stores now and the first one cuz first one she messed up. So, I think Family Dollar sucked all my money, but I can fix that Monday or not Monday, Tuesday. Cuz the sale did go through. And then she goes, "Oops, it didn't." It was weird. And then they said, "Refund me." And she goes, "I did refund her and she gave me no money back." Well, can you just issue the citations and take me home? Yep. That's what we're going to do. Well, it's taking forever. I'm thirsty. I couldn't buy the drink. My mouth is really parched. There's flies on my face and they can't itch my face. Please. I don't want to freak out, but I'm freaking out. What's your phone number? Don't you have other criminals to catch? Can you just take me home? Nope. I'm kind of tied up with you right now. Why? I'm just trying to buy coffee. I wasn't doing anything. I wasn't hooking or doing maths or anything. Why you picking on me? Just buying coffee and pork rinds. Big deal. Do you want a donut? I'm kidding. Voodoo donuts are good though. Those aren't in Denver. I got a voodoo donut now. I want donuts. Damn it. I want donuts. I want a donut. I can't buy anything anywhere. They told me my money is no good anywhere. Cops are no good here. Just like everybody told me don't call the cops here. They told me you guys don't call you guys are bad. You don't listen to people. Cops are bad here. Michael racist cops because I'm white. Just cuz I'm white. You're racist. These are racist cops. Cuz I'm white. [Music] I can't breathe. Get off my neck. I can't breathe. Get off my neck. I can't breathe. Get off my neck. Just George Floyd. Me. Yeah, I know. Mhm. Okay. These are two citations for disorderly conduct. May I issue them to you? Okay. And uh I'll tell you when your court date is. You don't have to show up in court. You can just pay it. If you decide not to pay it, you better show up in court. Okay. Okay. Okay, sir. Can you Did you hear me? Yeah. Okay. I'll pay it. I always pay for my stuff. I don't know why they wouldn't let me pay for it. And you're not allowed in those stores again. If you go back in the stores, so I can only go in. You'll be trespassing. Okay. Cuz they told you already and then I'm telling you again. Okay. I can't shop there ever again. Okay. Okay. Thank you. And I will. Do you need a ride home? Um, yes, please. Pardon me? Yes, please, if you're willing. All right. I'm going to let you out of the handcuffs, but you got to act right. Uh, you're going to sit back in that same seat. I'm going to keep your stuff up here until we get to your house and then I'll give you your stuff. Okay. Okay. Okay. Lean back and look to your left, please. Lean back and look to your left. Thank you. Sorry. Okay. Step out. I'm going to step on the glass. You'll miss him. I'm trying to get my hips. There you go. See, I can't get Okay. Okay. Put this this your citations. Just hold on to them. That your hand. Yeah. Okay. You can have a seat back in the car and we'll get your ride home. Thank you, sir. Mark my words. I would never shop at that store in that store ever again. They will get none of my money. Thank you. I don't know. Someone might have snuck into my house. I forgot. Might have found out it's a lot. Wait. A competency hearing was held and a judge decided to dismiss all of Lor's charges. Oh, I did not shoot. Okay. Thank you, sir. Sorry.
