This is one of the most bizarre sovereign citizen cases I've ever seen. Most of the time, us cops, when we deal with them, we usually handle it ourselves or have backup. But this case, civilians had to assist the officer, take the subject into custody, and you could imagine that it gets really crazy. He's approaching on the driver's side with all this traffic. Not a big fan of that because a lot of things can occur. I would have preferred a passenger side approach, but hey, that's his call. Hi, I'm Brian Cow ready police department. The reason I stopped you is you're going about 60 miles an hour on Pelli as you pass me. Can I see your license, registration, and insurance, please? >> I'm not in the process of of conducting business. >> Okay, we're not going to play that game, sir. So, if you don't want to identify yourself, I'm just going to place you under arrest and tow your vehicle. >> Okay. >> I'm traveling right now. >> Yeah, we're not going to do that. >> Ding ding. We got a counter of three so far. We got the partial roll down window. We got the traveling and the conducting business. We're definitely on the sovereign path. The officer caught it. This is good. >> So, I need to see your ID and I need to see the registration and insurance on your vehicle. Okay? And you're a grown adult, so you're going to make an adult decision right now. Okay? >> So, that's up to you. >> If you look at his face in the window, it almost seems like this matter of fact conversation the officer's having is making sense of him cuz he kind of gives a little bit of head nod, but this is the battle going on inside of his head. A little interesting to see. >> What do you want to do? >> Okay. You're going to be placed under arrest. Step out of the vehicle. Out of the vehicle. >> Hey, bro. >> 47. I'll take a 1025. >> Don't Don't [ __ ] feel, bro. >> Ow, that [ __ ] hurts. >> Don't >> let me get out. >> Don't get out right now. Undo your seat belt. >> Ah, reaching. This is not good. This is not a good tactic by the officer. I'm wondering what is this guy reaching for? This is not good. This is exactly what we're most concerned about. Where that right hand is going. >> Undo your seat belt and get out. >> I'm traveling, sir. >> Undo your seat belt. I'm not in I'm not >> Get out of the vehicle. You are under arrest. >> I'm not conducting. >> Get out of your vehicle. Undo your seat belt. Do you understand me? >> Do you understand me? Undo your seatelt and step out of the vehicle. >> Ryan, dude, >> where is this guy's hand? And if you can see, the officer's dominant side hand and his support hand are both on the subject's left arm. If the officer has to engage this guy with any type of weapon, his hands are completely utilized in this moment, holding this kind of control hold on the left hand. >> Undo your seatelt and get out of the vehicle. >> [ __ ] you, man. >> Undo your seatelt. >> No. >> And get out of the vehicle. >> [ __ ] break my arm. >> I'm not going to break your arm. I don't want to. I want you to get out of the vehicle. Do you not want to get your seatelt off first? >> [ __ ] bro. >> Why don't you just get your seatelt off and we'll we'll do this. >> [ __ ] break my arm, bro. >> No. >> God damn it, dude. I'm not I'm tra I'm not >> You're under arrest conducting business. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm not conducting business. >> You're under arrest. Okay. >> No. >> For what? Show me the magistrate. >> Yeah, that's where we're going to go. You don't want to identify yourself. So, we're going to do that. You don't get to do this, sir. >> You don't either, bro. You don't get to go in my car and [ __ ] take me out and break my [ __ ] arm. >> I'm asking you to step out. >> I'm asking you to let go of my arm. >> I'm not going to do that. >> Why would he let go of your arm right now? I mean, this pain compliance hold that the officer has is causing pain, but it's still not controlling the other hand. That's my concern. I can't reach my seat belt. >> You can do it with your right arm. >> No, I can't. >> You can do it with your right arm. So, as soon as the other officer gets here, we're going to pull you out and put you in handcuffs. Okay. >> For traveling. >> Yep. >> I'm not in the process of conducting business. >> 47. Take another unit. >> Get off me, dude. What the is your problem? >> Get the off me. >> STOP. >> GET OFF ME, DUDE. SHUT THE UP. >> STOP. NO. God damn it. What the >> resisting me? >> Stop. >> Pull me over then, dude. >> What the >> No, dude. You're attacking me, dude. >> Stop. >> No, the off, DUDE. >> YOU STOP. GET THE OUT OF ME. >> GOD DAMN IT. >> STOP. >> NO. You stop. Stop. You stop. >> You're not going anywhere. >> I'm not arrested. >> Under arrest? >> For what? >> You're under arrest. >> You caught me speeding. Give me a ticket so I'll be on my way. >> Stop. >> I got you. >> Smash my FACE, DUDE. >> STOP RETESTING >> AND PUT ME UNDER ARREST AND THROW ME YOUR MAJESTY. >> You are under arrest here. >> Let's get this armed. Stop. >> You good, bro? Stop. >> I'm burning my face. >> This one's not burning. >> I got you. >> I'm traveling. >> Nope. >> I'm traveling right now. >> You're traveling to jail right now. >> Not in the process of conducting business right now. >> Take me to see the magistrate. Please >> sit down. >> You see the magistrate, he used that term twice. And if you watch any of my other videos, I can I share with you that they like to use magistrate. Occasionally, they'll say judge, but they don't mean to. They almost always mean mag want to say magistrate because that falls more into that whole old English law or common law. It kind of magistrate is considered something that's more on the civil side. You >> have any sanitizers though, wipes? >> I don't know if I have any wipes. Still got to win this. >> All right, thanks. >> Thanks. >> Yeah, like blood on my >> cool beans. >> Yeah, I saw you. I was driving this way and this guy said, "Hey, needs help." So, I pulled overnotic help. >> Yeah, me too. I'm Brian. >> You good? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> Okay. How long were you struggling for with him? >> Oh, just actually right when you pulled up cuz I had him in a twist lock. >> Yeah. >> And I was just holding there waiting for another unit. >> Yeah. And uh he then he kept trying to pull away and he tried like trying to reach in his undo his car into his keys and then he just went crazy. >> Yeah. >> So we'll do it until I got done. >> Okay, cool. >> Cool. What's that? No, I don't think so. I don't think so. >> Okay. What's that, sir? >> Okay. Yeah, it's going to your car's going to get towed. So, what what do you need? >> I need to be seen. See the magistrate and show >> Yeah, you're going to go to jail. >> Show my victim. Where's my victim right now? >> Me? >> I'm just traveling. >> Yeah, you're traveling to jail. >> I'm not in the process of conducting business. I'm a private American. >> Okay, cool. >> No. >> Anything else? >> You're under arrest. >> I'm ready to see the judge. >> Yeah, whenever the jail gets you over to the jail or to the judge. Absolutely. >> Be able to see him right now. >> Perfect. >> Sounds good. >> All right. >> Thanks, brother. >> There's a lot that you have to think about, especially when you have a police mindset in this. In the very beginning, I said the driver side approach, and officers have personal preferences, but again, an officer gets into this scuffle on the side of the road with all of these cars passing by. I've seen it before where a car hits the officer and potentially the suspect as well. The suspect tried to drive off with the officer still inside of the car. So tactics definitely matter. And again, I'm convinced that there has to be some kind of contagion because there are so many videos that show that this never ever works yet and still you have people who continue to try it. Please, if you know someone who would potentially fall into this category of person that's going to say that they don't have to provide a driver license, that the police stopping them is not lawful, share this video because this can save them from ending up in the back of a police car and heading to jail. This subject was transported to the hospital afterwards to be checked out and then subsequently booked and sat in jail and his car got towed. If you like this kind of content, like and subscribe.
