on December 8th 2023 officers from the Cumberland Police Department were dispatched to a Dollar General after a man named Felix called to report that there was another male who was trying to fight him what's up Felix hey what's going on not much how you doing man I get home my buddy just dropped me off from work yeah and as we're putting up this man gets off the truck and I get off the car and he tells me nice driving and I get off the car and I said and he's like nice driving I said excuse me nice driving I said man I apologize man so I went inside M and he went inside so and just what happen you just look outside and he's still standing right there and I wanted to apologize to him I said man I I don't know what we did I don't know what we did or what I said but we I I just want to tell you I apologize if we did something wrong I don't know if my my my buddy cut him off or what I don't know what upset him or what but I know he was upset but I you know I I tried to tell him he man I apologize if we did something wrong I apologize and came at me I'm like Whoa man I ran back to the house and I called the cops I said man look you got somebody over here I see you got some blood on your hand oh no no that's some blood right there brother yeah what happened well I tried to stop him cuz he came at me he attacked me and I told him I said man I I I ain't trying to fight you or nothing I'm just trying to apologize to you man and he came at me and whoa what the and I ran back that way and I called the cops I said man hey you got somebody over here trying to attack me I don't know what I did wrong I don't know what did you guys fight I said no we didn't fight he came at me but I you know I FN him off and so so how did you get the blood on your I have no idea to be honest with you did you hit him no no no no he hit you no no no we didn't hit each other or anything like that maybe I hit the wall or something trying to get away from him but I know he was upset but I don't know why I just got you know like I tell you I just got home from work man my you where you working now at yes sir yes sir and we just got off and I got home and I don't know if my partner cut him off cut him off I don't know what he upset him but something upset him well I mean I mean you know as well as I do this time of night traffic here just get freaking horrible that's why came out does the sobriety test show show signs of impairment get the out of here you Lon ass piece of [ __ ] ass mother Felix was found guilty for disorderly conduct he was sentenced to 20 days in jail and ordered to pay $446 in fines b did you yep locked your door fed the cats watered them thank you so much problem you so much and I don't mean to be disrespectful to you you're good man I just I got to
